Abstract

Students' low cognitive abilities in understanding complex historical concepts is still a challenge in learning at school. Students' understanding is often limited to memorizing facts without being able to analyze the relationship between historical events. This condition demands innovation in learning media that is able to increase students' understanding in more depth. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using Augmented Reality (AR) technology in improving students' cognitive abilities in history learning. This research uses an experimental design approach unequal control group. Data collection is carried out through initial test And post test to measure the increase in students' cognitive abilities. The research subjects consisted of two groups, namely the experimental class which used AR media and the control class which used conventional learning methods. Data analysis was carried out by comparing average scores initial test And post test in both groups and calculate the percentage increase in student learning outcomes. The research results show that the experimental class using AR technology achieved an average score post test amounted to 73.50, while the control class achieved an average score post test amounting to 65.40. Although both groups experienced an increase in initial test That post test, the experimental class showed greater improvement compared to the control class. However, student learning outcomes in the experimental class did not significantly exceed the control class. The conclusion of this research shows that AR technology can improve students' cognitive abilities in history learning by providing a more interactive and visual learning experience.

Abstract

Audit quality is all the possibilities (probability) that the auditor when auditing the client's financial statements can determine violations that occur in the client's accounting system and report them in the audited financial statements, audit quality is measured using Kap Bigfour and Non bigfour. Companies audited using Bigfour hood will result in increased company size and more audit quality. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Company Size and Audit Ternure on Audit Quality in primary consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The data used is secondary data with the research method used, namely quantitative methods. The population and this study amounted to 103 primary consumer sector companies and the sample taken using purposive sampling was 24 companies. The analysis technique used is Logistic Regression Analysis using SPSS 25 software. The results of the analysis conducted show that partially Company Size (Ln = Total Assets) has a significant effect on Audit Quality, so H1 is accepted. Audit tenure (Auditor Engagement with Client / Issuer) partially has no effect on audit quality, so H2 is rejected. Meanwhile, simultaneously Company Size and Audit Tenure affect audit quality, so H3 is accepted..

Abstract

This study aims to 1) identify the forms of communication between teachers and parents that enhance student motivation at Mts Maarif Limboro, 2) determine the role of teacher communication in boosting student learning motivation at Mts Maarif Limboro, 3) examine the role of parent communication in enhancing student learning motivation at Mts Maarif Limboro, 4) identify the barriers teachers face in improving student learning motivation at Mts Maarif Limboro, and 5) explore the challenges parents face in enhancing their children's learning motivation at Mts Maarif Limboro. This research adopts a field study approach with a qualitative methodology. The primary data sources include eighth-grade homeroom teachers, Fikih teachers, parents of students, and eighth-grade students. Data collection was conducted through interviews with relevant parties, including eighth-grade homeroom teachers, Fikih teachers, parents, and eighth-grade students, as well as through observation and documentation. The credibility of the data was ensured using triangulation techniques. The data analysis process involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that 1) the form of communication used by teachers and parents is interpersonal communication, 2) the role of teacher communication with students involves educating and motivating, 3) the role of parent communication with children involves guiding and facilitating their learning needs, 4) the barriers teachers face in increasing student motivation include students' lack of receptiveness to the material and ineffective interpersonal relationships among students, and 5) the barriers parents face in enhancing their children's learning motivation include limited interaction time at home and economic conditions.

Abstract

Penerbangan merupakan salah satu jenis transportasi yang telah banyak dipilih oleh masyarakat. Hal ini terjadi karena permintaan masyarakat akan angkutan untuk perjalanan jarak jauh sudah cukup tinggi,seperti yang terlihat dari jumlah penumpang setiap penerbangan domestik maupun internasional.Selain itu, tarif moda transportasi udara kini sudah lebih terjangkau bagi masyarakat di Indonesia, berbeda dengan beberapa tahun yang lalu. Namun dalam layanan penerbangan sering kali terjadi penundaan yang cukup memakan waktu dan merugikan penumpang pesawat tersebut. Dalam jasa penerbangan,terdapat keluhan lain dari para penumpang selain penundaan,seperti masalah barang bagasi yang hilang serta rusak, kualitas pelayanan dari staf maskapai yang kurang baik,dan keluhan-keluhan lainnya. Keluhan terkait penundaan penerbangan dan masalah lainnya menunjukkan pentingnya maskapai penerbangan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan efisiensi operasional. Sehubungan dengan uraian pada latar belakang di atas, maka dapat digambarkan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: Bagaimana ketentuan perundang-undangan yang mengatur perlindungan hukum penumpang maskapai penerbangan di Indonesia, Bagaimana tanggung jawab maskapai penerbangan dalam memenuhi hak konsumn terkait dengan pemenuhan penundaan waktu atau (delay), Bagaimana bentuk tanggung jawab yang diberikan oleh pihak maskapai penerbangan kepada penumpang. Metodologi yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris, dimana data primer diambilkan dari hasil penelitian lapangan ditunjang dengan data sekunder berupa data hukum berupa peraturan perundangan yang terkait dengan operasional pengaturan di bidang penerbangan. Penundaan (delay) diartikan sebagai selisih waktu antara jadwal keberangkatan atau kedatangan dengan waktu nyata keberangkatan atau kedatangan. Keterlambatan juga dapat diartikan sebagai ketidakpenuhan jadwal penerbangan yang telah ditetapkan oleh maskapai penerbangan komersial berjadwal akibat berbagai faktor. Berdasarkan Pasal 146 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2009 tentang Penerbangan disebutkan bahwa pengangkut bertanggungjawab terhadap keterlambatan kecuali apabila pengangkut dapat membuktikan bahwa keterlambatan tersebut disebabkan faktor cuaca dan teknis operasional. Dalam konteks penundaan penerbangan, seharusnya maskapai mengganti kerugian yang dialami oleh penumpang ketika hal tersebut terjadi,mengingat peraturan terkait telah ditetapkan sehingga jelas bahwa maskapai wajib memenuhi ketentuan untuk mengganti kerugian yang dialami penumpang.Dalam praktik di lapangan, sangat mungkin terjadi praktek bisnis tidak etis yang menyebabkan kerugian bagi penumpang atau konsumen.Misalnya,jika terjadi keterlambatan karena pihak maskapai menunggu hingga tiket pesawat habis terjual,hal tersebut tidak sesuai dengan aturan yang ada, karena masalahnya. peraturan yang mengatur perlindungan hukum penumpang angkutan udara sudah sangat banyak,mulai dari undang-undang seperti Undang-Undang Nomor I Tahun 2009 tentang Penerbangan,Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, dan peraturan pelaksanaan dalam Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor KM 25 Tahun 2008 tentang Penyelenggaraan Angkutan Udara,serta Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor PM 77 Tahun 2011 tentang Tanggung Jawab Pengangkut Angkutan Udara.ukan disebabkan oleh faktor teknis atau cuaca, melainkan oleh kepentingan perusahaan dalamn mencari keuntungan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam tindak pidana penipuan yang didalamnya terkandung unsur perbuatan wanprestasi sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 378 KUHP dan 1328 KUHPerdata, serta untuk mengkaji implikasi hukum kontrak komersial yang mengandung unsur penipuan berdasarkan Pasal 1328 KUHPerdata sehingga perbuatan penipuan dapat dimintakan pembatalan di muka pengadilan sesuai kasus posisinya masing-masing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian normatif tentang kaidah hukum yang termuat pada Pasal 378 KUHP maupun Pasal 1328 KUHPerdata. Adapun data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer ditunjang dengan data sekunder. Penarikan/analisis data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari bahan hukum primer yang bersifat otoritatif yang artinya mempunyai otoritas, bahan hukum sekunder serta tambahan bahan hukum tertier . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Penipuan berdasarkan Pasal 378 KUHP yang tercampur unsur Pasal 1328 KUHPerdata pada perjanjian kontrak bisnis komersial tidak mengakibatkan wanprestasi. Sebab, wanprestasi dan penipuan dalam hukum perdata memiliki unsur-unsur yang berbeda. Wanprestasi diatur dalam Pasal 1243 KUHPerdata, sementara penipuan perdata dalam hukum perdata diatur dalam 1328 KUHPerdata. Wanprestasi (kelalaian atau kealpaan) seseorang dapat berupa 4 (empat) macam yaitu: Pertama, tidak melakukan apa yang disanggupi akan dilakukannya; Kedua, melaksanakan apa yang dijanjikannya namun tidak sebagaimana yang dijanjikan; Ketiga, melaksanakan apa yang dijanjikan namun terlambat; Keempat, melaksanakan sesuatu yang menurut perjanjian tidak boleh dilakukannya. Sementara Penipuan, yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas konsep penipuan yang terdapat dalam Pasal 1328 KUHPerdata yaitu, adanya cacat kehendak. Cacat kehendak diakibatkan karena adanya suatu: kekhilafan atau lalai, paksaan dan penipuan. Dengan demikian, untuk mengetahui kapan terjadi wanprestasi dan kapan terjadi penipuan terletak pada niat seseorang, jika sebelum kontrak ditutup/ ditandatangani sejak awal sudah ada niat tidak baik maka hal ini merupakan perbuatan penipuan pidana Pasal 378 KUHP, sementara jika setelah kontrak ditutup/ditandatangani niat tidak baik seseorang itu timbul maka hal ini adalah perbuatan wanprestasi.

Abstract

The repeated use of cooking oil at high temperatures can significantly degrade its quality, as indicated by darkened color, unpleasant odor, elevated peroxide value (PV), and free fatty acid (FFA) levels. This deterioration can contribute to health risks such as obesity, high cholesterol, heart disease, and cancer. This study investigated the effectiveness of combined activated carbon and bentonite adsorbent in reducing peroxide value and free fatty acid levels in used cooking oil. The purification method involved an adsorption process using a combination of activated carbon derived from mangosteen peel waste and bentonite. The carbonization process was carried out at 600°C for 3 hours, followed by chemical activation with H?PO? at varying concentrations of 1M, 3M, and 5M. Bentonite was activated using 5M HCl. The results demonstrated that 5 grams of activated carbon from mangosteen peel, treated with 5M H?PO?, and bentonite activated with 5M HCl, were highly effective in lowering the peroxide value and free fatty acid levels in used cooking oil. Initially, the PV of the untreated used cooking oil was 16 meq O?/kg, reduced to 3.6 meq O?/kg after treatment with the combined adsorbents. Similarly, the FFA content decreased from 2.2% to 0.09%. Both peroxide value and free fatty acid levels met the standards set by SNI 3741:2013. In conclusion, using activated carbon and bentonite is an efficient method for purifying used cooking oil, as their strong adsorption capacity effectively reduces peroxide value and free fatty acid levels.

Abstract

CV. Berkah Sumber Abadi is one of the distribution companies in East Java that focuses on the distribution of packaged edible oil. The application of CV. Berkah Sumber Abadi's distribution system uses one-time delivery after receiving an order from a customer. This system resulted in the distribution costs incurred by CV. Berkah Sumber Abadi to be quite high. To overcome this, an analysis is needed using the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method, which is useful for minimising distribution costs, so that the company can rationalise distribution costs. The lot size calculation method using Silver Meal is applied to optimise effective and efficient order lot sizes. The results showed that the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method was able to significantly reduce distribution costs by planning a more regular delivery schedule. In addition, the Silver Meal method successfully reduces inventory costs by determining the optimal lot size according to the demand of each period. With the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method, the distribution cost of Fermina cooking oil products was reduced by 22% compared to the system used by CV. Source: Berkah Abadi. The total distribution cost using the enterprise method was Rp 68,760,000, while using the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method was Rp 53,500,000.

Abstract

Humans are always struggling with various needs and necessities of life, sometimes requiring them to interact with financial institutions, especially business people. Limited knowledge and access to bank has caused this community to become entangled in loan sharks. Contextual digital innovation to a new innovation is a solution that can change new services. Digital innovation is formed from technology made by a company to answer existing problems so as to create new products. Development of Digital Innovation in Islamic Bank Financing Communication and information technology developed rapidly in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era which had a positive impact on the development of digital innovation in Islamic financial institutions. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the development of digital innovation at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah touches the wider community and meets financing targets as well as explores the negative impacts and handling of existing digital applications. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive and semi-explorative levels of explanation, taking data through literature, mass media, social media and structured interviews as well as open discussions with informants. Data collection using non-participant observers. The results of the research are expected to be able to improve the digital application that is being used to attract financing at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah which has merged into Bank Syariah Indonesia so that it can be more useful and safer in use, especially during this pandemic. Improvements in accelerating financing decisions that are more thorough, accurate and efficient by using standard and standard processes and approvals. The conclusion of this research is more directed to the improvement of application implementation and usage patterns in society.

Abstract

The article discusses and describes a bit of governance and deregulation of the capital market as a Capital Market and increasing Capital Gain. The capital market has an important role for the economy of a country because the capital market performs two functions, namely as a means for business funding or as a means for companies to obtain funds from the community of investors (investors). Funds obtained from the capital market can be used for business development, expansion, additional working capital and others. The capital market is a means for the public to invest in financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds. The public can place their funds according to the characteristics of the benefits and risks of each instrument.Investors' interest in issuers has increased significantly by utilizing the capital market as a source of financing and investment facility for companies and investors. This activity can be seen from the increase in companies issuing shares and bonds as well as the number of capitalized funds. The increase in the number of investors is reflected in the increase in trading volume and the composite stock price index (JCI). In modern society, the capital market can be an alternative in obtaining profits by buying shares of companies listed on the capital market or going public (selling company shares in the capital market).

Abstract

Poor financing quality can affect company profits and revenues, decreased profits have an impact on the ability of banks to channel financing which causes Islamic banking to experience financing risks or problematic financing. This study aims to find out how the independent variables (MSME financing and liquidity) influence the dependent variable (financing risk) of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the 2019-2021 period. The method used in this study is quantitative with descriptive statistics, the classic assumption test, namely the normality test, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity test, is also equipped with hypothesis testing, namely the t (partial) test and f (simultaneous) test. The population used in this study is the statistical financial reports of Islamic commercial banks with samples of MSME, FDR and NPF data for 2019-2021 obtained from the Financial Services Authority. From OJK data, the results show that MSME financing does not have a significant effect on financing risk because there is a guarantee from the government to the community, namely the people's business credit program (KUR) which is channeled through Islamic banking institutions, good and bad bank liquidity does not have an impact on financing risks and financing risks occur because problematic financing from customers is not caused by Islamic banking institutions or liquidity owned by Islamic banking. The conclusion of this study is that the Ho hypothesis is accepted, showing that one or both of the independent variables (MSME financing and liquidity) have no effect on the dependent variable (financing risk) of Islamic general banks in Indonesia for the 2019-2021 period.
