This research is based on the limited discovery learning based learning tools that integrate 21st-century skills. The purpose of this study is to produce a valid and practical discovery learning-based of the learning tools that integrate to 21st-century skills in trigonometric material. The development model used the 4D model which consists of the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The tools being developed were syllabus, lesson plans, and student worksheets. The instrument used was a validity instrument in the form of a validation sheet, practical instruments in the form of student response questionnaires, and observation sheets. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires and observations. The limited trials were conducted on 16 students of class XII MIPA 1 SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru, while practicality trials were carried out in class XI MIPA 2 SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis and qualitative data analysis. From the results of data processing obtained an average syllabus validation result of 3.20; lesson plans 3.36; and student’s worksheet 3.43. The average student response questionnaire results in limited trials and field trials were 85.75% and 91.25%, respectively, with the very practical category. The average result of the observation sheet on the implementation of learning activities was 87%. It can be concluded that the learning tools developed are valid and practical.

This research was motivated by the lack of teachers in developing learning tools causing students' mathematical understanding is still in the low category. The learning devices used in schools have not trained students' mathematical understanding skills. The aim of this study is to produce guided discovery-based mathematics learning tools to facilitate mathematical comprehension skills that meet the validity and practicality requirements. This type of research was a development research using the ADDIE model. The instruments used in this study were the syllabus validation instrument, lesson plans, student worksheet and practicality using student response questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the guided discovery-based mathematics learning device is a valid category. The results of the validation of the syllabus, RPP and LKPD showed that the category was very valid with the value sequentially obtaining a score of 92.5%; 95%; and 94.87%. The results of the practicality data analysis in small group trials showed a very practical category with a score of 93.64%. It can be concluded that the learning tools developed are feasible and practical to use in the learning process.

The student learning activities do not support developing mathematical problem solving abilities. One of the factors is the learning tools used have not provided the opportunity for students to hone their mathematical problem solving skills. This study aims to produce a valid and practical semester VIII class SMP mathematics learning device for use by using the Problem Based Learning Model with a scientific approach to the SPLDV material. This type of research is a development research with the ADDIE development model which includes the following steps: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and student response questionnaires. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII MTS GUPPI Bandar Sungai. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative statistics. Based on the results of data analysis, information was obtained that the learning device met the valid and practical criteria. The results of the validity of the learning tools in the form of a syllabus with a percentage of 82.99%, RPP 85.75% and LKPD of 83.23% fulfilled the validity level, namely valid. The results of the practicality of the learning tools seen from the student response questionnaire were 92%, these results met the practicality level, which was very practical, while in terms of the teacher's observation sheet it fulfilled the practicality level of 87.78% fulfilling the very practical level.

This research is motivated by the lack of LKPD that provides steps that can guide students to understand the concept of material and the designed model is not appropriate to construct students' knowledge independently and there are no contextual problems that cause lack of interaction between students. LKPD will be more optimal if it is based on a learning model that teaches how to solve a problem. With the LKPD Problem Based Learning Model (PBM) students can gain learning experiences that teach real skills, investigation, and problem solving. The purpose of this study was to produce student worksheets (LKPD) through the application of the problem-based learning model (PBM) of SD Negeri 163 Pekanbaru students on circle material. This type of research is development research using the Borg & Gall model. The instruments in this study were validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The results of the study showed that the validity test of three validators on the syllabus was 91% with very valid criteria. While the practicality test for LKPD with a response questionnaire to six students showed an average percentage of 90.52% with the very practical category.

Jaya Repair Shop is a service provider of repair and maintenance of damaged or dirty footwear. Customers who want to repair their damaged footwear can only be served at the store location. Recording of orders is also still done manually using books. Information on available services and the amount of service fees can also only be known to customers by asking directly to the service provider. Similarly, the estimated repair time that cannot be ascertained often makes customers have to wait. Therefore, the author wants to design a web-based repair service ordering application to improve service and revenue Jaya Repair Shop. The system will be designed using prototype method and problem analysis using qualitative method described with fishbone diagram. The system will be built using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of this research is a web application for ordering shoe repair services that can be used by customers to order repair services anytime and anywhere, as well as a container to increase the income of repair service providers.

Faktor pekerjaan merupakan salah satu faktor sosial yang berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya gangguan kesehatan mental. Tuntutan pekerjaan dengan tenggat waktu yang ketat serta kurangnya sumber daya pekerja dapat menimbulkan gejala depresi. Menurut WHO, depresi adalah gangguan mental yang umum dimana gangguan ini merupakan penyebab kecacatan nomor dua di dunia pada tahun 2020 dan diperkirakan akan menduduki peringkat pertama pada tahun 2030 pada kelompok gangguan mental dan perilaku. Depresi dapat memengaruhi kualitas hidup individu secara signifikan. Keluarga dan masyarakat secara luas juga dapat terkena dampak dari gangguan depresi. Pencegahan depresi melibatkan strategi yang komprehensif melalui pendekatan komunitas ataupun pribadi. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dilakukan terhadap 69 orang petugas Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum di Kelurahan Kedaung Kali Angke, Kecamatan Cengkareng Jakarta Barat, dengan metode penyuluhan dan dilakukan pengukuran pengetahuan dari masing-masing peserta menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil tingkat pengetahuan gejala depresi dan pencegahannya yang didapatkan sebelum penyuluhan berupa pengetahuan baik 0%, cukup 29%, dan kurang 71%. Setelah penyuluhan didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai gejala depresi dan pencegahannya yaitu pengetahuan baik 6%, cukup 48%, dan kurang 46%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh team teaching pendidik pada pengenalan tema rekreasi perkembangan kecerdasan emosional anak usia dini, dan (2) mengetahui efektivitas team teaching pendidik pada pengenalan tema rekreasi perkembangan kecerdasan emosional anak usia dini. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik di PAUD Mutiara Hati Nanga Pinoh. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah angket kecerdasan emosional anak usia dini. Data dianalisis dengan t-test pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Dari analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan team teaching pendidik pada tema rekreasi terhadap perkembangan kecerdasan emosional anak usia dini.

Big book media is a media that has unique characteristics in terms of size, text, color and images to make it easier for students to understand reading. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using Big Book media on students' reading aloud skills in elementary schools. This type of research is pre-experimental research involving one class as an experimental class without a control class with the One Group Pretest-posttest research design. The results of this research indicate that the Big Book media is quite effective for reading aloud skills for low class students as indicated by the mean value of the n gain score being 0.6335, which is in between so that the n gain score category is medium, which means that the effectiveness is medium as well if seen from the mean value. in ngain_persen, namely 63.35%, you can see the estimated effectiveness of the ngain score in percentage, namely the estimate is quite effective. So that the use of Big Book media is effective for elementary school students' reading aloud skills.

Kestabilan lereng menjadi aspek krusial dalam industri penambangan batubara karena dapat memicu terjadinya longsoran yang sangat berbahaya bagi keselamatan pekerja. Pemantauan (monitoring) kestabilan lereng merupakan faktor penting dalam menjamin keamanan dan kelancaran operasi penambangan. Setiap lokasi tersebut harus aman agar penambangan dapat berjalan dengan lancar.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Data-data yang digunakan terdiri atas data primer yang diperoleh dari monitoring lereng menggunakan Total Station berupa koordinat Easting, Northing dan Elevasi dan data sekunder berupa data geometri lereng dan karakteristik material lereng. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui cara pengambilan data pemantauan pergerakan lereng menggunakan total station, hasil pemantauan (monitoring) pergerakan lereng dan nilai faktor keamanan lereng. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lereng pit highwall PT Hasnur Riung Sinergi jobsite Antang Gunung Meratus yang berlokasi di kecamatan Tapin Selatan, Kabupaten Tapin, Kalimantan Selatan.Berdasarkan hasil pemantauan pergerakan lereng yang dilakukan selama 21 hari menggunakan Total Station, terjadi pergerakan secara vertikal dengan rata – rata 5,72 mm. Hasil rata-rata pergerakan lereng berstatus siaga karena berada di atas ambang batas 5 cm/hari. Tetapi pada tanggal 11 November terjadi pergerakan sebesar 14,85 cm dengan kategori status berbahaya. Hasil analisis lereng menggunakan program slide 6.0 dengan metode bishop diperoleh nilai faktor keamanan sebesar 1,552, artinya lereng tersebut dikategorikan aman sesuai dengan peraturan KEPMEN 1827 K/30/MEM/2018. Pada kategori status berbahaya, pihak perusahaan sudah melakukan penanganan berupa pengubahan geometri lereng menggunakan excavator PC 200 dalam kegiatan General Slopping. Hasil dari analisis ini berdampak positif terhadap personil dan peralatan yang bekerja disekitar area titik pemantauan, dikarenakan dapat memberikan status pada lereng tersebut. Saran untuk kedepannya bagi perusahaan dapat melakukan pemeriksaan area sekitar titik pemantauan sebelum dilakukannya pemasangan titik pemantauan, periksa apakah ada faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan lereng tidak stabil.

New Public Management emerged as a new paradigm that was a draft reform towards good governance. Good Governance can be achieved if public sector governance and public sector performance, each of which is a well-implemented financial transparency and accountability, are implemented. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Perceive Ease of Use and Useful Peerceived on the acceptance of Regional Financial Information Systems (RIFS). This research is conducted by quantitative analysis methods. The population in this study was all users of the Regional Financial Information System in Jeneponto Regency with a total of 44 users using saturated sample techniques. Data is analyzed using data quality tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the study showed that the RIFS revenue in the Jeneponto District Government Agency was influenced by the user's perception of the ease of use of information systems. In this case the state civil apparatus either as a financial operator or treasurer in the working area of the Jeneponto District Government agency. Simultaneously the perception of ease of use and usefulness affects the acceptance of RIFS. In this case the operator / user feels that RIFS is easy to use and useful in doing the job.
