The purposes of this research are to find out the available contribution and to measure the teachers? learning capacity and need of achievement to students? responsibility, students? responsibility to the self-directed learning and the teachers? learning capacity, need of achievement and students? responsibility to the self-directed learning in Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School. This is a quantitative research. The location of this research on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School. This research is begun in the end of the second semester academic year of 2012/2013. The samples are 114 for the population as many as 172 with 5% error. Technique of sampling is used proportional sampling. Technique of collecting data is used questioner. The results of this research are 1) there is a weak and significant contribution from the teachers? learning capacity and need of achievement to the students? responsibility in learning Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School, 2) there is a weak and significant contribution from the students? responsibility to the students? self-directed learning in learning Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School, 3) there is a weak and significant contribution from the teachers? learning capacity, the need of achievement and the students? responsibility to the students? self-directed learning in learning Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School.

Abstract: This research aims to determine the Accountability of Citizens Learning Package A B C while studying at PKBM Pelita Riau. The formulation of the problem in this study is how high is the accountability of citizens learning the A B C package in the learning process in Pelita Riau PKBM?. And the purpose of this study was to determine the level of accountability of citizens learning the A B C package in the learning process in Pelita Riau PKBM. This study has 3 indicators, namely (1) responsibility (2) obligation, and (3) ability to give answers. The population in this study were 64 study residents. The sample used is proportional stratified random sampling technique that is sampling that is used when members of the population are not homogeneous con sisting of homogeneous or proportional strata groups (Sugiyono, 2012: 93). The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire technique, which amounted to 40 statements. Data were obtained from 38 respondents for the study sample and 20 people for the trial. After the questionnaire was tested, there were 2 invalid items, and the researcher did not discard invalid statements, because when disposing of invalid items one by one, the researcher found an invalid item again. So the researcher decided not to discard invalid items. Based on the results of the study, on average, 3 indicators of the mean value for the accountability variable of the citizens learning the A B C package in the learning process in Pelita Riau PKBM are high, with Mean 3.89 with SD 0.78. The interpretations obtained for each accountability indicator of citizens learning the A B C package in the learning process in Pelita Riau PKBM are all high.Key Words: Accountability, Accountability of Citizens Learning Package A B C

Enzymes can undergo structural changes due to various environmental factor such as pH,temperature, electricity and magnetic fields. The purpose of this study was to investigate theeffect of magnetic field strength and duration of exposure to the modified of media Mandelsused as a culture medium of Bacillus sp. on the growth and activity of cellulase enzyme fromthe bacterium Bacillus sp. Factorial study group were prepared using the method of fullrandomized design (RKLT). The first factor is the strong magnetic field consists of 4 levels ofmagnetic field strength treatment: 0 mT; 0,1 mT; 0,2 mT; 0.3 mT. The second faktor is theprolonged exposure consisting of 4 levels prolonged exposure treatments 0, 10, 20, 30minutes. each unit treatment was repeated 3 times. The results showed that exposure tomagnetic fields on modified of media Mandels causes a decrease in the relative activity ofthe enzyme cellulase and relative growth of Bacillus sp.Keywords: cellulase enzyme, magnetic field, Mandels modification, Bacillus sp.

The emphasis of educational instruction has shifted from teaching to learning where the role of teachers is not knowledge transmitters but the facilitators, knowledge navigators, and co-learners. Advanced technologies have a place in the shifting of teacher roles, for example the Internet technology which enables online learning to be held to enhance the teacher roles in facilitating learning. Online learning integrated into face-to-face learning which is called blended learning is believed to be more beneficial than online learning or face-to-face learning alone. However, despite the substantial benefits of blended learning frequently mentioned, teachers are still reluctant in implementing blended learning in their practices. This literature study reviews several papers studying the potentials and challenges of blended learning using Schoology as an online learning platform. The purpose of the study is to find out the potentials and the challenges of blended learning using Schoology. It is expected that the findings will raise teacher awareness about the importance of bringing technologies in their practices, encourage teachers to utilize online learning platforms such as Schoology in blended learning environment, and draw attention of education practitioners and any relevant parties to participate in addressing the challenges of blended learning to improve students‟ learning experiences. Â

21st century skills necessitate the abilities that students? need for their career development in the current era. The utilization of Mobile Application in teaching and learning process as the integration of Information and Communication Technology in 21st century learning demands the teacher to get used of it. Hence, this study aims to investigate teacher?s belief on integrating Mobile Application in EFL classroom. To reach the objective, a case study on an individual teacher used in this research. The participant was purposively selected because she was considered as the informant who could give sufficient information to answer the research questions. The finding of this study was teacher believes that utilizing Mobile Application is very important as Mobile Application has ability to make transformation of educational aspects by making use of it to reach instructional objectives then the quality of teaching and learning will improve.

The study is aimed to investigate the internal and external problems in Writing by the Senior High Students in one of the school in Indonesia. The sample of this study is the eleventh grade students having low ability in Writing. This research is a qualitative study using purposive sample. In collecting the qualitative data the researchers did observation, and distributed questionnaire. This study reveals some findings related to the students? low ability in writing. There are internal problems which came from the students, such as: 1) the low motivations in learning English, 2) the difficulty to choose the appropriate words in writing, 2) the lack of vocabulary, 3) the difficulty to arrange words in the appropriate order, 4) the difficulty to spell the words, 5) the difficulty to write the sentences in appropriate grammar, and 6) the tendency to be passive learners in classroom activities. The external problems come from the students are: 1) the lack of practice, and 2) there is no feedback on their writing. The result indicates the most internal and external problems faced by students in writing class and the impacts of students? understanding of their writing problems in implementing writing e-journal as self assessment to promote students? writing skills. Furthermore, the paper concludes with some guidelines for students how to face their own problems in writing.

One of commodity in Bondowoso district is a coffee. There are two coffee flavor i.e. arabica and robusta. The quality of coffee is depending on the roasting temperature of coffee. At constant temperature, it require long roasting time around 1,5 to 2 hours. Because of that, automatically temperature control system was needed to control the roasting temperature to make the roasting time faster and more efficient by using fuzzy logic method. Sugeno method was used in this study by inputing error temperature and ∆ error temperature. The results show that temperature censor has 1.95% error against actual temperature of termometer. The fuzzy logic controls the actuator movement to regulate the valve of LPG that is fuel of furnace roaster. By using fuzzy logic, roasting time of arabica coffee and robusta coffee are 36,9 minutes and 30,216 minutes, respectively.

An environment is strongly affected plant growth, particularly under drought condition. The obstacle for this condition can be maintained by water and nitrogen sources. The aim of this research was to determine and observe the effect of N-encapsulation on the distribution of macro nutrients in the vegetative and generative phases of rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) during rice growth. The difference of nitrogen sources will influence the nutrient absorption by roots. This research was conducted in June to September 2018 at field experiment in Batu, East Java, Indonesia. The method used a Randomized Block Design with the first factor was nitrogen sources and the second factor was field capacity as drought levels. The result showed that the proline content was 0.67 µm/g in plant treated by Urea which is higher and following by N-encapsulation at 0.52 µm/g. The proline strongly maintained grain-filling phases until field capacity 25 % at the entire nitrogen source (N-encapsulation, ZA, Urea) are 72.73 g; 69.93 g; and 66.15 g respectively. At 25 % field capacity induced length of roots and had the lowest number of tillers at 30.55 by N-encapsulation and less number of panicles was 19.33 per clump. The N accumulations were maintenance in higher concentration of leaves at 100 %field capacity compared with the other treatments.

DDeaerator is one of the most widely used plants in the chemical industry and marine steam power plant. Deaerator is used to eliminate oxygen in water that enters the boiler to avoid corrosion of the boiler pipes. Control of pressure and level in deaerator needs to be done to keep the process well. The purpose of the research is to design a control system that can keep pressure and level of deaerator on the set point un the presence of changes in the load and input systems. Deaerator should be controlled to keep its safety and efficiency. Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) is a combination of fuzzy logic control and neural network. Design of ANFIS requires an input-output data set obtained from a PI controller that is considered as a "teacher" for ANFIS for the learning process. The results of the simulation show that the system using ANFIS controller for controlling pressure and level deaerator in normal set point can produce very small maximum overshoot that is equal to 0% and small IAE value that is 7.898 for pressure, and 157.7 for level compared to PI

Seiring dengan meningkatnya konsumsi daging sapi masyarakat, membuat orang yang tak bertanggung jawab memanfaatkan kondisi dengan menjual daging yang tidak layak konsumsi pada masyarakat awam yang kurang mengetahui ciri-ciri daging sapi yang segar hanya untuk keuntungan mereka. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut, dibuatlah alat yang dapat menentukan kualitas daging sapi berdasar ciri-ciri tingkat kesegaran daging sapi. Teknologi ini menggabungkan dua jenis sensor yaitu sensor bau (TGS2602) dan sensor warna (DT-Sense Color Sensor) untuk menentukan kualitas daging sapi . Pengambilan keputusan pada alat ini menggunakan logika fuzzy. Alat yang dibuat ini relatif kecil, menggunakan daya dari baterai sehingga mudah dibawa kemana-mana. Penggunaan dari alat ini mudah karena hanya mendekatkan sensor ke daging yang akan di periksa, kemudian data yang diperoleh diolah didalam mikro dan ditampilkan pada GLCD. Selain itu alat ini juga didesain untuk dapat berkomunikasi secara serial dengan PC untuk perekaman data. Dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat yang telah dibuat dapat mendeteksi kualitas daging sapi lokal bagian has luar dan bagian has dalam. Daging sapi lokal has luar dan has dalam layak dikonsumsi sampai 17 jam setelah disembelih, pada jam ke-18 daging kurang layak dikonsumsi, pada jam ke-19 daging sudah tidak layak untuk dikonsumsi dan pada jam ke-20 seterusnya daging sudah dinyatakan busuk.
