Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explore teachers' understanding, planning, and implementation of learning related to the Independent Curriculum at SD Alkhairaat Kotapulu. The research method used is qualitative. The findings reveal that teachers' understanding of the Independent Curriculum is generally good, although further strengthening is needed in practical implementation. Learning planning has adopted the principles of the Independent Curriculum but is hindered by limited facilities. Learning implementation shows positive outcomes with diverse methods and active student engagement, although there are challenges in technology usage. Teachers face difficulties in implementing the Independent Curriculum, including limited facilities, administrative burdens, demands for improved IT skills, and a lack of regular training. This study recommends enhancing teachers' understanding through continuous training, providing adequate facilities, technological support, reducing administrative burdens, and conducting regular curriculum evaluation and adjustments. Keywords: Independent Curriculum, Teacher Understanding, Learning Planning, Learning Implementation, SD Alkhairaat Kotapulu Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru, rencana, dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran terkait Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Alkhairaat Kotapulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman guru terhadap Kurikulum Merdeka tergolong baik, meskipun masih perlu penguatan dalam implementasi praktis. Perencanaan pembelajaran telah mengadopsi prinsip-prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka, namun terkendala keterbatasan fasilitas. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil positif dengan metode beragam dan keterlibatan aktif siswa, meskipun terdapat hambatan dalam penggunaan teknologi. Kesulitan guru dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka meliputi keterbatasan fasilitas, beban administratif, tuntutan peningkatan keterampilan IT, dan kurangnya pelatihan rutin. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pemahaman guru melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai, dukungan teknologi, pengurangan beban administratif, serta evaluasi dan penyesuaian kurikulum secara berkala. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of using interactive Wordwall media on the learning interest in IPAS (Integrated Natural and Social Sciences) among fifth-grade students at SD Inpres 3 Tondo. This research employs a quantitative experimental approach with a PreTest-Posttest Control Experimental Design. The subjects of this study are the fifth-grade students of SD Inpres 3 Tondo, comprising two classes, VA and VB, totaling 60 students. Data collection was conducted using research instruments in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis involved prerequisite tests, including normality and homogeneity tests, as well as hypothesis testing using the Independent Sample T-test facilitated by SPSS Statistics version 27. The results of this study indicate a significance value of 0.04, which is less than 0.05, leading to the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0). This means that the use of interactive Wordwall learning media has a significant effect on increasing students' interest in learning IPAS. Therefore, it can be concluded that interactive Wordwall learning media influences the learning interest in IPAS among fifth-grade students at SD Inpres 3 Tondo Keyword: Interactive Learning Media Wordwall, Learning Interest, Natural and Social Sciences. Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media interaktif wordwall terhadap minat belajar IPAS siswa kelas V SD Inpres 3 Tondo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain penelitian PreTest-Posttest Control Experimen Design. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu kelas V SD Inpres 3 Tondo yang terdapat dua kelas yaitu kelas VA dan VB yang berjumlah 60 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa lembar angket, analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-test berbantuan program SPSS Statistics versi 27. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai signifikansi 0,04 < 0,05 maka diterima hipotesis Ha dan H0 ditolak, artinya penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif wordwall berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan minat belajar IPAS siswa. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif wordwall berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar IPAS siswa kelas V SD Inpres 3 Tondo. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the Discovery Learning model on the learning interest of Grade IV students at SD Inpres 3 Tondo. This research is a quantitative experimental study conducted on two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The research design used in this study is a quasiexperimental design in the form of a Control Experiment Group Design. The population in this study consists of all Grade IV students at SD Inpres 3 Tondo for the 2024/2025 academic year, totaling 67 students. The sample in this study consists of Class IV A as the control class and Class IV B as the experimental class. The instrument used is a student learning interest questionnaire that has been validated and tested for reliability. Data analysis includes prerequisite tests, namely normality and homogeneity tests, as well as hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample t-Test, analyzed using SPSS for Windows 27. The research results show a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < α 0.05. Since the significance value (2tailed) of 0.000 is less than 0.05, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. This means that the use of the Discovery Learning model has an effect on students' learning interest in the IPAS subject. Based on the hypothesis testing results, it can be concluded that the use of the Discovery Learning model influences students' learning interest in the IPAS subject for Grade IV at SD Inpres 3 Tondo. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas IV SD Inpres 3 Tondo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen yang dilakukan pada dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Desain penelitian yanng digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperiment dengan bentuk Control experiment group Desain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan siswa kelas IV SD Inpres 3 Tondo Tahun ajaran 2024/2025 berjumlah 67 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas IV A sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas IV B sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket minat belajar siswa yang telah di validitas dan realibilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan uji persyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Paired Sample t-Test yang dianalisis menggunakan SPSS For Windows 27. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2tailed) 0,000 < nilai α 0,05. Karena nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 maka menerima hipotesis Ha dan menolak hipotesis Ho, artinya penggunaan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IV SD Inpres 3 Tondo. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada siswa kelas IV SD Al-Khairaat 2 Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan subjek guru dan siswa kelas IV. Instrumen penelitian berupa observasi dan wawancara, serta analisis data melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan dalam enam indikator utama: pemahaman kurikulum, perancang pembelajaran, pendamping, fasilitator, pengembang kreativitas, serta evaluator. Dari 25 sub-elemen, 24 berhasil dijalankan, sementara satu sub-elemen sebagai fasilitator belum optimal karena keterbatasan sarana. Peran guru sangat penting dalam keberhasilan Kurikulum Merdeka, terutama dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang fleksibel, inovatif, dan berpusat pada siswa. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan efektivitas LKPD berbasis  problem based learning berbantuan articulate storyline (digestlearn) untuk menguatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa kelas V SD Inpres 6 Lolu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu (quasi-exsperimental design) dengan  rancangan pretest-posttest one group design. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah angket untuk mengukur keterampilan komunikasi siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil nilai signifikan Uji T Paired Sampel T-Test adalah 0,000 karena nilai signifikan (2-Tailed) <0,05 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan penggunaan LKPD Digestlearn efektif untuk menguatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa kelas V SD Inpres 6 Lolu. Abstract

The development of the digital work ecosystem demands that secondary school graduates possess digital literacy skills that go beyond the mere use of technological devices, encompassing critical thinking, digital communication, and ethical awareness in cyberspace. This study aims to examine relevant strategies for strengthening digital literacy to enhance the readiness and competitiveness of secondary school graduates in the digital workforce era. The research method used a qualitative approach with a literature review design, where data was obtained from Google Scholar and other credible sources such as ResearchGate, ScienceDirect, Wiley Online Library, and SpringerLink as many as 50 articles published between 1997 and 2025, then rigorously selected to obtain 34 articles that were further analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The findings reveal that effective digital literacy enhancement strategies include the integration of Digital Literacy Theory, 21st Century Skills, and the TPACK framework into the curriculum, digital project-based learning, teacher capacity building, and equitable infrastructure provision. Case studies of national programs such as the Digital Talent Scholarship also highlight the success of practical training approaches in improving students' digital workforce competencies.

Abstract

The Special Region of Yogyakarta is one of Indonesia’s leading tourist destinations, known for its rich culture, history, and natural beauty. To support tourism promotion in the region, the Discovery Jogja website was developed using the User Centered Design (UCD) method. This method focuses on the users' needs during the design process, resulting in an intuitive, informative, and user-friendly interface. The website development involved stages of needs analysis, prototyping, and user experience based evaluation. The testing results showed that the website received an excellent score for user satisfaction, but improvements are needed in the clarity of information (perspicuity). Therefore, optimizing the layout structure, arrangement, and information presentation is necessary for a more effective and engaging user experience. With its UCD-based approach, Discover Jogja is expected to become an innovative platform in supporting tourism in Yogyakarta. Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata unggulan di Indonesia yang terkenal dengan kekayaan budaya, sejarah, dan keindahan alamnya. Untuk mendukung promosi wisata di daerah ini, dikembangkan website Discovery Jogja dengan menerapkan metode User-Centered Design (UCD). Metode ini berfokus pada kebutuhan pengguna dalam proses perancangan, sehingga menghasilkan antarmuka yang intuitif, informatif, dan mudah digunakan. Pengembangan website dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, pembuatan prototipe, serta evaluasi berbasis pengalaman pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa website ini memperoleh nilai unggul pada aspek kepuasan pengguna (satisfaction), namun masih memerlukan peningkatan dalam aspek kejelasan informasi (perspicuity). Oleh karena itu, optimalisasi struktur tampilan, tata letak, dan penyajian informasi diperlukan agar website dapat memberikan pengalaman yang lebih efektif dan menarik. Dengan pendekatan berbasis UCD, Discover Jogja diharapkan dapat menjadi platform inovatif dalam mendukung pariwisata Yogyakarta

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource recruitment planning to improve the quality of banking services at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. This research uses interviews with employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk to gather information regarding human resource planning, recruitment processes, and the factors affecting the quality of human resources within the company. The results of the study indicate that a well-structured human resource planning process is crucial for the company to meet the staffing needs of vacant positions. The recruitment process at Bank BRI involves several stages, including job analysis, selection, interviews, psychological tests, and medical exams. Additionally, the company utilizes both internal and external recruitment sources to obtain qualified labor. The main challenge in human resource management is the varying educational backgrounds of employees, which are not always focused on economics or banking, posing a challenge to increasing productivity and banking-related knowledge. As a solution, Bank BRI provides training and development programs to enhance employee competencies in banking. With a structured and effective recruitment plan, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk can build a competent workforce, ultimately leading to improved service quality and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This article was written to reveal the meaning of the head covering for women or bulang for the Simalungun Batak community. The use of bulang or head coverings for women and what the meaning and function are for millennials, especially those who live in urban areas, has very little understanding. Therefore, the author created this article for describing the types of bulang and what the function and meaning of bulang are for the Simalungun Batak ethnic community. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method and uses semiotic theory by Charles Sanders Pierce and data collection is carried out by observation, interviews and literature study. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, translation and conclusions and suggestions. There are 4 types of bulang, namely Bulang Sulappei, Bulang Teget, Bulang Suyuk /Gijang and Bulang Hurbu Salalu. Bulang is for head cover and for giving identity. The meaning of wearing this bulang is as a symbol of maturity for Simalungun women.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the steps for using flashcard media in learning Indonesian Language Subjects for grade 1 students at MI Humaira, Bojong Gede District, Bogor Regency. Bogor which is taught using flashcard media. To find out whether flashcard media can foster student learning activity in Indonesian language learning for grade 1 MI Humaira students, Bojong Gede District, Bogor Regency. This research uses 2 cycles of classroom action research methods. It can be seen that students' reading ability has increased each cycle, namely in the pre-cycle there were 9 students or 32%, there was an increase in the first cycle, namely 18 students or 64% and at the end of the second cycle there were 26 students or 93% who completed. Flash card media can foster student learning activity in Indonesian language learning for grade 1 students at MI Humaira, Bojong Gede District, Bogor Regency.
