Abstract

Developing an Islamic Religious Education curriculum is a must carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers. The development of this curriculum is an aspect that needs to be mastered by teachers, especially teachers of Islamic Religious Education. The research method used is qualitative methods. Teachers must have mature knowledge and readiness to develop the Islamic Religious Education curriculum. Teachers should not experience stagnation in teaching Islamic Religious Education. The dynamics of learning by developing the Islamic Religious Education curriculum will be realized if the teacher can develop the curriculum well.Keywords: Curriculum; Develop; Islamic Religious Education. AbstrakMengembangkan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam merupakan keharusan yang diemban guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Pengembangan kurikulum ini menjadi aspek yang perlu dikuasai oleh guru khususnya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode  kualitatif. Guru harus memiliki pengetahuan dan kesiapan yang matang untuk mengembangkan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam. Guru jangan sampai mengalami stagnasi dalam membelajarkan Pendidikan Agama Islam. Kedinamisan pembelajaran dengan mengembangkan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam akan terwujud jika guru bisa mengembangkan kurikulum dengan baik.Kata Kunci: Kurikulum; Mengembangkan; Pendidikan Agama Islam

Abstract

Today, humans as the most important component of organizational resources receive great attention in the Qur'an, either as individual, social, or human beings as the totality of God's creatures consisting of physical and spiritual elements. Therefore, there is a need for Educational Planning and Implementation Management, especially in private educational institutions. In this study, the researcher took the research locus at Madrasah Aliyah Al Azhar, Banjar City where the formulation of the research problem included, 1) How is the implementation of planning management at the Al Azhar MA, Banjar City?; 2) How is the implementation of education in MA Al Azhar Banjar City?. The method used in this research is using field data sources (field research) with qualitative descriptive analysis. The type of this research is case study research. The results of the study show that, 1) the implementation of planning management at MA Al-Azhar Banjar, in its application using the Collegial Collective work system, where all levels ranging from (principals, vice principals, coaches, teachers and staff) together with committees and staff. foundations have a shared responsibility in advancing their institutions; 2) The person in charge of planning the Education program at MA Al-Azhar Banjar, the Head of Madrasah and the deputy head of the Curriculum sector assisted by all structural position holders; 3) as for the reference for the preparation of the madrasa work program, namely referring to the Vision, Mission, and Objectives of the Al-Azhar Supreme Court, as well as based on the decision of the minister of religion (KMA) and BNSP guidelines; 4) Educational implementation at MA Al-Azhar Banjar, carried out in accordance with government policies regarding PTM in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period, and online and offline (face-to-face) learning processes, while still implementing strict health protocols.

Abstract

The reality of life illustrates the low level of human concern on environment. In fact, it undeniably promotes environmental damage nationally and globally. Therefore, the ecosystem damage in various places and regions has become a serious threat to the survival of the life of the universe. Humans are closely related to nature and they have a great responsibility to protect the universe. In regard to this issue. This article provides an overview of the ideal human strategy, namely Insan Kamil, as a means of increasing awareness of our status as ‘Abdun and our role as caliph in instilling awareness of environmental love through Green Education. This study employed a qualitative approach in the form of literature study in collecting data. The result found that Insan Kamil is considered as a human who is trying to realize his status as a servant of Allah and his role as khalifatullah who has a Divine vision to worship Allah and they also have mission in maintaining natural order and prosperity of the environment. Through the approach of spiritual education, its strategy must be applied within family, school, and community. Thus, it is clear that the strategy of this Insan Kamil is not only in the scope of formal education, but non-formal and in-formal education must also have the same objective integration in order to foster awareness of environmental love through Green Education. Abstract

Daarussa’adah, merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan di Kabupaten  Lebak yang bergerak dibidang sosial, pendidikan dan dakwah dan didirikan. Semula Daarussa’adah hanya menyelenggarakan pendidikan Islam yang dengan maksud untuk membentuk manusia muslim yang berakhlak mulia serta ta’at menjalankan syari’at. Namun, karena sambutan dan tuntunan masyarakat yang semakin tinggi, maka organisasi ini terus berkembang dan mendirikanlah sebuah pondok pesantren, Majlis Taklim, Madrasah Tsanawiyah dan Sekolah Menengah Atas. Dengan tujuan untuk meningkatakan sumber daya manusia yang unggul. Sehingga dengannya lembaga pendidikan Darussaadah dijadikan sebagai wadah yang menampung semua harapan dan upaya untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, berakhlak yang baik dan bermanfa’at bagi seksama.Manajemen organisasi dan personal di Madrasah di MTS Darussaadah sebagai proses pengintegrasian, pengkoordinasian dan pemanfaatan dengan melibatkan secara menyeluruh elemen-elemen yang ada pada madrasah untuk mencapai tujuan atau mutu pendidikan yang diharapkan secara efisien. Atau dapat diartikan bahwa Manajemen Madrash adalah model manajemen yang memberikan otonomi (kewenangan) yang lebih besar kepada sekolah dan mendorong pengambilan keputusan yang partisipatif yaitu melibatkan semua warga madrasah berdasarkan kesepakatan bersama. Adapun pengelolanya sebagai berikut: Ketua Perguruan, Kepala Madrasah, Komite Sekolah, Tata Usaha, Bendahara, Kesiswaan, Kurikulum, Sarana dan Humas. Sedangkan manajemen personalia dimadrasah Tsanawiyah darussaaadah meliputi Guru, Ketua Kelas, pramuka, tapak suci, marching band, olahraga, marawis dan teater. Adapun tujuan penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Untuk memperoleh data tentang pelaksanaan manajemen organisasi Di MTS Darussaadah Cimarga Kabupaten Lebak. (2) Untuk memperoleh data tentang pelaksanaan manajemen personalia di MTS Darussaadah Cimarga Kabupaten Lebak.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of Islamic behavior of students through the practice of worship at SMAN Bandung. Based on observations and interviews of researchers to several principals of SMAN schools in Bandung who have athlete students, found that not all students who profess to be Muslim to perform worship well during sports practice while in school, only some students who want to perform worship in school, such as performing sunnah prayers or obligatory prayers in school mosques , on the grounds that his clothes are dirty because of sweat, responsibility is training and clashing with training time. Whereas if praying his clothes must be clean and holy. Sometimes, even many students have not prayed if they are not ordered and many others lack. Not infrequently students who when at home and at school show good Islamic behavior, but when outside the house and outside the school shows bad behavior seen in terms of Islam, such as smoking, hanging out on the side of the road, and excessive dating. This study uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: 1) Islamic behavior development program in high school in Bandung, namely congregational prayers before the start and at the end of teaching and learning activities, memorizing Asmaul Husna, reading the Quran 15 minutes before the first hour. 1) learning begins, praying dhuha congregation, praying midday congregation, infaq or setting aside some pocket money for alms. 2) The process of fostering islamic keisk behavior of students through religious practice activities in SMAN throughout Bandung needs to be held, religious lectures, guidance and supervision. 3) The behavior of students after receiving guidance through the practice of worship in SMAN throughout The City of Bandung is quite good. Students can be responsible and disciplined in performing worship. Students can also work together and socialize well.

This study aims to describe sex education in Islamic religious learning to prevent and overcome deviant behavior at SMAN Cirebon City. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: in general, students at SMAN in Cirebon City do not all have sufficient knowledge about sexuality. In addition, many of the students still consider it taboo to talk about sexual education. It is a separate task for educators to explain the concept of sexual education. Do not let students actually get information from sources that cannot be accounted for. In overcoming sexual behavior deviations among students at SMAN in Cirebon City, schools play an important role. Some of the roles that schools play in the process of overcoming sexual deviance include (1) providing sex education, (2) providing religious moral education, (3) controlling discipline, (4) becoming consultants and friends for their students.

Abstract

Sebuah tantangan ketika manusia tidak mampu merespon berbagai krisis yang mereka hadapi di era globalisasi dengan segenap unsur di dalamnya, yang melahirkan berbagai paradigma baru dalam PAI melalui berbagai komponen pendidikan. Guru PAI dapat memberikan jawaban yang tepat atas berbagai tantangan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan permasalahan global dan kesiapan Guru PAI untuk menghadapinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pustaka. Guru PAI harus siap menghadapi era globalisasi yang mengangkat isu global. Namun demikian terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang terkadang dihadapi, di antara guru yang tidak ingin “melek” dengan era globalisasi, Guru PAI cenderung menggunakan pola-pola lama yang tertinggal dan telah diwariskan dari generasi ke generasi. Guru PAI tidak mampu mengikuti tantangan globalisasi yang menuntut untuk terus berinovasi dan bergerak di bidang pendidikan. Di sinilah pentingnya kesadaran global yang meliputi ilmu pengetahuan global dan keterampilan global harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru PAI dalam mengimbangi arus globalisasi.
