Abstract

this research motivated by MA nurul iman sindangkerta school students who have low level of social skill who characterized by less of interaction with their surround environment. it leads to student feel uncomfortable to reveal their opinions and still appears are less concerned toward their surround friends. the aim of this development research conducted by researcher to understand the properness of social skill card game the social skill card is learning media in the form of a card which using to improve social skill through a group guidance. the data collection technique of this research is through pre-test and post-test by using social skill instrument. meanwhile, the subject of this research are the first grade of senior high school students from class A and class B with the number of students 40 people by filling in statement questioner of social skills. based on the result of this research , social skill card media is able to improve social skill students, it can be seen from the trial of pre-test and post-test from class A showed result 92% and class B showed result 89%. the conclusion of this research is social skill card game through group guidance can improve the social skill of the first grade senior high school students in MA Nurul Iman Sindangkerta.

Abstract

Various social security policies due to the impact of the covid 19 pandemic are carried out as an effort to move the national economy and strengthen people's purchasing power, the restoration of education so that it can be better. The purpose of this study is to find out the policy of social security during the pandemic covid 19 perspective the foundation of legal justice theory. Research methods, using the type of normative legal research with the first approach of legislation (statute approach), second historical approach (historical approach), third conceptual approach (conceptual approach), and Fourth analytical approach (Analytical Approach). While the types and data sources used can be used in two, namely primary legal materials and secondary legal materials focusing on Public Policy of Social Security During the Covid 19 Pandemic Perspective of Legal Justice Theory. The findings in the study showed that various social security policies during the covid 19 pandemic. First Family Hope Program (PKH), Sembako Program Assistance (BPS), Cash Direct Assistance, Cash Social Assistance (BST), Pre-employment Card, BLT small micro-businesses, BLT Village Fund, Productive Banpres for MSME Working Capital, Employee Salary Subsidy, and electricity discount by providing electricity tariff incentives for customers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, UKT Assistance, internet package assistance for students and students, BSU Lecturer, Pulsa ASN and Kouta are free, as well as other social protection programs. The two foundations of the theory of legal justice to social security policy due to the covid 19 pandemic show that policies in the aspects of education, business groups, communities, and employee salary subsidies, are still considered unable to embrace all elements, although using the distributive justice theory approach, let alone using affirmative justice theory that looks at equality in getting help due to covid 19.

Abstract

This article analyses the understanding of legal modernization in the sociology of Islamic law in Muslim countries regarding Islamic family law in Indonesia. The theory of legal modernization arises from the long history of Islamic legal theory since the Dutch era related to the enactment of Islamic law, both in terms of the struggle between customary law, Islamic law, and state law. The work for the emergence of legal theories such as Receptie theory becomes a filter for Islamic law in its application to Muslim communities in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the modernization of law in the form of KHI applies to the Indonesian Muslim community and requires the nation to be more mature in responding to modernity. However, there is an intersection between modernization and legal secularisation in the Islamic world, such as in Turkey, Egypt, Sudan, and Syria. Legal modernization from fiqh towards positivisation has given birth to formulations in Islamic family law in the form of sociological dynamics in contemporary Indonesian Islamic society.

Abstract

Program Studi Teknologi Informasi Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry, Banda Aceh, saat ini menghadapi beberapa tantangan dalam pengelolaan arsip surat. Pengarsipan surat yang masih menggunakan metode konvensional telah menyebabkan sejumlah masalah, seperti kesulitan dalam mencari surat yang telah diarsipkan, penomoran surat keluar yang dilakukan secara manual memerlukan waktu lebih banyak serta proses pembuatan surat yang menyebabkan terjadi kesalahan dalam pengetikan. Selain itu, proses persetujuan dan tanda tangan surat oleh ketua program studi selama ini juga masih berlangsung secara manual dalam hal tersebut memerlukan ruang dan waktu. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi pengarsipan surat berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan aplikasi prototype. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan memanfaatkan framework Laravel versi 10, HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript, guna memastikan pengelolaan arsip surat yang lebih efisien. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga memecahkan masalah saat staf ingin meminta tanda tangan dengan menambahkan fitur QRcode. Aplikasi di uji menggunakan metode black box testing untuk memastikan tingkat akurasi yang valid. Hasilnya diperoleh pada bagian halaman yang terdiri dari login, dashboard, transaksi surat, laporan surat, gallery surat, dan user profile.

Abstract

This research aims to know the empowerment of women in Women Farmers Group (KWT) as an effort to realize Household Food Security in Mamuju Sub-district of Mamuju Regency and to examine the impact of women in Women Farmers Group (KWT) on Household Food Security in Mamuju Sub-district of Mamuju Regency. The research was conducted for 3 months, from July to August 2017. Places of study are planned in the Mamuju sub-district of Mamuju Regency. The population is a Women Farmers group (KWT) in the Mamuju Sub-district of Mamuju Regency. As many as 10 Women Farmers Group samplings were done using the Simple Random Sampling method. Where the number of members of each group of women farmers was an average of 25 people, each group was selected as a sample of 10%. Thus, based on the population of 250 people, the samples were taken from as many as 25 people. For qualitative data, informants (Key and Main) are determined by purposive sampling, considering that the informant can provide in-depth information related to the research purpose because they are involved and know the information.  Research shows that Women's Empowerment in the Farmers' Women Group as an effort to realize Household Food Security, among others:  a) development in the form of training, which is an appropriate technology training based on local wisdom, counseling carried out by both the Farmer Women Group independently and the routine activities of the Mamuju District Agricultural extension center, and socialization to provide information in the form of the latest innovations and about new policies or programs from the government. b) Strengthening potential/power in the form of savings and loan activities to contribute to family resilience, especially in food security, Agricultural Product Processing Business as an effort to increase family income, and Utilization of the Yard as an effort to provide various foodstuffs themselves and as a living granary, a living pharmacy, as well as family savings and enhancers of beauty. 2) Women's empowerment in the Women Farmers Group in Mamuju Subdistrict, Mamuju Regency, impacts food security with 3 (three) aspects, namely: food availability, access, and utilization.

Abstract

Client is an application that is used to send and receive e-mails through your computer without a browser. Simply by running the e-mail client application, the e-mail will automatically be downloaded to your computer. The more varied operating systems used by Users also sometimes make Users have to change email clients when moving operating systems, for example Windows Users who are used to Outlook have to use evolution on Linux, whereas when using Mac OS they have to use the Mail program. This is of course inconvenient for the User. Not to mention the security of the clinet email itself. In this research, software has been created to reduce existing problems. The method used in the design and manufacture of this software is the Guidelines for Rapid Application Engineering (Grapple) method. This software was created using Netbeans 7.0. This multi-platform email client application program with base64 encoding on a desktop base can run on three operating systems, namely Windows, Linux and Macinthos. This application can also encode with the base64 algorithm the contents of the message so as to maintain the confidentiality of the contents of the message in the email client itself.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengangkutan laut, pemerintah menerbitkan inpres no 4 tahun 1985 mengenai kebijakan arus barang untuk menunjang kegaitan ekonomi yang setelah itu diperbarui dengan inpres no 3 tahun 1991 yang berisi peraturan mengenai biaya bongkar muat yang meliputi kegiatan stevedoring, cargodoring, receiving/delivery maka kegiatan bongkar muat harus dilakukan oleh perusahaan bongkar muat (PBM). Dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode deskripsi analisis, metode verifikatif dan konsep dasar informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menjabarkan pengaruh alat bongkat muat pada kontainer dan menganalisis kinerja fasilitas terhadap efektivitas penggunaan dermaga TPKS. Terdapat alat alat yang dapat menjadi hambatan jika salah satunya mengalami kerusakan dikarenakan faktor dari sumber daya manusia, alam. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan strategi tepat seperti mennyiapkan alat bongkar muat yang masih dapat digunakan juga berfungsi dengan baik. Memperkirakan kinerja dari fasilitas pelabuhan yang tersedia dan memperhitungkan lama waktu sandar kapal dengan proses bongkar muat kapal di dermaga.

Abstract

Organizing is a process of classifying and dividing activities/work according to the expected goals of an organization, so that by organizing tasks and responsibilities can be divided among the administrators so that everything can run effectively. In organizing this article, we review the factors that influence it, namely: Human Resources, Goals and Organizational Structure. a study of Human Resource Management literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: (1) Human or human resource management in an organization influences the organizing process related to the implementation of the organization itself. (2) Organizational goals influence organizing, where in its activities the organization must be oriented towards organizational goals. (3) The organizational structure influences organizing because the organizational structure regulates, including the division of tasks and authority, in a simple organizational concept map.

Abstract

This journal aims to obtain complete and in-depth information on the implementation of the reciprocal teaching model to improve students' cognitive abilities at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Sambas until the 2022-2023 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques in this research used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity checking techniques use source triangulation, technical triangulation, time triangulation, and member check. The results of the research show that: (1) Teacher planning in implementing the reciprocal teaching model to improve students' cognitive abilities by formulating learning objectives, determining learning experiences, determining teaching and learning activities, providing media and tools, conditioning physical facilities, preparing learning evaluation plans, ( 2) The application of the reciprocal teaching model to improve students' cognitive abilities can be seen during learning. Students are very enthusiastic in carrying out the learning, many questions are asked by other students to the group who are explaining the material in front of the class, (3) Evaluation results in the application of the reciprocal teaching model for improve students' cognitive abilities through evaluative evaluation and formative evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at Bank Mandiri Area Pondok Kelapa, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 62 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results show that both work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination indicates that 57.6% of employee performance can be explained by the variables of work motivation and work discipline, while the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This research supports previous findings that high work motivation and good work discipline are crucial for improving employee performance.
