Abstract

This study examines the legal construction of jimak and the potential of nusyus (husband's negligence in fulfilling wife's rights) from the perspective of maqasid al-syari’ah and gender justice. Islamic law emphasizes the husband’s obligation to fulfill sexual, emotional, and financial rights of the wife, but its practice is often influenced by cultural norms, limited legal interpretations, and moral awareness. This study employs a library research method to analyze fiqh literature, legal documents, and case studies. The findings indicate that maqasid-based reinterpretation of jimak law can balance husband and wife rights, reduce nusyus potential, and promote gender justice in the household.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in fostering religious moderation attitudes among students and to describe the manifestation of religious moderation attitudes that have developed at SMP Negeri 10 Buton Tengah. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using the interactive analysis model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, encompassing data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that PAI teachers effectively carried out multidimensional roles, encompassing the role of contextual educator, moderate role model, inclusive learning facilitator, and digital religious literacy guide. These roles operated synergistically and produced tangible impacts on students' character development. Students' religious moderation attitudes were well established, as reflected in active tolerance, organic harmony, openness to differences, and resilience against extremist influences in the digital era. These findings affirm that moderately oriented religious education possesses strong transformative power in shaping a generation of young people who are tolerant, peaceful, and of good character, while also contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in the domains of quality education and sustainable peace.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines how Accounting Information System (AIS) adoption and user satisfaction contribute to public value creation in the implementation of Indonesia’s Institutional Financial Application System (SAKTI), addressing the limited empirical understanding of value creation mechanisms in mandatory government information systems. Method/Approach: This research applies a quantitative design based on survey data from 99 active SAKTI users across provincial and district offices of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Central Sulawesi. Structural equation modeling was employed to analyze the relationships among variables. Findings: The results show that system quality significantly drives AIS adoption, while information quality and organizational IS service quality primarily influence user satisfaction. Critically, AIS adoption has a significant positive effect on public value, whereas user satisfaction does not. This indicates that, in mandatory public sector systems, public value is institutionalized through consistent and integrated system adoption rather than through individual affective evaluations. Practical Implications: The practical implications of this research suggest that SAKTI needs to be managed and evaluated as an institutional mechanism for public value creation, not as a user-oriented information system. Therefore, policies within DJPb and the Ministry of Finance should prioritize system reliability, mandatory adoption, and process integration as key levers to strengthen fiscal accountability, transparency, and legitimacy of state financial management to create sustainable public value. Originality/Value: This research extends DeLone and McLean's Information Systems Success Model through the integration of Public Value Theory by asserting that system adoption is the main path of public value creation in the mandatory government financial system.

Abstract

Electric actuators have an important role in automatic control systems by replacing manual mechanisms, therefore increasing efficiency through automation. Among the most expensive components in control systems are control valves. In this study, an electronically motorized valve was designed to respond to three types of industrial analog signals. The valve was developed using an ESP32 microcontroller to optimize the performance of the DC motor. The researched methodology followed the VDI 2206 model, which provides a systematic and structured approach to product development through modeling, analysis, and verification. The system is designed to integrate with PLC control using voltage and current signals as inputs. Validation results show that the system achieves multi-input capability with highly linear and accurate position control (R² > 0.99; MAPE 5.96%). Although the functional response to flow rate is also consistent (R² > 0.96), its accuracy is lower (MAPE 24.54%) due to systematic errors primarily caused by mechanical factors such as valve friction and pump pressure.

Abstract

The rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and programming (coding) necessitates an innovative response from the educational sector to foster a generation that is not only digitally competent but also possesses strong character and ethics. This paper proposes a conceptual model to develop a holistic educational paradigm through the synergy between the Love-Based Curriculum (Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta or KBC) and AI & coding education within the madrasah environment. The objective is to bridge the gap between technological advancement and humanitarian values by establishing KBC as the ethical foundation for the development and utilization of technology. The methodology employed involves a literature analysis and synthesis to integrate the philosophical foundations of KBC, namely ontology, epistemology, and axiology, with the principles of AI ethics. The resulting model focuses on applying "Panca Cinta" (Five Loves) as an ethical framework for AI and coding projects, wherein students learn to create technological solutions that are humanistic, tolerant, and sustainable. The primary contribution of this paper is to offer a theoretical framework that serves as a basis for future empirical research and policy formulation by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenag). Consequently, madrasahs can act as pioneers in cultivating a superior generation that is not only digitally proficient but also empathetic, compassionate, and socially responsible in the global era.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan merupakan wujud dari akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan suatu entitas. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi pentingnya dilakukan inventarisasi aset tetap guna memudahkan penyusunan laporan keuangan pemerintah desa dan sebagai wujud akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan desa. Selain itu, juga dipaparkan cara melakukan inventarisasi aset. Sosialisasi ini dihadiri Camat Palolo, kepala desa dan perangkat desa se Kecamatan Palolo, Kabupaten Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah sebanyak 35 orang. Pengabdian ini melibatkan mahasiswa program studi sarjana terapan akuntansi sektor publik, strata satu akuntansi, dan mahasiswa magister akuntansi. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan pemaparan materi dan dilanjutkan dengan dialog. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa aparat pemerintah desa sudah pernah melakukan inventarisasi aset. Namun, tidak dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Sehingga inventarisasi aset tidak diperbaharui baik kuantitas maupun kualitasnya. Selain itu, kesulitan dalam melakukan inventarisasi aset karena ketidakpahaman aparatur pemerintah desa dalam  mengelompokkan, mencatat, dan menilai aset tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan wawasan bagi aparatur pemerintah desa untuk tertib dan disiplin dalam menginventarisasi aset desa. Terlebih dengan adanya aplikasi Sistem Pengelolaan Aset Desa (SIPADES) yang mensyaratkan hal tersebut. Bagi tim pengabdi, perlunya dilakukan pendampingan, agar proses inventarisasi aset desa dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology have brought about significant transformations in modern governance, including in Indonesia. The use of AI in the public sector raises a range of complex legal challenges, ranging from the protection of personal data and algorithmic accountability to the transparency of automated decision-making. This paper analyses the legal policy regarding AI oversight in Indonesia’s public sector using an approach grounded in constitutional law and technology law. The research employs a normative legal research method with a conceptual and comparative legal approach. The findings indicate that the legal policy on AI oversight in Indonesia remains fragmented and reactive, dominated by a sectoral approach rather than a holistic one. This study recommends the need for a specific law on AI that integrates principles of algorithmic ethics, the protection of fundamental rights, and independent oversight mechanisms to ensure accountability in the use of AI within governance.

Abstract

The discourse on sexuality in classical Islamic law often places women in a passive position, prioritizing the husband's sexual rights over the wife's satisfaction. This article aims to explore Muhammad Shahrur's thoughts on sexual ethics within marriage, specifically regarding the prophetic tradition (hadith) that prohibits stopping sexual intercourse before the wife achieves climax. Utilizing a qualitative methodology with a library research approach, this study analyzes the text of the hadith through the framework of Shahrur’s Limit Theory (Nazariyyah al-Hudud). The results indicate that from Shahrur's perspective, a wife’s sexual satisfaction is not merely a moral recommendation (sunnah), but rather serves as al-hadd al-adna (the lower limit or minimum threshold) that must legally be fulfilled to maintain justice within the marital relationship. This reinterpretation shifts the traditional, patriarchal understanding of Islamic jurisprudence toward a framework rooted in human rights, medical science, and gender equality. Consequently, this study provides a theoretical foundation for reforming Islamic family law regarding reproductive rights and preventing marital sexual deprivation.

Abstract

“Representation of Women and Gender Equality in Marah Rusli’s Novel ‘Dikta dan Hukum’: A Holistic and Systematic Feminist Study”This study examines the representation of women and gender equality in Marah Rusli’s novel “Dikta dan Hukum” through a holistic and systematic feminist approach. The novel, written in 1927, is a classic of Indonesian literature that portrays the lives of women in a patriarchal society. Using a feminist literary criticism framework, this study analyzes the female characters, their roles, and the power dynamics that shape their experiences. The findings show that the novel represents women as strong and independent individuals who struggle against patriarchal norms and social expectations. However, the novel also reinforces some patriarchal values, highlighting the complexity of gender relations in the context of the novel. This study argues that a holistic and systematic feminist approach is necessary to understand the nuances of gender representation in literary works, particularly in the context of Indonesian literature. The study concludes that “Dikta dan Hukum” offers valuable insights into the historical and cultural context of women’s experiences in Indonesia and contributes to the ongoing discourse on gender equality

Abstract

This study seeks to describe the linguistic strategies used to express grief in the film ‘Di Tinggal Meninggal’, directed by Kristo Immanuel, through Norman Fairclough’s model of Critical Discourse Analysis. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as documentation and the transcription of dialogues that capture expressions of grief in the film. The data were analyzed based on Fairclough’s three dimensions of critical discourse analysis: the text dimension (linguistic analysis), discursive practices (the processes of text production and consumption), and social practices (the socio-cultural context underpinning the discourse). The research findings indicate that linguistic strategies for expressing grief are manifested through the selection of emotional vocabulary, metaphors of loss, repetitive sentence structures, the use of pauses and silence, and forms of implicature that reflect the psychological distress of the characters. At the level of discursive practices, the representation of grief is shaped through natural and contextual dialogues, while at the level of social practices, the discourse of grief reflects social realities regarding family relationships, loss, and emotional stigma within society. Thus, this film not only portrays grief as a personal experience but also as a social construction influenced by power relations and cultural values
