ABSTRAK Tanaman kecombrang (Etlingera elatior) memiliki potensi besar sebagai sumber antioksidan alami yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan lansia, namun pemanfatannya oleh masyarakat di Desa Sempalwadak masih terbatas karena kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai cara pengolahan dan khasiatnya. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kader kesehatan melalui edukasi dan pelatihan pemanfaatan tanaman kecombrang sebagai upaya peningkatan status kesehatan lansia. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi, dan demonstrasi yang terbagi dalam tiga kali pertemuan. Evaluasi tingkat pengetahuan dilakukan menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan ini diikuti secara antusias oleh kader kesehatan desa Sempalwadak dengan tingkat kehadiran 90% dari total kader kesehatan 40, yaitu 36 kader pada pertemuan pertama, tingkat kehadiran 42,5% yaitu 17 kader pada pertemuan kedua, dan tingkat kehadiran 45% yaitu 18 kader pada pertemuan ketiga. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan sebesar 62,29%. Rata-rata nilai pengetahuan kader meningkat dari 5,18 pada saat pre-test menjadi 8,44 pada saat post-test. Kesimpulan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman kader kesehatan mengenai manfaat tanaman kecombrang bagi kesehatan lansia. Diharapkan kader kesehatan dapat meneruskan informasi tersebut kepada para lansia dan masyarakat luas di Desa Sempalwadak untuk mendukung pemanfaatan tanaman kecombrang bagi kesehatan. ABSTRACT The torch ginger plant (Etlingera elatior) has great potential as a source of natural antioxidants that are beneficial for the health of the elderly, but its utilization by the community in Sempalwadak Village is still limited due to a lack of knowledge regarding processing methods and its benefits. The purpose of this community service activity aims to empower health cadres through education and training on the use of torch ginger plants as an effort to improve the health status of the elderly. The implementation of community service is carried out through lectures, discussions, and demonstrations which are divided into three meetings. Evaluation of the level of knowledge is carried out using pre-test and post-test instruments. The results of this activity were followed enthusiastically by the health cadres of Sempalwadak village with an attendance rate of 90% of the total 40 health cadres, namely 36 cadres at the first meeting, an attendance rate of 42.5% (17 cadres) at the second meeting, and an attendance rate of 45% (18 cadres) at the third meeting. The evaluation results show a significant increase in knowledge of 62.29%. The average knowledge score of cadres increased from 5.18 at the pre-test to 8.44 at the post-test. The empowerment program proved effective in increasing the understanding of health cadres regarding the benefits of the torch ginger plant for elderly health. It is hoped that health cadres will share this information with the elderly and the wider community in Sempalwadak Village to support the use of torch ginger for health. This study develops a facial expression recognition system based on Facial Action Units (AU) data using a Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) model. The dataset consists of AU data obtained from a supervisor, sourced from DCAP-SWOZ (USC Institute for Creative Technologies), a multimodal corpus containing AU values extracted from human interaction videos. A total of 188 AU files were used in this research. Initial labeling was performed using Facial Action Coding System (FACS)-based rules as pseudo-labels serving as a starting point for training the BiLSTM model. This approach was chosen because the dataset lacks inherent emotion labels, necessitating a label initialization mechanism. The BiLSTM model functions as a temporal smoother designed to reduce noise and label inconsistencies that commonly occur in frame-by-frame rule-based approaches. The trained model then performs inference on the same data to generate final labels with improved temporal stability. Evaluation was conducted by measuring model consistency against FACS rules and qualitative analysis of temporal stability in generated labels. Data were processed into 30-frame sequences with a 1-frame sliding window to effectively capture expression dynamics patterns. The BiLSTM model was trained using two hidden layers with dropout regularization. Evaluation results showed 96.61% consistency against FACS rules with high performance across all emotion classes, including anger (99.11%), disgust (97.98%), fear (94.08%), happiness (99.29%), neutral (96.42%), sadness (98.31%), and surprise (99.16%). Qualitative analysis demonstrated that the model successfully reduced frame-by-frame label fluctuations by 73% compared to pure rule-based approaches, producing more stable and realistic emotion segmentation. These results demonstrate that the combination of FACS-based labeling and the BiLSTM model can produce a temporally consistent automated labeling system capable of accelerating labeled dataset creation, although validation against human ground truth remains necessary as future research.

Identifying cracks in concrete structures is critical for structural health monitoring, as undetected cracks can lead to catastrophic infrastructure failure. Conventional manual inspections are labour-intensive, subjective, and costly, necessitating automated solutions capable of consistent and scalable deployment. This paper presents a systematic comparative study of four VGG16 transfer learning strategies for automated binary classification of concrete surface cracks. VGG16 was selected for its proven effectiveness in binary image classification tasks, well-established pre-trained feature representations from ImageNet, and low trainable parameter count that reduces overfitting risk on domain-specific datasets. A dataset of 40,000 concrete surface photographs was utilised, divided 80:20 for training and validation. Four training configurations were evaluated: Baseline CNN, Full Freeze, Partial Fine-Tuning, and Full Fine-Tuning, all trained using the Adam optimiser (learning rate 0.001), binary cross-entropy loss, and early stopping. Partial Fine-Tuning achieved the highest accuracy at 99.90%, followed by Full Freeze (99.84%) and Baseline CNN (99.69%). Full Fine-Tuning collapsed to 50.00% due to catastrophic forgetting. The best-performing Partial Fine-Tuning configuration achieved an AUC of 0.9998, precision of 0.9990, recall of 0.9990, and F1-score of 0.9990, with only 15 misclassifications out of 8,000 validation samples. These results confirm that Partial Fine-Tuning is the recommended strategy for concrete crack classification in structural health monitoring application.

In 1900â€™s there were counterwork movements which cause social restlessness in any area, and also the resurrection movement of religion which took a form of schools such as â€œmadrasahâ€ and organization in Indonesia. Moslemâ€™s figures are like Ulama and Kyai were starting to collect power through Pondok Pesantren and established a religious social organization, for example, Nahdlatul Ulama in Jombang (East Java) in 1926. The problems in this research is how did the background of NU takes a role in national movement and how was the pattern of NUâ€™s act on national movement from 1926-1945. This research aims to describe and analyze the background of NU on national movement and pattern of NUâ€™s act fom 1926-1945. This research uses historical research method. Source of data which was gotten in the first step is from primary and secondary source. Next, in the second step, the researcher gave sourceâ€™s critic which are external and internal critic. The third step is an interpretation which was done using analysis and synthesis. The final step, the researcher used historiography or presentation of the result of factâ€™s interpretation in written form. The result of research covers some things. First, the backgrounds or the reasons NU took part on Indonesian national movement which was affected by politics condition, social, economy and education during the Dutch and Japanese colonization. The second, the pattern of NU movement during the Dutch and Japanese colonization had been implemented. In the Dutch colonization, NU refused the idea which proposed its members be in Volksraad. Meanwhile, during Japanese colonization, NU decided to be more cooperative by using collaboration issue or be cooperative with Japanese government.

The development of information technology has made social media an important part of everyday life, including in the political realm. This study aims to determine the influence of social media X on the political perspectives of students in the Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) Study Program at Pamulang University. The study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The population of this study was all students of the Regular PPKn Study Program A, with a sample of 81 respondents selected through a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire analyzed with validity, reliability, normality, linearity, and simple linear regression tests using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the use of X had a significant and positive effect on students' political perspectives with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.678. This means that 67.8% of the variation in students' political perspectives can be explained by the use of social media X. Thus, Social Media X plays a role in shaping students' understanding, attitudes, and involvement in political issues.

his study is grounded in the growing shift from “profit at all cost” to “profit with purpose,” where companies are expected to balance financial performance with environmental responsibility. In the context of the green economy, Green Intellectual Capital (GIC) plays a strategic role in promoting efficient resource use, ecological awareness, and responsible business practices through integrated reporting. This research examines the effect of Green Intellectual Capital on earnings management, with Green Accounting incorporated as a moderating variable. The objective is to analyze whether Green Accounting strengthens or weakens the relationship between GIC and earnings management among companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study employs a quantitative associative approach using secondary data. The population consists of 150 industrial companies listed on the IDX during the 2020–2025 period, with a purposive sample of 25 firms. Panel data regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) were conducted using EViews. The findings indicate that Green Intellectual Capital significantly influences earnings management. Structural capital and relational capital show a positive effect, while human capital is not significant. Green Accounting strengthens the overall relationship, although the interaction with structural capital weakens the effect. These findings provide implications for investors, creditors, and policymakers in supporting sustainable capital expenditure decisions.

The research and writing of this article aims to reveal the History of the Development of the Qodiriyah Naqsabandiyah Order in OKI Regency 2007-2023. This is important to do because it is to reveal the history and development of the Qodiriyah Naqsabandiyah Order and its role as an Islamic organization that plays an active role in moral and religious education in society. In this research, the researcher uses qualitative research while the research approach used by the author is historical. In data collection, the researcher conducted interviews and observations. This research shows that (1) the Qadiriyah Naqsabandiyah Order is one of the orders that is still experiencing growth to date, (2) in OKI Regency, almost 95% of the Qadiriyah Naqsabandiyah Order members are men, while the remaining only 5% are women. When viewed in terms of age, 70% of the order members are over 40 years old, while the other 30% are between 18 and 39 years old.

Contemporary evaluation practices in Christian education are increasingly shaped by standardized metrics and outcome-driven assessment, reducing faith-based learning to measurable performance while neglecting spiritual formation, vocation, and relational life before God. Although existing studies acknowledge the role of spirituality, they often remain descriptive and lack a theologically grounded evaluative framework. This study develops an integrative model of evaluation rooted in Christian spiritual formation, reorienting assessment from external achievement toward reflective, Christ-centered transformation. Adopting a qualitative conceptual and hermeneutic approach, the study engages Ignatian spirituality—particularly the Examen—and Søren Kierkegaard’s account of selfhood to construct a normative framework. The findings suggest that the Examen, interpreted through Kierkegaardian inwardness and authenticity, offers a structured mode of reflective assessment centered on discernment, gratitude, repentance, and vocational becoming before God. Moving beyond approaches that treat spirituality as supplementary or rely on quantitative proxies, this study advances a novel synthesis that formalizes spiritual discernment as evaluative practice. It concludes that evaluation in Christian education should shift from measuring achievement to discerning faithful becoming, thereby advancing a transformative paradigm for pedagogy and practice.

This study analyzes how political rhetoric is used to construct state legitimacy in the speech of the Minister of Investment, Bahlil Lahadalia, at the 2023 National Investment Coordination Meeting (Rakornas). Using a qualitative approach grounded in Aristotle's rhetorical theory (ethos, pathos, logos) and a modern political communication perspective, the study examines the speech's argumentation structure, strategic framing, and political function. The research data consist of speech transcripts analyzed thematically. The results show that Bahlil's rhetoric is dominated by logos, supported by empirical data, reinforced by ethos through the legitimacy of presidential power, and complemented by pathos that builds emotional resonance related to the end of the government's term. Furthermore, the rhetoric functions as a political instrument for branding and legitimizing government investment policies. These findings confirm that modern political communication serves not only as an informational tool but also as a strategic mechanism for securing state legitimacy in the public sphere

Metoprolol, or 1-[4-(2-Methoxyethyl)phenoxy]-3-[(1-methylethyl)amino]-2-propanol, is a β1-adrenergic receptor antagonist that is often used to treat cardiovascular disorders such as hypertension, arrhythmia, and heart failure. Metoprolol has an A value of 1% 1cm = 52a in acid solution at a wavelength of 274 nm, where the molar absorptivity value (Ԑ) is 1390.48 L/(mol . cm) so that metoprolol gives weak absorption in the UV region (Ԑ ~ 1000 L/(mol . cm)). This study aims to optimize the solvent in the derivatization reaction of metoprolol with 1-fluoro-2,4-dinitrobenzene (FDNB). Under optimum conditions, the metoprolol reaction should form a derivatization product with FDNB. Metoprolol derivatization reactionin methanol solvent is optimal at pH 10.0 in borate buffer, with a warm-up at room temperature for 80 minutes. Analysis of metoprolol by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) using a Chromolith RP-18e column (100 mm x 4.6 mm; 2 µm) and phase acetonitrile: buffer acetate (0.2 M, pH 3.0) = 70:30 with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Separation of metoprolol-DNB occurs at a time retention of 7,856 minutes, with an analysis time of 10 minutes. Reaction-derivatization of metoprolol in methanol solvent; the optimum condition was pH 10.0. It was concluded that metoprolol in methanol solvent was more effective because the derivatization reaction with FDNB did not require heating. Optimizing the metoprolol content determination method using the FDNB solution derivatizer in acetonitrile showed that the optimal mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.2 M acetate buffer (30:70, pH 3.0), with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/minute.
