The purpose of this study is to examine the main factors forming sustainable leadership in organizations. The sampling method of this study was simple random sampling, which got as many as 289 employees or members of organizations in the city of Batam. Principal Component Analysis is used in the process of analyzing the data of this study using statistical programming tools in R and RStudio. The results of this study are the Sustainability Leadership of Human Resources in the organization formed by 4 factors, namely factor 1- Harmony Leadership, factor 2- Ethical Leadership, factor 3- Personal value Leadership and factor 4- Care Leadership.

This study aims to analyze the profit efficiency of rice farming using transplanting techniques and direct seed planting techniques in Alue Jangat, Darul Ihsan sub-district, East Aceh Regency. This study used primary data obtained directly from 5 rice farmers using transplanting techniques and 5 rice farmers using direct seed planting techniques in Alue Jangat, Darul Ihsan sub-district, East Aceh Regency during one planting period. The variables used are capital, labor, and planting time as inputs and the profits obtained by farmers as output. This study uses the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method with the output-oriented Variable Return to Scale (VRS) approach. Rice farmers who use two planting techniques show that rice farmers obtain more efficient profit values by applying the TABELA technique compared to the TAPIN technique. There are 4 rice farmers who use direct seed planting techniques, and only 2 rice farmers using the transplanting technique obtain efficient scale value against the profits, while rice farmers using the TABELA technique show that 3 TAPIN rice farmers do not achieve an efficient value on the profits.

Artikel ini membahan tentang bagaimana masyarakat Sakai pada masa Orde Baru sampai Reformasi diwilayah Proyek Sakai Kecamatan Mandau tahun 1977-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah, yaitu melalui 4 tahap yang meliputi, pertama yaitu heuristic, kritik sumber, interpretasi dan historiografi.. heuristik adalah teknik pengumpulan data baik itu tertulis dan lisan. Sumber tertulis didapatkan dari studi pustaka yang penulis lakukan di Perpustakaan Wilayah Provinsi Riau, perpustakaan Pusat UNP, dan jurnal terkait. Sumber lisan, penulis dapatkan melalui wawancara dengan kepala suku Sakai Bathin Sumbu Ampai, warga Suku Sakai. Kritik Sumber, yang terdiri dari kritik eksternal dan kritik internal yang digunakan untuk menguji keaslian dan kebenaran sumber. Interpretasi adalah menganalisis dan menghubungkan fakta-fakta yang ditemukan melalui kritik sumber. Historiografi adalah penulisan hasil olahan data menjadi tulisan sejarah atau skripsi. Hasil penelitian yang penulis dapatkan adalah bahwa terdapat perubahan pembangunan masyarakat terasing suku Sakai pada masa Orde Baru sampai Reformasi, baik dalam bidang pendidikan, perekonomian, sosial-budaya. Masyarakat Sakai saat ini sudah mengenyam pendidikan hingga ke perguruan tinggi, perubahan mata pencaharian masyarakat Sakai dari berburu di hutan hingga memiliki berbagai macam jenis pekerjaan saat ini (2020) serta kepedulian masyarakat terhadap lestarinya adat istiadat serta nilai – nilai budaya suku Sakai.

Perkembangan Lembaga Pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Thawalib Gunung Kota Padang Panjang Tahun 1988-2020.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan yang telah terjadi di Pondok Pesantren Thawalib Gunung serta bagaimana hubungan antara pondok pesantren dengan masyarakat sekitar pondok.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Sejarah. terdapat empat tahapan dalam penelitian ini yang Pertama,heuristic yaitu kegiatan pengumpulan data, data yang dimiliki data primer dan sekunder, Kedua, Kritik sumber pengolaan sumber informasi baik secara eksternal atau internal, Ketiga,Interprestasi pemahaman terhadap informasi yang menjadi objek penelitian, Keempat, Historiografi penyajian hasil penelitian dalam bentuk penulisan karya ilmiah. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Thawalib Gunung Kembali dibuka dimulai dari tahun 1988, pada awalnya dibuka TK pada tahun 1987 dan menyusul berikutnya Thawalib tingkat Stanawiyah dibuka pada akhir tahun 1988 beberapa tahun berselang dibuka tingkatan MA, perkembangan pondok pesantren Thawalib gunung terjadi dalam berbagai aspek selain itu juga terjalin hubungan baik antara pondok pesantren Thawalib Gunung dengan masyarakat yang tinggal disekitar pondok.

Bridges are important to everyone (Supriyadi, 2007). But the level of importance is not the same for everyone, so it will be an interesting study material. A single bridge over a small river will be viewed differently by everyone, because the visions or views of each person who sees differently.Indonesia is one of the developing countries that is active in implementing development in all fields. Along with developing highway transportation technology, bridge construction must be planned in accordance with the demands of transportation both in terms of speed, convenience, and security. In the construction of highway bridges with short spans, reinforced concrete construction should be used as the main girder. Given that in the years to come the government is still building road bridges with short spans to connect areas with one another and to date this type of reinforced concrete construction is a good type of construction to be applied to the construction of short-span bridges.Jembatan mempunyai arti penting bagi setiap orang(Supriyadi, 2007). Akan tetapi tingkat kepentingannya tidak sama bagi tiap orang, sehingga akan menjadi sebuah bahan studi yang menarik. Suatu jembatan tunggal diatas sungai kecil akan dipandang berbeda oleh setiap orang, sebab penglihatan atau pandangan masing -“ masing orang yang melihat berbeda pula.Indonesia adalah salah satu negara berkembang yang sedang giat malaksanakan pembangunan di segala bidang. Seiring dengan berkembang teknologi angkutan jalan raya maka konstruksi jembatan harus direncanakan sesuai dengan tuntutan transportasi baik dari segi kecepatan, kenyamanan, maupun keamanan. Pada pembangunan jembatan jalan raya dengan bentang pendek, sebaiknya digunakan konstruksi beton bertulang sebagai gelagar utama. Mengingat dalam tahun-tahun mendatang pemerintah masih membangun jembatan-jembatan jalan raya dengan bentang yang pendek untuk menghubungkan daerah satu dengan daerah yang lain dan sampai saat ini jenis konstruksi beton bertulang merupakan jenis konstruksi yang baik untuk diterapkan pada pembangunan jembatan dengan bentang yang pendek.

The objectives of this research are (1) to find out the prospect of Village Owned Enterprises development (BUMDes) in Girisa Village, Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency. (2) To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of Village Owned Enterprises development (BUMDes) in Girisa Village, Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency. (3) To find out the efforts made to overcome obstacles of Village Owned Enterprises development (BUMDes) in Girisa Village, Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency.The research method used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is used to analyze prospects of Village Owned Enterprises development in Girisa Village, Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency.The research results showed that (1) The prospect of Village Owned Enterprises development (BUMDes) in Girisa Village, Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency which is considered not running optimally because gradually in the short-, medium- and long-term prospects have not been fulfilled. (2) The supporting factor for good cooperation between the Village Government and the high interest and interest of the community, while the inhibiting factor is the lack of BUMDes budget. Lack of competent BUMDes managers. The existence of a similar business where the presence of other parties from outside makes a business. Lack of promotion of BUMDes to the community and managers who do not have an entrepreneurial spirit. (3) Efforts made to overcome obstacles have minimal planning both short term and long term. There needs to be organizing so that a good organization can help BUMDes Bangkit Bersama be able to run well. Have good controlling (supervision). And have actuating (implementation), which is able to run well

Industrial Revolution 4.0 has become a phenomenon that is able to change variousaspects of life including the field of education, especially vocational education. Thepresence of information digitalization and industrial automation has led to severalfields of study deemed irrelevant to today's needs, one of which is officeadministration. Based on these conditions it is known that office administrationeducation faces new challenges and opportunities in order to survive. During thistime some parties view that this field of study cannot survive with the presence ofvarious applications that replace the role of skilled workers. This anxiety grew whenthe government decided to conduct a moratorium on admission of new studentsmajoring in office administration. However, on the other hand there is a fact that thenumber of interested in the Department of Office Administration Education in tertiaryinstitutions remains in a high position. Therefore, this article tries to look at it fromanother perspective regarding the opportunities and challenges of officeadministration education in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era by putting forward apositive attitude through SOAR analysis. The results of this discussion recommendthat office administration education focus on the opportunities and strengths that arethen adapted to the needs of the workforce and the industrial world.

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are one of the instruments that manage local economic empowerment with various types of potential in developing businesses in the village. BUMDes as a commercial institution that has a goal or is oriented towards profit or profit through the sale of beneficial goods and services to the community. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data analysis method used is the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of the research and discussion are that success can be shown in BUMDes Makmur Abadi to achieve its business functions by meeting the needs and satisfaction of farmers, gaining profits and getting better benefits for the Government and the community in Dulohupa Village. Management model Dulohupa Village, but there needs to be another model that is able to support the business being run, such as a sustainable order to be able to obtain BUMDes organizational activities that provide more successful implementation of BUMDes Makmur at the appropriate stage so as to maximize profits and give more hope to the government and the goals of BUMDes Makmur Abadi can be achieved.

Abstract This social service aimed at administering free English instructional assistance and course to both teachers and students in elementary schools located in rural areas in Bali. The program has been conducted for 4 years starting from 2018. Our focus in this paper was identifying the challenges faced by the students during the program conducted from 13 July to 31 August 2021 since the teacher was a non-English department graduate and most students needed English course assistance. All teachers teaching English in elementary schools we helped majored Elementary Education degree. Besides, this program was to help the students to prepare their English competencies and skills onto junior high level. The program was conducted for six months once a week online via WhatsApp group with the class teacher and the students. This was because we still faced Covid-19 Pandemics. The results show that the students still find challenges in understanding the materials and assignments, and learning participation. Abstrak Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan dan bimbingan belajar gratis kepada guru dan siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) di pedesaan di Bali. Program serupa telah dilaksanakan selama 4 tahun sejak 2018. Fokus artikel berikut adalah mengidentifikasi tantangan-tantangan yang dihadapi siswa selama program yang dilaksanakan pada 13 Juli sampai 31 Agustus 2021. Guru-guru pengajar Bahasa Inggris di sekolah-sekolah yang kami bantu memiliki keahlian bidang non bahasa Inggris yakni Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (Guru Kelas) dan sebagian besar siswa membutuhkan bimbingan belajar Bahasa Inggris. Program ini juga dimaksudkan untuk mempersiapkan kemampuan dan keterampilan bahasa Inggris siswa pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Program dilaksanakan selama 6 minggu melalui moda daring dengan grup WhatsApp karena dilaksanakan pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa siswa masih menghadapi tantangan dalam memahami materi dan tugas-tugas, dan partisipasi belajar.

Today English plays an important role in the development of education. In response to advances and develops the education in this globalization era, English bridges communication among people around the world. The ability to communicate in English becomes crucial. The development in education as an impact of globalization significantly influence the process of teaching and learning concept. Bilingual education becomes necessary, it can stimulate the cognitive ability especially on cognitive function, it can also motivate the bilingual program. Education as a conscious effort to build and develop the quality of human resources and one popular education system promote bilingual education becomes a choice by parents. Using bilingual education become popular and be needed. Indonesian educational policies see this phenomenon as a new modern solution to be practiced in Indonesia's education system for many years. For these reasons, the purpose of writing this library research article paper is to elaborate and give understanding about bilingual eduacation in Indonesia for certain time. The article start with the differences between bilingual and bilingualism, the relation of the bilingual process with executive function, the practice of bilingual education in Indonesia compared by the national standardized school, the challenges and solutions concerning the policy and practices in language teaching and learning focused on bilingual education in Indonesia. The present article employ a descriptive qualitative approach from reputable references which is relevant to the topics.
