Abstract

In 2022, it will be a period of sustainable economic recovery in all sectors after the Covid-19 Pandemic. The state revenue and expenditure budget are the primary and leading instrument in growing the national economy that is timely, effective, and on target. The government has set a village fund ceiling of IDR 68 trillion. The village funds are distributed to 74,960 villages spread across 434 districts/cities throughout Indonesia. The realization of the distribution of transfers to regions and village funds in South Sulawesi until August 2022 reached IDR 19.23 trillion or 55.26% of the ceiling of IDR 29.22 trillion. The most significant contribution lies in the general allocation fund, which is IDR 12.96 trillion. This figure is even higher than the previous year's period which reached IDR 12.84 trillion. In the total budget provided, each village receives an average of IDR 907.1 million. The Covid-19 pandemic, which has hit the economy in the last 2 years, has forced the government through state revenue and spending budget instruments to work hard to overcome the impact caused by the pandemic. This can be seen from the policy of transferring funds to the regions and village funds for 2022 which are directed at supporting social protection programs for the poorest and most vulnerable people. The nation's economic recovery must rely on community empowerment in the community-based economy. South Sulawesi Province has 21 Regency and 3 Cities, 307 Sub-districts, and 2,255 villages. South Sulawesi's economy in the second quarter of 2022 continued its positive performance with increased growth compared to the previous quarter. South Sulawesi's economy recorded growth of 5.18%, higher than the previous quarter which grew 4.28%. Residents of rural communities in South Sulawesi Province have dominant livelihoods in the agricultural, forestry, and fisheries sectors (. In villages where the main income of most the population is agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, 64% of the villages have rice as the subsector commodity. Abstract

Higher Education Institutions play a key role in achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals through teaching and learning, research as well as community services. COVID-19 Pandemic outbreak requires certain and special methods in conducting education systems especially in teaching and learning process as well as administrative affairs. Online system has become the most popular and preferable since March 2020 when lockdown enforcement was implemented at the University of Medan Area (UMA). It is much easier today at the UMA because an online system has been introduced for years before the outbreak. Besides applying numbers of online applications, UMA has also committed to align the curricula and research with Sustainable Development Goals.Keyword: Teaching and Learning, Program, SDGs, Pandemic

Abstract

Along with the development of the times, the construction of buildings is also increasing rapidly. In a project, planning the budget of a project using the method of analyzing the price of the unit of work is very necessary as a reference. In the analysis of the unit price of work, there is also a labor coefficient planning which aims to measure the efficient use of labor in a construction project and can optimize the use of human resources in a construction project. The data collection method used is using the work sampling method. Work Sampling is a method that can be used to measure productivity. The productivity value of the workforce can be seen from the results of the standard time calculation. Standard time is the time that can be completed by the workforce in completing work under standard conditions.               The results of the research conducted on the South Kalimantan Provincial High Prosecutor's Office Construction project obtained the value of the labor coefficient in the column structure work in the field which was compared with the labor coefficient in the planning column structure work. Between the two analyses there is a clear difference due to the difference in work methods carried out in the field. This results in the value of the labor coefficient in the field tending to be smaller than the value of the planned labor coefficient. Keywords: Coefficient, Labor, Column

Abstract

The change in the status of the capital city of South Kalimantan province has implications for the development of urban infrastructure. Various construction works are being carried out, such as the construction of buildings, roads, and bridges. In the implementation of a construction project, of course, there is never a risk that can hinder the implementation process wherever the project is carried out. For example, the South Kalimantan Provincial High Prosecutor's Office (Continued) project is one of the medium-risk projects. The method used for this risk analysis is to use a quantitative research method with validity and reliability tests. Then analyze the Probability and Impact  data using the Severity Index calculation, which further determines the level of risk with the Matrix Probability and Impact. Then categorize these risk variables into risk acceptance scales in order to obtain the dominant risk variables that occur in the project. The results of the research from the risk analysis on the Implementation of the South Kalimantan Provincial High Prosecutor's Office Development Project (Continued) obtained 15 valid risk variables. There were 11 dominant risk variables with medium categories  and 3 risks with high categories  that affected the projectKeywords: Risk, Risk Analysis, Building, Severity Index

Abstract

In its implementation, construction projects increase yearly due to the high demand for infrastructure such as buildings, roads, and bridges. These projects are not free from risks that can affect cost, time, and quality. This study focuses on the Phase II Development Project of the South Kalimantan Provincial Social Services Office to analyze potential risks. The research method employs a quantitative approach by analyzing Probability and Impact data using the Severity Index. The results are applied to the Probability and Impact Matrix to identify dominant risks and categorize them based on the risk acceptance scale. The findings reveal 12 valid risk variables, with 10 risks categorized as medium and 2 as high. The study provides risk response recommendations to mitigate impacts on the project. Keywords: Risk analysis, Severity Index, Probability and Impact Matrix, dominant risk variable.

Abstract

In its implementation, starting from the planning stage, the implementation of scheduling, to the supervision and implementation of good controls, construction projects need to be well managed in their work. In the process of Building the Phase II Bridge Project in Pejambuan Village, Sungai Tabuk District, there was a slight delay in the eighth week due to equipment damage and delays in the material supply mobilization process. This project only has a time schedule in the form of an S Curve which is not helpful in controlling work in the field. This study aims to analyze scheduling using  the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) method assisted by the Microsoft Project 2021 application and identify critical and non-critical paths of work so that the implementation of the project can be carried out with an effective duration.Based on the results of the analysis of this study, the total duration of work is 138 working days with the total duration of work calculated using calendar days for 174 days, and the total duration of project realization is 180 calendar days. CV planning calculation. Al Fatih Karya is scheduled to be completed by September 30, 2024, while scheduling with the PDM method is completed by September 24, 2024. The critical trajectory in the results of this analysis is found in 13 activities starting from ordinary excavation work and ending with the installation of bridge nameplates. Keywords : Bridge, Microsoft Project 2021, Scheduling, Delay, PDM

Abstract

Cybercrime poses a serious challenge in the digital era, threatening data security and digital infrastructure. The PKK Group in Alassumur Lor Village, consisting of mothers, is vulnerable to cyberattacks due to a lack of technological understanding. They encounter difficulties in using devices, lack digital security awareness, and have minimal knowledge of privacy. To address this, an approach focusing on enhancing technological literacy through training is essential to comprehend and tackle daily technical issues. The engagement with the PKK Group in Alassumur Village emphasizes education and awareness about cybercrime and the importance of data protection. Workshops, group discussions, and material creation are utilized to raise awareness about cyber security. The goal is to instigate behavioral changes, the emergence of local leaders, and the formation of new cadres within the group, thereby strengthening collective data protection. The outcomes demonstrate positive changes in data security practices, understanding of cybercrime risks, and the emergence of leaders and new cadres. Recommendations include continuous cybercrime education, the use of social media for communication, and periodic evaluations to measure impact. The hope is for awareness about cybercrime and data protection to continue growing, becoming a part of societal culture, and safeguarding against future cyber threats.
