The Influence of Capital Structure and Idiosyncratic Risk on Company Value With Industri Type As Moderating on Energy Company Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange for The Period 2016-2020 Suyono, Suyono; Amin, Muhammad Nuryatno

The purpose of this study is to test and prove empirically the effect of capital structure and idiosyncratic risk, type of industry on the value of the Indonesian stock exchange sector. In addition, the purpose of this study is to empirically test and prove the type of industry to strengthen the effect of capital structure on the value of the Indonesian stock exchange sector. This last study aims to test and prove empirically the type of industry strengthens the effect of idiosyncratic risk on the value of the Indonesian Stock Exchange sector. The population in this study are energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 74 years 2016-2020. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. Based on this technique, the number of samples used in this study were 53 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with a moderating effect. The results of this study indicate that capital structure and idiosyncratic risk are not significant to the value of companies in the Indonesian stock exchange sector. The type of industry has a significant positive effect on the value of companies in the Indonesian stock exchange sector. The variable type of industry strengthens the positive influence of capital structure and idiosyncratic risk on the value of companies in the Indonesian stock exchange sector. For the control variable, ROA is not significant to firm value, while for CR it is significant positive to firm value. The variable value of the firm is influenced by variables of Capital Structure, idiosyncratic risk, Type of Industry, Profitability, and Liquidity of 9.6%. Meanwhile, 90.4% was influenced by other variables that were not included in this research model.

Game online merupakan sebuah gaya hidup baru bagi beberapa orang di setiap kalangan umurnya. Sekarang ini banyak di jumpai warung internet (warnet), ponsel Android dan fasilitas-fasilitas lainya yang dapat menghubungkan kita dengan internet baik itu di kota maupun di desa-desa dan mereka memfasilitasi akan adanya game online tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Dampak dari Game Online terhadap peserta didik SDN Tamansari 02 Mumbulsari, permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan adalah bagaiamana pengaruh game online terhadap minat belajar siswa SDN Tamansari 02 Mumbulsari Kota Jember?. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian adapaun informan merupakan orang yang benar-benar mengetahui permasalahan dengan baik mengenai isu-isu yang berasal dari pihak SDN Tamansari 02 Mumbulsari. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh game online baik dari sisi positif maupun dampak negative. Dampak positifnya adalah peserta didik menjadi lebih senang setelah bermain game karena peserta didik bisa melepaskan kepenatan nya selama belajar dengan cara bermain game, terdapat juga peserta didik yang bisa belajar bahasa asing dari bermain game online. Selain dampak positif, terdapat juga dampak negatif dari game online yaitu peserta didik menjadi terlalu fokus terhadap game nya dan mengabaikan tugas sekolah, menjadi malah dan kurang bersemangat ketika akan belajar. Peserta didik juga menjadi sulit menerima informasi dari guru maupun orang tua ketika diberitahu

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of word of mouth, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions. The population in this study are customers who make purchases at CV Toffin. By using non-probability sampling technique, the population size is unknown. The technique in determining the sample to be used is the accidental sampling method, where the sample studied is a customer who visited the researcher at the research location, namely CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru. The sample size in this study was 100 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS 20 software. The results of this study are (1) Word of Mouth has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions of CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru powder. (2) Product quality has a significant positive effect on the purchasing decision of CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru powder and (3) Brand image does not have a significant positive effect on the purchasing decision of CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru powder. Many other factors can influence purchasing decisions. It is hoped that future researchers can add other variables that might also influence many things in this research. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh word of mouth, kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang melakukan pembelian di CV Toffin. Dengan, menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yang dimana jumlah populasi yang tidak diketahui. Teknik dalam menentukan sampel yang akan digunakan adalah metode accidental sampling, dimana sampel yang diteliti adalah pelanggan yang bertamu dengan peneliti dilokasi penelitian yaitu CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 20. Maka hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Word of Mouth signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian powder CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru. (2) Kualitas Produk signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian powder CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru dan (3) Citra Merek tidak signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian powder CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru. Banyak faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variabel lain yang mungkin juga mempengaruhi banyak hal dalam penelitian ini.

Digital Internal Control (DIC) refers to the procedures and systems employed by organizations to manage risks and uphold the integrity of financial and operational information within a digital framework. As reliance on digital technologies grows, the need for effective internal control systems has become more pressing to combat fraud, ensure data accuracy, and comply with regulatory standards. This research investigates the components, effectiveness, and challenges associated with DIC systems. It highlights key elements such as access controls, data encryption, audit trails, and automated monitoring, and evaluates their role in risk mitigation and compliance assurance. The study also explores common challenges, including the high costs and complexity of implementation, particularly for smaller organizations, and the necessity for continuous updates and training due to rapid technological advancements. Findings suggest that robust DIC systems significantly reduce incidents of data breaches and fraud, with automated monitoring and audit trails being particularly effective for early detection of irregularities. To enhance DIC systems, the research recommends investing in advanced technologies, conducting regular training and audits, and developing comprehensive policies. This research aims to provide insights into creating a secure and resilient digital environment that supports organizational integrity and regulatory compliance.

This study aims to determine whether leadership, motivation and compensation an influence positive on the performance of employees of PT. LG Electronics.. The population in this study were all employees of PT. LG Electronics totaled 40 people. The sampling technique in this study is a census technique because the population is small. Thus, the number of samples in this study were 40 respondents. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The results obtained by leadership influence positive and significant on employee performance motivation and compensation an influence positive and significant on the performance of employees of PT. LG Electronics. It is recommended to add or expand the sample in further research so as to obtain results that are more representative of the overall situation of employees. The next research period was enlarged to obtain a larger number of samples.

The Community Service was carried out in Beji Village, East Ungaran District, which consisted of 13 RW 51 densely populated RT. Most of participant work in the private and government sectors. Some of entrepreneurs are held fish farming which are managed by the community as an additional necessity for life. To sum up, the implementation of Community Service in Beji village, sub-district East Ungaran can be concluded as follows: Community service activities in Beji Village, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency run well so that participants gained knowledge which can be implemented. Participants were given an explanation on how to make good Biofloc pond fish food and providing tarpaulins to partners as a form of concern for developing biofloc ponds.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memetakan tingkat kebisingan di bengkel workshop Politeknik Maritim Negeri Indonesia (Polimarin) dan mengidentifikasi area-area yang memerlukan upaya pengendalian kebisingan. Pengukuran kebisingan dilakukan pada beberapa titik di dalam bengkel praktik menggunakan alat pengukur kebisingan (sound level meter). Data tersebut kemudian diolah dengan perangkat lunak Surfer untuk membuat peta kontur tingkat kebisingan di dalam area bengkel. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa tingkat kebisingan tertinggi secara signifikan terpusat di sekitar mesin gerinda pemotong logam, yang merupakan sumber utama kebisingan di lingkungan tersebut. Adapun hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kebisingan yang diperoleh sebesar 92.53 dB untuk pengukuran pukul 09.00 WIB; 92.07 dB pada pengukuran jam 11.00 WIB; dan sebesar 92.01 dB untuk pengukuran pada jam 14.00. Dengan memahami pola kebisingan ini, rekomendasi dan langkah-langkah mitigasi diajukan, termasuk penggantian peralatan, perbaikan isolasi suara, perubahan dalam penjadwalan pekerjaan, serta edukasi dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk mengelola dan memahami kebisingan di bengkel praktik, dengan harapan menjadikannya lingkungan yang lebih aman dan nyaman bagi semua yang berinteraksi di dalamnya.

Barong and Rangda dances are one of the art forms that exist in Balinese society. This dance is a traditional Balinese dance that uses a large animal mask with four legs. Barong and Rangda dance tells the story of the conflict between good and evil. The origins of Barong and Rangda are thought to have existed since the 16th century, during the reign of Dalem Waturunggung. This is indicated by the presence of Karang Bhoma, which is placed above the door or kori agung at the Paduraksa temple. In the form of barong and rangda, it seems that there is a mixture of Javanese artists with Balinese artists and has been influenced or inspired by Barongsae from China. In Sidowaluyo and Balinuraga villages, the Barong Ket and Rangda dances are performed at certain times, namely at large shrines at temples. However, not all people in the village know or understand the art of Barong Ket and Rangda and the reasons for their performance at the yajña ceremony. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance procession and the perceptions of the people of South Lampung towards the performance of Barong Ket and Rangda in dewa yajña ceremony.

This study uses morphological characteristics and RAPD markers to evaluate the polyploidization of synthetic porang. Seeds of triploid porang (2n=2x=26) were soaked in the different colchicine concentrations for 24 hours. After colchicine treatment, the porang seeds were planted to an MS medium that contained 2.2 µM of 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP), then, 40 days after planting in the MS media, the morphology and molecular of synthetic polyploid porang were characterized. For DNA extraction, a total of 100 mg of young leaves of porang plantlet was collected. One way Anova followed by the Duncan test (95%) was performed for phenotypic characterization. The number of different alleles, number of effective alleles, Shannon's information index, diversity, and unbiased diversity were assessed for genetic diversity. Synthetic polyploid porang has a higher total shoot, root, and wider leaves than normal porang. Polyploidy induction also successfully increased the genetic diversity of porang, and the genetic diversity will increase porang adaptability and sustainability of porang cultivation.

The increasing public interest in higher education makes universities in Indonesia faced with opportunities and challenges to compete. Every university needs to understand the needs of students and provide optimal service to students in order to have a competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence students in choosing Universitas Negeri Malang through independent variables, namely perception of cost, perception of facilities and resources, university reputation, student received information, advice of relatives, and the dependent variable student decision. The type of data used in this research is quantitative with the SEM-PLS method with a research sample of 134 respondents from Universitas Negeri Malang students. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect on the perception of facilities and resources and university reputation on student decision. While in the perception of cost, student information, advice of relatives there is no influence on student decision.
