Kinerja guru adalah prestasi mengajar yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan yang dilakukan guru dalam tugas pokok dan fungsinya dalam realisasi yang konkrit. Guru harus mempunyai kinerja yang baik agar kegiatan pembelajaran berjalan maksimal, oleh karena itu perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 46 dan SDN 47 Mandau dengan tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis; 1) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja; 2) pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap motivasi kerja; 3) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru; 4) pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; 5) pengaruh langsung kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru; 6) pengaruh tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja dan 7) pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja. Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru SDN 46 dan SDN 47 Mandau yang berjumlah 41 guru, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara sensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, observasi dan berkas penelitian. Alat analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan pengolahannya menggunakan paket program SmartPLS, serta pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada alpha 5%. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: 1) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru; 2) kompetensi guru terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; 3) motivasi kerja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; 4) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terbukti mempunyai pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru; 5) kompetensi belum terbukti memberikan pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; 6) terbukti terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja dan 7) terbukti terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja. Background – Currently, many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector are seeking to capitalize on the widespread appreciation for regional products that are embedded in the cultural fabric of Indonesian society. Likewise, in the Sidoarjo area, a multitude of culinary MSME owners are trying to attract consumers by offering products that offer typical flavors native to their respective regions. Aim – The aim of this research is to determine operational cost tests, price tests and product quality tests to increase the income of MSMEs Design / methodology / approach – This research method is quantitative research with SEM-PLS as a data analysis method with the Smart PLS 3.0 program. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 research sample respondents, namely culinary MSMEs in Sidoarjo, with each variable measured using certain statement items. Findings – The findings of this research indicate that culinary MSMEs in Sidoarjo need to focus more on pricing strategies and improving product quality to increase their income. Operational cost efficiency does not necessarily contribute significantly to increasing revenue, possibly because human resources are an obstacle. This research provides important insights for MSME players and stakeholders in formulating effective business strategies, by emphasizing the importance of price and product quality in influencing income. Conclusion - The three variables studied were Operational Costs (X1), Price (X2), and Product Quality (X3), only the Price and Product Quality variables showed a positive and significant impact on Income Increase (Y) among culinary MSME actors in Sidoarjo. Research Implication – This research was carried out to determine whether operational costs incurred could be more effective and have a positive impact on productivity and income. Limbungan Traditional Village is located in Perigi Village with traditional potential that can be introduced as one of the tourist attractions in the village. Apart from that, there are many potential tourist attractions whose potential the people in Perigi village have not yet realized. The main obstacle in this village is the absence of special human resources focused on developing and managing the area as a tourist attraction, even though the East Lombok Regency government has designated Perigi village, especially the Limbungan Traditional Village, for tourism development. Therefore, the Lombok Poltekpar Service Team designed a human resource development program consisting of preparation stages, baseline study, coordination, coaching and mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. Based on the activities carried out, there are around 25 active young people who have been formed to develop Perigi village and Limbungan Traditional Village as tourist attractions. The provisions that have been obtained from increasing human resource capacity include the ability to prepare tour packages, story telling and basic services to guests. It is hoped that this activity to increase human resource capacity can be the first step for the village government and community to develop their village into a tourist attraction and provide awareness or sustainable benefits in the tourism sector.

This study documents the implementation of documentary video production training for Karang Taruna Handayani of Bansari Village, Bansari District, Temanggung Regency, as part of a community service effort to increase community potential through visual media. This training was carried out with the aim of empowering members of Karang Taruna in developing technical and creative skills in video production, as well as to promote the local potential of Bansari Village. The training implementation method includes intensive workshops that include learning the basic theory of video production, hands-on practice in shooting and editing, as well as continuous mentoring from the teaching team. The active participation of Karang Taruna members in all stages of the activity was the key to success in achieving the set objectives. The results of this activity include the production of several documentary videos highlighting various aspects of Bansari Village's life and potential, ranging from natural resources to local cultural activities. These videos not only aim to raise awareness of the village's diversity and beauty, but also as a means to motivate the younger generation to promote and protect their local heritage. In conclusion, this study shows that documentary video production training can be an effective instrument in increasing community participation in local development as well as in strengthening community identity and pride. By applying the skills gained from this training, it is hoped that Karang Taruna Handayani Desa Bansari can continue to play an active role in supporting sustainable development in their village.

In the current digital era, the role and strengthening of literacy at the high school and equivalent levels is significant. It aims to ensure that students receive assistance and learn about the development of this technology. Teenagers are required to use technology not only well but also appropriately. 'Goes to School' Literacy Strengthening Activity is one way for students to understand what information is appropriate to share and pass on to the community through various media. Of the four schools visited at SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang, SMK Negeri 1 Simpang Katis, SMK Negeri 1 Sungailiat, and SMK Negeri 1 Simpang Rimba, the team found that almost all students use Android and nearly all students use social media in their daily lives. However, quite a few of them need help understanding the good and wise use of social media. Through this literacy-strengthening activity, the team also invited high school and vocational school students to intensify the importance of literacy in various media, including participating in Literacy School activities.

Breakeven point or breakeven point is a situation where a company that carries out business activities does not get profit or loss. The purpose of the breakeven point is to provide an overview of the break event and also how it relates to company profits and to provide an overview of the results of the company's business activities. This break event point analysis is very useful for companies to determine the company's production, starting from how much it costs to incur, what price is set so that the company does not experience losses. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah pemberian bonus karyawan yang masih bersifat manual di PT Radiant Asia Pacific, Proses penentuan kenaikan jabatan karyawan yang ada sekarang ini masih belum efisien. Tujuan dirancangnya suatu sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian bonus karyawan agar memudahkan pimpinan dalam penentuan pemberian bonus karyawan dari hasil kinerja dan proses perhitungannya terkomputerisasi dengan menggunakan metode SAW. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Additive Weighting dalam penyelesaian permasalahan yang sudah diteliti. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan laporan data pemberian bonus karyawan pada PT Radiant Asia Pacific yang akurat sehingga dapat membantu dalam membuat strategi di masa yang akan datang. Sistem aplikasi yang dirancang sudah layak digunakan untuk proses penilaian pemberian bonus karyawan pada PT Radiant Asia Pacific karena sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan, sehingga dapat mempermudah pimpinan dalam proses penginputan data serta pembuatan laporan.Kata Kunci: SPK, Bonus, Karyawan, SAW, Java

Mr. Soyo's home industry tempe is a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) engaged in the tempe food production industry. In the Mr. Soyo’s home industry temp. has problems in the production process, causing defects in the tempe products produced by 1.5%. The goal of this research is to analyze quality control in the home industry Tempe, as well as the amount-of faults that occur and the underlying variables. The six-sigma approach is used in conjunction with the DMAIC sequence (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to analyze secondary data from a production report from July to September 2021. Quality control in the home industry Tempe was good, according to the analysis of DPMO value (Defect Per Million Opportunity) which was 4,997 and sigma level 4.13, and the magnitude of the problem was within the boundaries of tolerance. Kind defects caused during the production process are broken packaging, imperfect shape and flaccid texture. The cause of the packaging is damaged and the shape is that fermentation rack in open and unclean areas, the causative factor of flaccid texture is that there is no yeast guide and no sign of leaven bought.

This research was conducted at PT Cipta Baja Trimatra with the intention of determining whether or not there is a correlation between the employees' level of work performance and the leadership style of the company's management. The survey had a total of 52 employees from PT Cipta Baja Trimatra participate as respondents. The research was carried out on employees at that company. The method of random accident sampling was used to choose the research respondents. The distribution of questionnaires and a search of the relevant literature were the methods used to obtain the data. Multiple linear regression is the method for analyzing the data, while SPSS for Windows 22.0 is the statistical software that was utilized. At PT Cipta Baja Trimatra, the results of the test indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and that organizational climate also has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Both of these factors contribute to employee job satisfaction. In addition, the study discovered that the influence of leadership style and organizational climate variables on employee performance was quite little, coming in at 10.8 percent.

This study was used to design the Gas-cooled Fast Reactor (GFR) with 2400 MWt power as well as to implement a modified CANDLE (MCANDLE) burning strategy. Metallic uranium with Neptunium-237 at a concentration of 1% to 10% was used as burnable poison in the fuel while helium was applied as a coolant. Neptunium has been produced in conventional reactors by the decay product of plutonium obtained from U-238. This isotope has a relatively high absorption cross-section. As a nuclear waste, it is very useful to utilize as a burnable poison to reduce waste in the future and extend reactor operation lifetime with negligible reactivity. Moreover, the reactor was designed to operate for 100 years of burnup. Nuclear Fuel cell level calculations were conducted using the PIJ module and the reactor core was analyzed using the CITATION module contained in the SRAC. The core height was found to be 420 cm while the diameter was 300 cm and it was designed to have a refueling period of ten years. The survey parameters evaluated include burnup level, factor multiplication, conversion ratio, atomic density, and power distribution. The calculation conducted at the fuel cell level showed that the maximum value in the 76th year for the infinite multiplication factor was 1.30097. It was also discovered that the reactor core for the effective multiplication factor parameter with a fuel fraction of 55% was 1.094 without the addition of burnable poison.
