Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa konstitusi hijau (green constitution) dalam upaya penyelamatan lingkungan hidup di Indonesia, karena permasalahannya saat ini konstitusi hijau masih terjebak dalam perspektif antropocentrisme sehingga sulit untuk diimplementasikan, di mana manusia dianggap sebagai pusat alam semesta. Hal ini dapat mengabaikan kepentingan non-manusia, seperti hewan dan tumbuhan. Saat ini Implementasi Konstitusi Hijau di Indonesia masih dalam tahap awal dan membutuhkan komitmen serta upaya dari berbagai pihak dengan menekankan pada hubungan antara warga negara, negara, dan lingkungan dalam bentuk tanggung jawab bersama. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian hukum normatif melalui pendekatan konseptual (Conteptual approach) dan pendekatan peraturan Perundang-undangan (Statute approach). Hasil penelitian ini didapati bahwa Konstitusi Hijau, sebagai dasar yang mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan dan perlindungan lingkungan ke dalam kerangka hukum dasar suatu negara, memiliki potensi untuk memastikan pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang transparan, akuntabel, dan berkelanjutan, semua kegiatan eksploitasi sumber daya alam dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan dampak jangka panjang dengan menciptakan keadilan ekologi, yang dapat diwujudkan melalui berbagai mekanisme hukum dan kebijakan untuk mengatasi ketidakadilan. Prinsip-prinsip pelestarian lingkungan hidup dan keadilan ekologi sudah seharusnya dimasukkan kedalam konstitusi negara Indonesia, hal ini dilakukan untuk memperkuat komitmen terhadap pelestarian lingkungan hidup, meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam, serta  mendorong pembangunan berkelanjutan. Artinya amandemen UUD 1945 perlu dilakukan dengan memberikan hak kepada lingkungan hidup secara utuh dan terjaga.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance understanding of legal protection for teachers in performing their professional duties. The implementation method includes preparation, problem identification, socialization, and monitoring and evaluation (Monev). Through this initiative, teachers gained comprehensive insights into their professional rights, obligations, and legal protection mechanisms as regulated by Law No. 14 of 2005 and Government Regulation No. 74 of 2008. The results showed a significant increase in participants' regulatory understanding, rising from 42% to 89%. The findings reveal that the primary obstacle to teacher protection is not a lack of regulation, but rather weak implementation and insufficient inter-institutional synergy. Consequently, systematic collaboration among local governments, education offices, professional organizations, and legal institutions is required, including the establishment of a Teacher Protection Task Force to ensure an effective and sustainable protection system.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the forms and implementation of Strengthening Character Education through school culture based habituation in developing students interpersonal relationships at SD Alam Al Fatih Palu. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that school culture based habituation integrating values of discipline, empathy, cooperation, and effective communication into daily activities is proven to significantly strengthen students interpersonal relationships. Furthermore, synergy between the school, parents, and the community serves as a supporting factor in creating harmonious social relationships. This study concludes that the comprehensive integration of character in both academic and non academic aspects is essential to create an educational environment conducive to students social development.

Abstract

Pelatihan Tes Dan Pengukuran fisik atlet yang menggunakan aplikasi pada permainan sepakbola bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan aplikasi tes fisik cabang olahraga sepakbola kepada pelatih sekolah sepakbola di bawah binaan KONI Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu dengan menampilkan aplikasi tes fisik yang telah dibuat suatu program latihan sesuai dengan hasil penelitian. Yang dilaksanakan kepada pelatih SSB di bawah binaan KONI Ogan Ilir, jumlah peserta 50 orang, yang terdiri pelatih SSB dan guru olahraga yang terlibat dalam latihan sepakbola di Ogan Ilir. Hasil pelatihan ini pelatih dapat menggunakan aplikasi tes fisik sepakbola, dan mempermudah atlet dalam pelaksanaan tes fisik cabor sepakbola. Manfaat pengabdian ini ingin meningkatkan kualitas pelatih sepakbola/ SSB di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Indonesia merupakan proses yang terus mengalami perubahan seiring dengan dinamika sosial, kebijakan pendidikan, dan tuntutan pembelajaran kontemporer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perjalanan dan tantangan pengembangan kurikulum PAI di Indonesia melalui pendekatan historis-kritis berbasis studi literatur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis) terhadap 32 dokumen yang terdiri atas dokumen kebijakan kurikulum, artikel jurnal ilmiah, dan buku akademik yang relevan. Data dianalisis melalui pengodean tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan kecenderungan yang muncul secara berulang dalam literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat temuan utama, yaitu: (1) pergeseran orientasi tujuan kurikulum PAI dari penekanan kognitif menuju pembentukan karakter dan moderasi beragama; (2) transformasi pendekatan pembelajaran dari teacher-centered menuju student-centered yang masih dominan pada tataran normatif; (3) perubahan peran guru PAI sebagai fasilitator nilai yang belum sepenuhnya didukung oleh kesiapan kompetensi dan sistem kelembagaan; serta (4) munculnya kesenjangan antara desain kurikulum dan praktik implementasi sebagai tantangan paling dominan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merumuskan model sintesis empiris pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang menempatkan kesenjangan ideal–praktik sebagai isu sentral dalam reformasi kurikulum. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara teoretis dengan menawarkan kerangka konseptual integratif dalam kajian kurikulum PAI dan secara praktis memberikan implikasi bagi pengembang kurikulum dan pembuat kebijakan agar reformasi kurikulum PAI dilakukan secara sistemik dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) is a monogenic disease due to a point mutation in the HBB gene that causes chronic hemolytic anemia and vaso-occlusive crisis, while conventional therapy is generally palliative. In the past decade, CRISPR-based gene editing has developed rapidly and given birth to three main platforms, namely CRISPR-Cas9, base editing, and prime editing which opens up opportunities for more curative therapies through fetal hemoglobin (HbF) reactivation or correction of genetic targets. This literature review aims to compare working principles, cutting-edge achievements, advantages, and limitations, as well as the ethical implications and potential integration of biology learning from the three technologies. The method used is a descriptive-comparative literature review of 2015-2025 publications from reputable databases (PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, and Nature Portfolio) which is selected based on relevance and quality. The results of the synthesis showed that CRISPR-Cas9 has reached the clinical stage through HbF-enhanced autotemcel (exa-cel/Casgevy) exagamglogen therapy and is reported to suppress vasoocclusive crises in most patients. Base editing offers base change without Double-Strand Break (DSB) and shows promising preclinical results, including HbS conversion strategies into antisickling variants (e.g. HbG-Makassar) as well as modulation of HbF regulators. Prime editing provides the ability to "rewrite" sequences without DSBs or separate DNA donors and shows preclinical evidence in hematopoietic stem cells and animal models, but efficiency, complexity of delivery, and long-term safety data remain challenges. This study emphasizes that strengthening ethical governance (safety, informed consent, and access fairness) needs to go hand in hand with innovation. In addition to biomedical relevance, the topic of SCD-gene editing has the potential to be an authentic context for developing students' genomic literacy, ethical reasoning, and critical thinking through the PjBL and SSI approaches.

Abstract

Student athletes face dual demands to achieve academic success while maintaining athletic performance, which requires effective self-management. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the academic achievement of student athletes at Sriwijaya University, including learning motivation, time management, physical fitness, family support, allowances and incentives, as well as the utilization of the Test Filit application for managing physical fitness data. Academic achievement, measured by Grade Point Average (GPA), served as the dependent variable. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey design involving active student athletes at Sriwijaya University. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and physical fitness assessments conducted using the Test Filit application. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the academic achievement of student athletes falls within the good to excellent category. Simultaneously, learning motivation, time management, physical fitness, and external support factors significantly influence academic achievement. The findings reveal that learning motivation and effective time management are dominant factors in maintaining stable academic performance, while well-managed physical fitness supports learning concentration and endurance. In addition, the use of the Test Filit application has proven effective in facilitating efficient measurement and management of physical fitness data. In conclusion, academic achievement among student athletes is influenced by a combination of internal and external factors. Institutional support through flexible academic policies, adequate sports facilities, incentive programs, and the integration of digital technology such as the Test Filit application is essential to support a balanced achievement in both academic and athletic domains.

Abstract

Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) is caused by a group of gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis, Klebsiella pneumonia, Citobacter, Enterobacter,Pseudomonasaeruginosa.In addition, gram-possitive bacteria can also cause UTI’s such as Staphylococcus epidermidis and Streptococcus faecalis UTI’s are more common in women because the urethra is shorter so contaminants can enter the urinary tract more easily. The type of research by using 10 urine samples on urine samples through urine culture examination.The type of urine used was urine while. This research aimed to determine what types of bacteria were found in the urine of women with Urinary Tract Infections (UTI) at Primaya Hospital Makassar. The results of the research from 10 urine samples of women with Urinary Tract Infections at Primaya Hospital Makassar, namely 3 samples found Escherichia coli bacteria, 6 samples were found Enterobacter agglomerans bacteria, and 1 samples was found Klebsiella sp. The most common type of bacteria was found in Enterobacter agglomerans.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the strategic policies of State Senior High School 6 Palembang in implementing the 2013 curriculum within 9 years. Based on this, to find out more about the level of implementation of the 2013 curriculum in terms of the aspect of learning achievement of Physical Education in Sports and Health (PEH) in the context of the 2013 curriculum in an objective and factual manner. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in terms of learning outcomes for physical education, sports and health. The research method used is mixed research with the CIPP model evaluation method (context, input, process, product). Research data was obtained through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and percentages. The results showed that the evaluation of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in terms of PEH learning outcomes was good. This can be seen from the evaluation of the PEH curriculum in the context of the 2013 curriculum in the form of the legal basis for the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number. 22 of 2016, and has carried out intensive socialization with school residents. The input evaluation shows that the implementation has been supported by a good quality curriculum. Process evaluation shows that the school can organize the implementation of the preparation of teaching preparation by the signs set out in the guidelines for preparing learning plans. While the product evaluation shows qualitatively in detail according to indicators, where knowledge and skills, data findings are also strengthened by observations that the learning outcomes target and graduate qualification criteria. In addition, the results of observations and responses of teachers and students are very high.

Abstract

Pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur’an sejak usia dini merupakan aspek krusial dalam pembentukan kompetensi religius dan literasi Al-Qur’an anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi metode Iqro’ tahap awal dalam mengembangkan fondasi membaca Al-Qur’an pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK IT Bunda Wardah Parepare, yang mencakup aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan guru, dan dokumentasi pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran disusun secara sistematis berdasarkan buku Iqro’, pelaksanaan dilakukan secara bertahap sesuai karakteristik kognitif anak, dan evaluasi dilakukan secara berkesinambungan untuk memantau penguasaan huruf hijaiyah. Implementasi metode ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an anak secara signifikan. Faktor pendukung utama adalah kompetensi guru dan penggunaan media interaktif, sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi variasi kemampuan awal anak dan durasi pembelajaran yang terbatas. Dengan demikian, metode Iqro’ tahap awal sangat efektif digunakan sebagai strategi pembelajaran literasi Al-Qur’an pada anak usia dini di TK IT Bunda Wardah Parepare.
