Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa perencanaan anggaran pendidikan di SMPIT Al-Ummah Cibadak Sukabumi disusun melalui RAPBS setiap akhir tahun, melibatkan stakeholders sekolah, dengan keputusan akhir diambil oleh ketua yayasan. Mekanisme pengorganisasian pembiayaan pendidikan melibatkan struktur organisasi yang dipimpin oleh ketua yayasan dan kepala sekolah. Anggaran digunakan untuk pembiayaan program sekolah, belanja barang dan jasa, belanja modal, serta pengembangan sumber daya manusia, khususnya guru. Pengawasan dilakukan oleh Yayasan Peduli Ummat Indonesia dan dinas kependidikan, dengan pertanggungjawaban diserahkan kepada Komite Sekolah dan yayasan. Manajemen pembiayaan yang baik, terbuka, dan transparan di SMPIT Al-Ummah diakui memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Dengan demikian, strategi ini berpotensi untuk diterapkan dalam konteks pendidikan lainnya guna meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia secara lebih luas.

This research aims to examine multicultural education from the perspective of Islamic Education Science by identifying multicultural values in Islam and chlorinating challenges and obstacles in realizing multicultural education in the Islamic context. The research method used is qualitative with a library research approach. The results showed that multicultural education from an Islamic perspective is by integrating multicultural values into Islamic religious learning and the focus is on developing attitudes and behaviors that respect cultural, religious, and ethnic diversity and of course by involving the development of character, knowledge, and attitudes by Islamic teachings. The challenges and obstacles in realizing multicultural education in the Islamic context are the difficulty of building a strong perception and awareness of the importance of multicultural education in Islamic societies, the existence of several traditions and cultures in Islamic societies emphasizing homogeneity, and resisting change or outside influences. Finally, the development of curricula and teaching methods that conform to multicultural principles in the Islamic context requires profound adjustment. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara mendalam tentang  pendidikan multikultural dari perspektif Ilmu Pendidikan Islam dengan mengidentifikasi nilai –nilai multicultural dalam Islam dan mengeklorasi tantangan dan hambatan dalam mewujudkan pendidikan multicultural dalam konteks Islam.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan multikultural dalam  persfektif Islam yaitu dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran agama Islam dan fokusnya adalah pada pengembangan sikap dan perilaku yang menghargai keragaman budaya, agama, dan etnis dan tentunya dengan melibatkan pengembangan karakter , pengetahuan, dan sikap yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Adapun yang menjadi tantangan dan hambatan dalam mewujudkan pendidikan multicultural dalam kontek Islam adalah sulitnya membangun persepsi dan kesadaran yang kuat tentang pentingnya pendidikan multikultural dalam masyarakat Islam,adanya beberapa tradisi dan budaya dalam masyarakat Islam menekankan pada homogenitas dan menolak perubahan atau pengaruh luar. Dan terkahir pengembangan kurikulum dan metode pengajaran yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip multikultural dalam konteks Islam memerlukan penyesuaian yang mendalam.

The main problem of this research is the low awareness and understanding of the importance of multicultural education among Indonesian educators and students. The aim of this research is to identify effective multicultural education development strategies that can be implemented in Indonesian schools to increase tolerance and cultural diversity among students. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach which includes in-depth analysis of literature and previous research regarding multicultural education. Data was collected by studying various journals, books and official documents that discuss the concept, implementation and impact of multicultural education. Research shows that effective strategies include integrating multicultural values into the curriculum, teacher training and development, and active participation in school community. The research concluded that implementing multicultural education in a planned and systematic manner can increase understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity, so that it can strengthen the unity and integrity of a multicultural society. Permasalahan utama penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kesadaran dan pemahaman akan pentingnya pendidikan multikultural di kalangan pendidik dan siswa Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan pendidikan multikultural yang efektif yang dapat diterapkan di sekolah-sekolah Indonesia untuk meningkatkan toleransi dan keragaman budaya di kalangan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka yang mencakup analisis mendalam terhadap literatur dan penelitian terdahulu mengenai pendidikan multikultural. Data dikumpulkan dengan mempelajari berbagai jurnal, buku, dan dokumen resmi yang membahas tentang konsep, implementasi, dan dampak pendidikan multikultural. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang efektif antara lain mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai multikultural ke dalam kurikulum, pelatihan dan pengembangan guru, dan partisipasi aktif dalam komunitas sekolah. Penelitian tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pendidikan multikultural secara terencana dan sistematis dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan apresiasi terhadap keberagaman budaya, sehingga dapat memperkuat persatuan dan kesatuan masyarakat multikultural.

Penelitian studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan urgensi dan peran kajian riset disipliner dan interdisipliner pendidikan Islam dalam menghadapi isu-isu nasional dan global. Kajian riset disipliner dan interdsipliner pendidikan Islam merupakan bagian dari upaya penguatan sekaligus pengembangan pendidikan Islam dalam partisipasi dan kontekstualisai perannya dalam memecahkan persoalan-persoalan nasional dan globalyangsemakin kompleks dan multidimensi.Melalui kajian tersebut diharapkan dapat membangun pendidikan Islam yang responsif, adaptif, inovatif dan efektif. The strategy for implementing religious moderation is the systematic steps and approaches used to integrate the values of religious moderation among today's diversity. This research aims to determine strategies for implementing religious moderation and supporting factors and inhibiting factors for its implementation in Islamic education management. This research uses qualitative method under case study. The findings of the research show that there are various programs of an Islamic Religious Education Curriculum which is full of moderation values, a program to habituate the values of moderation in daily life, a religious moderation training program for teachers, and the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project activities as strategies for implementing religious moderation. Apart from that, the existence of a clear vision and mission, a strong commitment from the leadership and teaching staff, as well as active support from parents and the community are supporting factors for the implementation of religious moderation. However, limited resources and the influence of students' social environment outside of school which does not always support the values of moderation are factors inhibiting the implementation of religious moderation. In conclusion, the strategy for implementing religious moderation can be carried out with various programs and activities in intracurricular, extracurricular, co-curricular and school culture as well as optimizing supporting factors and innovating solutions to overcome factors that obstruct its implementation.

This research is using a qualitative method. Data collection through literature studies using observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentary recording, accompanied by research indicators. Then descriptive data analysis and analysis are carried out by following the steps of data reduction, data display to drawing conclusions. This research was conducted at SDN Permata Biru, Cinunuk, Bandung. Looking at the facts on the ground, the challenges in forming students' noble morals are increasingly complex, especially in the midst of globalization. The PAI curriculum in Indonesia has also undergone various changes and received criticism, whether the current PAI curriculum is really suitable for the formation of students' morals.

This study examines the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) within the national curriculum at SDN Pasirpari, Pacet Subdistrict, Bandung Regency. The curriculum serves as a guideline that organizes the objectives, content, and teaching methods to achieve quality education. IRE plays a vital role in shaping students' character and morals but faces challenges such as teachers' limited understanding of effective teaching methods and resource constraints. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design to identify challenges in implementing IRE and propose solutions. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with IRE teachers and classroom observations. The findings reveal that inclusive and interactive teaching approaches can enhance students' understanding of religious teachings. The study recommends reforms in teaching methods and the integration of technology to improve the effectiveness of IRE. By addressing existing challenges, Islamic religious education is expected to optimally contribute to shaping the character of Indonesia's younger generation. This research contributes to the development of better national education policies and offers recommendations for creating a more relevant and contextual IRE curriculum.

Curriculum is the core of education where the curriculum can be interpreted as a set of plans and arrangements regarding objectives, content and learning materials as well as the methods used as guidelines for implementing learning activities to achieve certain educational goals. The basis for curriculum development can be interpreted as an idea, assumption or principle on which to rely. or starting point in developing a curriculum. The foundations for developing a curriculum include: religious foundations, philosophical foundations (perennialism, essentialism, existentialism, progressivism, reconstructivism), juridical foundations, psychological foundations, sociological or socio-cultural foundations and organizational foundations.

Supervisi akademik merupakan salah satu strategi yang efektif untuk memastikan kualitas pembelajaran di madrasah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran kepala madrasah dalam mengelola dan melaksanakan supervisi akademik untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa kepala sekolah di MA Miftahul Huda Subang sudah menjalankan perannya dengan baik sesuai dengan program yang telah disusun untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Secara terperinci peran kepala madrasah dalam melaksanakan supervisi akademik yaitu melaksanakan perencana, pelaksanaan dan melakukan evaluasi supervisi. Pada tahap perencaan kepala madrasah menentukan tujuan supervisi, menyusun progra, supervisi dan menentukan instrumen supervisi. Adapun pada tahap pelaksanaan supervisi kepala madrasah mengamati proses belajar mengajar di kelas untuk melihat bagaimana guru mengajar dan bagaimana siswa belajar, kepala madrasah mengadakan pertemuan dengan guru untuk membahas hasil observasi kelas dan memberikan umpan balik dan pemberian umpan balik secara konstruktif dan objektif. Sedangkan kegiatan evaluasi supervisi yaitu kepala madrasah mengevaluasi hasil supervisi untuk melihat apakah tujuan supervisi telah tercapai dan kepala madrasah menyusun laporan supervisi yang memuat hasil observasi, masukan yang diberikan, dan tindak lanjut yang dilakukan.

This study analyzes the implementation of Internal Quality Assurance Standards (SPMI) in pesantren to identify its impact on graduate quality and community satisfaction. The research design used a mixed-method sequential explanatory approach. The quantitative phase involved 457 respondents and was analyzed using SmartPLS to examine the influence of SPMI on graduate quality and community satisfaction. The qualitative phase was conducted through in-depth interviews with kiai (Islamic scholars), teachers, and alums to interpret the quantitative results and explore the value-based quality practices of pesantren. The quantitative results showed that SPMI had a more substantial influence on graduate quality (β = 0.72; R² = 0.52), while the most dominant influence on community satisfaction was found in pesantren (β = 0.70; R² = 0.51). Qualitative findings confirmed these results by identifying integrative curriculum practices, spiritual-moral guidance (ta'dib), life skills development, and the social contributions of pesantren. These findings confirm that SPMI in pesantren is not merely an administrative instrument but a systemic strategy that integrates academic, spiritual, moral, and social dimensions. This study provides new insights into variations in SPMI implementation in pesantren and offers a quality assurance model that is contextual and aligned with Islamic scientific traditions.
