Stres kerja menjadi perhatian khusus yang telah berkembang di banyak perusahaan. Ini dapat berakibat kerugian bagi perusahaan bila tidak ditangani dengan benar. Karyawan yang memiliki tingkat stres tinggi dan berkepanjangan akan berniat meninggalkan perusahaan karena tidak memiliki modal psikologis, modal sosial dan modal manusia yang tangguh yang mampu menangani beban dan tuntutan pekerjaan. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah mengetahui keterkaitan antara modal psikologis, modal sosial, dan modal manusia dengan stres kerja. Ada 100 responden yang diambil secara purposive sampling dari di bagian produksi sebagai sampel studi ini. Alat analisis adalah korelasi Spearman. Studi ini menemukan bahwa modal psikologis, modal sosial, dan modal manusia memiliki korelasi dengan stres pekerjaan. Kekuatannya berbeda satu sama lain. Modal psikologis ditemukan memiliki korelasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan modal sosial dan modal manusia.

A Currently the development of construction work is increasingly complex and sophisticated. The nature of the production process in the construction industry makes construction work dangerous and full of risks with high complexity that can lead to stress. Project managers are demanded in terms of mastery of new technologies, tighter time limits or, changing demands on work results, and changes in work regulations can create stressful situations. However, they are required to remain productive and optimal as a form of professionalism. This study will exаmine the relаtionship between job stress аnd project manager performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the direction and significance of the relаtionship between the two variаbles. The population in this study were construction project managers in the Surabaya area with a sample of 23 respondents using purposive sampling. The test was carried out using SPSS 26 software. The data analysis techniques used in this study included validity, reliability, and correlation analysis. The results of the study show that stress and project manager performance have a strong negative relationship. Students are potential sources that act as economic builders of a nation. In the future, they become the basic foundation of the nation to develop, one of which is through the development of the economy. They are expected not only to become job seekers but to become job providers. This is shown through learning entrepreneurship courses. The course provides an overview of how an entrepreneur is formed along with its challenges. This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions. The study was conducted in four private universities in the cities of Surabaya and Mojokerto involving 150 respondents from among students. The analytical tool used is the Structural Equation Model. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows all positively significant effects. Entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant influence on self-efficacy. Agricultural Extension Officers are agricultural service officers who are tasked with helping farmers run farming businesses through an extension system as a form of learning activity for farmers and agricultural entrepreneurs so that they can help and organize themselves when looking for and using information about markets, capital, technology, and other resources to be able to developing business efficiency, productivity, welfare and income, as well as developing the level of awareness to preserve the environment. Agricultural instructors must have managerial and technical competencies because agricultural instructors must have technical capabilities related to agriculture, and managerial capabilities include the ability to manage work to carry out extension services. To carry out outreach activities, qualified instructors are needed. The performance of the extension agent determines the effectiveness of the extension activity so that it is necessary to determine the determinants of the performance of the extension worker. The research was conducted in Lumajang Regency, East Java. This study resulted in four findings, namely: (1) interpersonal skills have a significant role in performance; (2) the performance of the instructor is not significantly affected by work experience; (3) integrity has a significant impact on the performance of extension workers; (4) the ups and downs of the performance of the extension worker get the role of work engagement

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of satisfaction of vehicle parking service users at the Royal Plaza Surabaya shopping center. This survey was conducted in the Royal Plaza parking area. Primary data were collected by researchers from the main source, namely users of Royal Plaza parking services by means of interviews and filling out questionnaires. The population in this study are visitors who have used the Royal Plaza parking area. Samples are users of Royal Plaza parking services who meet the requirements of 100 respondents. The finding of this study is that respondents in general tend to have achieved a good level of satisfaction. There are several attributes that need to be developed better and there are attributes that have satisfied users. The attribute that must be maintained as the main element forming satisfaction of parking service users is that the access to the parking location is close to the shopping center and they never go around in the parking area to find a parking space. The 2019 coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak has become a global catastrophe that has spread rapidly. To stop the spread of the disease, almost every country has implemented public health measures. Many colleges have turned to online teaching for the safety of academics and students. Students are trapped in a pandemic condition and have to accept the fact that they are not effectively undergoing lectures. Students and lecturers experience disturbances in the education system. This of course creates stress. Therefore, coping strategies to reduce stress are needed to prevent the harmful effects of prolonged stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress and coping strategies. This study uses a quantitative descriptive and correlation research methodology in collecting the required information. The participants of this research are 30 students of the Faculty of Engineering who will participate and answer questions in virtual interviews via zoom. The analytical tool is correlation. In the world, especially in Indonesia, e-commerce as a trading system using internet media has developed rapidly. Marketplaces such as Shopee, Blibli, Lazada, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and others have contributed to improving online shopping behavior in Indonesia. Online trading transactions are also increasing and becoming a trend in society. Impulsive buying behavior arises as a result of the existence of an easy and practical online shopping system. This study aims to determine the effect of security, ease of use and trust on impulsive buying behavior. The population in this study were consumers who had made online purchases at Shopee and the sample was taken by purposive sampling of 100 people. The analysis tool uses multiple linear analysis. The results showed that the security variable had a significant and dominant positive effect on impulsive buying behavior; (2) ease of use has a significant effect on impulsive buying behavior; (3) trust has a significant effect on impulsive buying behavior. The direct impact of Covid-19 is the weakening of economic growth or even the economy experiencing negative growth. Gross domestic product has decreased drastically. Covid-19 has forced all of us to migrate from places of work in offices, places to study at schools, places to shop at malls, even places of worship in places of worship to all being done at home. The readiness of workers to adapt due to changes in the work environment and different conditions in general is also a challenge for both workers and companies. Therefore, researchers conducted research on the implementation of employee WFH. This research is a quantitative research. The data collection technique is through literature study which aims to describe, explain and analyze facts that can support the research topic. The results show that remote work can be an answer to urban issues and emergency conditions in the short and long term. Ideally every human being has the same right to do a job. Recruitment or assignment must be given based on one's abilities. In practice there is still discrimination against several parties, including women. In assigning tasks, women are considered less able to work and unable to adapt to the work environment. This causes women to be hampered in a career in the company. Companies need resources that have good competence so that company productivity will increase. Women are also able to give good performance, if given the same opportunity to work. In this case, leadership that gives equal rights to women needs to be done so that women are able to show their competence. Various theories and scientific developments on human resources also emphasize gender equality and science-based applications should pay attention to that as well. The marketing mix is one of the most important aspects of marketing activities and plays an important role in creating value and satisfaction to meet customer expectations. The concept of the marketing mix serves as a tool used by an organization to survive in a competitive environment. This concept is controlled by the organization and consists of four main components namely product, price, distribution and promotion. For bids in the form of services, the marketing mix develops into seven components according to the characteristics of the service offer. Three additional components are the service provider, process, physical evidence. The service marketing mix is a formulation of a competitive advantage strategy for organizations. The human factor directly involved in the exchange process makes human resources an important figure of strategic application. Customer-oriented competitive advantage should be implemented by service providers with the appropriate formulation of the marketing mix. Marketing mix and competitive advantage are strategic relationships that are very important for the survival of the company.
