The managerial practice of human resources to retain employees and develop performance is through a remuneration policy. This policy is a form of reward to employees for the contributions they make to their organization. Remuneration is one of the organization's strategies to empower the workforce, and can function as a company's competitiveness. Conformity between remuneration policies and employee recruitment will be the main factor in shaping the quality and competence of the organization's performance. This study aims to determine the extent to which remuneration has a relationship with employee retention and performance. This survey used a sample of 86 randomly selected respondents. Descriptive statistics involve frequency tables, while correlations are used to prove the relationship between variables. The study findings show that an effective remuneration policy has a strong relationship to improve employee performance. In addition, there is a significant relationship between remuneration and employee retention. Employees are possible to stay in the organization if the remuneration policy is in accordance with employee expectations

The transportation industry has developed along with infrastructure development in various regions. The concept of service quality becomes very important and is related to the transportation industry. In East Java there is the Suramadu Bridge which has had a setback impact on the Ujung-Kamal ferry crossing business which had previously experienced its heyday in its time. This study intends to analyze the quality of ferry services and determine the level of passenger satisfaction through analysis of the difference between expectations and perceptions of passengers. Data has been retrieved from the company's passengers during their journey. There were 102 respondents whose data were collected. Examination of the level of passenger satisfaction found that the criteria were at the stage of being quite satisfied even though they were not completely satisfied. This value means that there is an important task for the management company to further improve passenger satisfaction. Another finding is that the service quality variable (servqual) has a partial or simultaneous role to form the passenger satisfaction variable. Every big city has a shopping center as one of the economic activities carried out. In the city of Surabaya, there are various shopping centers that have various target visitors. Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya is the second largest shopping center in Indonesia which has many competitors in the city of Surabaya. For that it is important to always increase visitors every time. For this reason, it is necessary to know the factors that can influence the interest in revisiting, such as lifestyle, location, and reference groups. This study aims to determine the role of lifestyle, location, and reference group on interest in returning. The population of this study is Surabaya residents who visited Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya more than twice in the past 3 years. The sample used is 100 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that lifestyle plays a significant role in the interest in returning to Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. Furthermore, location also has a significant and positive impact on the revisiting to Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. The reference group also has a significant impact on the revisiting to Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya

In Indonesia, there are quite a lot of cigarette consumers. For entrepreneurs, especially those engaged in cigarette products, the large number of cigarette consumers is a business opportunity that has the potential to continue to grow. This can be seen from the increasing number of new cigarette brands launched in the market and supported by the large number of people who smoke. The desire to consume mild cigarettes can be influenced by various factors such as consumer perceptions and attitudes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of consumer perceptions and attitudes towards consumer behavior which in this case is the decision to purchase mild cigarettes. This research was conducted in the center of Sidoarjo City. Research subjects are consumers of mild cigarettes. This study used 173 respondents as a sample. The study used data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The data obtained will then be processed using SPSS with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results show that consumer perceptions and attitudes have a significant effect on consumer behavior

Saat ini konsumen tidak hanya ditawarkan produk yang beragam namun juga merek yang beragam. Konsumen dihadapkan pada pilihan dari berbagai jenis merek yang memiliki kelebihan tersendiri. Manajemen pemasaran mengharapkan adanya hubungan berkelanjutan antara konsumen dan merek. Peningkatan kualitas hubungan merek itu perlu ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan terus. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pembentukan kualitas hubungan merek melalui citra diri, kepribadian merek, dan kelompok acuan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dengan populasi adalah konsumen Milo yang ada di Kota Johor Bahru Malaysia. Peneliti menggunakan 100 responden sebagai sampel penelitian dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peran nyata citra diri terhadap pembentukan kualitas hubungan merek. Selanjutnya kepribadian merek memiliki peran nyata pada kualitas hubungan merek. Kualitas hubungan merek juga dipengaruhi signifikan oleh kelompok acuan. Ketiga variabel secara simultan berperan nyata membentu kualitas hubungan merek.

People have alternative treatments and treatments through traditional techniques and herbal remedies. They have attitudes and beliefs about herbs to be able to overcome complaints of certain diseases or just treatment of the body. Pharmaceutical companies in the traditional medicine group are growing. This makes the market share more competitive, because there are so many products for indications based on complaints about disease disorders or increasing body vitality. Related to this, it is very important to know the factors that influence customer trust in herbal medicinal products. This study aims to determine significantly the safety, ease-of-use, and perceived usefulness of Kuku Bima Energi Herbal on customer trust. The object of this research is aimed at consumers of Kuku Bima Energi Herbal. In this study using 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. This study resulted in the finding that safety has a significant effect on customer confidence in Kuku Bima Energi Herbal. In line with ease-of-use of having a significant effect on customer trust Kuku Bima Energi Herbal. Likewise, the perceived usefulness has a significant effect on customer trust, Kuku Bima Energi Herbal.

Sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan merupakan faktor pembangun perusahaan. Hal ini dikarenakan SDM yang membuat serta menggunakan teknologi. Karyawan merupakan asset berharga yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Meningkatkan kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu strategi yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk dapat bersaing. Tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang dimiliki namun juga menunmbuhkan loyalitas karyawan kepada perusahaan. Memiliki karyawan yang loyal terhadap perusahaan merupakan salah satu cara untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui pengaruh kualitas hubungan kerja, TQM, dan stres kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Populasi penelitian kuantitatif ini merupakan karyawan di salah satu perusahaan di Surabaya yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan aksesoris komputer. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 158 responden. Data penelitian akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa quality of work life memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada loyalitas karyawan. Selanjutnya TQM juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada loyalitas karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa loyalitas karyawan dipengaruhi oleh stres kerja. Ketiga variabel secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada pembentukan loyalitas karyawan.

Human Resource Management is faced with the problem of being able to recruit employees who have the appropriate abilities for organizational goals and increase the desires of these employees. Management will prepare HR to achieve company goals starting from recruitment, selection, maintenance and development of each individual. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of job demands, psychological capital and social maturity on employee professionalism and the most dominant factor among the three. this study used 142 respondents as a sample. the results obtained by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, several results were found which were stated as follows: job demands, psychological capital and social maturity had a partial significant effect on employee professionalism and job demands were the dominant variables on employee professionalism. Keywords: job demands, psychological capital, social maturity, employee professionalism.

Consumer behavior to do online shopping is growing with technological advances. To meet consumer needs for online shopping various e-commerce began to develop. Alibaba is one of the e-commerce services in the world that has emerged in the current digital era that provides various attractive offers and attractive sales products. Alibaba can be reached anywhere and anytime. This study aims to determine how the influence of electronic word of mouth, perceived service quality and perceived usefulness on Alibaba's customer commitment. The population used in this study were Alibaba users. This study used 100 respondents as the research sample. The data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that electronic word of mouth, perceived service quality and price perception can have a significant effect on Alibaba's customer commitment.

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of the school environment and teacher's communication skills on students' learning motivation. The sample in this study was 120 respondents who were taken purposively. The students who were used as respondents were third grade students. The analysis tool is multiple linear regression. The findings obtained are the school environment and the teacher's communication skills have a significant influence partially and simultaneously on students' learning motivation. The school environment has the most dominant influence on students' learning motivation.
