Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of experiential marketing within the boarding school ecosystem and identify the key factors that enhance parental loyalty. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and interpretive conclusion techniques. Findings indicate that experiential marketing is not formally structured but naturally embedded in students’ spiritual, social, and academic experiences. Critical success factors include firsthand student experiences, service quality, effective communication, adherence to religious values, and the positive institutional image conveyed through documentation. These elements contribute to heightened parental satisfaction, trust, engagement, and loyalty, often manifested through recommendations and continued enrollment. The study underscores that a comprehensive, experience-based marketing strategy grounded in religious and educational values is more effective for fostering long-term parental loyalty than traditional marketing approaches, offering a practical framework for boarding schools seeking sustainable relationship-building strategies while enhancing their reputation and perceived educational quality.

Abstract

Penyakit ginjal kronis (PGK) masih menjadi masalah kesehatan global. Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) menunjukkan peningkatan prevalensi PGK di Indonesia dari 0,2 menjadi 0,38 % (2013-2018). Hemodialisis (HD) merupakan salah satu modalitas terapi pengganti ginjal pada penyakit ginjal kronik tahap akhir (PGTA). Efusi pleura sering dijumpai pada pasien PGTA yang menjalani HD. Pada PGTA yang belum HD terdapat 3% efusi pleura dan 31,85% yang telah menjalani HD. Mekanisme efusi pleura pada PGTA  dianggap berkaitan erat dengan kondisi kelebihan cairan dan HD yang tidak optimal. N-terminal prohormone-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) dianggap dapat mendeteksi kondisi kelebihan cairan dan evaluasi adekuasi HD berkala perlu dilakukan pada pasien HD. Karena itu, peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti bagaimana hubungan Adekuasi Hemodialisis dan Kadar NT-proBNP terhadap jenis Efusi Pleura Pada Pasien PGK. Penelitian bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan menggunakan total sampling mulai 1 April 2024 hingga 31 Juli 2024 yang dilakukan di RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini melibatkan pasien efusi pleura yang menjalani HD di RSUZA. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah Adekuasi HD (Kt/V) dan Kadar NT-proBNP dan variabel terikat Efusi Pleura.  Uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiro wilk. Hubungan antar variabel diuji menggunakan Pearson correlation test bila distribusi data normal atau uji Spearman correlation test distribusi data tidak normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan NT-proBNP memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Efusi Pleura Transudat dengan nilai p=0,762 di tingkat kepercayaan 99%. Adekuasi HD tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap efusi pleura transudat dengan nilai p= -0,134.

Abstract

Tradisi keagamaan berbasis Al-Qur’an yang hidup di tengah masyarakat merupakan bagian penting dalam membentuk spiritualitas, budaya, dan identitas religius komunitas Muslim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan tradisi khataman Al-Qur’an di Desa Pintasan Kecamatan Gaung, mengungkap nilai-nilai religius, sosial, dan edukatif yang terkandung di dalamnya, serta menganalisis makna keberadaan tradisi tersebut dalam perspektif Living Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis secara interaktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan reflektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi khataman di Desa Pintasan bukan hanya ritual ibadah, tetapi juga sarana pembinaan spiritual, penguatan solidaritas sosial, media pendidikan keagamaan, serta simbol kelestarian budaya religius masyarakat. Tradisi ini mampu menumbuhkan kecintaan terhadap Al-Qur’an, memperkuat identitas keislaman, dan menjaga kontinuitas nilai keagamaan di tengah perubahan sosial. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Living Qur’an benar-benar hadir sebagai realitas sosial yang hidup dalam kehidupan masyarakat Muslim

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a normative role in shaping students’ faith, piety, and moral character. However, its implementation remains largely cognitive, textual, and teacher-centered, limiting the development of students’ affective and spiritual dimensions. This study aims to reconstruct a deep learning-based PAI model to enhance students’ spiritual-reflective awareness in the Society 5.0 era. Using a mixed methods approach with a Design-Based Research (DBR) framework, the study was conducted through iterative stages: needs analysis, model design, implementation, evaluation, and revision. Data were collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and reflective journals. The findings indicate a significant transformation from surface to deep learning, evidenced by increased student engagement, reflective thinking, and spiritual awareness. Quantitative results show an improvement in overall scores from 3.05 (moderate) to 4.2 (high), while qualitative data reveal shifts in students’ perspectives from exam-oriented learning to meaningful spiritual understanding. The integration of experiential learning, reflective inquiry, and spiritual internalization proved effective in fostering self-reflection (muhasabah) and value internalization. Furthermore, the model demonstrates strong relevance to Society 5.0 by integrating technology with humanistic and spiritual values. This study concludes that deep learning-based PAI reconstruction is a strategic approach to developing holistic, reflective, and spiritually aware learners.

Abstract

Hypertensive urgency presents a clinical dilemma regarding optimal blood pressure management. Whilst guidelines advocate gradual reduction to prevent organ damage through vascular autoregulation disruption, rapid normalisation remains common in clinical practice. This systematic review and meta-analysis synthesised evidence comparing rapid and gradual blood pressure normalisation strategies in asymptomatic hypertensive urgency. Systematic searches of Scopus, PubMed/MEDLINE, and Embase were conducted. Nine randomised or quasi-randomised controlled trials were included involving 4,195 adult participants with asymptomatic hypertensive urgency. Studies compared rapid blood pressure normalisation with gradual reduction over various timeframes. Primary outcomes included acute kidney injury (AKI), symptomatic hypotension, and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE). Random-effects meta-analysis using standardised mean difference (Hedges' g) was performed. Rapid blood pressure normalisation was associated with significantly higher adverse events compared with gradual reduction (pooled SMD = 0.8854, 95% confidence interval [0.6235–1.1472], p < 0.000001; I² = 61.11%). Subgroup analysis revealed substantial effects for AKI (SMD = 0.9199, p = 0.000012) and symptomatic hypotension (SMD = 1.0103, p < 0.001), whilst MACE showed no significant difference (SMD = 0.3777, p = 0.435). Heterogeneity was moderate to substantial (I² = 61.11%, Tau² = 0.0881). Sensitivity analyses demonstrated robust findings. In conclusion, gradual blood pressure reduction in asymptomatic hypertensive urgency was superior to rapid normalisation, particularly for preventing acute kidney injury and symptomatic hypotension. These findings support current guideline recommendations for cautious, titrated antihypertensive strategies in this population.

Abstract

The musholla (small Islamic prayer room) as the closest religious institution to coastal communities has not yet played an optimal role in enhancing contextual Islamic literacy. This program aims to empower the organizational management of the musholla through intensive mentoring so it can become a catalyst for increasing comprehensive, moderate, and applicable Islamic literacy. This community service initiative uses a participatory method with a thematic approach, through five stages of activity: 1) Preparation (Networking & Securing Permits, Observation, Coordination & Identification of Strategic Islamic Literacy Themes). 2) Participatory Planning (Initial Islamic Literacy Survey, Designing the Program & Activity Schedule, Role Division). 3) Implementation (Activity Socialization, Islamic Literacy Activities According to Themes, Attendance Tracking). 4) Evaluation (Final Survey, Joint Reflection with the Management Board). 5) Follow-up (Independent Mentoring for the Management Board, Closing Ceremony & Appreciation, Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Results of the Initiative: 1) Increased managerial capacity of the musholla management board in conducting Islamic literacy activities for the congregation. 2) Increased knowledge capacity on the theme of Islamic inheritance law (faraidh), from 18% (very low) to 55% (fairly good). 3) The establishment of an organizational commitment to continue carrying out the activities sustainably in the future.

Abstract

E-Module Interaktif adalah salah satu kebutuhan utama agar proses pembelajaran terlaksana secara efektif dan dapat di gunakan sebagai bahan belajar mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-module interaktif chemistry magazine berbasis kvisoft flipbook maker yang valid berdasarkan aspek substansi isi, desain pembelajaran, tampilan (komunikasi visual), dan pemanfaatan software untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran kimia SMA kelas XI pada materi laju reaksi. Penelitian dirancang menggunakan desain penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D) dengan model pengembangan Plomp, yang terdiri dari fase investigasi awal, fase desain, fase realisasi/kontruksi, fase validasi, uji coba, revisi, dan fase implementasi. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar validasi dan kuesioner untuk tim validator, responden guru, dan peserta didik. Aspek penilaian meliputi Subtansi isi, desain pembelajaran, tampilan (komunikasi visual) dan pemanfaatan software. Hasil akhir dari penelitian di dapatkan nilai keseluruhan validasi dengan persentase skor 93,1% termasuk kedalam kriteria Valid. Skor respon pengguna oleh guru dan peserta didik masing-masing adalah 93% dan 87,5% dengan kriteria sangat baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of principals' leadership management on teacher self-efficacy through teacher learning innovations at SMAN 1 Utan, Sumbawa Regency. In particular, this study aims to: (1) determine the influence of principal leadership management on teacher learning innovation; (2) determine the influence of teacher learning innovations on teacher self-efficacy; and (3) determine the influence of principal leadership management on teacher self-efficacy through teacher learning innovations. The population in this study is all teachers of SMAN 1 Utan, Sumbawa Regency, which is 45 people. Because the population is relatively small, this study uses the census method, where the entire population is used as a research sample, with the criterion of teachers who have worked for more than one year. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with data analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS), which is processed with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study showed that: (1) the principal's leadership management had a significant effect on teacher learning innovation at SMAN 1 Utan, Sumbawa Regency; (2) teacher learning innovations have a significant effect on teacher self-efficacy; and (3) Principal leadership management has a significant effect on teacher self-efficacy through teacher learning innovation. These findings show that effective principal leadership is able to create a work environment that supports innovation, increases teachers' creativity in learning, and strengthens teachers' confidence in their professional abilities. Thus, strengthening the principal's leadership management and increasing learning innovation are key factors in building confident, adaptive, and high-performing teachers.

Abstract

Student learning motivation is one of the important aspects of the learning process because it is related to student involvement during learning activities. However, learning in schools still often shows a gap between the delivery of material and the emotional involvement of students in the classroom. This study aims to understand how teacher interaction, learning atmosphere, and participatory learning activities shape student learning motivation in the madrasah environment. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection was carried out through learning observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation during learning activities. The research informants consist of teachers, students, and madrasah heads who are directly involved in learning activities. Data analysis is carried out interactively through the process of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results show that students' motivation to learn develops through more open interpersonal relationships between teachers and students, a comfortable learning atmosphere, and learning that gives students a wider space for participation. Group discussion activities, project-based learning, and non-stressful communication make students more courageous to express their opinions and engage in learning. In addition, the teacher's personal approach helps students feel more valued and comfortable during the learning process. This study shows that learning motivation is not only influenced by learning methods, but also by the quality of social interaction that develops during learning in the classroom.

Abstract

The Indonesian education system has undergone 11 curriculum changes since independence. SMAN 3 Palangka Raya, a school that has implemented the Merdeka curriculum, has been implementing it. The impact of implementing this curriculum on Islamic religious education subjects is that teachers are not fully familiar with the Merdeka curriculum, which has impacted learning methods. The study used a qualitative and field research approach. The purpose of the study was to describe and analyze the learning process, problems, and efforts to overcome them in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMAN 3 Palangka Raya. The study revealed that the Merdeka curriculum has been implemented since the 2021/2022 academic year, with an emphasis on student-centered intracurricular activities through interactive methods such as discussions, presentations, group projects, and direct worship practices. The approach integrates the development of the Pancasila Student Profile through real-world problem-based projects, as well as teacher flexibility in selecting contextual teaching materials tailored to students' backgrounds. Islamic religious education teachers face problems such as low student motivation and learning awareness due to diverse characteristics, high absenteeism, limited infrastructure, increasing administrative burdens, and difficulties in authentic assessment of attitudes and skills. These factors complicate innovative learning strategies that require active student participation. Solutions include intensive outreach and time allocation coordination, teacher training through workshops, gradual infrastructure improvements using BOS funds and local materials, parental involvement through counseling, development of assessment instruments, and student mapping for a differentiated approach. These steps enhance the effectiveness of the Independent Curriculum in a sustainable manner.
