Abstract

This study is motivated by the number of students who have difficulty in understanding geometric transformation material, this can be seen from the low daily test results, lack of understanding of basic concepts, inability to solve varied problems, and difficulty in determining coordinates appropriately. One of the main factors causing these problems is the lack of use of interactive learning media that can actively involve students in the learning process, as well as the dominance of conventional learning methods. This research aims to develop interactive media with a geogebra-based website that is valid and practical. This research uses the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, validation questionnaire, and practicality questionnaire. The validation questionnaire was analyzed using Aiken's V formula, while the practicality was analyzed using the practicality score. The developed media has been tested on students of class IX-A at SMPN 9 Mataram. The results showed that the interactive media with a geogebra-based website was included in the very valid category with a score of 84.5% and very practical with a score of 94.2%.

Abstract

Effective learning media must be in accordance with the nature of students and the learning objectives that have been set. A particular challenge at SDN Purwosari III is the low interest in learning students, especially in Islamic Religious Education. Due to the fact that learning usually focuses on lectures and lectures, a creative approach is needed to increase student engagement. The purpose of this study was to determine how using gamification-based learning media can increase students' interest in learning. Qualitative methods, using interviews and observations, were used to collect data. The results showed that gamification using components such as points, badges, challenges, and leaderboards can make learning more interesting, interactive, and healthy competitive. Students are more active, more motivated, and show increased participation and understanding of the material. Teachers can overcome challenges such as limited digital devices by being creative in creating game-based physical media. Therefore, gamification has proven to be an effective alternative to increase students' interest in learning, especially in Islamic Religious Education learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

The building envelope plays a crucial role in controlling heat transfer from the outside environment to the interior of the building, which in turn affects occupant comfort and building energy consumption. This study aims to determine the existing Overall Thermal Transfer Value (OTTV) of the Student Activity Center of Universitas Indonesia (PUSGIWA UI) building, as per the applicable Indonesian National Standard (SNI). As well as providing optimization solutions to obtain OTTV values that comply with the Indonesian national standards. The OTTV calculation results of the PUSGIWA UI building show a value of 37.80 W/m², which exceeds the SNI standard limit of 35 W/m². This indicates that the building envelope at PUSGIWA UI is not yet effective in protecting and maintaining the thermal comfort conditions within the building environment. The highest OTTV value is found on the north orientation side of the building, at 42.77 W/m². As optimization, it is recommended to replace the glass section with Asahimas Sunergy Clear glass, which has a low reflection value and better solar energy shading capability compared to the existing glass. The application of this glass can reduce the OTTV value to 28.96 W/m², which already meets the thermal comfort standards of a building. This study contributes to the planning of more environmentally friendly building envelope designs and energy efficiency.

Abstract

One of the most important pieces of information for an organization is the recording of its activities, which is stored in the form of archives. Because archives play a crucial role, they must be managed effectively and adequately. This study aims to determine the Dynamic Archives Management and the inhibiting factors in the Dynamic Archives Management of the Administration Section at SMK YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. The approach and type of research used are qualitative research and descriptive research, respectively. The informants include the Head of Administration, the Student Affairs Administration staff, and the archives teacher at SMK YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques employed are data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that all indicators used in the study of Dynamic Archives Management in the Administration Section at SMK YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar are classified as having a less exemplary implementation. The indicators in question, recording, and distribution, are still less than optimal. This can be seen from the management of incoming mail that does not follow the procedure. Storage is also less than optimal; this is because the storage space is still inadequate, as evidenced by the unsuitable storage area, the lack of cabinets, and the absence of filing cabinets, as well as the disorganized arrangement of folders. Maintenance is classified as less than good; this can be seen from the maintenance of archives, which is limited to cleaning them of dust. Depreciation is classified as less than good; this can be seen from the fact that depreciation regulations have not implemented depreciation.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the Influence of Employee Competence on the Quality of Motor Vehicle Tax Payment Services at the Palu City One-Stop Manunggal System Office. This study uses quantitative research conducted based on numbers and analyzed statistically. By using Edison et al's theory for competency variables with 3 dimensions, namely, knowledge, expertise, and attitude, and on service quality using Dwiyanto's theory with 5 dimensions, namely, attitude, procedure, time, facilities, and service costs. The data collection technique carried out in this study is by distributing questionnaires and surveys which are analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The population of this study is all taxpayers who pay motor vehicle tax at the Palu City Samsat Office which amounted to 46,354 taxpayers, the sample drawing technique in this study uses the Slovin Formula with the number of samples obtained as many as 99.78 which is rounded to 100 respondents. Based on the results of this study, it was shown that the results of the normality test met the assumption of normality or Asymp.Sig (2 – tailed) of 0.076 > 0.05. The results of a simple linear regression analysis show that the competency variable has a significant influence on service quality with the regression equation Y = 6.518 + 0.764X. With the results of the F test on the F value of the F calculation > the table or 113.107 > 3.94, therefore it can be stated that the competence of employees has a simultaneous effect on the quality of service by paying taxes on two-wheeled motor vehicles at the Palu City Samsat Office. In addition, the value of the determination coefficient is 0.536 which shows that 53.6% of the service quality variable can be explained by the employee competency variable, while the remaining 46.4% is influenced by other factors. And the results of the hypothesis test stated that the competence of employees affects the quality of Samsat Kota services.

Abstract

The purpose of the service program being implemented is to provide training on the use of information technology to market products from UMKM Jenang Aliya Kudus. Marketing that is carried out is still conventional and the absence of social media from products from MSME Jenang Aliya makes these products not widely known by netizens. The result of the implementation of this service program is that MSME actors know the importance of using digital technology to introduce and market their products to the wider community. Because Kudus, besides being known as the city of kretek, is also known for its jenang souvenirs. This service program is carried out by introducing products to netizens through creating addresses on a google map, creating social media accounts starting from Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Meanwhile, the implementation of 5S (Seiri, Seiso, Seiton, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) is carried out so that the work place and environment become tidier, cleaner, and organized according to their classification.

Abstract

Terdapat dua kompetensi mendasar yang diukur AKM yaitu literasi membaca dan literasi matematika (numerasi). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan numerasi siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Alas tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis kompetensi numerasi siswa berdasarkan indikator yang telah ditetapkan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji validitas Aiken’s V dan analisis model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kemampuan numerasi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Alas sebagian besar siswa berada pada kategori sedang (51%), sementara 38% masuk dalam kategori rendah, dan hanya 11% yang memiliki kemampuan numerasi tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah siswa dengan kemampuan numerasi tinggi juga sudah memenuhi ketiga indikator kemampuan numerasi. Siswa juga mampu memahami, menerapkan, dan bernalar dengan baik dalam menyelesaikan soal, dan siswa tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam soal dengan konteks personal, sosial budaya, maupun saintifik. Siswa kemampuan numerasi sedang dapat memenuhi 2 indikator kemampuan numerasi. Siswa juga mampu memahami dan menerapkan konsep pada soal, akan tetapi kesulitan dalam soal yang membutuhkan penalaran lebih lanjut, dan siswa lebih mudah mengerjakan soal dengan konteks personal dan sosial budaya, akan tetapi kesulitan dengan soal saintifik. Siswa kemampuan numerasi rendah mampu memenuhi 1 indikator kemampuan numerasi saja. Siswa juga pada proses kognitif mampu memahami soal, akan tetapi sulit menerapkan konsep dan melakukan penalaran, dan siswa KNR pada komponen konteks mampu mengerjakan soal dengan konteks personal, akan tetapi kesulitan dengan soal sosial budaya dan saintifik.

Abstract

The triple-layer Aurivillius compound Bi4Ti2.9Fe0.1O12 has been reported to exhibit both adsorption and photocatalytic properties and, therefore, can be used to remove organic waste such as antibiotic residues. In this study, the Bi4Ti2.9Fe0.1O12 compound was synthesized using the molten salt method. The diffractogram showed Bi4Ti2.9Fe0.1O12 compound was successfully synthesized with no impurity phases detected. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images revealed that the compound has a plate-like/sheet-agglomerated particle morphology, with sizes ranging from 2 to 6 μm. Band gap energy calculations showed that the Bi4Ti2.9Fe0.1O12 compound has a band gap of 2.74 eV (453 nm). Adsorption tests demonstrated that the compound could adsorb 54.47± 0.56% of ciprofloxacin. Adsorption-degradation tests over 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes reduced ciprofloxacin c oncentration by 59.84±0.54, 64.05±0.056, 70.04±0.091, and 62.55±0.052%, respectively. It indicates that the adsorption mechanism is more dominant than the photocatalytic mechanism. This may be due to the large number of ciprofloxacin molecules adhering to the BIT surface, making it difficult for light to penetrate, thereby preventing the photocatalytic mechanism from operating at its maximum efficiency.

Abstract

Economic development across countries plays a crucial role in shaping an economic system that adapts to changing times. However, economic activities are inherently linked to various transactions, which may result in companies facing challenges, losses, or even bankruptcy. In Indonesia, bankruptcy regulations are governed by Law No. 37 of 2004 on Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations. Indonesia adheres to a territorial principle in handling cross-border insolvency cases, which affects the authority of the trustee and the rights of creditors. This study aims to analyze the legal framework and implications of applying the territorial principle in cross-border insolvency. The findings suggest that the application of the territorial principle exacerbates difficulties and complexities for the trustee in managing the debtor’s bankrupt assets. Furthermore, creditors experience more significant losses. Thus, the territorial principle in cross-border insolvency tends to complicate the trustee’s responsibilities and place creditors at a disadvantage.

Abstract

Perencanaan strategis mutu guru PAI merupakan upaya sistematis untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan kinerja guru PAI, sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perencanaan strategis mutu guru PAI di SDN 018 Tenggarong. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian lapangan, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yang berfokus pada pengumpulan data yang akurat dan sistematis untuk menggambarkan dan menjelaskan karakteristik dari suatu objek. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kepala SDN 018 Tenggarong selalu melakukan supervisi berkala kepada seluruh guru sehingga dapat memastikan bahwa guru dapat melakukan penerapan strategi pembelajaran PAI yang efektif. Guru PAI SDN 018 Tenggarong sering melibatkan orang tua dalam mendukung pembelajaran PAI di rumah melalui diskusi atau program parenting inklusi dan sosial. Guru PAI SDN 018 Tenggarong juga selalu aktif terlibat dalam kegiatan komunitas belajar guna meningkatkan kompetensi dan wawasan mereka. Dengan perencanaan yang matang, sekolah dapat mengatur sumber daya dan strategi yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan.
