Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi bentuk pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI), menganalisis dampaknya terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan, serta merumuskan strategi integrasi yang efektif di Universitas Kartamulia Purwakarta. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan pasif, dan studi dokumen terhadap 27 tenaga kependidikan. Triangulasi dan analisis model interaktif digunakan untuk validasi data. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa implementasi AI terutama Robotic Process Automation (RPA) dan chatbot berbasis Natural Language Processing (NLP) masih pada tahap awal dan tidak merata antarunit. AI secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan produktivitas melalui otomasi tugas repetitif, meski dampak pada akurasi data bervariasi. Hambatan utama meliputi rendahnya kompetensi digital, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan keterbatasan anggaran. Strategi integrasi yang direkomendasikan mencakup empat pilar: capacity building berkelanjutan, penguatan infrastruktur, tata kelola AI yang robust, serta penerapan bertahap dan terukur. Temuan menegaskan bahwa kesiapan organisasi lebih menentukan keberhasilan AI daripada aspek teknis semata.

Pendidikan anti korupsi merupakan upaya pemberantasan korupsi, melalui pendidikan dan penyadaran. Sehingga nilai-nilai anti korupsi diintegrasikan pada pembelajaran di Sekolah. Mengingat Indonesia adalah Negara yang kaya akan nilai-nilai budaya luhur, memungkinkan menjadi basis nilai dalam mengintegrasikan pendidikan anti korupsi agar lebih relevan, mudah dihayati dan bermakna bagi siswa. Masyarakat Bima memiliki nilai budaya yang kental dan sudah mendarah daging yaitu maja labo dahu, sebagai semboyan budaya malu dan takut. Tujuan penelitian ini; 1) Mendeskripsikan pengembangkan modul PAK berbasis nilai maja labo dahu pada siswa Sekolah Dasar; 2) Mengkaji dan menganalisi kelayakan dan kepraktisan modul PAK berbasis nilai maja labo dahu pada siswa Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu R&D menggunakan model 4D, yang dikembangkan melalui 4 tahap yaitu; 1) Pendefinisian; 2) Perancangan; 3) Pengembangan, dan; 4) Penyebaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa modul PAK berbasis nilai maja labo dahu memperoleh skor rata-rata 85,62% yang termasuk kategori sangat valid. Kemudian uji kepraktisan menunjukkan rata-rata 85,09%, yang berarti modul berada pada kategori sangat praktis untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Modul ini tidak hanya efektif secara pedagogis, tetapi juga kontekstual dengan budaya lokal, sehingga menjadi inovasi yang sesuai dalam membangun kesadaran anti korupsi sejak dini pada siswa Sekolah Dasar.

Siswa SMA merupakan individu yang sedang menjalani tahap perkembangan masa remaja. Salah satu tugas perkembangan yang harus dicapai siswa sekolah menengah adalah mempersiapkan diri untuk merencanakan pekerjaan dan pendidikan selanjutnya. Fenomena yang terjadi adalah masih banyak siswa yang belum mampu memilih pekerjaan dan pendidikan lanjutan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa dalam menentukan arah pilihan karirnya adalah dukungan dari orang tuanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan orang tua dengan arah pilihan karir siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 252 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dukungan orang tua dan angket pilihan karir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) rata-rata skor capaian dukungan orang tua sebesar 106,27 (75,88%) dengan kategori tinggi, (2) rata-rata skor capaian pilihan karir siswa sebesar 69,71 (69,71%) dengan kategori baik, (3) terdapat hubungan positif antara dukungan orang tua dengan arah pilihan karir siswa.

Disasters may make people having to evacuate. When evacuating, evacuee may bring items required in evacuation place. The items must be ready previously in a bag, called a disaster preparedness bag. In case a disaster occurs, evacuee just grabs it and go for evacuation. Many bags used are not dedicated for disaster situation. Many types of items stored together and mixed causing of difficulty in retrieval. In addition, use of inappropriate bag will interfere with evacuee movement and slow down the evacuee while the evacuation time is too short. This research aims to design ergonomics disaster preparedness bag that can accommodate needs for 3x24 hours. Design process was started with planning phase to find out disaster preparedness bag development opportunity. The second phase is concept development. People who have evacuation experience are asked report their complaints regarding the bag used during previous evacuation and their needs for a disaster preparedness bag. Based on the needs, target specification is determined then concept alternatives are generated and selected. Then, main parts of the bag are identified. Continued with detailed design process, the dimensions of the proposed bag are determined using anthropometric data and dimension of required item in the first 72 hours of evacuation time. The design of proposed bag is such a backpack with multi compartments adjusted to item stored. The shoulder straps are designed like a vest then the load is not focused only on the shoulder but distributed to other part of body such as abdominal and chest muscle.

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur dengan menggunakan metode dikte dan tanya jawab pada materi daily activity kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menanggapi pertanyaan sebagai bentuk interaksi guru dengan siswa tentang vocabulary daily activity. Namun hal ini belum maksimal, dikarenakan hanya 11 peserta didik yang dapat mengikuti dilihat dari data hasil akhir asesmen formatif mereka yang mencapai nilai diatas 75. Kemudian peneliti menerapkan metode total physical response sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut untuk mengenalkan vocabulary melalui praktik gerakan anggota tubuh yang melibatkan daily activity. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana pengaruh yang diperoleh dari metode total physical response terhadap hasil akhir asesmen formatif. Melalui tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental melalui tipe one group pretest-posttest. Sampel dan obyek penelitian diambil dari peserta didik kelas IV di Sekolah Kuala Lumpur di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada rata-rata skor pretest 62,35 dan posttest 86,35 dari 34 peserta didik kelas IV. Selain itu, hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai (sig-2 tailed) pada kedua variabel sebanyak 0,000 dan kurang dari 0,005. Jadi dari sini dapat diketahui bahwa metode total physical response memiliki pengaruh pada hasil asesmen formatif peserta didik kelas IV.

Background: Hypertension is a state of change where blood pressure increases chronically. The hypertensive disease is often called a “silent killer” because it can appear without symptoms or warning signs, so many people fail to recognize it. Purpose: To provide an overview of nursing care for patient, who suffers from hypertension. Methods: The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach described through the nursing process. The implementation of nursing interventions was carried out for 5 days and the main problems were measured using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Results: The result showed that client has an increased understanding of non-pharmacological pain deep breath relaxation techniques, and there is a decrease in pain scale form 4 NRS to 0 NRS. For the diagnoses of ineffective health management, the result showed increased knowledge related to hypertension, warm water foot baths, and the application of dietary patterns. Thus, it resulted in a decrease in blood pressure, which was 9/15 mmHg. Conclusion: After implementing warm water foot soak therapy for 5 consecutive days, it can be concluded that warm water foot soak therapy is very influential in controlling and reducing the client's blood pressure. Warm water foot soak therapy shows effective results where blood pressure is reduced by 9/10 mmHg.

There have been studies which exploring students’ perception on the use of kahoot!. However, research on investigating students’ opinion on the implementation of kahoot and students’ recommendation for educational stake-holders is uncommon. This study relies on semi-structured interview data from 15 second-year students (10 female and 5 male) enrolling in the Introduction to Linguistics Class in English Education Department of STKIP Yapis Dompu. This study aims to explore the benefits of the use of kahoot, the barriers and students’ recommendation to educational stake-holders for improvement. The data were analysed using thematic analysis adapted from (Braun & Clarke, 2006) which consists of 6 steps. The finding of this paper suggested that the implementation of kahoot in learning process had four benefits: Firstly, Kahoot creates fun and interested learning atmosphere. Secondly, it riggers students’ attention and focus. Thirdly, it facilitates comprehension of material Taught. Lastly, Kahoot! fosters positive competitiveness among students. Additionally; there were two main barriers of using kahoot in this research: firstly, limitations on internet access. Secondly, not enough time to answer. The surprising conclusion of the research was that, all participants had never been exposed to game-based learning platform during their formal school (elementary and high school); they only were only exposed to game-based learning platform at this introduction to linguistics class. Therefore; all participants highly recommended to all lecturers and teachers to game-based learning platform in their teaching. This study relied on game-based learning platform kahoot. Therefore, similar study which explores other game-based learning platforms is highly recommended.

This study aims to semantically, morphologically, and syntactically analyze Dompunese and Bimanese common idiom “Kalembo ade”. To obtain accurate data, this qualitative research used in-depth interview to some indigenous people of Dompu and Bima who actively speak Bima language. The significant findings of this research is that the phrase kalembo ade and its lexical English translation enlarge heart have the same morphological rules which both are composed of prefix + adjective and noun. Syntactically, the phrase kalembo ade has the same syntactical rule with its lexical English translation enlarge heart. The two phrases are occupied by Verb Phrase (VP) which the transitive verbs enlarge and kalembo function as predicate (P), and the words ade and heart are occupied by Noun Phrase (NP) whose function as a Direct Object (DO). Another important finding in this study is that in everyday communication, Kalembo Ade has various meanings and functions based on the context uttered such as sorry in expression of apology, be patient in expression of sympathy or condolence, and be advised in asking one’s understandings. Similar studies which investigate morphological, syntactical, and semantic rules of other phrases are highly recommended for future studies.

The present study aimed to investigate the quality of life of elderly Qur'an memorizers. Nine elderly Muslims who live in several regions in Java Island, Indonesia, were involved as informants. The informant was recruited by purposive sampling. The data collection method used a semi-structured interview technique. Data analysis used phenomenological techniques to uncover research objectives. The result showed that: In general, the memorizing Qur'an has an important influence on the elderly's quality of life. Specifically, the quality of life of the elderly can be seen in the improvement of several areas such as patience, self-concept, self-esteem, ability to remember, and self-confidence. In addition, the elderly felt that their role was more accepted by the community, one of whom was trusted to teach the Qur'an in the mosque.

Resiliensi akademik merupakan hal yang penting untuk dimiliki siswa dalam akademiknya. Namun, data menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) belum berkembang secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran resiliensi akademik siswa SMA yang tinggal kelas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Responden penelitian adalah siswa SMA di Kecamatan Batang Anai Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 sebanyak 26 siswa. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan skala resiliensi akademik siswa yang disusun berpedoman pada model skala likert. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan bantuan program Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun secara umum resiliensi akademik siswa SMA di Kecamatan Batang Anai yang tinggal kelas berada pada kategori tinggi, terdapat salah satu aspek yang berada pada kategori sedang yaitu ketekunan siswa dalam belajar. Berdasarkan aspek-aspek yang diteliti, disimpulkan bahwa siswa sudah memiliki kepercayaan diri, pengontrolan diri, ketenangan, dan ketekunan dalam belajar, meskipun masih perlu ditingkatkan. Pembahasan fokus pada aspek-aspek resiliensi akademik siswa dan implikasi terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling.
