This study is aimed at developing a return board aid, and assisting athletes and coaches to improve the ability in using forehand topspin in table tennis. A Borg and Gallâ€™s research and developmental method is used consisting the following steps: identification of potentials and problems, data collection, developing a preliminary product, expert judgement and revision, small-scale field testing and revision, large-scale field testing, large-scale revision, product application field testing, product revison, and mass production. Ten athletes were involved in the small scale field testing and forty-two athletels were involved in the large-scale field testing. Product validation was conducted by six experts, includingt 3 practitioners and 3 lecturers. The data were collected by using interviews, observation, and test of product effectiveness, and analysed by using a mini tab 16. The findings show that the return board as a medium aid can be used to improve the ability of the athletes in applying forehand topspin. The product was found to be 53% effective for beginners and 32% effective for advanced athletes. The return board product can be used as a means for practice for junior, beginner, and senior athletes. The product can also be used to motivate athletes in their practice by assessing their ability in forehand topspin stroke.

In a social order until recently, the male and female status is still often being debated. This discourse is increasingly phenomenal in sports and physical education which often firmly create problems of dichotomy between men and women both in the perspective of sex and gender. This study aims to explore the extent to which the understanding of the concept of gender ideology is among teachers, high school students, stakeholders, and the public in the municipality of Surakarta and their implications in physical education. This research is designed as a qualitative descriptive exploratory study. The social setting as the object of this research is High School (SMA) in the municipality of Surakarta. The techniques of data collection employed in this research were deep interviews, observation, and documentary studies. The results showed that the average understanding of the concept of gender still overlapped with the concept of sex. The characteristics of the dominant gender ideology were naturally patterned. This was influenced by social, cultural, and religious contexts and the general social perspective towards women. Although the discourse of gender equality had emerged in many ways, people in general still strongly believed in the differences between male and female. This is then strongly implied in the implementation of physical education teaching practices. Forms of domination in learning, differences in standards, as well as distinctions in patterns of communication and sanctions, are still phenomenal.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of physical education learning in special schools throughout the Pekalongan Residency during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a qualitative type of research. Research respondents were students, teachers, and school principals. Observation, interviews, and documentation are all used to collect data. Data management included research data collection/collection, research data reduction, presentation or data, conclusion drawing, or research data verification. Result: The teacher-led learning to plan at the Special Schools located throughout the Pekalongan Residency is generally consistent with the curriculum; the teacher also creates syllabi and lesson plans; however, the teacher-led assessment activities have not been completed; consequently, the implemented learning is not consistent with the stages of learning implementation, namely opening, core activities, and closure. This is because it is constrained by the ongoing pandemic; teachersâ€™ evaluations of learning are different, considering the characteristics of their students; one of the teacherâ€™s evaluation activities is to assign assignments at the end of the semester, while the follow-up is related to the evaluationâ€™s results. A follow-up program for the outcomes of the learning evaluation has not been implemented in Physical Education and Health at Special Schools throughout the Pekalongan Residency during the pandemic. Conclusions: learning to plan in special schools within the Pekalongan residency is categorized as (SB), learning implementation in special schools within the residency is categorized as (C), learning evaluation in special schools within the Pekalongan residency is categorized as (K), and follow-up on learning evaluation results is categorized as (K).

The background of this research is that with the development in education, the limited infrastructure in special schools will affect the learning process of physical education. Utilizing tools that can be used in learning and modifying games with the true goal of Physical Education Sport and health,namely how to make students move, feel happy and sweat when learning physical education place. This tool consists of basic movements of walking, running, and jumping.The purpose of this research is to produce motion aid products that can make it easier for teachers and students to perform locomotor movements, test the effectiveness of students' use of mobility aids in the movement learning process.. This research is a type of development research. Research development (R&D) is the process used to develop and validate educational products. The instruments used in this study include (1) an assessment sheet/questionnaire; (2) research subjects,Data analysis Likert scale is changing the assessment in the form of qualitative to quantitative. This research has produced a mobility aid product withproduct trial results on a small scale with an average rating score of 4.56 or 91.20% and product trials on a large scale with an average rating score of 4.525 or 90.50%. The conclusions of the research and discussion resulted in a product of Locomotor and Manipulative learning motion aids for the visually impaired which can facilitate students. Suggestions for product development of motion aids for the blind are recommended to adaptive physical education teacher to be used as a tool in learning.

Race walking is an efficient forward movement through the legs and feet supported with the hips and balanced by the arms. This race is characterized by the elements of special techniques and strictly defined by rules/conditions. The objectives of this study were: 1) Analyzing the performance of the technique of race walking through the analysis of sport biomechanics. 2) Identifying the errors of the technique of race walking. 3) Comparing the techniques of race walking from the athletes of world championship and the athletes of Jateng Open Championship in 2019. This research uses a race walking biomechanical analysis method with a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative methods with observation techniques. Check-list was used to fill the grid of the implementation of basic techniqies of race walking. Filling in the check-list carried out by expert judgment to assess the movements of the athletes. Based on the results, the male and female athletes who took part at the Central Jateng Open Championship in 2019 showed that they are in the very good category which is 8.69. The result of the technique of race walking for male with an average of 8.77 while the female was 8.61. The result of best time record for male athlete is 1 hour 49 minutes 33 seconds and the result of female athlete is 2 hours 09 minutes 52 seconds. In conclusion the technique does not always make a good timing, many factors influence the performance of the race walking such as physical, tactical, mental and external factors.

The inappropriateness of early childhood athlete training has a negative impact for athletes, especially the learning to train stage of 9-12 year old boys and 8-11 years old girls on psychological aspects, physiological aspects and physical aspects. The purpose of this research is to improve basic motion skills and produce a product of the learning model book to train pencak silat tapak suci. The method used by Ploomp's Research and Development. (1) Training needs of athletes and coaches (2) Development stage (3) Assessment stage (4) Systematic and reflection. The results of the study were hand games, types of foot games and combination games in support of improving motion skills with standard pre-test deviation of 14.5 and post-test 7.2. Analysis of T-test test data showed a sig value = 0.000 because the sig value < 0.05 then H0 was rejected and it was concluded that there was a significant difference in training using the learning to train model, and there was an increase in the mean pre-test score to the post test with a value of 41.8 to 80.36 so that the learning model to train the Sacred Site significantly improved the ability of basic motion and was very good and worthy of use by the kader of tapak suci trainers.

The problem of this study is that there is differences that occur because the level of disability of athletes with disabilities such as the training process, skill level, age factors, factors of competitive experience, and the task of movement that must be performed between sports that are differentfrom each. This research is research using mix methods approach. The population of this study is all National Paralympic Committe Indonesia (NPCi) Athletes from central Java from various cities / districts in Central Java. Data collection techniques: questionnaires, questionnaires and interviews. This research instrument uses SPQ 20.. Data analysis techniques; kolmogrov-smirnov test prerequisite test and multi-variate analysis of covariance hypothesis test (mancova)). (1) personality or personality of NPCI athletes with disabilities in Central Java Province in either category; (2) the personality or personality of athletes with physical disabilities is better than that of athletes with sensory disabilities; (3) there are differences in the personality or personality of athletes with physical disabilities with athletes with sensory disabilities with the results of the equal variances assumed sig.2-tailed test 0.042<0.05; (4) the personality or personality of individual sports disability athletes is better than that of group sports disability athletes; (5) there is a difference in the personality or personality of individual sports athletes with group sports athletes with equal variances assumed sig.2-tailed test results of 0.015 < 0.05.

The background of this research is that sport climbing as a sport has the potential to contribute to the future development of sports in Indonesia. Lubuk Linggau City is home to various sports that have a chance to earn a gold medal in 2013, including sport climbing. Since 2014, the sport climbing has seen a fall in achievement at city, provincial, and national levels. The goal of this study is to examine management of the following functions: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. This study employs a qualitative approach. Observation, interviews, and documentation are used to collect data. Administrators, coaches, athletes, and parents provided data. The data analysis process involved data triangulation in three stages: 1) data reduction, 2) data display, and 3) conclusion drafting. The study's findings include the following: 1) Management planning (FPTI) meets the categorization criteria, namely it is clear who, what, when, where, and how to do it; 2) Organizing, management (FPTI) meets the categorization criteria, namely comprehensive management, work mechanism, no written job description, and routine activities that are discussed at the start of the year; 3) Actuating, management (FPTI) meets the categorization criteria, namely it is complete management, work mechanism, and there are routine activities that The study's conclusions show that: (1) Planning: the Indonesian sport climbing federation's management is excellent; (2) Organizing: the Indonesian sport climbing federation's management is pretty good; and (3) Actuating: the Indonesian sport climbing federation's management is fairly good. (4) Controlling: the Indonesian sport climbing association is quite well run.

The appropriate learning model is the key to success. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of the Self Organized Learning Environment (SOLE) and Introduction Connection Application Reflection Extension (ICARE) learning models on lay-up basketball learning outcomes. Experimental research method with a 2x2 Factorial Design research design. The number of samples is 32 in class XI. The independent variables are the SOLE and ICARE learning models, the attribute variables being high and low interest in learning. The dependent variable is lay-up shoot basketball learning outcomes. The instrument is a test of attitudes, knowledge and skills. Data analysis used two way ANOVA. The results of the study: 1) the influence of the learning model is on the attitude aspect Fcount = 6.29>Ftable= 4.18/p = 0,018. Knowledge aspect Fcount=1.12 p=0,299 and skill aspect Fcount=1.32 < Ftable=4.18 p= 0,260. 2) there is no difference in the effect of the learning model on the attitude aspect Fcount=2.32 < Ftable=4.18 p=0,139, the knowledge aspect Fcount=3.02 < Ftable=4.18 p=0,093 and the skill aspect Fcount=3.45 < Ftable=4.1 p=0.073. 3) there is an interaction between the learning model that simultaneously influences students' learning interest in the attitude aspect Fcount = 40.00>Ftable = 4.18/p = 6,564. Knowledge aspect Fcount=3.10 < Ftable=4.18 p=0,089 and skill aspect Fcount=0.11< Ftable=4.18 p=0,743. Conclusion SOLE and ICARE learning models can increase students achieving lay-up shoot learning outcomes. The improvement shown by students is only in the attitude aspect of students who can work together with their friend.

The problem is SSB Tunas Kaili U17 players in Palu the low shooting ability. The purpose of the study was to analyzed the effect of shooting practice methods used motion balls and stationary balls, effect of high and low eye-foot coordination, and interactions shooting practice methods and eye-foot coordination on soccer shooting accuracy. This study uses an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design, the data analysis uses Analysis Of Variance at the significance level (α: 0.05). The population in this study were SSB Tunas Kaili U17 players in Palu City in 2021, total 32 players. The results of this study: 1) the stationary ball shooting exercise got a mean of 14,40 while the motion ball exercise was 12,40 with a value (p = 0.000 <0.05). 2) High eye-foot coordination obtained an average shooting of 14,10 while low-eye coordination obtained an average shooting of 13,00 with a value (p=0.005<0.05). 3) The stationary ball exercise method that has high eye-foot coordination has a shooting average of 15,80, while for low eye-foot coordination, it is obtained a mean of 13,00 ball movements that have high eye-foot coordination, the average shooting is 12,40, while the average eye-foot coordination is low. Shooting average is 10,80 with a value (p = 0.003> 0.05) The conclusion is that stationary ball training shooting is better than motion ball training shooting on players who have high eye-foot coordinationhave better accuracy than players who have low coordination.
