Food crop commodities are the dominant commodities and are developed intensively, especially corn. After the corn is harvested, it is necessary to take several handling steps, one of which is by peeling the skin and shelling corn, previously farmers carried out the process of peeling the skin and picking corn manually which requires a lot of labor and costs and a long time. This causes very little yield, and not infrequently a lot of corn is of poor quality due to ineffective processing. From the existing problems, the author designed and made a combination of peeling machine and corn sheller. The design of the corn peeler and sheller uses an electric motor with a capacity of 0.5 HP as a drive. From the test results of the corn peeler and sheller machine, trials were carried out three times with a period of 2 kg, 3 kg, and 4 kg of corn that was still intact with skin. After the corn has been weighed, the corn is then put into the corn peeler and sheller machine with different treatments, namely putting corn into the machine one by one with pauses, inserting corn one by one, and the third trial is inserting corn one by one without pause, so that the average time produced is 1 minute 6 seconds from the peeling and picking process.

The fisheries industry is one of the important sectors in the Indonesian economy. One crucial aspect in fish farming is the provision of high-quality and continuous feed. Fish pellets are the main choice because of their balanced nutritional content and ease of use. So far, fish pellets available on the market are often imported from large producers who dominate the market. Therefore, an alternative solution is needed that allows farmers to produce their own fish pellets with reliable quality and more economical costs. The creation of a drive system on a fish pellet molding machine is an effort to increase the efficiency of producing quality and affordable fish feed. The working principle of this drive system uses a mechanical energy conversion mechanism from an electric motor to the grinding and molding components. The electric motor functions as the main source of power, which is then transmitted through a gear or belt system to the grinding section to crush raw materials and mold pellets according to the desired size. The process of making the drive system involves calculating the engine pulley rotation of 1400 rpm while the driven pulley rotation is 437.5 rpm, the belt speed is 464 cm / s and the torque is 1,660.80 kg.mm. The test results show that the machine is capable of producing pellets after 3 tests with variations in the weight of the pellet raw materials, the results of the first test were 15.65 kg/hour, the second test 26.47 kg/hour and the third 26.67 kg/hour and the average result was 68.79 kg/hour.

This study aimed to determine the professional competence of teachers of the Public Islamic Senior High School ((known as Madrasah Aliyah Negeri or MAN) in welcoming the industrial revolution 4.0 era in Aceh. This qualitative research involve three principals and 60 teachers from three schools in Aceh who were selected purposively. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive approach. The results showed that the professionalism of MAN teachers in Aceh in welcoming the industrial 4.0 era was good. It was indicated by teachers' skills in planning learning implementation plans, utilizing web-based media, using various teaching methods, using a student-centered approach, using cooperative learning models, and developing learning interactions. The professionalism of MAN teachers in Aceh has implications for improving the quality of learning, indicated by an increase in learning motivation and an increase in student participation in learning. Teachers' strategy in developing teacher professionalism in welcoming the industrial 4.0 era was carried out by pursuing a master's degree and a teacher professional development training program.

Purpose of the study: : This study aims to provide an overview of the process and results of implementing online learning of Islamic cultural history subjects at State Islamic High School 2 Cilacap. Methodology: The type of research used by the researcher in this study is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Main Findings: The results of this study include the objectives of online learning of Islamic cultural history subjects at State Islamic High School 2 Cilacap which consists of e-learning-based learning to make learning materials available to others. The benefits of online learning to overcome space and time limitations between teachers and students. The advantages and obstacles of online learning. Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this study lies in its specific focus on Islamic Cultural History as part of religious education in Madrasah Aliyah, with an e-learning approach that utilizes a static station model to overcome the limitations of learning time.

The governments programs which are principally related to developing of micro enterprise instance societies enterprise credit financing, PEN financing, and marketing aspect. However many people don’t apply the loan since they are afraid and unconfident not to be able to return it. There for it implies to the progress of their bussines. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the inhibition of the development of micro-entreprises in Lenek. This research was quantitative research and the subjects are business actors in Lenek. The results of this study based on primary data testing obtained from questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linier regression, it was showed that (1) the factors of limited capital, low quality of human resources, low market access and low partnership had a positive effect on the inhibition of micro-entreprise development in Lenek. (2) the factors of limited capital, low quality of human resources, low market access and low partnership have a positive effect with a percentage (89,5%) on the inhibition of micro-entreprise development in Lenek. (3) The factor of limited capital and low quality of human resources has the most significant influence on the inhibition of micro-entreprise development in Lenek.

An important factor in encouraging employees to function their thoughts and feelings at work is the satisfaction factor at work or what is called by job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction is often ignored in its urgency in encouraging employees to provide their best performance for the organization. This study was conducted to determine the level of job satisfaction of employees of the East Lombok Regency DPRD secretariat using five dimensions, namely the job itself, compensation, superiors/leaders, coworkers and promotions. The method was used descriptive quantitative. The population amounted to 63 employees with the census technique in sampling the research. The results of this study indicate that the level of job satisfaction in the job dimension itself was in the satisfied category with a scale range of 255, the compensation dimension was in the moderately satisfied category with a scale range of 215, the leadership dimension was in the satisfied category with a scale range of 266, the coworker dimension was in the satisfied category with a scale range of 267, and the promotion dimension was in the 212 scale range with a moderately satisfied category.

Dayah teachers are a major role in instilling the character values of their students. The teacher is the main actor, so the attitudes and behavior of the teacher are very imprinted on the souls of the students. The character, speech and personality of the teacher become a reflection for the students. Teachers have a big responsibility in creating a generation of character and morals. However, there are still many students who have not been able to apply good character values in dayah environment and outside the dayah. Therefore, the authors are interested in studying the role of the dayah teacher in instilling character values for students, especially in class I Dayah Nurul Huda Paya Bakong. This study aims to determine the tips of dayah teachers in shaping the character of students starting from the methods and the supporting and inhibiting factors faced. The type of research is Field Research (field). Data collection methods are interviews (interviews), observations (observations) and documentation. The results showed that the dayah teachers in instilling character values was applied through group activities in the hope of applying discipline and responsibility characters. In addition, the application of 5s (smile, greeting, polite, patient and grateful). The solution offered to overcome obstacles in instilling character values is the assignment and cooperation between teachers and parents of students.

Dayah is an educational institution that focuses on the field of religion, especially in the field of spiritual education and character development. Each Dayah has their own method of nurturing and developing the talents and interests of their students, especially in the area of reading the yellow book. Dayah is a non-formal educational institution that still uses traditional educational methods. So in this study, the researchers wanted to introduce a new method to improve the ability to read the yellow book for santri in the Nahdhatul Ulum Dayah Kec. Syamtalira Bayu. The research method is in the form of qualitative with the type of literature study is descriptive and uses a person instrument. The results showed that the BK program (bahsul pole) in Dayah Nahdhatul Ulum used three learning methods, namely the halaqah method, memorization, and deliberation. There was a problem as well as a wise solution that was applied by the teacher council at the beginning of the introduction of this program, so that the program became a ray of light for the santri in the Nahdhatul Ulum Dayah, considering that after this program the students had begun to understand the yellow book well, have a polite attitude, think critical, responsible for expressing opinions, respecting the opinions of others and having the courage to take part and appear in public to solve religious problems.

Custom is a habit that has been a daily by a community for generations without any element of coercion from any party or factor. Most customs in society are influenced by belief in ancestors. One of the customs that has developed in Acehnese society, especially in the Tanah Luas District, North Aceh Regency, namely in Rayeuk Naleung village is khanduri jrat. The khanduri jrat tradition is similar to the usual grave pilgrimage procession. The tradition is carried out together with the extended family of the deceased at a public cemetery. The research method used in this research is the form of field research. Data collection techniques are by means of interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique is by reducing the data, presenting the data and then take the conclusions from the data. The research results show that the implementation of khanduri jrat does not conflict with the teachings of the Islamic religion. Because the khanduri jrat tradition contains Islamic educational values, including the values of aqidah, morals and worship. This is illustrated by the khanduri jrat procession from start to finish, which begins with work together, praying together, serving food and donating a little wealth.

This study examines the impact of implementing a digital government system as a strengthening factor in the relationship between organizational work culture and human resource management on public satisfaction levels in Pontianak City. The research aims to understand the effectiveness of digital governance in supporting government organizational performance to achieve a more optimal smart city concept. The research method used is quantitative research with an explanatory survey approach, involving 378 respondents selected through a proportional stratified random sampling method. Data collection was conducted using a structured questionnaire, and data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques processed with the SmartPLS version 4.0 application. The study results show that the successful implementation of a digital government system significantly strengthens the influence of work culture on public satisfaction levels. The findings also indicate that the synergy between digital government systems, organizational work culture, and human resource management can increase the public satisfaction index by up to 42.3% compared to traditional methods. This research contributes to the development of social humanities sciences, particularly in understanding the role of digital governance as a reinforcement in the relationship between human resource management and public satisfaction in urban contexts moving towards smart cities.
