Abstract

Sidenreng Rappang Regency is one of the duck production centers in South Sulawesi Province. However, most duck eggs are still marketed in fresh form with limited innovation in processing and packaging. The traditional management of existing processed products generally results in low competitiveness. This condition highlights the importance of innovation in processing and packaging to optimize local potential and contribute to improving community welfare. The purpose of this program was to empower PKK women’s groups in Manisa Village by enhancing their skills in producing oven-salted eggs and product packaging. The activities were carried out using a participatory approach through three stages: socialization, technical training on salted egg processing with an oven, and packaging training. The implementation showed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge across all aspects. Pre-test and post-test results indicated that basic knowledge of salted egg production increased from 37% to 76%, production using the wet method from 38% to 77%, and the use of ovens and packaging rose from 25–30% to 79%. This twofold increase reflects the effectiveness of practice-based training, where participants not only understood the concepts but were also able to apply the skills independently. Participants were also able to practice using vacuum plastic and attaching labels. The participants' response was very positive, as seen from their enthusiasm in the discussion and hands-on practice

Abstract

Psychosocial support among students is urgent because low mental health literacy can have an impact on mental and emotional health disorders. The lack of sharia-based financial planning literacy in students can create double vulnerabilities both managerial and psychological that have a direct impact on mental health. The integration of psychosocial support, mental health literacy, sharia-based financial planning literacy, and adolescent identity search forms a protective mechanism that simultaneously strengthens family resilience. This community service using psychosocial guidance and structured sharia-based financial planning literacy session methods that invite participants to explore the challenges of today's families and students, understand the order of personal values, recognize their strengths and weaknesses, and how students can plan their finances from an early age, held at the An-Nahdloh Islamic boarding school, Selangor Malaysia. Data collection was carried out through pre and post-test assessments, including observations, interviews and questionnaires to measure the level of understanding of personal conditions and financial literacy. The result of this service is that 85% of students increase their understanding; have a clear self-concept, have values that are a guideline for life and increase their capacity in terms of financial planning based on sharia principles. Psychosocial support as an external stimulus serves to optimize adolescent mental health literacy, which provides a cognitive scheme to manage emotional turmoil during the identity search crisis phase to remain oriented towards adaptive values. The presence of sharia-based financial planning literacy complements the process by providing an ethical-practical framework in resource management that is in line with the principles of monotheism, thereby reducing financial and existential conflicts which ultimately create functional synergy between family members as the main indicator of comprehensive family resilience.

Abstract

The development of information technology has given rise to transnational forms of digital crime and poses serious challenges to national criminal law systems. Digital crime is no longer bound by a specific time and place, thus weakening the effectiveness of the conventional criminal law paradigm based on the principle of territoriality. This study aims to analyze the need for a renewed criminal law paradigm in addressing transnational digital crime and to formulate a criminal law policy direction that is more adaptive to global and digital realities. This study uses normative legal research methods with conceptual, statutory, and comparative approaches. The analysis examines criminal law doctrine, jurisdictional principles, and regulatory developments and law enforcement practices related to transnational cybercrime. Data were obtained through a literature review sourced from scientific literature, international journals, and relevant legal documents related to digital crime and transnational legal cooperation. The results of the study indicate that the national and territorial criminal law paradigm is no longer adequate to address the complexity of transnational digital crime. A new, transnational criminal law approach is needed, emphasizing legal harmonization, strengthening proportional extraterritorial jurisdiction, and effective international cooperation. This study confirms that updating the criminal law paradigm is a primary prerequisite for ensuring legal certainty, effective law enforcement, and protection of human rights in the global digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) in improving graduate quality at Islamic Senior High Schools (MAN) in Bandar Lampung City by examining seven key HRM functions, namely human resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and professional development, performance evaluation, career development, teacher motivation and welfare, and Islamic work culture. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design, in which data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, and were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that human resource planning is carried out through teacher needs analysis and workload mapping, enabling more appropriate teacher placement in accordance with curricular demands. Recruitment and selection are implemented rigorously through microteaching and structured interviews to ensure compatibility between teacher competencies and institutional values. Training and professional development are conducted continuously through workshops, MGMP programs, and internal mentoring, which significantly strengthen teachers’ pedagogical competencies. Performance evaluation functions as a basis for professional coaching, while career development motivates teachers to enhance their professionalism. Moreover, teacher motivation is shaped by recognition, a religious work atmosphere, and harmonious interpersonal relationships, whereas Islamic work culture supports character building and the creation of a positive learning environment. Overall, this study concludes that the integrated implementation of HRM functions significantly contributes to improving the quality of graduates at MAN schools in Bandar Lampung City.

Abstract

This study examines the Banten High Religious Court Decision Number 0092/Pdt.G/2017/PTA.Btn. with the concept of maslahat which highlights interfaith inheritance disputes between Muslim and non-Muslim heirs. The focus of the study is the construction of judges' considerations in the distribution of inheritance assets, including the proportion of distribution, the basis of ijtihad used, and the legal implications for the protection of heirs' rights. This study is a qualitative study with a normative legal approach, which emphasizes the analysis of laws and regulations, court decisions, and related legal documents. The results show that judges continue to prioritize the rights of Muslim heirs according to Article 171 letter (c) of the Compilation of Islamic Law, while applying mandatory bequest for non-Muslim siblings to maintain a balance of justice and family harmony. The use of legal analogy (qiyas) in determining the rights of non-Muslims reflects the flexibility of Islamic law in adapting formal rules to real social conditions. In conclusion, this decision serves as an example of adaptive legal practice that combines compliance with formal law with the achievement of social welfare, justice, and stability, while also emphasizing the relevance of the concept of maslahah in resolving interfaith inheritance disputes.

Abstract

The integration of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) and Natural Sciences (IPA) is a strategic approach to eliminating the dichotomy of knowledge and shaping students who excel both cognitively and spiritually. This study aims to examine the forms, models, impacts, and challenges of implementing IRE-IPA integration through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method using the PRISMA protocol. Data were sourced from Google Scholar, SINTA, and Scopus, yielding 25 relevant articles from the last ten years, which were analyzed using content analysis techniques. The review results indicate that integration is generally implemented by linking cosmic verses (ayat kauniyah) with scientific concepts, instilling monotheistic values in natural phenomena, and applying integrative thematic learning. This practice has been shown to have a positive impact on enhancing understanding of scientific concepts, strengthening religious attitudes, and shaping student character. However, significant challenges were identified, including limitations in teacher competency, a lack of integrative teaching materials, and suboptimal curriculum support. This study contributes a comprehensive mapping of research findings and serves as a conceptual reference for developing integrative learning in schools and madrasas to strengthen the synergy between science and religion.

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) and the micro-credential ecosystem has fundamentally transformed the landscape of higher education. Students in the Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) program at Nahdlatul Ulama University of West Sumatra are no longer positioned merely as prospective teachers who implement the curriculum, but as subjects with agency who must possess the capacity to act autonomously, reflectively, and responsibly in interpreting, selecting, and using technology, including AI and micro-credentials in the field of arts and culture. This study aims to construct a philosophy of education framework to understand and strengthen the agency of PGSD students in embracing technology and arts and culture micro-credentials in the current AI-driven digital era. This study employs a qualitative approach using a narrative literature review and philosophical analysis integrated with: (1) the concept of agency in Bandura’s social cognitive theory; (2) Biesta’s three domains of educational purposes (qualification, socialization, and subjectification); (3) technology acceptance models; (4) Indonesian micro-credential policy and practices; and (5) the position of arts and culture courses within the PGSD curriculum. The findings indicate that the acceptance of AI and micro-credentials cannot be reduced to purely technical issues such as ease of use and perceived usefulness, but must be situated within an ethical philosophical framework concerning the kind of elementary school teachers students aspire to become. This paper proposes a conceptual model of “PGSD Student Agency in the AI Era” that connects self-efficacy beliefs, educational values, perceptions of AI, and motivation to participate in arts and culture micro credentials. Practical implications include the design of a PGSD curriculum that positions arts and culture as a practical space for exercising agency, the critical integration of AI-based micro-credentials, and pedagogical strategies that foster ethical and reasonable digital literacy in the use of digital technologies.
