Being understood of human life included in the way of thinking and behavior basically need to rely on three elemental points or social dimensions of society; social structure, social interaction and social institutions. The whole activities of human life, morality and laws, Jobs and relaxation, family and personality, knowledge, art and everything named as religion come and pass through those social dimensions.  Religion is considered as the essential value that controls behavior of each individual of society. Functionalism says that superstructure of ideology is the main standard which affects the framework in social structure and infra-structure. To understand religiosity of a certain society depends on how we deeply know the life style of them. Later, it also depends on their social structure. In this context religion is commonly seen as the agent of moral socialization. Religion becomes the principal values that organize the attitude of society. To perform their activities, religious people will attempt to unify three elements of beliefs, symbols and rituals. This article tries to describe how the role of religion plays on the level of social through which elemental aspects of human life following and joining in shaping the condition of human life, behavior, ethic, culture, tradition and etcetera.

Tidak bisa dipungkiri perkembangan pemikiran keagamaan selalu memberikan corak yang dinamis, salah satunya adalah pemikiran tentang posmodernisme. Kaitannya dengan hal tersebut istilah pluralism posmodern konstruktif merupakan salah satu pemikiran posmodern yang menjadi kajian utama dalam tulisan ini. Meskipun banyak yang menolak penggunaan kata posmodernisme karena banyaknya asumsi yang berkembang namun istilah tersebut mempunyai kegunaan lebih dalam menyelami pemikiran-pemikiran yang berkembang saat ini. Saya menggunakan istilah tersebut untuk membedakan dua macam pluralism; 1) pluralism modern yang mencari kesamaan dasar pada tiap tradisi agama yang berbeda, dan 2) pluralisme posmodern yang menolak setiap pencarian dasar kesamaan berdasarkan penekanan terhadap keragaman dan keutamaan agama. Dari situ, artikel ini menjelaskan tentang ide-ide seputar pluralisme posmodern konstruktif (constructive postmodern pluralism). Selain itu, pembahasan dalam artikel ini lebih banyak bertumpu pada pemikiran dua tokoh, yakni Alfred North Whitehead, yang diperkenalkan dan dikembangkan oleh Cobb, dan David Ray Griffin. Pluralisme yang diusung dua tokoh ini melampaui gagasan pluralisme yang dijelaskan oleh John Hick, yaitu pluralisme yang menempatkan agama dalam posisi dasar the same down deep.

Many traditional markets in the Sukoharjo regency are not used by tenants to sell, because the visitors who want to shop are quiet. This study is to see whether risk factors, social beliefs, perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, perception of reputation, and trust, influence the willingness to shop in traditional markets. Population and research sample are people in Sukoharjo Regency. Data analysis in the study was carried out using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures). Research respondents were 150 respondents. This research involves students in data collection and in other implementation processes. Based on the results of the study showed that the benefits, perceived ease of use, perception of perception, risk perception, perception of social trust, perception of reputation, did not have a positive effect on the willingness to shop in traditional markets. Consumer attitudes positively influence the willingness to shop in traditional markets. Perceptions of benefits have a positive effect on perceptions of social trust. Perceptions of social trust have a positive effect on perceptions of reputation. Perception of benefits does not have a positive effect on perceptions of reputation. Perception of reputation does not have a positive effect on perceptions of trust. Perceptions of social trust do not have a positive effect on perceptions of trust. Perceptions of trust have a positive effect on consumer attitudes in traditional markets.

ABSTRACTThis reseach was conducted in March-June 2018 in Fish Diasease and Parasite Laboratories and Experiment of the faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science University of Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the description of red blood (total erythrocytes, hemoglobin, and hematocrit) and the growth of catfish (Pangasius hypopthalmus). The method used was experiment with Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with one factor, the level 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment in this study is, P0: control without given, P1 (addition of propolis in feed at a dose of 600 ppm/kg), P2 (700 ppm/kg), P3 (800 ppm/kg), P4 (900 ppm/kg). The parameters measured were total erythrocytes, hemoglobin levels, hematocrit values, absolute weight growth, fish survival, and water quality. The results showed that feeding containing propolis given for 60 days in catfish (Pangasius hypophthalmus) gave a significant effect on the number of erythrocytes, hemoglobin levels, hematocrit values, absolute weight growth with P <0.05 and not significantly different from fish survival P> 0.05. The best treatment at the dose of P3 (800 ppm) with total erythrocytes 276 x 104cells / mm3, hemoglobin levels of 10.6 g / dL, and hematocrit levels 33.3%, and absolute weight growth of 39.18 gr, and survival of 98 %. The results of measurements of water quality during the study were temperatures ranging from 27-310C, DO ranged from 3.4 to 3.9 ppm, pH ranged from 5.2 to 7, and NH3ranged from 0.017 to 0.024 ppm.Keywords: Propolis, Haematology, Pangasius hypopthalmus

Strategic management plays an important role in village governance to improve the quality of public services. The Village Government receives substantial funding but has not been followed by adequate strategic management governance. Changes in policy, environmental change and the ability to deliver better quality public services have become the demand for village governments to adapt their institutions for developments and changes. This research focuses on the influence of power and commitment on the application of Strategic Management in Village Government (Study on Village Government in Sidoarjo District). This study aims to explain whether power and commitment have a significant effect on strategic management in Village Government. The research was conducted by using questionnaires to test the research variables from Respondents. The results explain the influence of the two variables and the results are analyzed using WarpPLS. The results of this study indicate that the two variables positively affect the implementation of strategic management in village government. Expert and reverend based power and continuance commitment have a positive effect on the implementation of strategic management in village government. The results of this study will play a significant role in helping Village Governments analyze the factors that influence strategic management governance

This study aims to analyze Islamic bank financial performance appraisal. One of them is by analyzing the profitability level of the relevant Islamic banks, which shows that Islamic banking gets the title of a healthy category of banks, analyzes Islamic banking financial performance using added value and financial ratios that show influence on banking financial performance sharia. The population in this study is a company in the period Islamic Sharia bank company which is listed on the Indonesian stock exchange with a total of 11 companies. The sample of this study was taken using a saturated sample technique that is by making the entire population as a sample. The analytical tool used in this study is a comparison with Indonesian tire regulations. Based on this research, it was concluded that there were 6 companies in good condition, namely indicator cash ratio below 3%. So it was concluded that there were 6 companies in good condition with DER indicator.

The purpose of this study is to examine and explain the operandi pattern of fraud that occurs in the distribution of bank financing and explain the efforts to minimize fraud that occurs in the distribution of bank financing. The results of the study show that. This research is a type of qualitative research with the research design used is a case study in BPRS X. The data in this study consisted of documentation, interviews, and observations. The results showed that there were elements of BPRS X who had practiced fraud starting from the submission stage, data analysis and approval in the form of falsifying documents by conditioning the submission so that they could pass the financing so that there were mask credit findings, credit in the name. As well as efforts to minimize fraud consisting of Pillar steps to prevent, detect, investigate and monitor and evaluate existing systems.

This study aims to analyze the Copy of Restu Ibu in investing or procuring fixed assets in order to maintain the stability of production and produce more copy photos so that consumer demand can be fulfilled. Sources of data in this study are financial statements consisting of statements of income, capital changes, and balance sheets for the period 2013-2017. This type of research is descriptive. The type of data in this study is quantitative data in the form of data relating to financial statements. While the data analysis method used is projection with a linear trend method which is then used to calculate the level of demand in the future. Based on capital budgeting calculations, it can be seen that the results of calculations using projections with linear trend methods, note that the total income in 2018 is Rp. 38,579,500. Then the company will invest in fixed assets in the form of a photo copy machine. Fixed asset investment carried out requires substantial funds so analysis is needed to assess the feasibility of investing through Capital Budgetting techniques. The analysis results show a Payback Period (PP) for 3 years 5 months 7 days which means it does not exceed the investment age of 5 years. Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 11,004,111 which means positive. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is obtained 12.3%> 10% that the procurement can be received. Profitability Index (PI) of 1.45 greater than 1 Based on the analysis of the acquisition of fixed assets, it can be concluded that investment is feasible.

This study aimed to determine empirically learning organization have affect to competence, competence have significant affects to performance, learning organization through competence have significant affect to performance. The method used in sampling was simple random sampling, a total of 200 employee at Bank “XXX” in Jakarta The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using by LISREL versi 8.8 are need to test the hypothesis. The results showed, learning organization give effect competence, competence give effect performance, learning organization through competence give effect performance which means that the research hypothesis tested.Through these results can be material for the attention of Bank “XXX”to keep improving the learning organization, competence heve affect the performance of the business, because through good performance can affect the competitive advantage for Bank XXX” in running the business.Keywords: Learning organization, Competence, Performance, SEM

Panel Capacitor Bank dalam suatu industri sangat berperan penting untuk menghemat pemakaian daya listrik terutama untuk industri dengan daya terpasang lebih dari 200 kVA. Industri dengan daya terpasang tersebut akan dikenai denda kVAr apabila faktor daya ( cos phi ) yang terukur kurang dari 0,85. Konsep dasar mengapa dalam sebuah industri diperlukan panel Capacitor Bank untuk memperbaiki faktor daya adalah karena di industri tersebut banyak menggunakan alat-alat yang didalamnya terdapat unsur lilitan dan inti besi. Alat-alat (beban) tersebut memiliki cos phi yang rendah. Berdasarkan perhitungan kebutuhan Unit Capacitor untuk memperbaiki faktor daya (cos phi) maka lebih mudah menggunakan metoda Tabel Konversi. Berdasarkan jumlah unit kapasitor yang sesuai dengan nilai total kapasitas kapasitor untuk memperbaiki faktor daya maka lebih efisien menggunakan metoda perhitungan biasa. Kapasitor yang digunakan untuk memperbesar faktor daya dipasang paralel dengan rangkaian beban. Sesudah pemasangan panel capacitor bank, seluruh atau sebagian daya reaktif yang diperlukan oleh beban induktif akan disuplai oleh capacitor bank. Sehingga tugas sentral listrik akan menjadi lebih ringan karena hanya menyuplai daya aktif saja. Kata Kunci : Panel, Capacitor Bank
