Background: RSUD dr. H. Kumpulan Pane (RSKP) has not yet successfully implemented real-time incident reporting as stipulated by the Minister of Health Regulation No. 11 of 2017. Objectives: Based on this situation, this study aims to analyze the condition of the patient safety incident reporting system in the inpatient unit at RSKP, identify the inhibiting factors, and propose priority policy alternatives to improve the system. Research method: To achieve these objectives, the Grounded Theory method, emphasizing qualitative data analysis from informants including structural officials, healthcare workers, and the quality and patient safety committee at RSKP, was used to reveal the conditions and inhibiting factors of patient safety incident reporting in the inpatient unit at RSKP. Meanwhile, to obtain priority alternatives for improving the incident reporting conditions, the researcher used the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. Results: The results of the study indicate several weaknesses in the reporting conditions, including very minimal incident reporting actions, incomplete implementation of system-oriented approaches, lack of coordination regarding assurance of immunity from punishment for incident reporting actions, unguaranteed independence from external parties, and partial patterns of patient safety incident resolution. Conclusion: Patient safety incident reporting in the inpatient unit of RSKP remains suboptimal due to a weak reporting culture, insufficient training, unsupportive leadership, and an underdeveloped system. Strategic actions such as timely disbursement of service incentives, the establishment of a dedicated SPO improvement team, and the implementation of proportional sanctions are essential to enhance the overall quality of incident reporting.

The availability of quality human resources and high work ethics is the main capital of an organization to be able to be on par with other organizations. Without the personal efforts of each individual to strive to progress without being forced, the organization means nothing. At the Regional Secretariat Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan, it turns out that the Direction has not been implemented properly so that employee performance is not optimal. The problem faced is how the Direction influences employee performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Direction on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan and is useful as a reference for further research on Direction and Employee Performance. The hypothesis proposed is that Direction has a positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan. Data collection and processing using literature studies and field studies using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. From the results of the discussion, the correlation between Direction in efforts to improve employee performance at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regional Secretariat Office obtained an r figure of 0.57. After consulting with conservative standards, it is between 0.400-0.599 which is included in the moderate correlation. So it can be said that there is a moderate influence between Direction on employee performance at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regional Secretariat Office.

This research is background by a low mathematical ability of students’ reasoning and learning activities in mathematics. Therefore, the aim of this research is to increase students’ reasoning and learning activities with the implementation of problem solving learning model. Type of research is classroom action research which have a cycle model consist of four components, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. This research conducted in two cycles that consisting of four meetings. At each cycle student activities during the learning process were observed, and at the end of each cycle a test of learning outcomes was given. The research is carried out with 30 fifth grade students from a public elementary school in semester 2 of the 2019/2020 school year. The instruments used were observation, and field notes, interviews and test results. The data obtained in the research were analyzed using qualitative analysis, analyzing the collection of data until all data has been collected. The data is reduced based on the problem under study, followed by the presentation of the data and finally the conclusion or verification. The results show that fifth grade students’ mathematicalreasoning and learning activities increase after the implementation of problem solving learning model.

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) merupakan salah satu bentuk intervensi sosial dari pemerintah untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup keluarga miskin melalui akses pendidikan, kesehatan, dan kesejahteraan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Peraturan Menteri Sosial Nomor 1 Tahun 2018 tentang Program Keluarga Harapan di Desa Pantai Cermin Kecamatan Tanjung Pura Kabupaten Langkat. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan adalah model implementasi George Edward III yang menekankan pada empat variabel: komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PKH di desa tersebut belum berjalan optimal. Beberapa penerima manfaat tidak sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan, sosialisasi masih minim, dan pengawasan terhadap dana bantuan masih lemah. Selain itu, pemahaman masyarakat mengenai mekanisme dan kewajiban dalam program juga masih rendah. Kurangnya verifikasi ulang data serta adanya intervensi dari pihak tertentu turut memperburuk ketidaktepatan sasaran. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kualitas pendataan, penguatan peran pendamping sosial, serta keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam setiap tahapan implementasi program. Dengan langkah-langkah tersebut, diharapkan pelaksanaan PKH di tingkat desa dapat lebih efektif dan tepat sasaran sesuai dengan tujuan awal program.

This research is conducted in the Democracy of Pancasila Course at Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) Department University of Jambi. Students have difficulties in both answering critically when the lecturer asks questions, and criticizing questions from their peers when responding to group discussion questions. This is due to the weak thinking strategies used in the classroom so that the ability to think critically does not meet the expectations. One of the efforts made to overcome this problem is to apply the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model. This study aims to determine the influence of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model on students’ critical thinking abilities. This research was Pre-Experimental Design by using the Intact Group Comparison design. The population in this study was all students of the PPKn Department in University of Jambi. The sample in this study were students from class A and class B. Students of class B were used as an experimental class which were taught using the Think Pair Share learning model. Meanwhile, class A students were the control class who learned using conventional learning models. The instrument used in this study was a test instrument. The data collected were analyzed using the T test. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that the critical thinking abilities of students who were taught using the Think Pair Share learning model in the Democracy of Pancasila Course were higher than students who were taught using conventional learning models. Keywords: Think Pair Share (TPS), critical thinking, mata kuliah Demokrasi Pancasila ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil pengamatan pada Mata Kuliah Demokrasi Pancasila di Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) Universitas Jambi. Mahasiswa banyak mengalami kesulitan memberikan jawaban secara kritis ketika dosen bertanya, kemudian pada saat menanggapi pertanyaan-pertanyaan diskusi kelompok, mereka juga sulit untuk mengkritisi pertanyaan dari teman-temannya. Hal ini disebabkan lemahnya strategi berpikir yang digunakan dalam kelas sehingga kemampuan berpikir secara kritis belum sesuai dengan harapan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi persoalan tersebut adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS). Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran TPS terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Exsperimental Design dengan menggunakan desain Intact Group Comparison. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa program studi PPKn Universitas Jambi. Sedangkan yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa kelas A dan kelas B. Mahasiswa kelas B digunakan sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share, sedangkan mahasiswa kelas A sebagai kelas kontrol yang belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan mengguanakan uji T. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share pada mata kuliah Demokrasi Pancasila menjadi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Education implicitly functions and aims to develop students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor personality potential. Advances in information technology have an impact, namely the easy entry of biotechnology and the infiltration of foreign culture which is negative, this can affect both the ethics, morals and character of students. So Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Bandar Lampung created and implemented a religious culture for all school members. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the concept of organizational management based on religious culture at Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung Elementary School with the functions of planning, organizing, acting, evaluating in creating and cultivating religious culture in the elementary school. The approach method is descriptive with qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation regarding records of past events or school history and others, which discuss the problems in the research. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity checking technique uses extended participation and source triangulation. The conclusions of this research are: 1) Organizational planning based on religious culture at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Bandar Lampung on religious culture has gone through systematic planning stages and processes, in accordance with the vision, mission and goals of the school; 2) Organizing a religious culture-based organization at Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung Elementary School based on religious culture in the division of authority, functions, duties and responsibilities based on the school organizational structure that has existed so far; 3) Implementing (actuating) a religious culture-based organization at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Bandar Lampung on religious culture during implementation on a daily, weekly and annual basis; 4) Evaluation of religious culture-based organizations at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Bandar Lampung on religious culture is carried out with supervision, reporting and control.

Mathematical learning that is done does not achieve maximum learning outcomes. This is caused by their lack of learning activities, and the monotonous way of learning. The objectives of this study are to 1) produce inquiry-based mathematics lesson plans and worksheets for grade IV elementary schools with valid criteria, 2) produce inquiry-based mathematics worksheets and worksheets for class IV elementary schools with practical criteria, 3) produce inquiry-based mathematics worksheets and worksheets for inquiry Class IV Elementary School with effective criteria. This study is an educational research model design research that develops a product. This research procedure 1) preliminary analysis stage, 2) design phase, 3) assessment stage. Data collection instruments for interview guidelines, observation sheets. The data analysis stage uses practicality results and effectiveness test data. The results showed that 1) the results obtained illustrated that the developed Mathematics Worksheets were valid and could be used in learning Mathematics, 2) the practicality of inquiry-based Mathematics Worksheets provided that the Inquiry-based Mathematics Worksheets were very very practical to use and could increase student interest in Mathematics learning, 3) the effectiveness of using Inquiry-based Math LKS, student learning activities while learning to use LKS are very high and student learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains also show good results. These observations provide an illustration that the use of Inquiry based Mathematics Worksheet has been effective.

The growing reliance on AI-driven technologies has raised critical concerns about the decline in students’ abilities in critical thinking, logical reasoning, and motor skills. In response, this study investigates the potential of abacus learning a traditional method that stimulates both hemispheres of the brain by engaging both hands simultaneously to mitigate these challenges. The primary objective is to develop and evaluate an abacus training management model that strengthens the instructional competence of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers, enabling them to implement abacus-based learning effectively within the context of modern educational demands. The research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Bandar Lampung using the ADDIE model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data were collected through surveys, interviews, and documentation to support the design, development, and validation of the training model. Expert assessments demonstrated high feasibility: material experts rated the model at 88.75%, and media experts at 92.5%. Additionally, teachers who participated in the training assessed its effectiveness at 85%, indicating strong usability. Quantitative analysis using a t-test revealed a t-observed value of 44.737, significantly exceeding the t-critical value of 2.069 at a 0.05 significance level. This confirms that the model is statistically effective in improving teachers’ abacus teaching skills. These findings reaffirm the continued relevance of traditional tools like the abacus in an era dominated by artificial intelligence. The study concludes that integrating such manual learning strategies can complement digital advancements. Future research is recommended to explore this model’s application across varied educational settings and learner demographics.

This report presents the findings from the fieldwork conducted at Vapemu Store, focusing on promotional strategies and sales enhancement through e-commerce. The practical work experience provided valuable insights into the significance of innovation in product development and marketing strategies. The team emphasized the importance of introducing new product variants and actively listening to customer feedback, which has proven essential for expanding productivity and market share The project involved effective external communication, serving as a bridge between the fieldwork team, partners, supervising lecturers, and the university institution. A detailed budget was prepared for promotional materials, including banners and souvenirs, to support the marketing efforts The team aimed to motivate Vapemu Store to continue its growth trajectory, improve sales outcomes, and attract a larger consumer base in the future. Recommendations for ongoing development were also provided, highlighting the need for continuous innovation and adaptation to market demands The procedural framework for the project included regular coordination meetings among the fieldwork team, ensuring that activities were well-organized and timely. The report concludes with reflections on the practical experience gained, emphasizing the importance of bridging academic knowledge with real-world business applications Overall, this fieldwork experience not only contributed to the operational success of Vapemu Store but also enriched the students' understanding of practical business dynamics, thereby fulfilling the educational objectives of the internship program.

Education is a deliberate and planned effort to create a teaching and learning environment where students can actively develop their potential to have personality, character, a sense of self-control, religious spiritual soul, and knowledge to live a life in society. Education is changing in the home, community, and educational institutions. The instructional leadership role of school principals as educators, managers, administrators, leaders, innovators and motivators cannot be separated from educational change in schools. One of the three implementers of the Driving School Program (PSP) is SMA Negeri 1 Gerung. Where PSP is a government program that collaborates with regional governments (PEMDA) in various interventions to improve the level of education. PSP concentrates on the process of developing holistic student learning outcomes which include basic literacy and numeracy competencies as well as character. The research approach used is empirical research, namely research with data in the field as the main data source, such as the results of interviews and observations. In this research, the researcher focuses on SMAN 1 Gerung which is the implementer of the Driving School Program (PSP) in Lombok Regency West.
