In essence, learning to master the language has significant achievements, as well as Arabic language learning. Ideally, Arabic language learning allows learners to master the four language skills (al-istimā', al-kalām, al-qirā'ah, and al-kitābah) functionally and proportionally. This approach considers language learning as a routine activity that is conventional and considered classical, following the usual ways of doing it based on experience. This study uses descriptive qualitative and several data sources by looking for literature references and documentation through manuscripts that follow the research. This research aims to discover that the era has entered the aspects of learning and teaching methods as a characteristic of the era of globalization. Science and technology are developing quickly and becoming increasingly sophisticated, with an increasingly broad role. 21st-century learning is a transition of learning where the curriculum developed leads schools to change the learning approach from teacher-centered to student-centered. It is following future demands where students must be able to think and learn by the demands of the times. These skills include problem-solving, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills so that the output from the old (traditional) strategy can still be used by prioritizing abilities centered on students. This study recommends future research to explore optimal ways of integrating artificial intelligence in Arabic language learning. Thus, this research contributes to the understanding and strategic application of advancing Arabic language learning in the Disruption 21 era.

The Myopopone castanea Smith (Hymenoptera: Formicidae) is a predator of Oryctes rhinoceros Linn larvae, the main pest on oil palm plantations. These predatory ants have potential as biological agents because they have similar niches to their prey. This research aimed to explore the presence and potential of M. castanea as bio-agents in oil palm plantations and obtain knowledge about the abiotic environment of Myopopone castanea ant nests. The research was conducted in oil palm plantations owned by PTPN 4 Adolina, PTPN 2 Pagar Merbau, and smallholder oil palm plantations in Binjai, North Sumatra Province. Sampling was conducted using the purposive sampling method and as many as 10 sample points in each plantation. The results showed that the average temperature and humidity in the ant nests were 29.4 °C and 70.5%, respectively. The number of individual ants in a colony varied greatly in number and developmental stages. The predation potential of Myopopone castanea ants in the field reached 50.3% for five days of exposure in smallholder plantations and 46,9% in Adolina Plantation. This research could be the opportunity to use Myopopone castanea ants as a biological control for larvae Oryctes rhinoceros in oil palm plantations.

Jember Regency is included in the five cities/regencies with the highest prevalence of stunting in East Java, with a percentage ranging from 40-45%. One of the interventions for toddlers to reduce the prevalence of stunting is the Recovery Supplemental Feeding (PMT-P). The study aimed to study the implementation of the Recovery Supplemental Feeding (PMT-P) program for toddlers to reduce the prevalence of stunting. This is a qualitative approach. The data was collected by in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the PMT-P Program was not fully in accordance with the 2011 PMT-P Guidelines from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the program implementers had good insight, knowledge, and response in implementing the PMT-P program. The output of the PMT-P program implementation was not in accordance with David C. Korten's theory of suitability. It is suggested to cook together among midwives, cadres, and mothers of target toddlers, create a community of toddlers’ mothers as a sharing platform about the implementation of Recovery Supplemental Food, and increase monitoring in the provision program for toddlers to ensure that supplemental food is actually consumed by the target toddlers.

Combining chemotherapeutic agents such as doxorubicin with herbal products or other compounds that can enhance cytotoxicity without side effects is required. Thus, we aimed to observe the cytotoxicity of doxorubicin and sesoot (Garcinia picrorrhiza) fruit ethanolic extract (GpKar) on human fibroblast cells, BJ. This study used a post-test-only control randomized group design with n=3 and a number group of 5. The method used in this research is cell number, and viability was measured with (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium assay. Treatments consisted of a combination of doxorubicin (0.02 μg/ml) and GpKar of 66.47 µg/ml (DES1), 132.94 µg/ml (DES2) and 265.89 μg/ml (DES3). The data were analyzed using a one-way ANOVA and Duncan post hoc tests. DES3 showed the lowest viability among treatments (89.32%). DES1 and DES2 showed high viability (>90%), 97.93%, and 95.08%, respectively. Thus, the combination of doxorubicin (0.02 μg/ml) and GpKar (66.47 µg/ml) was considered safe for further use in the following assay. In summary, the combination of doxorubicin and GpKar showed high viability in normal fibroblast cells.
