Aluminum 6061 is an aluminum alloy that is widely used in various industrial fields, which heat treatable. However, it can be joined using a welding process. Aluminum joining using the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) process has become the option to produce good quality joints. This research aims to get optimum welding parameters by knowing the mechanical properties and microstructure of the welding results. The GTAW process uses a 25-volt voltage, Argon protective gas flow rate of 15 liters per minute with filler rod ER 5356 with 2.4 mm diameter and electrodes tungsten 2.4 mm in diameter. This process uses a single V butt joint and groove angle of 60° with variations in the current of 100, 110 and 120 A. The results indicate that specimens with a variety of current of 110 A give better results in the absence of defects, have a tensile strength of 152 MPa, and get a hardness value of 87.55 HV, which is the highest compared to the other two specimens. Whereas specimens with the current variation of 100 and 120 A have defects in the weld area. The optimum parameters of the 6061 aluminum GTAW process with a thickness of 6 mm using a current of 110 A bring on better outcomes and mechanical properties than the use of currents of 100 and 120 A.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh moderasi gaya kepemimpinan terhadap pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah pada Pemerintah Kota Kendari. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara cross-section dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa Angket. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh semua pejabat yang terlibat langsung dengan pengelolaan keuangan yang meliputi Kepala OPD, Sekretaris dan Bendahara dengan jumlah 126 pada 42 OPD di Kota Kendari. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan regresi model Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) partisipasi penyusunan anggaran berpengaruh positif, namum tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja aparat OPD Kota Kendari; dan (2) gaya kepemimpinan memoderasi hubungan antara partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja aparat OPD Kota Kendari. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Aparat.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh latihan agility ladder exercise terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola dalam permainan sepakbola. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen yaitu suatu metode yang dilakukan dengan cara memberikan perlakuan terhadap subyek penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa putra kelas VIII yang berjumlah 26 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam pelitian ini adalah teknik proposional random sampling dengan cara undian. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Hasil penelitian diperoleh data berdasarkan analisis latihan agility ladder exercise terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola. Dengan besaran nilai t-hitung 8.061 lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel 2.064, sehingga dari hasil penelitian ini dapat di simpulkan bahwa, Ada pengaruh yang signifikan setelah diberikan latihan agility ladder ecercise terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola pada siswa putra kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Wawo Kabupaten Bima

Minangkabau International Airport has one apron and one hangar. Apron has 7 parking stands with number of parking stand are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6A, and 7. Parking stands 1 and 7 are dedicated to light aircraft. Parking stand 2 is devoted to International flights. The existence of parking 1 and 7 is less than optimal because the type of light aircraft rarely operates. If there is a peak hour the number of aircraft that will be parked in the apron is less able to be served based on the available parking stand so that the aircraft is often held at the alpha taxiway, this affects the passenger's time value and the cost value for the airline. The purpose of this research is to analyze the optimum apron capacity at Minangkabau International Airport, Padang. The research method is done through parking stand analysis on traffic arrangement in movement area through description of parking index analysis, parking duration, and parking accumulation at peak hour compared to available apron capacity and determined slot time. Optimization of aircraft parking (apron) Minangkabau international airport, padang can be done with the reduction of parking booth from 7 to 6 with the dimensions of medium aircraft, and emphasize the airline operators to remain consistent on the slot time set or propose revision of slot time at spare time

Achievement of student learning outcomes about factors, is a learning facility and learning motivation. The problem in this study is learning and learning facilities that are learned about student learning outcomes subject matter Air Traffic Service cadets D.III Air Traffic IX alpha & bravo at ATKP Makassar, the purpose of this study is that there is a Learning Facility and Learning Motivation on the learning outcomes of ATS material for students of D.III LLU class IX Alpha & IX Bravo Makassar ATKP to make all get a passing grade. The total migration population is 48 students. Researchers took the census technique, namely all participation as research objects. The research variables consist of independent variables namely learning facilities (X1) and learning motivation (X2) and motivation variables namely learning outcomes (Y). The data collection method uses questionnaires and settings. Data analysis uses descriptive percentage analysis. Conclusions are learning and learning facilities that are learned towards learning outcomes both simultaneously and partially. This research suggestion for good learning facilities to improve and improve learning facilities to maintain the existence of intensive vocational and care colleges must be regularly managed and monitored. on motivation to learn, motivation increases learners and teaching staff the purpose of donations issued and special competence in the field according to international standards.

The objective of the research is to analyze the impact of double-parking stand nose-in order to improve the smoothness of aircraft movement. The method was performed through a qualitative descriptive data sourced from air traffic movement and unscheduled. The results showed that in the absence of double nose-in parking stand as well as the south apron used as a passenger terminal apron can load the entire amount of traffic arrival and departure. Thus, the parking stand at the north and south apron can be according to the standards that have a positive impact on the safety and smoothness of air traffic. It was therefore recommended that the north and south apron as the passenger terminal apron so that the regularity of air movement can be achieved.

Every person is prohibited from being in certain areas in the airport, making obstacles, and carrying out other activities in the area of ​​flight operational safety that can endanger the safety and security of aviation unless obtaining permission from the airport authority. In this case, the particular area in question is the runway. The movement of people who cross the runway is an example of a case that is often found and there is no aviation security post around runway 09, which usually residents cross the runway through that point. The security in the runway area that has not been optimal has resulted in disruptions to Air Traffic controller officers related to the provision of air traffic services. The purpose of the research is to improve safety around the runway area and create smoothness and comfort in air traffic services. This study uses qualitative research methods in observations about security around the runway area. The results of this study are expected to provide solutions to problems that occur related to the lack of security in the runway area which impacts the service performance of Air Traffic Controller officers can be minimized, especially during peak hours. It is recommended to the management of Domine Eduard Osok Sorong Airport to conduct socialization to residents around the runway area, erect a barrier/fence and add an avsec post around runway 09 where the place is a point where residents normally cross the runway.

The research aims to: (1) examine and analyze the effect of work ethic on employee work productivity; (2) testing and analyzing the effect of job satisfaction on employee productivity; and (3) examining and analyzing the effect of work ethic and job satisfaction on employee work productivity. This research is an explanatory study which was conducted in July-October 2020. The research population consisted of 91 employees at the Makassar Aviation Polytechnic. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The dependent variable of this research is employee work productivity, while the independent variable of this research is work ethic and employee job satisfaction. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression method. The results showed that: (1) there is an influence of work ethic on employee work productivity; (2) there is an effect of job satisfaction on employee work productivity; and (3) work ethic and job satisfaction can be predictors of employee productivity. This type of research is research qualitative exploratory. According to Sukmadinata (2015: 60) defines qualitative research as "a study aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually or in groups". The dependent variable in this study is employee work productivity.

This study aims to determine and analyze effect of capital structure, firm size and leverage on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Capital structure is measured by debt to equity ratio. Profitability is measured by return on assets. Firm value is measured by price to book value. This research uses associative approach method. The population used in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the samples taken were 64 companies using purposive sampling. To obtain the data needed in this study, the authors use documentation techniques from data published by the company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange official website www.idx.co.id, as well as the company's annual report. The data used in this study is quantitative data sourced from secondary data. The research technique uses data analysis (path analysis) and the tool is the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1)Debt to equity ratio has no effect on price to book value. (2)Firm size has no effect on price to book value. (3)Leverage has no effect on price to book value. (4)Debt to equity ratio has an effect on return on assets. (5)Firm size has an effect on return on assets. (6)Leverage has an effect on return on assets. (7)Debt to equity ratio has no effect on price to book value through return on assets. (8)Firm size has no effect on price to book value through return on assets. (9)Leverage has no effect on price to book value through return on assets.

Seni Budaya merupakan mata pelajaran yang penting untuk diajarkan pada peserta didik, karena Pendidikan Seni Budaya memiliki fungsi untuk mengembangakan kemampuan peserta didik dalam menemukan pemenuhan dirinya (personal fulfillment) agar dapat menjadi pribadi yang utuh. Pendidikan Seni Budaya juga menjadi upaya dalam melestarikan dan mengembangkan warisan budaya di Indonesia. Salah satu penunjang pendidikan Seni Budaya ialah adanya buku teks yang memadai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengkaji komponen kelayakan isi Buku Seni Budaya untuk Siswa SMA/MA/SMK Kelas X Semester 2 Kurikulum 2013 Revisi 2016. Khususnya materi Pameran Karya Seni Rupa pada Bab 9. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis dokumen terkait kelayakan isi berdasarkan teori-teori yang relevan. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan instrumen penilaian buku teks untuk kelayakan isi. Hal ini sejalan dengan ketetapan BSNP 2006 yang meliputi: cakupan materi, akurasi materi, kemutakhiran, mengandung wawasan kewirausahaan, merangsang keingintahuan, mengandung kecakapan hidup, wawasan kebhinekaan, dan wawasan kontekstual. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis mengalir (flow model of analysis) yang meliputi reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
