Abstract

Setiap organisasi memiliki tujuan untuk mencapai kinerja optimal, dan karyawan adalah penggerak utama dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi kinerja karyawan mencapai tingkat optimal demi kesuksesan organisasi, yang merupakan tujuan utama setiap organisasi, termasuk lembaga pendidikan. Penilaian kinerja guru adalah aspek penting dalam pengembangan sistem pendidikan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan analisis kritis terhadap penilaian kinerja guru yang dikembangkan dan diterapkan di SMP Mutiara Bunda, bernama Performance Appraisal (PA). Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengevaluasi PA guru di SMP Mutiara Bunda. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan perbaikan manajemen PA serta peningkatan kualitas pendidik dan pendidikan di SMP Mutiara Bunda.

Abstract

Pembiayaan pendidikan pada dasarnya menitikberatkan pada upaya pendistribusian benefit pendidikan dan beban yang harus ditanggung masyarakat. Biaya adalah sejumlah nilai uang yang dibelanjakan atau jasa pelayanan yang diserahkan pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Manajemen Perencanaan pembiayaan pendidikan yang bernuansa Islam. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada Inovasi Perencanaan Pembiayaan Pendidikan berbasis wakaf Produktif di SMPIT Bani Umar Arjasari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif berbasis studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan model Miles dan Huberman yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi dan member crosscheck. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan adanya Inovasi dalam Perencanaan Pembiayaan Pendidikan Islam di SMPIT Bani Umar diantaranya: Program Gerakan 50.000 tangan peduli pendidikan Yatim dan Dhuafa, Gerakan infaq dawan “One day One Thousand”, Gerakan Usaha bersama berbasis syari’ah, Wakaf Jama’i, Program kemitraan QRIS DPU Daarut Tauhid dan Program Investasi Pendidikan.

Abstract

Smart classroom-based learning is a digital learning concept that combines the integrated digital technology and information system to improve the quality of learning process and interaction between lecturers and students. The study aims to identify benefits, difficulties, and solutions towards the implementation of smart classroom-based learning for the students at Islamic private higher education in Ciamis, West Java, Indonesia during participating the lecturing process. The study employs qualitative method under a case study. The findings of this study show that the implementation of smart classroom-based learning at Islamic private higher education in Ciamis, West Java is very useful for the students during participating the lecturing process. The evidences are shown by the percentage of 67.71%. In addition, (2) the most difficulties faced by the students during participating the lecturing process through the implementation of smart classroom-based learning is they cannot operate laptop and available digital tools. The evidences are shown by the percentage of 37.5%. Finally, the most solutions chosen by the students are asking for help to the IT staffs. These evidences are shown by the percentage of 41.67%. In conclusion, the implementation of smart classroom-based learning is very useful to support the quality of lecturing process at Islamic private higher education in Ciamis, West Java, Indonesia.

Abstract

The forms of test and non-test assessments have become a widely discussed topic in the field of The method used is a literature review, sourcing data from relevant books and scholarly articles. The test technique involves questions or tasks that students must answer, which are categorized into objective tests and subjective tests (essay). Meanwhile, the non-test evaluation technique is employed to assess students’ personalities comprehensively, covering attitudes, behaviors, characteristics, social attitudes, speech, and life history. The forms of non-test assessment include observation, interviews, attitude scales, questionnaires, and personal reports. This study highlights the importance of combining these two techniques for a more comprehensive evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran paguyuban wali siswa dalam meningkatkan manajemen kolaboratif di MIN 13 Ciamis dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi dari kegiatan paguyuban. Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran paguyuban dalam meningkatkan manajemen berbasis kolaborasi di madrasah ibtidaiyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paguyuban berfungsi sebagai jembatan komunikasi yang efektif antara sekolah dan orang tua, yang meningkatkan keterlibatan orang tua dalam berbagai kegiatan sekolah. Keterlibatan aktif orang tua melalui paguyuban tidak hanya memperkuat hubungan antara sekolah dan wali siswa, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada keberhasilan program pendidikan dan pengembangan karakter siswa. Meskipun ada tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu bagi orang tua dan perbedaan pandangan mengenai kebijakan pendidikan, muncul dampak positif dari kolaborasi ini terhadap kualitas pendidikan di MIN 13 Ciamis. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya paguyuban wali siswa sebagai komponen vital dalam manajemen kolaboratif, yang dapat mendorong keberhasilan pendidikan di tingkat dasar dan diharapkan memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan model kolaborasi yang lebih baik di sekolah sekolah lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of cross-cultural reflection within the context of multicultural education, focusing on understanding the dynamics of cultural diversity in the classroom. This research uses an ethnographic method with a qualitative approach. The research data were obtained through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis in several multicultural schools in Indonesia. Data analysis Involves identifying recurring themes, patterns, and ideas within the data, process of comparing data segments to identify similarities and differences, focuses on the stories and experiences shared by participants. The findings indicate that cross-cultural education plays an important role in improving intercultural understanding, motivating students, and creating a more inclusive learning environment. The integration of local culture into learning through the use of folklore and traditional practices has proven effective in increasing student engagement. In addition, the results of the study reveal the need for further training for teachers in adopting an ethnopedagogical approach to overcome learning barriers due to cultural differences.

Artikel ini mengkaji mengenai penilaian profil pemahaman guru terhadap komponen guru yang terdiri dari sub komponen kompetensi guru, pengembangan profesi guru, inovasi dan kreativitas guru didasarkan pada Instrumen Akreditasi Satuan Pendidikan (IASP). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil pemahaman guru terhadap komponen mutu guru dan juga profil kondisi eksisting sekolah dimana guru tersebut bertugas. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine Public Relations management at MI Persis Gandok City. Tasikmalaya. Meanwhile, the specific aim is to describe the planning of school and community relations, the implementation of school and community relations and how the principal evaluates the implementation of school and community relations. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. MI Persis Gandok is planning several public relations work programs, among which the Public Relations Program is to form cooperation in the field of strengthening educational institutions through the formation of Madrasah Councils and Congregational Leadership. Through the formation of madrasah councils and congregational leaders, they can provide a bridge in the form of communication between the school and the community. To make the MI Persis Gandok school public relations program a success, there are several techniques that can be used. The technique chosen is a technique that is considered effective and efficient according to school conditions, the condition of the students' parents, the condition of the surrounding community, and the school's finances. Among these techniques are: group face-to-face meeting techniques, individual face-to-face meeting techniques and school publication techniques. One form of evaluation by the Principal of MI Persis Gandok towards Madrasah Public Relations is through observation, checklists, questionnaires and/or through meetings/briefings. The objectives of this evaluation are: 1) To ensure that the entire program is known; 2) Ensure that the Madrasah's image in society has good values; 3) make a follow-up to the evaluation results.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the issue of low levels of moderate attitudes among university students. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Model in religious education at higher education institutions to enhance students' moderate attitudes. The research employs a Mixed Methods Research approach with a sequential explanatory design. The sample consists of 70 management students at Universitas Islam Nusantara. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Quantitative data analysis employs simple regression analysis, while qualitative data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the PBL model in religious education significantly influences the enhancement of students' moderate attitudes. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.001, which is less than the probability value of 0.05, and a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.234. This indicates that the contribution of the independent variable (PBL model in religious education) to the dependent variable (students' moderate attitudes) is 23.40%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the perceptions of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia students towards the basic concepts of Islamic education. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method whose data source is students' perceptions of the fundamental concepts of Islamic education. The data was obtained through a questionnaire using Google Forms and distributed to students with a science and technology background. From data processing and analysis, there were no significant differences. Between scientific and technology students' perceptions of the fundamental concepts of Islamic education from a gender perspective, the results of the questionnaire show that there are more positive perceptions from female students than male students. Even though there are differences, both male and female students agree that Islamic education has an essential role in shaping individual character and ethics. Both also agree that the fundamental concepts of Islamic education are relevant in the context of science and technology and can be applied in various scientific disciplines, including science and technology.
