This study was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of third party funds and Non Performance Financing on profitability moderated by the inflation rate directly and moderately. The population in this study were all branches of PT. Bank Sumut Sharia Business Unit in North Sumatra as many as 6 branch offices and samples using 6 branch offices for five years so that 30 data were obtained. This research approach uses associative research. Data collection techniques in this study use documentation techniques. and the analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination and Moderated Regression Analysis using the Eviews 13 program. The results of the study indicate that third party funds partially affect profitability, Non Performance Financing does not affect profitability, Furthermore, the inflation rate does not moderate third party funds and Non Performance Financing on profitability at PT. Bank Sumut Sharia Business Unit in North Sumatra.

Dalam era digital saat ini, setiap Perguruan Tinggi atau Sekolah Tinggi telah mengambil langkah progresif dengan menerapkan sistem akademik berbasis Website. Fenomena ini tidak terkecuali bagi institusi pendidikan seperti STMIK Jakarta STI&K. Saat ini terdapat fakta bahwa program Pascasarjana yang diselenggarakan oleh STMIK Jakarta STI&K masih belum memiliki platform berupa Website yang dapat diakses mahasiswa dan masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi terkait program tersebut. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, pada penelitian ini dilakukan pembangunan sebuah Website Pascasarjana STMIK Jakarta STI&K yang didalamnya mahasiswa ataupun masyarakat dapat memperoleh berbagai informasi seputar program Pascasarjana. Website ini dibangun menggunakan Laravel 8 dan MySQL untuk manajemen basis data. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi perancangan sistem menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) serta beberapa tahapan yaitu analisa masalah, pemecahan masalah, perancangan database, perancangan input dan output, dan uji coba aplikasi. Browser yang direkomendasikan untuk menjalankan Website ini adalah Google Chrome, berdasarkan pengujian kinerja Website yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan 3 browser yang berbeda yaitu, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge dan Mozilla Firefox. Website ini juga dapat diakes pada perangkat mobile, tablet, dan desktop, serta layout tampilan akan menyesuaikan dengan perngkat yang digunakan

This study aims to analyze the concept of the creation of the universe from the Islamic view through the interpretation of Ibn Katsir and the Christian view through the Bible. This study uses qualitative research methods. Based on Ibn Katsir's view, the universe's creation consists of several processes. Firstly, Allah created the earth in two days, then created the sky in the next two days, then spread out the earth in the last two days. In the last process, Allah brings out water, plants, mountains, sand, inanimate objects, hills, and everything between the sky and the earth. According to the Bible, the process of creating the universe also consists of six days. Day and night were created on the first day. On the second day, the sky was created. On the third day, the earth was created. The stars and sun were created on the fourth day. On the fifth day, creatures in the water and the sky were created. All kinds of animals were created on the sixth day, and humans were created on the last. The seventh day is God's rest/rest day. Thus, it can be concluded that there are similarities and differences between Islam and Christianity in the concept of the creation of the universe.

In this twenty-first century, the development of digital technology is increasingly diverse and able to contribute to achieving the goals of each individual or group so it is undeniable that technological developments have had a significant impact on Human Resource Management (HRM) in various aspects. Information and communication technology has increased efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment process, training, employee development, and daily operations through automation, the use of big data, and online platforms, according to (Laura, Lee, Pranoto, Gunawan, Lim, Fransisca, Widya, Christine 2024). Several companies have been affected by the Covid-19 virus pandemic, as a result, all companies have to adjust their strategies, and most companies make internal factors a top priority. The purpose of this research article is to explore more deeply the role of using digital technology, such as digital project management systems including Digital Financial Innovation (DFI) that affect efficiency in mining infrastructure construction projects through intervening Employee Satisfaction influenced by management valence as moderation by using data collection methods in two ways, namely collecting the latest research literature with several international journals from 2020 to 2024 that examine the use of digital technology, Employee Satisfaction, efficiency and Management Valence and using the second method, namely data collection by conducting direct interview techniques with several employees representing mining infrastructure construction projects selected randomly. The results of the analysis show that it is essential to think about the use of digitalization that forms job satisfaction so that it can affect cost efficiency with management valence moderation, the use of digital technology will be able to improve performance and provide various cost and efficiency benefits, including digital systems with the job order or Job Number method, users can increase effectiveness and efficiency in project management so that productivity is increased and the risk of errors due to repeated data input can be reduced. suggestions/implications that may be useful as follows: a) Further research needs to be conducted by adding several external factors that will affect Employee Satisfaction and efficiency. b) From the results of this descriptive study, it is suggested that further research can be conducted on the situation and conditions of the company's organization and local culture to create better project workforce performance as measured by the level of employee satisfaction.

This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of the Flipped Learning model integrated with Project-Based Learning (FL-PjBL) on student learning outcomes through a meta-analysis approach. A total of twelve studies (k = 13) that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed using a random-effects model to accommodate variations between studies. The results of the meta-analysis showed that the FL-PjBL model had a significant positive effect on improving student learning outcomes, with an effect size (d) value of 1.22 and a significance of p < 0.01, which is included in the large effect category. However, the high level of heterogeneity (I² = 83.64%) indicated substantial variation between studies. Therefore, further research is recommended to investigate moderator variables such as educational level, subject area, intervention duration, and the quality of technology integration and project design in learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar pendapatan usahatani kelapa dalam di Desa Paranggi Kecamatan Ampibabo Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai Agustus 2023. Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode sampel acak sederhana dimana unsur dalam semua populasi mempunyai kemungkinan yang sama untuk dijadikan sampel penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan (π=TR-TC). Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa total rata-rata penerimaan petani dalam satu kali panen adalah Rp.5.529.000/Ha/MP, Sedangkan total biaya yang dikeluarkan para petani dalam satu kali panen adalah sebesar Rp.2.912.802/Ha/MP. Dengan demikian total pendapatan petani kelapa dalam di Desa Paranggi Kecamatan Ampibabo Kabupaten Parigi Moutong dalam satu kali musim panen adalah sebesar Rp.2.616.198/Ha/MP.

Mosquito density may represent the bionomic of Aedes sp and the risk of spreading the disease. The Indonesian Ministry of Health has been using ABJ, HI, CI, BI and Pupa Index (PI) to calculate the density of Aedes sp praimago and assess the risk of dengue transmission in an area, so it is necessary to look for an index that describes the individual risk of dengue transmission. The research objective was to analyze the relationship between praimago density of Aedes sp on the incidence of dengue fever in Kupang City, where in Kupang City. The research was conducted in 25 urban villages. Samples were taken from 20 people per sub-district obtained by cluster sampling, namely the center point is the DHF sufferer, then the nearest house was searched within a radius of 100 meters until a total of 20 houses were reached or 500 houses for Kupang City. The independent variables were larvae / pupa density (HP, PC, CPP, LH, PH, LCIH, PCIH, LPCIH, PPCIH, LPH, PPH) and egg density (TE, EDH, OIH), while the dependent variable was the incidence of DHF. Praimago density was determined by conducting an entomological survey in the form of a survey of eggs and larvae of Aedes sp. The data were processed to see the density of larvae and eggs per house, then statistically analyzed using independent t test, Chi Square, and Pearson Correlation. The study found that there was a relationship between larvae / pupa density (HP, PC, CPP, LH, LCIH, LPCIH, LPH) and egg density (TE, EDH, OIH) with the incidence of DHF. It concluded that the density of egg density and larvae / pupa density in a house can be used to estimate the risk of dengue fever from family members in the house.

This study aims to see the effect of Apparatus Competence, Quality of Accounting Information Systems, and Workload on the Performance of Commitment Making Officials of the Karimun Regency Government with the Internal Control System as a Moderating Variable. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the saturated sample method (census). The population and sample in this study were allcommitment-making officials (PPK) in all Regional Apparatus Organizations of Karimun Regency, Riau Islands Province. The type of data used is primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis testing. In this study using SPSS version 26 for windows and SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that: apparatus competence has a positive and insignificant effect on PPK performance with a T-statistical value of 1.418 < 1.96 and a P-value of 0.156 > 0.05, the quality of accounting information systems has a positive and significant effect on PPK performance with a T-statistic value of 3.307 > 1.96 and P-value 0.001 < 0.05,

This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the effect of tax knowledge, understanding of tax regulations, and the application of the e-filling system on taxpayer compliance with taxation socialization as a moderator. The population of this study is umkm corporate taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan with a total population of 14,483 taxpayers. This study uses the Slovin formula to obtain a total sample of 99 taxpayers. This study uses primary data and secondary data with a quantitative approach. The primary data collection method is through a questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale, while the secondary data is obtained from the Directorate General of Taxes through the application of e-research data. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS application. The test results show that tax knowledge has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance with a P-Value of 0.003 <0.05. Understanding of tax regulations has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance with a P-Value of 0.000 <0.05, but the implementation of the e-filling system has a significant negative effect on taxpayer compliance. Tax socialization moderates the relationship between tax knowledge and the implementation of the e-filling system on taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, socialization of taxation does not moderate the relationship between understanding of tax regulations and taxpayer compliance. This moderating effect is called predictor moderation. This study aims to examine the effect of employee competence, organizational commitment and accounting system implementation on the quality of financial reports with motivation as a moderating variable in Bappeda Riau Islands Province. This study uses secondary data. This study used a saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 104 companies. The data analysis technique used is the SEM method with the help of the PLS program with Smartpls 3.0 software. Based on the test results, it is known that employee competency with respect to the variable quality of financial statements obtained a path coefficient of 0.185 with a statistical value of 2.519 (> 1.64) and a p-value of 0.012 (<0.05). Because the t-statistic value must be more than 1.64 and the p-value <0.05, the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted. The next result is organizational commitment to the quality of financial reports obtained by a path coefficient of 0.101 with a statistical value of 1.081 (<1.64) and a p-value of 0.280 (> 0.05). because the t-statistic value must be more than 1.64 and the p-value <0.05, the hypothesis (H2) is rejected. Then the application of the accounting system to the quality of financial reports obtained a path coefficient of 0.019 with a statistical value of 10.518 (> 1.64) and a p-value of 0.000 (< 0.05). because the t-statistic value must be more than 1.64 and the p-value <0.05, the hypothesis (H3) is accepted. Furthermore, employee motivation on the quality of financial reports moderated by employee motivation obtained a path coefficient of 0.0165 with a statistical value of 1.370 (<1.64) and a p-value of 0.171 (> 0.05). Because the t-statistic value must be more than 1.64 and the p-value <0.05, the hypothesis (H4) is rejected. organizational commitment to the quality of financial reports moderated by employee motivation obtained a path coefficient of -0.043 with a statistical value of 0.593 (<1.64) and a p-value of 0.554 (> 0.05). because the t-statistic value must be more than 1.64 and the p-value <0.05, the hypothesis (H5) is rejected.
