Stunting dan anemia merupakan masalah gizi yang berdampak negatif pada pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak-anak di Indonesia. Kedua kondisi ini sering menyebabkan penurunan kadar hemoglobin (Hb), yang berisiko bagi kesehatan jangka panjang. Suplementasi zat besi (Fe) menjadi solusi potensial untuk meningkatkan kadar Hb dan memperbaiki status gizi. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh suplementasi Fe terhadap peningkatan kadar Hb pada anak-anak stunting dan anemia di Puskesmas di Kecamatan Babulu. Metode: Menggunakan desain pra-eksperimen dengan pre-test dan post-test tanpa kelompok kontrol, penelitian ini melibatkan 31 anak. Pengukuran kadar Hb dilakukan sebelum dan setelah pemberian Fe menggunakan Hb-meter, dan data dianalisis dengan SPSS. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kadar Hb, dari rata-rata 10,329 menjadi 11,119 setelah pemberian Fe. Kesimpulan : Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan suplementasi Fe terhadap peningkatan kadar Hb (p-value = 0,000). Selain dosis Fe, faktor lain yang memengaruhi kadar Hb adalah asupan gizi dan kondisi kesehatan. Objective: This study aims to provide the effect of Fe supplementation on increasing Hb levels in stunted and anemic children at a Community Health Center in Babulu District. Method: Using a pre-experimental design with pre-test and post-test without a control group, this study involved 31 children. Hb levels were measured before and after Fe administration using an Hb-meter, and the data were analyzed using SPSS. Results: The results showed a significant increase in Hb levels, from an average of 10.329 to 11.119 after Fe administration. Conclusion: The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed a significant effect of Fe supplementation on increasing Hb levels (p-value = 0.000). In addition to the dose of Fe, other factors that affect Hb levels are nutritional intake and health conditions.
