This study examines the role of educational philosophy in shaping the character and type of teachers in the modern era facing technological and social challenges. Using the literature study method, it was found that educational philosophy, through schools such as idealism and pragmatism, provides guidance for integrating moral values, professionalism, and adaptive abilities in the role of teachers. The results of the study highlight the importance of teachers as technology facilitators and motivators who are able to build student character. Teachers are not only expected to master the material, but also to be moral role models that are relevant to changing times. However, challenges such as technological gaps and changes in cultural values require solutions in the form of continuous training and adaptive learning. With this approach, educational philosophy remains relevant in supporting educational transformation in the modern era.

The current learning paradigm needs to be designed in such a way as to shape students to achieve the goals of the 21st century education system. The school of philosophy, which has relevance to the challenges of 21st century learning, is the realism school of philosophy. Realism is a real depiction of an external world that has a real existence that can be accessed through observation and experience. The philosophy of realism emphasizes understanding the real world through observation and direct experience. Citizen Science Project (CSP) is a learning model that involves students in scientific research projects that are relevant to real life and involve community assistance. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with library methodology or literature review. This research data was obtained from library sources, documents and scientific journals. The results of this research are that the realism philosophy has very significant relevance in 21st century learning, especially through the application of the Citizen Science Project (CSP) model.

The development of the 21st century is becoming increasingly complex in the fields of knowledge, technology, and information on a global scale, fundamentally aimed at improving the quality of life for society. The type of this research is quasi-experimental. (Quasi Experiment). This research aims to determine how the literacy improvement of high school students in classes taught using the discovery learning model and classes taught using the conventional model, as well as to understand the impact of the discovery learning model on the literacy improvement of high school students. The design of this research is a pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study consists of students from the XII MIPA class at SMAN 15 Makassar. The research samples are the XII MIPA 1 and XII MIPA 2 classes. The research instrument in this study is a science literacy ability test in the form of 20 multiple-choice questions. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, inferential statistics including normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests in the form of t-tests. The analysis of students' science literacy who applied the discovery learning model was better compared to the class that applied the direct instruction model. This is evidenced by the average science literacy score of the experimental class being 65.56 and the control class being 60.69, with the science literacy in the experimental class showing an increase based on the average N-Gain score of 44.55, categorized as moderate.

This research aims to describe gender equality in the narratives and illustrations contained in the integrated thematic books for class I students in the 2013 curriculum in elementary schools. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data collection methods used were literature study, observation, documentation and note taking. In data processing, we use a qualitative approach using Nature theory and semantics. Based on the results of the research and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the substance of the book's content contains gender inequality. Gender inequality is reflected through illustrative images and story text which fall into three categories, namely (1) Gender inequality in trait values, (2) Gender inequality in work roles, and (3) Gender inequality in hobbies. Each category depicts a woman who is feminine, weak, irrational, emotional and plays a lot of roles in domestic matters. Women are not in an equal position with men who have a masculine attitude and are able to play a role in public matters. Gender bias can influence student teaching and learning activities, such as: using appropriate methods that involve all students, classroom management such as assigning seats to the class teacher, dividing them randomly without looking at the gender and achievement of the students and changing them once a month so that students don't feel bored. and student interactions, especially those that occur outside the classroom, involve interactions between students. Male students usually play with members of the same gender, while female students also play with female friends to make it easier for students to choose the games they play

This study aims to analyze the influence of participative leadership by school principals and organizational communication on teacher performance at junior high schools (SMP) in Banda Aceh. The research uses a quantitative method with an ex post facto approach. The sample consists of 76 teachers proportionally selected from six public junior high schools accredited A and B, using Slovin's formula. Data were collected through closed questionnaires and documentation and then analyzed using descriptive statistics, linear regression tests, and validity tests with the help of SPSS 26.0. The results of the study show that participative leadership by the principal and organizational communication have a significant influence on teacher performance. The significance value from the regression test indicates that both participative leadership (sig = 0.005) and organizational communication (sig = 0.000) significantly affect teacher performance. Additionally, the F-test also shows that both independent variables simultaneously have a significant influence on teacher performance (F = 20.9, sig = 0.000). This study emphasizes the importance of participative leadership and good organizational communication in improving teacher performance at the junior high school level, particularly in Banda Aceh.

This study examines the impact of transformational and distributed leadership on fostering learning organizations within Sukma Bangsa School. Transformational leadership is anticipated to drive positive changes by enhancing staff motivation and engagement, while distributed leadership emphasizes shared responsibility and collaborative efforts to sustain a progressive learning environment. Employing a quantitative survey approach, data was collected from 150 respondents, including teachers, school principals, and administrative staff, using a Likert scale-based questionnaire. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and linear regression tests to evaluate the influence of these leadership styles on organizational learning. Findings reveal that transformational leadership holds a significant positive correlation (r = 0.78) with organizational learning, with an average rating of 4.3. Distributed leadership also shows a substantial effect, with a regression coefficient of β = 0.64, indicating that the collaborative division of responsibilities enhances staff involvement and professional collaboration. In summary, both leadership styles significantly contribute to the advancement of learning organizations in schools, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation, though some resistance to change persists. This research highlights critical implications for school management in strengthening leadership roles to boost organizational learning effectiveness.

Pelatihan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning/PjBL) terintegrasi kearifan lokal bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru di Kabupaten Takalar dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran bermakna yang relevan dengan lingkungan sekitar. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi beberapa tantangan, termasuk kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap penerapan PjBL dan kesulitan mengintegrasikan potensi lokal dalam pembelajaran. Lokasi pelaksanaan pelatihan bertempat di UPT SMAN 7 Takalar yang diikuti oleh 28 orang guru. Metode pelatihan mencakup identifikasi pengetahuan awal, sesi penyampaian materi terkait konsep dasar PjBL dan bagaimana menginterasikan PjBL dengan kearifan lokal. Platform digital juga digunakan untuk mendukung interaksi dan penyampaian materi secara lebih efektif. Efektivitas pelatihan diukur melalui evaluasi berbasis angket kepuasan peserta dengan lima indikator utama, yaitu keandalan (reliability), ketersediaan fasilitas fisik (tangibles), kompetensi pemateri (assurance), responsivitas (responsiveness), dan empati (empathy). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan rata-rata skor kepuasan sebesar 3,664 dari skala 4, dengan indikator keandalan mencatat skor tertinggi (4,0). Guru menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dalam memanfaatkan potensi lokal untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang kontekstual, inovatif, dan bermakna. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya membantu meningkatkan pemahaman guru terhadap PjBL dan keterampilan mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal, tetapi juga mendorong pelestarian budaya dan potensi daerah melalui pendidikan yang relevan dan aplikatif. Kata Kunci: Project-Based Learning, potensi lokal, kearifan lokal, pelatihan guru, evaluasi kepuasan.

Education plays a very important role in today's life, because education is a medium for improving and developing the quality of every human resource. In line with the rapid development of global education, this requires education to be more abreast of conditions with developments in science and technology. The hope is that the development of science and technology will become an important tool for teachers in achieving educational goals. Educational institutions must be able to utilize technology to maximize the potential of students in competition. Therefore, the authors conducted a survey regarding the role of interactive media in facilitating teachers in delivering PAI material. The method used by the author in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. In the process of data analysis, the authors carried out 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or proof. Therefore, the findings in this study found that an interactive learning environment is anything, both software and hardware, that can be used as a means to provide learning materials to students by responding to the user's input. mass media. Examples of interactive learning media using interactive CDs, games and software. The importance of interactive media in PAI learning as a means of disseminating material. That the teacher does not only lecture in class, but also as a learning tool to understand the material. PAI is a conscious and periodic effort to prepare students to know, learn, have faith, be pious, have good character, teach the Islamic religion, Al-Quran and Hadith. This study is a form of review study related to the implementation of the use of educational technology, where this technology refers to changes and developments in society. These changes and developments make Indonesian culture also participate in these changes. Moreover, this technology refers to the overall prospect of development by describing certain parts. Like, the field of education that allocates the use of this technology as one type of field that is influenced in addition to economic, cultural or other industrial elements. Especially at the time of the ongoing pandemic like today, which asks the community to be more vigilant and even the government ordered to carry out a distance guarding process. This then gets one element of support from the ministry of education to use technology as an intermediary. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to find out the form of influence given from the use of educational technology and literacy media in pandemic situations as well as the factors that cause this development. The method used in this study is a form of literature study method by applying elements of qualitative methods from various journals. The results of the study show some of the major influences that occur due to globalization on human resources which refer to several results, namely; (1) Government Regulation as one of the main factors in the development of this element; (2) The efficient use of educational technology in learning so that students are more familiar with audio and visual-based learning. Not just face-to-face as usual which does not provide appropriate methods in other ways that can increase students' knowledge.

This study discusses the utilization of the Library Digital Information System Service (SINDITAKA) by final semester students at Medan Area University. This study focuses on the use of digital information systems to facilitate library catalog searches and improve the quality of information services. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The informants in this study were the head of the Library and Archives at Medan Area University. Data were collected from documents, interviews, field notes, and observations. The results of the study indicate that SINDITAKA provides access to various digital collections, including printed books, e-books, and e-journals, which make it easier for students to find information.
