Background : Infectious diseases are treated with antibiotics. Antibiotics are widely used because infectious diseases are so common. Even though antibiotics are purchased at pharmacies with a doctor's prescription, many antibiotics are currently being taken without a prescription. Resistance will develop if antibiotics are consumed without a doctor's prescription and not according to indications for administration. Objective : This study examines how people use antibiotics without a doctor's prescription. Methods : The author of this article uses a method related to the article's title by using some relevant literature from database of journals such as Google Scholar. The discussion and findings of this study will assist readers and health professionals in analyzing how people use antibiotics without a prescription. Result : Based on the findings of the five studies, journals discuss the relationship between knowledge level and attitudes regarding the use of antibiotics without a prescription. This literature review shows that most people of reproductive age consume antibiotics without a doctor's prescription to treat symptoms usually caused by non-bacterial pathogens. Conclusion : . One of the intervention approaches taken to restrict access is government control. Holistic interventions against those who sell antibiotics without a prescription are expected to significantly reduce the irresponsible use of antibiotics in the community

Background: Patients with coronary heart disease generally receive many drugs, such as hypercholesterolemia, antianginal, antiplatelet, anticoagulants, and medications for comorbid illnesses such as antihypertension and diabetes mellitus. Concomitant administration of several types of drugs may result in drug interactions. Objective : This study aims to figure out drug interactions that might occur in using combination drugs in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: This article review uses the Google Scholar database, published 2017-2022. The keywords used were "coronary heart disease and drug interactions." The PRISMA flowchart is used to summarize the article selection process. Results: Administration of aspirin with clopidogrel causes a moderate synergistic interaction, whereas administration of antiplatelet agents with anticoagulants causes a significant synergistic interaction on bleeding. And the administration of nifedipine with atorvastatin causes a synergistic pharmacodynamic interaction. Conclusions: Drug interactions occur in patients with coronary heart disease, either synergistic or antagonistic pharmacodynamic interactions with minor, moderate, and significant classifications

Background: Appendicitis is a condition where there is acute inflammation of the vermiform appendix which causes patients to undergo surgery frequently. NSAIDs are given to patients after appendectomy surgery to relieve pain. Inappropriate pattern of NSAID use can cause drug side effects. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between the pattern of use of non steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics and drug side effects in post-appendectomy patients at Jemursari Hospital Surabaya in 2019-2020. Methods: This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional design. This study used 62 samples medical record of post-appendectomy patients in 2019-2020 who were given NSAID therapy. Chi-Square Test and Fisher's Exact Test (p<0.05) was used to analyze the relationship between NSAID use patterns and side effects. Results: There was a relationship between the type of drug Mafenamic Acid 500mg with nausea, Ketorolac 30mg with hypotension, Ketorolac 90mg with dizziness, and Santagesic 500mg with dyspepsia (p<0.05). Administration of therapy with less dose was associated with hypotension (p<0.05). The duration of therapy for 4 days was associated with nausea, vomiting and duration of therapy for 5 days was associated with constipation and dyspepsia. Conclusion: The use of drugs (type of drug, accuracy of dose and duration of therapy) of NSAIDs in post-appendectomy patients is associated with drug side effects.

At least, the amount of data that can be further analyzed is 45 data. Sample withdrawal technique with simple random sampling. The research results are as follows: (1) The estimation model shows an R2 value of 0.551 which represents the coefficient of determination. This means that 55.10% of the variation in the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables in this model. The remaining 44.90% is explained by other causes that are not included in the model; (2) The regression model on the independent variables simultaneously affects the dependent variable so that the independent variable regression model can be used to predict the dependent variable; and (3) This study produces the output of not only DPK but also BOPO which has a significant effect on the ROA of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Except that, NPF has no effect and is not significant on the ROA of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia.

Illegal investment crimes take many victims and cause huge losses for the victims, which have implications for disrupting the country's economic stability. The perpetrators are not only from within the country but across countries by using digital facilities. Islamic law strictly prohibits fraudulent acts in business and trade transactions, Islam threatens the perpetrators with severe punishment in this world and in the hereafter according to the word of Allah SWT in Surah Al-Muthoffifin verse 1 which means; "Woe to those who cheat". To protect the public from becoming victims of illegal investments, strong regulations and institutions are needed and strict sanctions are imposed on the perpetrators. The perpetrator must be held accountable for his actions both civilly and criminally, this is in accordance with the concept of al-mas'uliyat (legal responsibility) which is meant in the Shari'a, both criminal liability and criminal liability. Illegal investment crimes are very contrary to the principle of maqashidu syar'iyyah, therefore it is very appropriate to impose penalties on the perpetrators to compensate for the losses of the victims.

The impact of the student acceptance zoning system on learning effectiveness is motivated by the Indonesian government's policy target for the Ministry of Education and Culture, namely equal distribution of quality education. At least it is prioritized for the younger generation (students) to get the same quality of education. It is impossible to adjust the teacher's teaching ability in a short time. As a result, the teaching and learning process in the classroom cannot be carried out properly. In addition to the problems faced by teachers, students also face challenges because of the diverse class composition. This study aims to analyze the zoning system, determine and analyze the level of effectiveness of learning, analyze the impact of the zoning system on learning effectiveness. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method with a correlation approach, the correlation in question is to determine the relationship between two variables, namely the impact of the student acceptance zoning system (variable X) and Learning Effectiveness (variable Y). In this method, researchers only see something by distributing questionnaires without doing or changing anything. The population in this study amounted to 1041 students with a sample of 10%, namely 91 students with random sampling data. The results of this study were obtained from the results of the correlation data analysis. There was no effect, namely obtaining a significant value of 0.320 > 0.05 or Pearson correlation -0.106 < rtable 0.204. This shows that there is no impact between the Student Acceptance Zoning System on Learning Effectiveness. Thus it can be concluded that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted.

Traditional learning methods in schools often involve passive activities such as listening, completing assignments, and focusing solely on textbooks. This lack of interaction between teachers and students, or among students themselves, can lead to ineffective learning and lower student outcomes. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in enhancing learning abilities at Sanggar Bimbingan Hulu Kelang. The study employs a meta-analysis method, with data collected through field observations and document reviews. The data was then analyzed both descriptively and qualitatively. The results indicate that the PBL model significantly improved students’ learning abilities, with an increase from a low of 8.9 percent to an average of 83.3 percent. The PBL model has proven effective in enhancing social studies learning outcomes for elementary school students. The findings of this research can assist teachers in selecting an appropriate learning model to improve student learning outcomes.
