Abstract

Penerapan artificial intelligence (AI) dalam personalisasi pembelajaran menghadapi tantangan terkait infrastruktur di sekolah yang berada di lingkungan lahan basah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi cara penerapan, strategi yang digunakan oleh guru, serta dampak dari pembelajaran personalisasi berbasis AI di SDN Sungai Jingah 1 Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus tunggal. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan guru dan siswa kelas V, kemudian dianalisis dengan model interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan dimulai dengan tahap asesmen diagnostik untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan kognitif siswa, diikuti dengan penggunaan kuis interaktif berbasis AI dan platform adaptif. Strategi yang digunakan oleh guru mencakup diferensiasi konten, penerapan budaya lokal dari lingkungan lahan basah untuk membuat pembelajaran lebih kontekstual, serta penggunaan perangkat secara bergantian untuk mengatasi keterbatasan. Dampak yang dirasakan siswa mencakup peningkatan motivasi belajar, partisipasi aktif, literasi digital, serta fleksibilitas dalam mengatur waktu belajar. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran personalisasi berbasis AI dapat diaplikasikan di lingkungan lahan basah, tetapi keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada strategi kreatif yang digunakan oleh guru untuk mengatasi hambatan seperti jaringan internet yang tidak stabil dan keterbatasan perangkat.

Abstract

Program Harajuku Forju (Harian Jurnalku Empat Jumat) dikembangkan sebagai strategi pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Dasar. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pembentukan karakter siswa adalah kurangnya konsistensi dalam pembiasaan, keterbatasan pemanfaatan teknologi, serta variasi keterlibatan orang tua. Tujuan penelitian ini memuat tentang pelaksanaan program inovatif yang diterapkan sekolah yakni Harajuku Forju sebagai nilai-nilai karakter siswa di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, dengan empat kegiatan utama: Jumat Bersih, Jumat Sehat, Jumat Berbagi, dan Jumat Taqwa, dengan perencanaan kolaboratif antar guru, integrasi dalam proses belajar, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan melalui jurnal harian siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya program Harajuku Forju melalui aplikasi 7 KAIH oleh SDN Sungai Andai 3 dapat mendukung tercapainya penanaman nilai-nilai karakter siswa, dengan adanya hal ini dapat menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk diterapkan di sekolah, karena bukan hanya untuk penanaman karakter siswa melainkan juga mempermudahkan guru dalam pengawasan terkait karakter siswa.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil perkembangan percaya diri anak pada kelompok B2 dan keterampilan komunikasi. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas, dilaksanakan dalam 4 kali pertemuan, setting penelitian pada anak kelompok B TK Islam Madinaturramlah Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 14 anak (8 laki-laki dan 6 perempuan). Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif yang dijabarkan melalui cross tabulasi dan grafik serta disajikan dengan indikator keberhasilan perkembangan yang ditetapkan. Hasil pada pertemuan 1 mendapat kategori “Cukup Baik”, pada pertemuan 2 mendapat “Baik”, kemudian pada pertemuan 3 meningkat kategori “Baik”, dan pada pertemuan 4 meningkat lebih baik lagi menjadi kategori “Sangat Baik”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Penggunaan kombinasi model Project Based And Story Learning Recycle pada anak Kelompok B2 TK Madinaturramlah Banjarmasin dalam mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi dan percaya diri mampu mencapai indikator presentase 100% keberhasilan yang telah ditetapkan, baik ketuntasan secara individual maupun klasikal. Disarankan bagi kepala sekolah, guru dan peneliti selanjutnya dapat menjadi bahan masukan untuk memperbaiki pembelajaran selanjutnya.

Abstract

Technology-based learning is essential in the digital era to create interactive, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences for elementary school students. However, many schools have not fully utilized digital media, resulting in monotonous teacher-centered instruction. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of interactive Smart TV media in improving student learning outcomes at SDN Pangeran 1. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving teachers and students who used Smart TV during learning activities. Data were analyzed through reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that Smart TV effectively enhances students’ conceptual understanding, motivation, and participation through visual-audio presentations, educational videos, and interactive activities using applications such as YouTube, Quizizz, and Ruang Siswa. Teachers also benefit from real-time monitoring through digital assessments. Challenges include unstable internet connectivity and varying student readiness in operating devices, which can be addressed through guidance and offline content preparation. Overall, interactive Smart TV media provides significant contributions to improving learning quality and is recommended for sustainable integration into elementary learning practices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and formulate an effective Principal’s strategic model for improving teacher performance through the strengthening of an integrated Educational Human Resource Management (EHRM) cycle. The method employed is a literature study (library research), conducted through thematic synthesis and content analysis of 15 reputable journals published within the period 2015–2025. The synthesis results indicate that optimal improvement in teacher performance is achieved through the implementation of Principal-led strategies driven by Transformational Leadership and focused on three pillars of EHRM: (1) Needs-Based Planning (Needs Assessment); (2) Internal Continuous Professional Development (CPD), such as Lesson Study and Coaching, which function as Intellectual Stimulation; and (3) a Formative Evaluation System supported by Strategic Rewards. These findings successfully formulate a Principal Strategic Model (PSM) in the strengthening of EHRM that is cyclical and integrated. This study concludes that the success of the Principal as a strategic leader lies in the ability to integrate all EHRM functions to create a school culture conducive to continuous professional growth, which ultimately directly enhances teacher performance and commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the optimization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) utilization as a learning resource in the digital era at SMPN 4 Bataguh. The research focuses on teachers’ strategies in utilizing ICT to support the effectiveness and interactivity of the teaching and learning process. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that ICT has been applied in various forms, including online learning applications, interactive learning media, and digital-based academic administration. Nevertheless, the utilization of ICT has not been optimally implemented. Several obstacles were identified, such as limited internet infrastructure, differences in teachers’ digital literacy levels, and the absence of continuous professional training related to ICT use in learning. These conditions affect the consistency and effectiveness of ICT integration in classroom practices. Therefore, strengthening teachers’ digital competencies and improving ICT facilities are essential to support effective and sustainable learning processes.

Abstract

This study addresses a persistent challenge in Indonesian vocational education, namely bridging the gap between classroom instruction and the rapidly evolving demands of industry within the link and match policy framework. The study aims to analyze the implementation of a collaborative reflection-based academic supervision model that integrates industrial guest teacher sessions into a structured supervision cycle to enhance the pedagogical competence of productive teachers at SMKN 5 Banjarmasin. Industrial guest teaching sessions were positioned as the initial trigger for supervision, followed by systematic classroom observation, reflective Focus Group Discussions, and pedagogical redesign through lesson plan revision. Using a qualitative approach with a participatory action research design, the study was conducted over six months and involved 12 productive teachers from the Automotive Engineering program. Data were collected through participatory observations of industrial guest sessions, structured FGDs using a modified design thinking framework, teacher reflection journals, lesson plan document analysis, and in-depth interviews. The findings indicate notable improvements in teachers’ pedagogical competencies, particularly in adapting industrial content into lesson plans (75%), applying problem-solving-based instructional strategies (70%), and developing contextual learning media (65%). Beyond individual competence enhancement, the supervision model fostered a sustainable Professional Learning Community (PLC), shifting teacher practices from individualistic to collaborative and inquiry-oriented. In addition, the model facilitated a transformation in the principal’s role from conventional supervision toward instructional leadership. Overall, the study concludes that collaborative reflection-based academic supervision embedded within industrial guest teacher programs offers an effective and transferable framework for strengthening institutional learning cultures responsive to industry demands.

Abstract

Purpose –This study addresses this gap by examining how an empowerment-oriented school culture strengthens teacher professionalism through CPD in public junior high schools.Methodology – This study employed a qualitative, multi-site case study design across three public junior high schools (SMPN 1, SMPN 3, and SMPN 4 Marabahan) in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with principals and teachers, nonparticipant observations of CPD practices, and document analysis of school policies and professional development programs. Data analysis followed Miles and Huberman's interactive model, involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with single-site and cross-site thematic analysis to identify patterns and contextual variations.Findings – An empowerment-oriented school culture—characterized by shared values, participatory decision-making, collegial trust, and psychological safety—acts as a key mediating mechanism between CPD and teacher professionalism. When teachers are actively involved in designing and implementing CPD, professional development shifts from isolated training activities to embedded learning practices. This condition enhances teachers' professional agency, reflective practice, instructional innovation, and collaborative learning through professional learning communities, peer mentoring, and reflective supervision.Contribution – This study contributes to the literature by positioning empowerment-oriented school culture as an active mediator linking CPD to teacher professionalism. The findings suggest that empowering school environments is essential for fostering meaningful, context-responsive, and sustainable professional development.

Abstract

Purpose –This study explores the moral and pedagogical dimensions of teacher empowerment within the unique ecosystem of Indonesian boarding-based madrasahs. In these faith-oriented learning environments, educators are not only knowledge transmitters but also moral architects, shaping students' ethical consciousness and communal identity.Methodology – Employing a qualitative multiple case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis across three boarding-based madrasahs in South Kalimantan.Findings – The findings reveal that teacher empowerment in these settings transcends administrative or instructional authority, evolving instead into a moral praxis grounded in Islamic values, reflective mentorship, and collective spiritual routines such as Qur’an recitation and muhasabah (self-reflection). Educators exercise moral agency through daily interactions in the dormitory, reinforcing discipline, empathy, and self-accountability. Leadership strategies—such as participatory mentoring, ethical modeling, and arts-based religious practices—serve as integral mechanisms for cultivating a holistic moral environment.Contribution – This study contributes to the growing discourse on teacher empowerment by highlighting how faith-driven moral leadership can be both contextually rooted and pedagogically transformative. It argues that moral empowerment is essential for sustaining ethical schooling cultures, particularly in residential educational settings where learning and living converge. The implications extend toward rethinking teacher development frameworks that integrate spirituality, reflective practice, and community-based moral agency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the Development School Teacher Competence Senior High School at SMAN 1 Kuala Kapuas and SMAN 1 Basarang. Study This use method study, qualitative with a phenomenology type study. Data sources used is interview with informants and retrieval the criteria based on technique snowball sampling. Data collection techniques used is interviews, documentation and field observations. After the data is collected, then done analysis use data analysis in One social situation according to Miles & Huberman and cross- site data analysis flow model. Validity techniques the data use degrees credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability and triangulation. Research results show that First about readiness development teacher competency at both research sites. This show existence role managerial head school in determine policy development and teacher competence in schools. While in the planning process development teacher competency at both research sites has designed in a way analytical and systematic in accordance with the personal needs of teachers and schools. Secondly, in the implementation development teacher competency at both research sites show existence emphasis on utilizing technology and information in training development teacher competency in schools. The activities implementation development in a technical way, covering coaching, giving assignments, education or studies further, career development, conferences, workshops, in-house training and seminars. The third about facilities and infrastructure school in facilitate development teacher competence at both sites. The infrastructure at the school is very adequate and has proper function like room training, laboratories, and technology up-to-date information and convenient access to the power source.
