Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemotivasian terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tasikmalaya. Masalah pembangunan kesehatan yang komplek sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia sebagai motor penggerak (driving force) dan sebagai agen perubahan (Agent Of Change). Motivasi penting agar setiap individu pegawai mau bekerja keras dan antusias untuk mencapai produktifitas kerja yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil study pendahuluan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tasikmalaya di nilai masih kurang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari capaian Standar Pelayanan Minimum (SPM) Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tasikmalaya masih banyak yang belum mencapai target. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemotivasian terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 84 orang yaitu Aparatur Sipil Negara Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tasikmalaya. Skala pengukuran tiap variabel dihitung dengan skala likert dengan nilai minimum 84 dan panjang kelas 67,2. Alat Analisis yang digunakan adalah beberapa uji untuk statistik yakni: uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis frekuensi dan statistic tiap variabel penelitian, uji hipotesis dengan analisis regresi menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 23.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian untuk pengukuran tiap variabel dengan skala likert nilai minimum 84 dan panjang kelas 67,2 menunjukan variabel pemotivasian sebesar 245.67 termasuk pada kriteria sedang, variabel kinerja pegawai sebesar 337 termasuk kriteria baik. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemotivasian terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tasikmalaya yaitu sebesar 17,3%. Sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak terdefinisi dalam variabel pemotivasian. Dengan demikian, hipotesis konseptual mengenai pengaruh pemotivasian terhadap kinerja pegawai teruji.

ABSTRAK - Makna merupakan bentuk respons dan stimulus yang diperoleh pemeran (individu) dalam komunikasi sesuai dengan asosiasi maupun hasil belajar yang dimilikinya. Dalam agama Islam jilbab dianggap menjadi sebuah identitas perempuan muslim dan diwajibkan bagi perempuan muslim memakai jilbab. Tujuan penelitian ini pertama untuk mengetahui motivasi siswi SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu dalam menggunakan jilbab, kedua mengetahuai makna jilbab bagi siswi SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu, ketiga mengetahui dampak penggunaan jilbab bagi siswi SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Interaksionisme Simbolik Geoogre Herbert Blumer.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dimana yang menjadi informan kunci adalah siwi SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu dan informan pendukung adalah Guru-guru SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu. Hasil penemuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua kategori makna jilbab yang ada di lingkungan SMAN Negeri 1 tamiang Hulu. Pertama, jilbab sebagai identitas agama. Motivasi yang didapat dari lingkungan keluar mendorong mereka untuk menggunakan jilbab sesuai syariat Islam. Dampak yang terlihat yaitu timbulnya kesadaran mereka untuk menggunakan jilbab bukan hanya di lingkungan sekolah saja melainkan di luar sekolah maupun rumah. Kedua jilbab sebagai identitas fashion. Motivasi yang mereka dapatkan dari teman membuat merweka menjadi ikut-ikutan meniru fashion yang sedang trendy. Berjilbab bagi siswi berada dalam sebuah proses perjalanan waktu yang juga dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sosial yang membentuknya. Saran Kepada siswi SMAN 1 Tamiang Hulu hendaknya patuh terhadap peraturan yang ada di sekolah, tanpa harus memodifikasi busana yang digunakan. Kepada pihak sekolah hendaknya harus lebih tegas lagi dalam mendidik siswi untuk mengikuti aturan sekolah yang telah disepakati. Kepada pihak orang tua murid seharusnya memberikan dukungan kepada sekolah, agar pihak sekolah lebih mudah mendidik dan mengajarkan murid berprilaku baik dan mematuhi aturan sekolah.Kata Kunci: Makna, Motivasi, Jilbab ABSTRACT - Meaning a form of stimulus and response obtained actors (people) in a communication in accordance with the association and its learning outcomes. This study uses the theory of Symbolic interactionism Geoogre Herbert Blumer.Jenis research used a qualitative descriptive approach which is a key informant was siwi SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu and informants supporters are teachers SMAN 1 Tamiang Hulu. The findings of this study indicate that there are two categories of hijab in the environment SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu. First, the veil as a religious identity. Motivation obtained from the neighborhood came out to encourage them to use Shari'a compliant Islamic headscarf. The impact is seen that awareness raising them to use the hijab is not just in the school environment alone but outside the school and the home. Both the head scarf as a fashion identity. Motivation they get from friends makes merweka into the bandwagon mimic being trendy fashion. Veiling for girls are in a process of passage of time which is also influenced by the social environment that shape it. Suggestions To SMAN 1 Tamiang Hulu should adhere to the rules in school, without having to modify the clothes used. To the school should have to be more assertive in educating students to follow school rules that have been agreed. To the parents should provide support to the school, that the school is easier to educate and teach the pupils behave well and abide by school rules

Reog Ponorogo dance performance has an entertainment nuances also saves social values ​​and the history of Islamization in Ponorogo. Historical figures such as Suryo Alam, Betoro Katong, Ki Ageng Merah, and Sunan Kalijaga who play a major role in the formation of the value structure of the Reog Ponorogo dance that is reflected in the dance movements. This paper discusses the interpretation of the values ​​contained in Reog Ponorogo both the values ​​of customs, culture, social, politics, and history of the transformation of the life of the old people towards the life of a new society. The method of analysis with Pierre F. Bourdieu’s theory of social action to see that in behavior that is objectified by the Ponorogo community after being observed and conducting in-depth interviews shows that there is a dynamic relationship between the social behavior of the Ponorogo community and the values ​​contained in Reog dance. On the other hand, the history of Ponorogo Islamization can also be read from the Reog Ponorogo dance. In the end, the Reog Ponorogo dance art became an accumulation of values, ranging from history, custom-culture, to social behavior that formed a dynamic, inclusive, and transformative society to openly develop, and always dialectic with the times.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai tingkat regulasi diri dalam belajar pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 83 Jakarta Utara. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 83 Jakarta Utara, dengan sampel siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 125 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Uji coba instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas butir dan uji reliabilitas. Kuesioner memiliki 120 butir pernyataan. Setelah diujicobakan terdapat 70 butir yang valid dan 50 butir yang tidak valid. Uji validitas instrumen penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi Product Moment Pearson pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan r tabel 0,176. Sedangkan, uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach dan diperoleh hasil 0,917 yang artinya reliabel dan layak digunakan untuk mengadakan penelitian. Hasil data menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata regulasi diri dalam belajar pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 83 Jakarta Utara sebesar 175. Siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 83 Jakarta Utara yang dikategorisasikan memiliki tingkat regulasi diri dalam belajar tinggi sebanyak 76%. Siswa yang dikategorisasikan memiliki tingkat regulasi diri dalam belajar sedang sebanyak 24%, dan tidak ada siswa yang memiliki tingkat regulasi diri dalam belajar rendah. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini yaitu guru pembimbing dapat mengetahui gambaran regulasi diri dalam belajar pada siswanya, yang sebagian besar siswa memiliki tingkat regulasi diri dalam belajar yang tinggi. Dengan demikian guru pembimbing akan mengarahkan siswanya dalam menerapkan strategi self regulated learning melalui kegiatan layanan bimbingan klasikal maupun bimbingan kelompok, dan siswa dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajarnya serta mencapai prestasi belajarnya secara optimal.

Water and the phenomena associated with it are very familiar to students' daily lives. But not a few students experience misconceptions about water. The misconception itself needs to be addressed from the beginning because it has the potential to cause emerged subsequent misconceptions. The initial step to overcome misconceptions can be done by knowing misconceptions that have been reported before. The purpose of this concept study is to map a number of misconceptions and scientific concepts about water that have been reported by previous researchers. Misconceptions and proposition knowledge about water are grouped into three categories namely related to: (1) the nature and changes in physics; (2) atoms and molecules; and (3) intermolecular forces and covalent bonds that occur in water. The most common misconception is "when the water boils and bubbles appear, the bubbles contain oxygen and hydrogen". The most reported knowledge proposition about water is related to the nature and physical changes of substances. Misconceptions about water are interconnected with one another. Besides the existence of knowledge propositions, the teacher needs to know the misconceptions that have happened before. This is useful so that teachers can avoid these misconceptions and convey scientific concepts

AbstrakPenelitian ini akan membahas peran kepemimpinan Indonesia dalam upaya pengelolaan sengketa Laut Cina Selatan (LCS). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memahami peran negara dalam kawasan dan pengaruhnya pada dinamika keamanan di tingkat regional secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan model deduktif. Kerangka analisis menggunakan konsep kepemimpinan dalam pendekatan kekuatan regional dan kerangka keamanan (Regional Powers and Security Freamwork-RPSF). Terdapat lima komponen yang menjelaskan perilaku pemimpin regional antara lain keterlibatan dalam proses inisiasi (prosess-initiation), keterlibatan dalam pembingkaian isu (issue framing), pertimbangan kepentingan (interest consideration), membangun institusi (institutional development) dan penyebaran kekuatan (deployment of power). Hasil penelitian secara umum mendapatkan bahwa peran Indonesia dalam upaya pengelolaan sengketa LCS cukup aktif namun berdampak terbatas. Peran Indonesia dikatakan aktif terlihat dari telah banyak kerja sama dan diplomasi yang dilakukan Indonesia selama dua puluh enam tahun. Peran Indonesia berdampak terbatas karena ditemukan kendala pada tiap praktek peran kepemimpinan Indonesia dalam mendorong dan mendukung terciptanya solusi internal penyelesaian sengketa LCS dari pihak-pihak yang bersengketa.Kata Kunci: Kawasan, Keamanan, LCS, Peran, Sengketa AbstractThis research discusses the role of Indonesian leadership in the effort of managing the South China Sea (LCS) disputes. The purpose of this study is to understand the role of the state in the region and its influence on the dynamics of regional security. This study is a qualitative reseacrh with the deductive model. the analytical framework uses the concept of leadership in regional and security approaches (Regional Powers and Security Framework-RPSF). There are five components that explain the role of initiation, initiation proceedings, discussions in framing issues, considerations of interests, institutional development, and power dissemination. This research finds out that Indonesian role in LCS dispute is quite active but limited impact. The active role of the Indonesian leadership wants to create and maintain an environment that is fulfilled the absence of open conflict in the LCS. The role of Indonesia has limited impact because it finds obstacles in every practice of Indonesia's leadership role in encouraging and supporting the creation of internal dispute solution of LCS from the parties.Key words: Dispute, Regional, Role, Security, South China Sea

Blangsinga Waterfall is one tourist attraction with very extreme geographical conditions, where the area has not covered GSM signals as a result tourists can not access the Internet network. The purpose of this research is to determine the spot of Wireless and Hotspot network infrastructure and then to measure signal strength for tourism area coverage. Based on field analysis determined 3 (three) points for network construction and placement of Access Point as Hotspot. Implementation begins with building a LAN network. Then for scanning channel and signal access point testing used Wifi Overview tool. Signal strength testing is performed around the area of the resort by taking a distance of 5m, 10m, and 15m in all directions from the Access point is placed. The result is the establishment of internetworking for Blangsinga Waterfall tourism area. The next result is the internet access where all the tourist areas are covered wifi signal. With the development of internet infrastructure, tourists get easier communication access and management of tourist attractions can develop other facilities based on internet network that has been built.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of student learning motivation on student learning outcomes State Elementary School 90 Palembang. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach, while research method is descriptive correlation. This descriptive correlational method is expected to be able to obtain a real picture of the research variables so that it can diketahuo relationship between the two variables. The population used in this study is the students of Elementary School 90 Palembang amounted to 60 people. From the results of the study showed that there is influence of learning motivation has a significant effect on student learning outcomes on the lesson. The main problem that was discussed in the study was how the supervision of school principals carried out on improving teacher performance at PulauRimau SDN 14 as well as how supervision was carried out by school principals on improving teacher performance at SDN 14 PulauRimau. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of supervision at Rimau 14 SDN to find out the improvement of teacher performance at SDN 14 PulauRimau. The study uses field research methods and the research instruments used are guidelines for observation, documentation and data analysis techniques. The interview data used in this study is to use qualitative methods. The study concluded: (1) The implementation of supervision of principals in SDN 14 PulauRimau has been carried out effectively (2) the performance of teachers in SDN 14 PulauRimau is well implemented, so that teachers experience improved performance each year (3) improvement in teacher performance at SDN 14 Rimau Island has an influence on the supervision of the principal so that it has a positive impact on improving teacher performance.

This study discusses the keyword-based model in learning English to for adult learners who in fact have little free time due to various activities but require the ability to communicate in English. Researchers are triggered to make this model because of their weakness in English, so they often have problems communicating with foreign partners. The research method adopted in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. "Descriptive analysis is an analysis used to analyze data by describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make conclusions that apply to the public or generalizations." (Sugiono. 2016). The instrument used for data collection in this study is a questionnaire. The model's effectiveness test is also carried out by looking at the increase or decrease in the respondents' English understanding of English language. The respondents of this study are lecturers and officers at the Islamic University of North Sumatra which are determined using purposive sampling. The findings of this study is an effective and efficient keyword-based model for adult learners because with a keyword-based model, learners do not need a long time to spend in learning English, so it does not cost too much considering they have little free time.
