Abstract

Health service accessibility regulations play a crucial role in determining the level of health service utilization in the community. Health centers provide health services to the community, while efforts to improve access to health services are important factors for quality health, including improving access to basic health services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service access on the utilization of health services in health centers. This study uses the method of Retrospective Observation, namely with a qualitative approach in Systematic Review to synthesize the research results. Literature searches are carried out online from Google Scholar and Publish and Perish using the keywords "Service Access, Health Services." Health services are very important for the community, especially access and utilization of health services in health centers; therefore, to increase the utilization of health center services, efforts that need to be made are that health centers need to run a mobile health center program as an alternative to facilitate access to health services, especially for people with very poor economic status so that they can access health center services without financial barriers such as transportation costs. It can be concluded that there is an influence of access to health services on the utilization of services at health centers. Abstract

Many hormonal contraceptives users are many have experienced to drop out due to the side effects, which so it made the background to use natural materials, namely plants as alternative contraception because their side effects are relatively small. Papaya seeds are one part of the plant that contains antifertility ingredients such as alkaloid, saponin, and tannin compounds which are thought to interfere with hormonal processes in the body. This study aim to determine the effect of papaya seed ethanol extract on the thickness of the fallopian tube smooth muscle layer in female white rats. This study was a true experimental design with a randomized post test only control design conducted in November 2019-January 2020 were divided into 4 treatment groups namely 1 control group (without treatment) and 3 treatment groups (dose P1 0,1 mg/g BB, P2 0,2 mg/g BB, and P3 0,3 mg/g BB).The checking method in this study by measuring the thickness of the fallopian tube smooth muscle layer on histopathology anatomy slides of fallopian tube through HE staining. The measurements using a Dot Slide Olympus BX51 Microscope with an Olyvia application. Data analysis use Saphiro Wilk test, Levene test, One Way ANOVA test, and Post Hoc test with Tukey HSD using SPSS 25. The results of this study were effect of papaya seed ethanol extract take effect to reduce the thickness of the fallopian tube smooth muscle layer in the treatment group as the dose given papaya seed ethanol extract with the optimal dose is 0,3 mg/g BW.

Abstract

Preconception nutritional status is one of the factors that affect the condition of pregnancy and the well-being of the baby, if prevention is carried out at the time before pregnancy, the effect will be better. Deficiencies in macronutrient, vitamin and mineral intake are associated with the incidence of anemia because they influence each other in Hb synthesis. One of the policies to prevent anemia is the provision of blood supplement tablets to women of childbearing age and pregnant women. This study aims to determine the effect of anemia prevention education on knowledge and motivation of high iron nutrition diet in preconception mothers. This research method is quasy experimental design with “pretest and post-test without control group” research design. This research was conducted in the work area of the Niur Permai Health Center, Karimun Regency, the sample in this study were women of childbearing age who were planning pregnancy, totaling 30 people. The results of the study showed that the average knowledge of preconception mothers between before and after being given the treatment of Anemia Prevention Education is with a mean of 8.9053 obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 and the average motivation of preconception mothers before and after being given Anemia Prevention Education is 0.000 where it can be seen that the p-value> 0.005 can be concluded that there is an influence and significant difference in the knowledge status and motivation of preconception mothers. It is recommended to provide adequate space and facilities for the implementation of education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Innovation Capability and Entrepreneurial Marketing on the Performance of MSMEs in Bangkalan district. This research is quantitative research with data collection through questionnaires to measure the number of respondents' responses. The data was analyzed by linear regression test. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. A total of 130 MSME respondents who have been running for at least 3 years were sampled. The results of this study indicate that the partial test of the entrepreneurial marketing variable states that it has no significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, while the innovation capability variable has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs and entrepreneurial marketing simultaneously has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. However, this study has limitations in the form of the sample used is limited to the population of MSMEs in Bangkalan Regency. Therefore, it is recommended for future researchers to develop the breadth or depth of the research object so that the empirical results obtained can better reflect existing phenomena.

Abstract

Business ethics is a fundamental aspect in the management of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to ensure business sustainability and growth. This research discusses the role of business ethics in Karijawa Permai MSMEs, which focuses on building consumer trust, improving reputation, and creating harmonious relationships with stakeholders. Ethical practices, such as honesty in service, regulatory compliance, and social responsibility, help strengthen the position of these MSMEs in the competitive local market. In addition, consistent implementation of business ethics is able to increase employee loyalty and support environmental sustainability. The method offered to partners/MSMEs is in the form of education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) The Role of Ethics in Doing Business for MSME Actors, (2) Benefits in Doing Business for MSME Actors (3) The Application of Ethical Principles in Doing Business in Finance, Marketing, Production and Human Resources Activities. The findings show that the effective implementation of business ethics not only improves operational performance, but also has a positive impact on local communities and economies. Thus, business ethics is a strategic element in optimizing the contribution of Karijawa Permai MSMEs to sustainable development. The activity also showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

Abstract

This research explores legal absurdities in Indonesian law enforcement for illegal fishing, focusing on the forms of absurdity and their impact. The author uses normative legal research to determine that the current legal absurdity in Indonesian law enforcement is due to the ratification of Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation in the Maritime and Fisheries Sector, which disharmonizes norms with previous fisheries laws and regulations. This legal absurdity is evident in the unclear phrase "small fishermen," which creates confusion for law enforcement officials and causes unrest in small fishing communities regarding ship administration. The author suggests that the government should prioritize public interests over certain parties' interests in legislation and explore moral values in environmental management, particularly in the maritime sector, to prevent legal absurdities in law enforcement for illegal fishing crimes in Indonesia. Abstract

Technology has become an essential part of modern education, especially at the K-12 level. Proper use of technology can greatly increase student interest and participation in learning. Students become more motivated and active in class when technology is used well and students' grades and problem-solving skills also improve. However, this success depends on several important factors, such as teachers' ability to use technology, students' access to devices and the internet, and support from the school. While there are some challenges, such as the risk of distractions and online safety issues, the benefits of using technology in education far outweigh them. It follows, then, that technology, when used appropriately, can be a highly effective tool for improving the quality of education at the K-12 level. It is important for schools and educators to develop good strategies for integrating technology into their curriculum to maximise students' learning potential in this digital age.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perceptions of eighth grade students towards the use of dictation method in English language learning. This study used qualitative methods, through questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the majority of students viewed dictation as an effective tool to improve their listening and writing skills. Students felt that dictation helped improve spelling and expand vocabulary. However, some students found dictation boring and challenging, especially for those with hearing disabilities. The study concluded that although dictation has its own challenges, its benefits in supporting English language learning are significant. Recommendations for teachers include diversifying teaching methods to maintain student interest and providing additional listening practice for students who need it.

Abstract

Bullying in elementary schools is a serious problem that affects the social and psychological development of children. The purpose of this article is to examine bullying from various perspectives, such as its definition, forms (verbal, physical, and social), and its impact on victims. According to research, children who are victims of bullying are more likely to experience long-term mental health problems including anxiety and depression, which can have a negative impact on their social and academic lives. To create a safe and encouraging atmosphere, prevention initiatives involving character education, teacher preparation, and parent involvement are essential. Bullying in elementary schools is believed to be able to be reduced with everyone's cooperation, allowing children to grow to their full potential.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada peningkatan soft skill warga belajar dengan adanya implementasi muatan lokal yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan warga belajar dengan melihat dari segi metode, proses pelaksanaan hingga hasil akhir dari implementasi muatan lokal pada program paket C di PKBM Siatuo. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana Impelementasi Muatan Lokal Pada pembelajaran Program paket C di PKBM Siatuo Kel. Palampang, Kec. Rilau Ale, Kab. Bulukumba. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data pada penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dengan langkah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penatikan kesimpilan. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa impelemntasi muatan lokal pada pembelajaran program paket C di PKBM Siatuo Kel. Palampang, Kec. Rilau Ale, Kab. Bulukumba memberikan dampak bagi warga belajar dan telah terbukti dapat meningkatkan keterampilan warga belajar. Hal ini didasari dari indikator keterampilan soft skill melalui kegiatan pembelajaran muatan lokal berupa pembuatan bossara dan respon warga belajar yang telah mengikuti pembelajaran sejalan dengan indikator keterampilan soft skill tersebut.
