Gold installment products at Bank Syariah Indonesia represent Sharia-compliant investment instruments that emphasize the principles of avoiding usury, gharar, maysir, and speculative practices, ensuring that transactions occur transparently and in accordance with Islamic financial ethics. This study aims to analyze the effect of gold price fluctuations on customer interest in investing in gold installment products at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Duri Hangtuah Branch Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research type to determine the relationship between the variable of gold price fluctuations (X) and customer interest in investing in gold installments (Y). The research sample consisted of 67 respondents selected through accidental sampling techniques. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results show that gold price fluctuations have a positive and significant effect on customer interest, as evidenced by the calculated t-value of 9.513 > t-table 1.296 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.582 indicates that 58.2% of the variation in customer interest is explained by gold price fluctuations, while the remaining 41.8% is influenced by other factors outside the model, such as promotions, investment risks, and financial literacy. This study contributes to the Islamic finance literature by empirically demonstrating that volatility in Islamic gold prices can increase customer interest. Practically, these findings suggest that Indonesian Islamic banks should utilize real-time gold price monitoring in their Sharia-compliant marketing and customer education strategies.

This study aims to analyze the application of the game-based learning model in mathematics lessons in grade V at SDN Segara Makmur 01, Bekasi Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach and data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the game-based learning (GBL) model was carried out in several stages, namely the preparation stage for game-based mathematics learning, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. This model has been proven to be effective in increasing learning creativity. The increase in student creativity can be seen in their curiosity, fluency, flexibility, and originality.

This study discusses inner speech in the album Untuk Dunia, Cinta, dan Kotornya by Nadin Amizah with a psycholinguistic approach. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with reading and recording techniques for eleven songs in the album. Content analysis was used to find the types of inner speech contained in song lyrics, such as egocentric speech, rhetorical inner question, and negative self-dialogue. The album has three phases: (1) self-hatred, (2) acceptance of love from others, and (3) self-love. These three phases describe the psychological dynamics that develop from rejection to self-acceptance, in line with the concept of inner speech according to Vygotsky which serves as an introduction to self-reflection, a regulator of human emotions and behavior. These findings also reinforce the views of Alderson-Day Fernyhough (2015) and Oleś et al. (2020) on inner speech. Theoretically, this study emphasizes the relevance of the concept of inner speech in shaping the meaning of linguistic expression in popular music works. Practically, this study extends the study of psycholinguistics into the realm of Indonesian music and shows that song lyrics can serve as a medium to understand a person's cognitive and emotional dynamics.

Second account instagram menjadi tempat untuk melakukan pengungkapan diri secara lebih bebas dalam ruang lingkup yang lebih kecil, dan aktivitas mengungkapkan diri dikenal dengan istilah self disclosure. Diantara faktor yang dapat memengaruhi terjadinya self disclosure adalah self esteem dan intimate friendship. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara self esteem dan intimate friendship dengan self disclosure pada remaja akhir pengguna second account instagram di Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 250 remaja akhir yang berusia 19-22 tahun. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala self disclosure, skala self esteem, dan skala intimate friendship. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self esteem dan intimate friendship dengan self disclosure dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan self esteem dan intimate friendship memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan self disclosure. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membantu remaja akhir pengguna second account instagram untuk memahami dan meningkatkan self esteem serta kualitas intimate friendship mereka, guna meningkatkan kemampuan melakukan self disclosure dengan cara yang benar.

Sampang is an area that has the largest salt field in Madura. But the existence of abundant salt fields does not make it a developed region. Sampang has consistently been a disadvantaged area. Thus, predictably, there are various problems regarding salt in Sampang. This issue needs to be studied, especially on legal issues that hinder the development of the salt industry in Sampang. To answer this problem, empirical legal research methods are used to explore and identify legal problems that occur in the field related to salt issues. The results and discussion in this study revealed that there are at least three main problems that hinder the progress of the salt industry perspective of salt farmers in Sampang Regency. The three main problems are the absence of regional regulations on aquaculture, the absence of regional policies that support salt pricing that benefits farmers, and the absence of policies on the implementation of regional duties in the field of providing facilities and infrastructure that support the development of the salt industry in Sampang Regency.

Operational delays in vessel departure disrupt maritime logistics and increase port dwell time. This study develops predictive models to anticipate departure delays at Tanjung Pandan Port using supervised machine learning. Three algorithms—Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, and Support Vector Machine (SVM)—were trained on 112 verified port calls (2023–2024) with key features: arrival date, scheduled departure date, vessel ownership status (milik vs. keagenan), and document response time. Delay was defined as exceeding the median turnaround time of 58 hours. Data preprocessing included imputation, time-difference engineering (e.g., ΔTIBA–BERANGKAT, response latency), and SMOTE for class balancing. Performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score via 5-fold cross-validation. The Decision Tree model achieved the highest F1-score (0.86) and recall (0.89), identifying response latency > 12 hours, keagenan status, and arrival during neap tide windows as top predictors. SVM showed robust precision (0.88), while Logistic Regression offered the best interpretability of coefficient impact. The models collectively support proactive scheduling interventions-e.g., digital clearance acceleration or priority berthing for high-risk vessels—to mitigate delays. This study contributes the first ML-based delay prediction framework for shallow-draft, tramp-operated Indonesian ports.

This study aims to analyze the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) method in improving student participation and teamwork in the Economics Education study program at Nggusuwaru University in the Economics Education course. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a classroom action research (CAR) design implemented in two cycles. Data were collected through observation, interviews, reflection, and analysis of student project documents. The results showed that the systematic application of PjBL through the stages of determining fundamental questions, project planning, scheduling, collaboration management, product/recommendation development, and presentation had a significant impact on increasing student participation, active involvement, communication, and the ability to work together in teams. In the first cycle, student participation increased from the moderate category to good, and in the second cycle it increased to excellent. Similarly, teamwork experienced improvements in the aspects of task division, communication, conflict resolution, and group responsibility. The application of PjBL allows students to connect educational economics theory with real phenomena, develop critical thinking skills, and increase their sense of ownership of the learning process. This study confirms that PjBL is an effective pedagogical approach for developing soft skills and collaborative competencies of economics students. The implications of the research point to the need for curriculum modification, lecturer training, and the provision of supporting facilities so that project-based learning can be implemented sustainably in higher education.

The need for public speaking skills among students, especially in presentations, is the basis for implementing this community service activity. The continued presence of monotonous presentation habits and the inconsistency of content with good presentation standards support the need for this program to be implemented. The purpose of implementing this community service is to optimize students' public speaking skills, especially in technology-based presentations, at SMA N 2 Semarang. The approach used in this is a community development approach. The stages used in it are 1) experience-based discussions, 2) material presentation (knowledge of public speaking techniques), 3) demonstration of making presentation media based on digital platforms, 4) guided practice, 5) independent practice, and 6) providing feedback and evaluation. Throughout these stages, participants performed well, with an average score of 87. This value is obtained based on assessment aspects, including clarity of delivery, material structure, use of digital media, and self-confidence. This community service program is effective in achieving the stated objectives and contributes to strengthening students' soft skills, helping them meet the demands of communication in the digital era. Based on all activities, participants have been able to apply interesting and interactive presentation techniques.

The transition to a green economy is Indonesia's national strategic agenda, reflected in the Net Zero Emission 2060 commitment and the updated Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC). However, the success of this transition depends heavily on the readiness of human resources, including economics students who will become educators who will shape the next generation of environmentally literate individuals. This study aims to assess the level of understanding and attitudes of economics students towards the implementation of a green economy in Indonesian national policy. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method with a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 120 students of the Economics Education study program through a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation tests. The results showed that the majority of respondents (72.5%) were in the "quite understanding" category regarding the concept and policies of the national green economy, while 18.3% were in the "understanding" category and 9.2% were in the "less understanding" category. Students' attitudes towards the green economy were generally positive with an average score of 3.84 out of 5. There was a significant positive correlation between the level of understanding and positive attitudes towards the green economy (r = 0.631; p < 0.01). The implications of this research emphasize the urgency of strengthening green economy material in the economics education curriculum so that students as future educators are able to integrate sustainability values into economics learning at school.

The difference in the determination of when a divorce takes effect between Islamic law and statutory law raises issues in the judicial practice of the Sharia Court. In a number of cases, judges have issued a single bain sughra divorce even though, according to Sharia law, the husband has already issued three divorces. This raises issues regarding the validity of reconciliation and its legal implications for the status of the children. This study aims to analyze the differences in the concept of divorce, the reasons for the judges’ decisions, the validity of reconciliation, and the legal consequences for children in both legal systems. This study employs a mixed-methods approach (normative and empirical) using legislative, conceptual, and comparative frameworks. The analysis is conducted through comparative theory, legal certainty, maqāṣid al-syarī’ah, and child protection. The results indicate a fundamental difference between substantive validity in Islamic law and formal validity in positive law. The Sharia Court’s ruling on a single bain sughra divorce is based on procedural caution, yet it creates a dualism regarding the validity of reconciliation and the potential for legal uncertainty. Regarding children, positive law provides full recognition, while Islamic law continues to emphasize the caution regarding lineage but is oriented toward protecting the best interests of the child. This study offers an integrative approach by recognizing out-of-court divorce as a substantive legal fact to bridge legal certainty and justice.
