The potential of Islamic boarding schools as one of the Islamic economic centers in Indonesia is important to continue to be empowered and developed, one of which is in the development of the agribusiness sector. Efforts to develop Islamic boarding schools have occurred sporadically in Indonesia, both independently and collaboratively. Agribusiness development is an approach to agricultural development that does not only cover agribusiness; but also includes production, distribution and marketing. The aims of this study were: (1) To find out the development of agribusiness in Islamic boarding schools (2) To know the patterns of horticultural agribusiness development in Islamic boarding schools (3) To know the collaboration or partnership of Islamic boarding schools (4) To analyze the determinants of Islamic boarding school agribusiness development. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with case study techniques. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews with two key informants and six supporting informants. The collected data were analyzed by ethical, emic and dialectical. The research was conducted for three months from October 2022 to January 2023. The results showed that agribusiness development at Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School was carried out by forming business units and forming agribusiness development organizations. The pesantren agribusiness development pattern was formed by involving stakeholders including the pentahelix concept, namely academics, business, society, government and media. Partnerships are carried out with several traditional markets, modern markets and restaurants. In addition, partnerships are also carried out with financing institutions and research institutions. The determining factors include the role of the leader (Kiyai) and also the role of the santri.

Women Farmers Group (KWT) Rereongan (KWT-R) is included in the best KWT in Indonesia. However, in its development, KWT Rereongan faced various problems that disturbed its dynamics. This study aims to analyze group dynamics and social problems in KWT Rereongan. The research was designed qualitatively with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by carrying out observations and in-depth interviews with three active KWT Rereongan management informants. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that the dynamics of the KWT Rereongan are in the pre-dynamic category. There are three out of nine elements of group dynamics that are not fulfilled such as group coaching and maintenance, group pressure, and group cohesiveness. This was caused by the existence of conflict among group members caused by bad prejudice and different views on KWT Rereongan funding.

The extensive presence of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia and their significant contribution to the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) underscore the imperative of preserving and nurturing these entities, especially in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. To address the challenges faced by agribusiness MSMEs in accessing working capital, the government has implemented the People's Business Credit (Kredit Usaha Rakyat or KUR), a low-interest credit scheme. Government-endorsed institutions like BSI KC Bandung Juanda play a pivotal role in supporting these MSMEs. However, an examination of the data concerning the number of agribusiness MSME customers and the associated financing amounts reveals a limited level of interest. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of KUR financing on the income of agribusiness MSMEs and explore its influence on their overall revenue. Employing a quantitative methodology, the study employs the Simple Linear Regression approach to analyze the data. The findings of this research demonstrate a significant effectiveness rate of 91.2 percent, indicating the substantial impact of KUR financing on the income generated by agribusiness MSMEs. Furthermore, the study establishes a notable relationship, with KUR financing exhibiting a positive influence of 91.2 percent on the income of agribusiness MSMEs.

Islamic boarding schools are the oldest Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia which were founded by scholars. Islamic boarding schools were established in order to educate people to understand and implement Islamic teachings by emphasizing the importance of religious morality as a way of life. In social and national life, Islamic boarding schools can play a major role in efforts to save the environment, among others by providing insight and awareness about the importance of protecting the environment as part of the practice of religious teachings. This research was conducted at the Suryalaya Islamic Boarding School which is one of the Islamic Boarding Schools in Tasikmalaya, West Java, which has received the Kalpataru Award, namely the Highest Awardfrom the Government of the Republic of Indonesia in the environmental sector with category C in the field of Greening activities. The purpose of this research is to provide an overview of the dynamics of implementation boarding schools with environmental insight (Eko Pesantren) from the period 1905-1952 (preparatory period) and the period 1952-2011 (implementation period) and the period from 2011 to the present (sustainability). The method used in this study is a qualitative method with grounded theory research as a data analysis technique. The results of the study show that the Suryalaya Islamic Boarding School has implemented eco-Islamic boarding schools in its activities which are divided into preparation, implementation and sustainability stages. The activities carried out by the Suryalaya Islamic Boarding School are related to environmentally sound activities, especially economic, social and ecological activities that have an impact on the lives of the surrounding community. Related to this, the Suryalaya Islamic Boarding School has implemented several strategies in the economic, social and environmental fields in the framework of implementing Eco-Islamic Boarding Schools within the Suryalaya Islamic Boarding School environment.

Vanilla is a plantation crop commodity that has high economic value. As one of the world's vanilla-producing countries, Indonesia's vanilla production must maintain supply for the domestic consumption market and the world export market. The irony is while the demand for foreign markets is increasing, domestic demand for vanilla has just been covered. The continuity of vanilla supply in meeting the needs of domestic and foreign markets is primarily determined by the performance of the vanilla agribusiness itself. Some of the problems in the agribusiness system include the uneven use of superior seeds, weak cultivation technology adoption, and weak institutional innovation. This study aims to determine the performance of vanilla agribusiness in Sumedang Regency. The method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data was collected using a survey method through interviews and questionnaires conducted from November to December 2022 in Cimalaka District and Surian District, Sumedang Regency, with a sample determined using proportional stratified random sampling of 67 farmers. The results showed that the performance of the input supply, cultivation, marketing and support subsystems was in a suitable category, with the performance of the marketing subsystem having the highest performance and the cultivation subsystem having the lowest performance. Meanwhile, the harvest and postharvest subsystems performed exceptionally well. The performance of the vanilla agribusiness system can be increased by improving each subsystem. To improve the performance of vanilla agribusiness, it is necessary to strengthen the performance of each subsystem, especially in the cultivation and harvest and postharvest subsystems.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pembelajaran terbaru yaitu menciptakan model pembelajaran smash dan block bola voli untuk siswa SMA. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2024. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah metode Research and Development. Terdapat 4 model pembelajaran yang dinilai belum layak dan 17 model pembelajaran yang dinilai layak. Hasil yang diperoleh dari angket siswa skala kecil adalah 87,85% untuk tingkat kemudahan dan 86,66% untuk tingkat kemenarikan, kemudian hasil yang diperoleh dari angket siswa skala besar di SMA Negeri 33 Jakarta adalah 87,11% untuk tingkat kemudahan dan 87,63%. untuk tingkat kemenarikan, kemudian hasil yang diperoleh dari angket siswa skala besar di SMA Negeri 95 Jakarta adalah 86,91% untuk tingkat kemudahan dan 87,14% untuk tingkat kemenarikan, kemudian hasil yang diperoleh pada skala eksperimen adalah 87,18% untuk tingkat kemudahan dan 87,50% untuk tingkat kemenarikan model pembelajaran smash dan block bola voli yang peneliti buat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika hidroklimatologi di Kota Tidore Kepulauan melalui integrasi data observasi curah hujan dan visualisasi spasial-temporal guna mengidentifikasi pola distribusi hujan, zona risiko lingkungan, serta memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan adaptasi iklim berbasis lokal. Kota Tidore merupakan wilayah kepulauan yang sangat bergantung pada curah hujan sebagai sumber utama air bersih dan irigasi pertanian. Penelitian ini menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif-deskriptif dengan analisis spasial berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG), menggunakan data curah hujan periode 20192023 dari lima pos pengamatan utama. Hasil analisis menunjukkan fluktuasi curah hujan yang signifikan secara spasial dan temporal, dengan ketimpangan distribusi antara wilayah lembab dan wilayah kering. Visualisasi spasial ini menjadi dasar penting dalam penyusunan RTRW, penentuan zona konservasi air, serta mitigasi bencana iklim lokal.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee performance using a systematic observation method. A systematic review is a literature observation method that uses a systematic and transparent approach to identify, disseminate, and synthesize all research relevant to a particular research question. There are seventeen articles that are used as reference materials by the author with various variables and diverse results. The number of variables that can significantly influence employee performance indicates that employee performance is one of the important aspects in the sustainability of an organization or company in achieving goals and success both directly and indirectly. \

Penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan telah menjadi kebutuhan penting, terutama dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pembelajaran. SMK Negeri 1 Banyusari Karawang menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam penerapan teknologi pendidikan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kurangnya pelatihan bagi guru, dan rendahnya penggunaan teknologi oleh siswa. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut melalui pelatihan dan penerapan LMS yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah. Tahap awal program melibatkan analisis kebutuhan melalui survei dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, serta hambatan teknis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dipilih dan dikonfigurasi LMS yang tepat, yaitu menggunakan Google Classroom. Pelatihan diberikan kepada guru dan siswa untuk membekali mereka dengan keterampilan dalam menggunakan LMS. Implementasi LMS dilakukan secara penuh dalam proses pembelajaran, dengan dukungan teknis berkala untuk memastikan penggunaan yang efektif. Evaluasi dan monitoring dilakukan untuk menilai dampak penerapan LMS terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan teknologi guru dan siswa, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran, dan meningkatkan akses terhadap sumber belajar digital. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi sekolah lain dalam memanfaatkan teknologi LMS untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

English Language Teaching (ELT) in English as Foreign Language (EFL) countries is not far from the concepts of English as Lingua Franca (ELF). This study aimed to investigate how teachers’ perception toward English varieties in ELT. This study carried out using qualitative design with interview as the instrument. This research involved three teachers of Senior High School in Kutai Kartanegara with different schools, backgrounds, and experiences. There were three aspects discussed; teachers’ perception towards native speaker model, teachers’ perception on variations of English, and teachers’ perception on ELF and cultural understanding. The results showed English teachers still oriented to native speaker’s model since the goal of learning English refers to English proficiency in standard English. However, the teachers were also aware with the English variations which was used globally. This research contributed the consideration of incorporating the idea of native speakerism and ELF into English language teaching.
