This study was motivated by the importance of implementing effective learning methods to improve students' Qur'an memorization ability. The Takrir method emphasizes systematic repetition to strengthen memory retention and maintain long-term memorization. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the Takrir method in improving the Qur'an memorization ability of ninth-grade students at Attibyan Islamic Boarding School, Belopa, Luwu Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed. The research participants consisted of the head of the Islamic boarding school, tahfidz teachers, dormitory supervisors, and ninth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source, technique, and time triangulation. The findings revealed that the Takrir method was systematically implemented through individual repetition, group repetition, teacher-guided repetition, repetition during prayer, tasmi', and memorization submission sessions. The implementation of the Takrir method proved effective in improving students' Qur'an memorization ability, as reflected in increased memorization fluency, fewer recitation errors, stronger retention of previously memorized verses, and greater self-confidence during memorization assessments and prayer leadership. The effectiveness of the method was supported by students' discipline, continuous teacher supervision, a conducive boarding school environment, and regular memorization evaluation. Therefore, the Takrir method can serve as an effective instructional strategy for improving the quality of Qur'an memorization in Islamic boarding schools.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Al-Qosimi method in Tahfidz learning and to determine the improvement in the quality of students' Qur'an memorization after the method was applied in class IX of SMP IT Al-Islah Putra, Maros Regency. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were 48 male students of class IX. Data were collected through observation, tests, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively using percentage and mean-score formulas. The results showed that the implementation of the talaqqi, aradh, and muraja'ah stages of the Al-Qosimi method improved students' memorization quality. Observation scores rose from 60.14% (poor) in the pre-cycle to 71.11% (fair) in cycle I and 85.56% (good) in cycle II. Test scores likewise increased, with the class average rising from 61.2 to 76.7 and finally to 86.5, while the completion rate rose from 29.1% to 60.4% and reached 97.9% in cycle II, with 47 of 48 students meeting the minimum mastery criterion. These findings indicate that the Al-Qosimi method, through its systematic and repetitive stages, is effective in improving the fluency, articulation accuracy, tajwid application, and verse-order accuracy of students' memorization. It is concluded that the Al-Qosimi method is an effective alternative strategy for improving the quality of Qur'an memorization in Tahfidz learning.

This study aims to improve students' learning motivation through the application of metacognitive learning models in the subject of Akidah Akhlak in class X.6 MAN 1 Makassar City. This study is motivated by the low learning motivation of students indicated by the lack of activeness, enthusiasm, and involvement in the learning process. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis and McTaggart model which is implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the planning stage, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 32 students of class X.6 MAN 1 Makassar City. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using average and percentage calculations. The results of the study show that the application of metacognitive learning models is able to improve students' learning motivation in each cycle. In the pre-cycle stage, the average learning motivation of students was 72.62% with a good category. After the implementation of the action in cycle I, learning motivation increased to 77.28%, but has not yet reached the success indicator set at 80%. Learning improvements were then carried out in cycle II by optimizing the metacognitive stages, namely planning, monitoring, and evaluating, so that the average learning motivation increased to 88.50% with a very good category. The results of observations also showed an increase in student learning activities, such as the courage to express opinions, ask questions, discuss, collaborate, and the ability to plan, monitor, and evaluate the learning process. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the metacognitive learning model is effective in increasing student learning motivation in the subject of Akidah Akhlak in class X.6 MAN 1 Makassar City.

This study aims to determine the effect of the humanistic approach of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) teachers which includes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and sincerity on the morals of eighth-grade students at MTsN 3 Enrekang. This study uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto research type. The study population was 122 eighth-grade students, while the sample was 55 students determined using a simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously the humanistic approach of SKI teachers has a positive and significant effect on the morals of students, evidenced by the calculated F value of 17.819 and a significance value <0.001. Partially, the empathy variable has a significant effect with a calculated t value of 2.648 and Sig. 0.011, unconditional appreciation has a significant effect with a t-value of 4.341 and Sig. <0.001, and sincerity has a significant effect with a t-value of 2.795 and Sig. 0.007. The R Square value of 0.512 indicates that the three variables are able to explain 51.2% of the variation in students' morals, while 48.8% is influenced by other factors outside the study. The variable that provides the largest contribution is unconditional appreciation with an effective contribution of 25.30%, followed by sincerity of 15.33%, and empathy of 10.56%. Thus, the humanistic approach of SKI teachers has a positive and significant effect on the formation of morals of class VIII students at MTsN 3 Enrekang.

This study aims to examine the implementation of the "Snowball Throwing" learning model in improving student learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education subject for class VIII.A at SMP Negeri 4 Baraka, Enrekang Regency. The study was motivated by low student learning outcomes resulting from a learning process dominated by conventional methods, which led to a lack of student engagement and interest. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. It utilized the Kemmis and McTaggart model, comprising four stages—planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection—conducted over two cycles. The subjects of the study were 32 students from class VIII.A at SMP Negeri 4 Baraka, Enrekang Regency. Data collection techniques included observation, learning outcome tests, and documentation. The data were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results indicate that the implementation of the Snowball Throwing learning model improved student learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle stage, the average learning outcome score was 54.37, with a mastery rate of 18.75%. Cycle I saw an improvement, with a mastery rate of 56.25%, though this did not yet meet the established success indicators. Subsequently, in Cycle II, student learning outcomes improved significantly, with an average score of 87.84 and a mastery rate reaching 87.5%. Teacher and student activities also increased; teacher activity rose from 72.9% in Cycle I to 90.3% in Cycle II, while student activity increased from 70% to 88.6%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Snowball Throwing learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education subject for class VIII.A at SMP Negeri 4 Baraka, Enrekang Regency.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based learning on students' learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education subject at SMA Negeri 12 Makassar. The type of research used is quantitative with an ex-post-facto approach. The population consisted of all eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 12 Makassar, while the sample comprised 190 students selected using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires to measure ICT-based learning, which included the components of hardware, multimedia, and online learning platforms, as well as students' report card scores to measure learning outcomes. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that, partially, the variables of hardware, multimedia, and online learning platforms have a positive and significant effect on students' learning outcomes. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant effect on students' learning outcomes, with an Adjusted R² value of 0.5413, indicating that 54.13% of the variance in students' learning outcomes can be explained by ICT-based learning, while the remaining 45.87% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The study concludes that ICT-based learning has a positive and significant effect on students' learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education subject at SMA Negeri 12 Makassar.

This study aims to determine the effect of interactive learning multimedia on the learning outcomes of eighth-grade students in the Islamic Religious Education subject at SMP Negeri 1 Pattallassang, Gowa Regency. The study employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consisted of 108 students, with a sample of 52 students determined using Slovin's formula via simple random sampling. Data collection was conducted using Likert-scale questionnaires and documentation. Research instruments were tested for validity using Pearson Product Moment correlation and for reliability using Cronbach’s Alpha. Data analysis involved descriptive and inferential statistics, including prerequisite tests (normality, linearity, and homogeneity), followed by simple linear regression analysis, the t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that interactive learning multimedia does not have a significant effect on student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the t-test result, which yielded a t-value of -0.931 with a significance value of 0.357 (> 0.05); consequently, the null hypothesis (H₀) was accepted and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) was rejected. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination showed an R-value of 0.130 and an R² value of 0.017, meaning that interactive learning multimedia contributed only 1.7% to the variation in student learning outcomes, while 98.3% was influenced by factors outside the scope of this study. Thus, it can be concluded that interactive learning multimedia has not yet exerted a significant influence on the learning outcomes of eighth-grade students in Islamic Religious Education at SMP Negeri 1 Pattallassang, Gowa Regency. Nevertheless, interactive learning multimedia can still serve as a supporting learning tool when combined with appropriate teaching strategies, teacher readiness, and active student engagement.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Active Learning learning model on student learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Cultural History at Madrasah Tsanawiyah An Nahdlah Makassar. This study uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto research type. The study population was 240 seventh grade students, while the research sample was 71 students determined using the Simple Random Sampling technique with the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research instrument has been tested for validity and reliability, while data analysis used descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests (t tests), simultaneous tests (F tests), and coefficient of determination (R²) tests with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that partially the Preparation stage (X1) had a significant effect on learning outcomes with a calculated t value of 3.632 and a significance of 0.001 <0.05. The Orientation and Motivation variable (X2) also has a significant effect with a t-value of 6.082 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, while the Reflection and Evaluation variable (X3) shows a significant effect with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, the Active Learning learning model has a significant effect on learning outcomes with a calculated F value of 25.366> F table 2.788 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.817 indicates that 81.7% of the variation in learning outcomes is influenced by the Active Learning learning model, while 18.3% is influenced by other factors outside the study. The Reflection and Evaluation variable provides the most dominant contribution to learning outcomes. Thus, the application of the Active Learning learning model has proven effective in improving student learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Cultural History at Madrasah Tsanawiyah An Nahdlah Makassar.

This study aims to determine the effect of the differentiated learning method on the academic achievement of Grade X students in the Akidah Akhlak (Islamic Creed and Ethics) subject at MAN 1 Makassar City. The study employs a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population consisted of 382 Grade X students, while the sample comprised 195 students determined using Slovin's formula and proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software, encompassing validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that, individually, all dimensions of the differentiated learning method have a positive and significant effect on student academic achievement. Content differentiation (X₁) yielded a regression coefficient of 0.69359, a calculated t-value of 11.21, and a significance level of 0.000; process differentiation (X₂) showed a regression coefficient of 0.08211, a calculated t-value of 2.05, and a significance level of 0.041; product differentiation (X₃) showed a regression coefficient of 0.08486, a calculated t-value of 1.98, and a significance level of 0.049; while learning environment differentiation (X₄) showed a regression coefficient of 0.09955, a calculated t-value of 2.18, and a significance level of 0.031. Simultaneously, the differentiated learning method significantly influenced student academic achievement, with a calculated F-value of 52.84 and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 52.7% indicates that the differentiated learning method accounts for 52.7% of the variation in student academic achievement, while the remaining 47.3% is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the differentiated learning method has a positive and significant impact on the academic achievement of Grade X students in the Akidah Akhlak (Islamic Creed and Ethics) subject at MAN 1 Makassar City. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers implement differentiated learning optimally to ensure the learning process is effective and student-centered, and capable of enhancing academic achievement in alignment with the needs, interests, and characteristics of each student.

This study aims to determine the implementation of congregational Dhuha prayer, students’ mental readiness in teaching and learning activities, and the effect of congregational Dhuha prayer on students’ mental readiness at MTs Sila, Bima Regency. This study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The research sample consisted of 63 students. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results showed that the implementation of congregational Dhuha prayer, which includes discipline in performing Dhuha prayer, concentration and devotion during Dhuha prayer, as well as togetherness and socio-religious values, was categorized as moderate. Students’ mental readiness in teaching and learning activities was also categorized as moderate. The partial test results showed that discipline in performing Dhuha prayer had a positive and significant effect on students’ mental readiness, with a t-value of 4.448 and a significance value of 0.000; concentration and devotion during Dhuha prayer had a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 5.513 and a significance value of 0.000; and togetherness and socio-religious values had a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 2.253 and a significance value of 0.028. Simultaneously, the three variables had a significant effect on students’ mental readiness, with an F-value of 121.184 and a significance value of 0.000. The R Square value of 0.860 indicates that the implementation of congregational Dhuha prayer contributed 86% to students’ mental readiness, while the remaining 14% was influenced by other factors outside the study. The variable with the greatest contribution was concentration and devotion during Dhuha prayer.
