Abstract : This study aims to determine the picture of students self regulated leraning of male students and female students, and to know the self regulated learning between male and female students. The hypothesis proposed is : There is difference of self regulated learning between male and female students. The population in this study is all students of class VII at SMPN 14 Pekanbaru academic year 2016/2017. Sampling technique used is Probability Sampling technique by using simple random sampling or random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire of self regulated learning. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by using T test (Independent Sample T-Test) obtained the value of sign (2-tailed) of 0.001 <0.05, it can be concluded Ha accepted, which means There is a difference of between male students and Women. Where the self regulated learning of female students is higher than male students.Keywords: Self Regulated Learning, Male Students, Female Students

Abstract : Related to modern development era, it is the time when sexual education on children and adolescent needs to be improved. It indicates that teachers and counselors have to take part in sexual education. As one of the education components, Guidance and Counseling has an important role in identifying students’ understanding on psychosexual development. The objective of this research was: 1)to describe students’ psychosexual developmentbefore Sex Education Information Service was applied. 2) to describe the process of Sex Education Information Service implementation on students’ psychosexual development. 3) to describe students’ psychosexual development after Sex Education Information Service was applied. 4) to identify students’ psychosexual development differentiation before and after Sex Education Information Service was applied. 5) to identify the effect of Sex Education Information Serviceon students’ psychosexual development. Data collection tool was instrument. The subject of this research was 101first year students of TKK and TKJ SMKN 4 Pekanbaru. Sampling was saturated sample and total sample was 101 samples. The description of students’ psychosexual development before Sex Education Information Service was applied was 29,71% (not good) and 70,29% (fairly good). The improvement of students’ psychosexual development after Sex Education Information Service was applied was 72,28% (fairly good) and 27,72% (good). The correlation coefficient calculation between x1 and x2 was 0,37 and determination coefficient r2 = 0,14. It can be concluded that the effect of Sex Education Information Service on the improvement of students’ psychosexual developmentwas 14%. It means that thitung was bigger than ttabel (27,2<1,960) so that Ha was accepted. In conclusion, there was a significant effect of of sex education information service on psychosexual development of the first year students of TKK and TKJ SMKN 4 Pekanbaru Academic Year 2014 / 2015.Key words : Information Service, Sex Education, Psychosexual Development

Abstract : The tittle of this reaserch is the effect of group counseling services towards student’s emotional maturity isolated. The aims of this study were : 1) To know the description of students’ emotional maturity isolated before the guidance group services, 2) To know the process of guidance group services towards students’ emotional maturity isolated, 3) To know the description of students’ emotional maturity isolated after group counseling services, 4) To know the differences of students’ emotional maturity isolated before and after giving groups counseling services, and 5) To know the effect of guidance group services towards students’ emotional maturity isolated.The subject of this research was twelve isolated students of class XI AK SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. Saturated sampling technique is applied. Based on the result of data processing, the students’ emotional maturity isolated before givingguidance group services more than half in middle category and less than half in worse category, whereas after giving guidance group services more than half in the middle category and less than half in better category.From the calculation of t-test, tgreater than ttable (6,97 > 2,074) then the hypothesis is accepted. There is a significant difference of students’ emotional maturity isolated before and after givingguidance group services at the level of 5% error. Based on the calculation of correlation coefficients and determinant coefficient, then the contribution of guidance group services towards students’ emotional maturity isolated is amount to 69% whereas 31% influenced by other factors.Keywords: Guidance group, emotional maturity

Abstract: Entering the world of college, students must adapt not to expect too much guidance and counseling such as high school. Students must be given the independence of learning to achieve maturity to help him become a student of knowledge and religion. One of the students independence is by self-management or can be called self-management. The role of self-management is needed in learning activities, because self-management is one of the internal factors that affect learning. Good self-management is the driving force and motivator for individuals to learn, so that in individual learning will be more excited and not quickly bored in learning materials are learned and along with this can improve learning achievement. The purpose of this study is 1) to know the picture of student self-management. 2) To know the picture of student achievement. 3) To know the relationship of self-management with student achievement. Hypothesis in the proposed there is a positive and significant relationship between self-management with student learning achievement. The subjects of the study were Student Guidance and Counseling for the fourth semester of Universitas Riau, amounting to 64 people with the technique of determining the number of samples is called the total sampling ie the total sample is the whole of the population. Data collection using questionnaire about self management and student's Indeks Prestasi Komulatif data. Data analysis technique used is product moment analysis. Based on the calculation results obtained correlation coefficient value (r) of 0.466 with significant 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a relationship of self-management with student achievement. Effective contribution given by self management to learning achievement of 20,4% indicated by coefficient of Adjusted R Squared = 0,204, it still there are 79,6% other factors influencing learning achievement of intelligence, interest, environment.Keywords:Self-management,learning achievement2

Public demands for transparent and accountable bureaucracy and increasingly dynamic environmental conditions have prompted the Government to implement cashless government system in order to modernize the transaction of the State Budget (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara - APBN). The cashless governmenst system is considered as part of public innovation in order to encourage public sector administrative reform efforts. Apart from the pros and cons that arise, the government's cashless policy in government expenditure is expected to take strategic steps in the budget that are in line with the principles of flexibility, security, effectiveness and accountability. The purpose of this study is to (1) explain current government transaction conditions, (2) understand the concept of cashless government, and (3) elaborate on the urgency of implementing the cashless government system in Indonesia. The literature study in this paper shows that there are still weaknesses and potential corruption caused by the number of transactions carried out by the government. It is important to create an urgent need or foster a sense of urgency for change in public sector organizations and by immediately transforming into a dynamic bureaucracy in the face of the challenges of the times. The government's cash system is expected to increase the transparency and accountability of the State's finances and approve the payment of acts of corruption. In a broader context, this system is expected to provide benefits in encouraging economic growth and improving public welfare.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of reframing techniques on reducing anxiety in public speaking of students in SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods using the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The measuring instrument used in this study is a scale that measures students' public speaking anxiety consisting of 50 items before validation, and after validation 40 items are obtained with valid validity of 0.562 and reliability of 0.953. The subjects of this study were 8 students who were identified as having high levels of public speaking anxiety. The data analysis technique used is non-parametric statistical techniques using the Rank Spearman test. The research results prove the research hypothesis is accepted. For that from the Spearman Rank test results obtained r = 0.762 while the correlation coefficient r2 is 0.58. Thus there is the influence of cognitive restructuring techniques on student academic procrastination of 58% in the SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. From the Wilcoxon test results obtained (Asymp.Sig) 0.012 <0.05, it can be concluded that there are differences in public speaking anxiety scores of students before and after reframing given treatment.Key Words: Reframing, Public Speaking Axiety

Along with the curriculum alteration in higher education which the former one changed into KKNI (Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia) based curriculum, several changes occurred in English Education curriculum for bachelor degree. Significant adjustment appears when Pre-service Teaching Program (PPL) is replaced by internship program (Magang). The internship program has not been done in once; otherwise, it is applied three times during the study period. They are Magang 1 (dasar) ,2 (madya) and 3.(karya). This reflective study attempts to find out how Edmodo is used as a collaborative tool for formative assessment in evaluate students? activity in magang madya or Intermediate internship program and how the formative assessment using Edmodo gives benefit towards students? internship activity . Thirty six English Education students joined this intermediate internship program and they were divided into four groups to complete their internship in four Muhammadiyah schools in Surabaya. In order to know the benefit of using Edmodo in this evaluation, the participants were asked to fill in the survey. The finding shows that the implementation of formative assessment by using Edmodo as a platform is helpful. The students can do some improvement during their internship activity by considering the feedback given by the supervisor. They also get opportunity to obtain written feedback without having to wait offline meeting with the supervisor in the class. However, the use of Edmodo as a platform is still limited where some students still consider that weekly oral feedback is still needed to complete the written ones.

Mathematics is an important science and often applied in everyday life. Students are required to study and master the science. Numeracy skills become one of the keys to success in following the learning of mathematics. Based on field observation in grade V of SD Muhammadiyah Purworejo, there are still many students who are slow in doing math problems. In addition, the existence of media that support student numeracy skills is also not available. This study aims to determine the steps or processes in developing media and test the feasibility of media developed to help improve the numeracy skills of grade V SD students. This research is a development research (R & D) of Borg & Gall (1983: 775-776) adaptation which has 10 steps. In this research, the media development procedure only executes to the seventh stage, namely: 1) searching for potentials and problems; 2) analyzing needs and literature studies; 3) initial product design; 4) expert validation; 5) design revisions; 6) limited trial, 7) product revision. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and observations. Validation results show the quality of media is "very good". This shows that the media developed is feasible for use in the learning process to help improve the numeracy skills of grade V SD students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak melalui kegiatan bermain lempar tangkap bola plastik di Kelompok B PAUD Sariwangi Kecamatan Wakorumba Selatan Kabupaten Muna. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan anak didik pada kelompok B PAUD Sariwangi Kecamatan Wakorumba Selatan Kabupaten Muna yang berjumlah 15 orang anak yang terdiri atas 7 orang anak laki-laki dan 8 orang anak perempuan dengan rentang usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Tahap-tahap dalam penelitian mengikuti prosedur Penelitian Tindakan kelas, yaitu: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) pengamatan atau observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis belajar anak tentang Meningkatkan Kemampuan Motorik Kasar Anak Melalui Kegiatan Bermain Lempar tangkap Bola Plastik pada siklus I diperoleh persentase ketercapaian sebesar 60% atau 8 anak didik dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II dengan persentase ketercapaian sebesar (86,66%) atau 13 anak didik dari 15 anak. Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Motorik Kasar, Anak, Lempar Tangkap Bola Plastik.
