Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran mediasi adopsi media sosial pada hubungan antara variabel TOE (technological-organizational-environmental) terhadap kinerja industri kreatif yang dikelola wirausaha generasi Z. Survei dilakukan terhadap pelaku industri kreatif dengan berbagai macam usaha seperti busana fashion, musik, animasi video, kuliner di Kota Makassar provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan eksplanatori dengan alat analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik teknologi dan lingkungan berpengaruh positif terhadap adopsi media sosial dan kinerja industri kreatif. Namun karakteristik organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap adopsi media sosial dan kinerja industri kreatif. Adopsi media sosial mampu memediasi pengaruh karakteristik teknologi dan karakteristik lingkungan terhadap kinerja industri kreatif.

Bahasa merupakan sistem lambang bunyi yang ditentukan secara sewenang-wenang, yang digunakan oleh anggota suatu masyarakat untuk berkolaborasi, berinteraksi, dan mengidentifikasi diri. pengertian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bahasa Merupakan salah satu sarana untuk berinteraksi dengan Individu lainnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini difokuskan pada peran penting Bahasa Indonesia sebagai alat komunikasi dalam kehidupan sosial di desa Lakatan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan penelitian kualitatif untuk mengambarkan situasi Bahasa Indonesia yang di desa lakatan. Data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari sumber primer (wawancara dan dokumentasi), serta sumber sekunder berupa literatur jurnal terkait kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat desa Lakatan Mengenai pentingnya penggunaan bahasa Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat di desa Lakatan masih lebih banyak menggunakan bahasa daerah mereka. Meskipun, orang tua di desa tersebut tetap memberikan pendidikan kepada anak – anak mereka tentang penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia. saat berada dilingkungan sekolah,anak-anak di motivasi menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia tanpa mengabaikan Bahasa Daerah mereka masing-masing. Melalui kegiatan penyuluhan ini, masyarakat desa Lakatan dapat menyadari pentingnya Bahasa Indonesia sebagai alat komunikasi dalam kehidupan sosial bermasyarakat.

This research aims to determine the influence of service and product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT Bank Mandiri, Tbk.Tanjung Balai Sub-Branch Office. This research is quantitative empirical research using hypothesis research which tests the significant influence and direction of direct relationships and indirect relationships between independent variables and dependent variables through intervening variables. This research used a purposive sampling technique which is part of the non-probability sampling technique. The sample of 100 people was obtained from a population of 20,088 by taking samples using the Slovin formula. The data used in this research is primary data obtained directly from the sample through a questionnaire and measured using a Likert scale. Based on the results of statistical tests using the Smartpls application, it was found that service quality does not directly have a significant effect on customer loyalty, while the product quality of Livin Mandiri has a significant effect. Indirectly, service quality does not affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Indirectly, the product quality of Livin Mandiri has an impact on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi halal dan harga serta kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen UMKM Dokkebi_koreanhotdog Cabang Jl. Kadrie Oening dengan menggunakan sampel non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling insidental dan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisi data yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik,uji hipotesis, dan analisis regresi linear berganda, serta menggunakan alat analisis statistik dengan bantuan program computer SPSS ver 25.0 untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa variabel persepsi halal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan variabel kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. UMKM Dokkebi_koreanhotdog perlu memperhatikan harga serta menjaga kualitas produk dengan melihat indikator-indikator yang dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian dan keuntungan UMKM serta meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen agar dapat mempertahankan loyalitas konsumen. Facial recognition is a critical technology in digital security, driven by significant advances in computer vision. This research focuses on optimizing the Viola-Jones algorithm to improve the accuracy and speed of face detection by adjusting parameters and integrating more sophisticated image processing techniques. Facing challenges such as suboptimal lighting and variations in face orientation, the study adopted a rigorous experimental design, in-depth quantitative analysis, and robust model validation. Of the ten facial images collected, all were intensively processed using Haar-like features to identify significant patterns and adjust algorithm parameters in Python. This optimization process increased performance from 7 identified faces to 9 post-optimization identified faces and a substantial decrease in detection time from 0.0065 seconds to 0.0017 seconds per image. The comprehensive evaluation showed an increase in accuracy from 70% to 90%, recall from 70.0% to 90.0%, Precision remained constant at 100.0%, and F1-score from 82.35% to 94.74%. These results show that the optimization has increased the algorithm's sensitivity to changes in light intensity and face orientation and improved the effectiveness of facial recognition systems in complex and dynamic security scenarios while providing concrete evidence of the benefits of using Haar-like features in the Viola-Jones algorithm

This study aims to determine the influence of the digital era on women's consumer behavior in the Indonesian Businesswomen Association (IWAPI) in the North Sumatra community. Understanding consumer behavior in the digital age is an essential and critical strategy for achieving a competitive advantage. Consumer or individual behavior provides a challenge for the Indonesian Businesswomen's Association community, which requires providing an understanding of digitalization both in e-commerce and the need to provide marketing that uses electronic devices or the Internet and provides opportunities for consumers to seek Information about products to be sold or purchased, as well as obtain testimonials from other consumers about their experiences after buying or consuming a product. The purpose of this study is to present a systematic literature review on the effect of digitalization on consumer behavior. The analysis used in this research is qualitative, with the analysis used in this research being thematic analysis with analytical techniques to identify patterns from data related to perceptions. The results of this study show that digitalization causes a migration of consumer behavior from offline (physical dimension) to online (digital dimension). IWAPI must adapt to changes in consumer behavior, which is one of the keys to success in maintaining the survival of every entrepreneur

Kegiatan Maghrib Mengaji dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika-2 stambuk 21 di salah satu masjid yang ada di Desa Minta Kasih yaitu masjid Al-Ikhlas yang letaknya berada di Dusun II Desa Minta Kasih. Dalam pembahasan ini mengarah kepada kegiatan maghrib mengaji, maka subyek penelitian kami pada kali ini anak-anak usia dini di desa Minta Kasih. Tujuan dari kegiatan maghrib mengaji ini adalah untuk membangkitkan semangat anak-anak desa Minta Kasih untuk mencintai Al-Qur’an dan belajar ilmu agama, pada kegiatan ini anak-anak desa Minta Kasih cukup antusias dalam mengikuti aktivitas yang dilakukan.

This research is classroom action research (PTK) carried out at MA Darusslam Manuju which aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes using the STAD method. The subjects of this research were 30 class XII students. Data collection was carried out using learning outcomes tests. The collected data was analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The research results showed that the average score of student learning outcomes in cycle I reached an average of 78.77 and in cycle II reached an average of 81.37. This research aims to analyze and master about the efforts tried by Ma' had Aly Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo in building Multidimensional proselytizing cyberspace era through digital literacy to its academic community. This research uses a qualitative approach to phenomenological types, where researchers seek to master about entwined and growing phenomena. The method of gathering information is tried through participant observation, interview and documentation. This research aims to analyze the influence of work shifts, workload and incentives on employee performance at PT Nusajaya Persadatama Mandiri district. Morowal. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Nusajaya Persadatama Mandiri, totaling 200 people using the proportional random sampling method which was calculated using the Slovenian formula with an error rate of 10%, resulting in a sample of 67 respondents. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 20 program. The results of this research show that: (1) work shifts, workload and incentives simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) shift work has a negative effect and significant on employee performance, (3) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (4) incentives have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.
