Management is an important aspect in managing an educational unit. Therefore, this research aims to describe how management in the educational unit model at the Makassar Ittihad Integrated Islamic School. The approach used in this research is qualitative by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of this research were school principals, teachers and staff of SIT Ittihad Makassar. The research results show that in the planning aspect the vision, mission and annual work program are formulated. In the field of curriculum, integration is carried out between general education and religion. Student involvement is encouraged through religious and extracurricular organizations. Human Resources trained through continuous education and training. Public relations is carried out through websites and participation on social media. Strong school culture implement discipline and norms. Finance is obtained from student fees and community donations. As a result, the management model at SIT Ittihad Makassar has been implemented implemented well to achieve the goals of comprehensive Islamic education.

Energi dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang untuk menunjang berbagai aktivitas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian untuk menetukan besar kapasitas eceng gondok menghasilkan energi biogas. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan vareasi campuran 3:1 dan 2:2. Alat Manometer untuk mengukur tekanan gas pada tabung. Tahap pembuatan reactor,persiapan pembentukan gas,uji nyala. Hasil nilai rata-rata dari hasil pengujian tabung fermentasi 3:1 adalah 3,50 Kpa dan 2:2 adalah 1,72 kPa. Kesimpulan peneliti menetukan besar kapasitas eceng gondok menghasilkan energi biogas dengan perbandingan 3 kilo eceng gondok 1 kilo kotoran sapi dan 2 kilo eceng gondok 2 kilo kotoran sapi. Eceng gondok dari dua perbandingan yang menghasilkan gas terbanyak dengan waktu yang sama adalah perbandingan 3:1.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix on consumer decisions in buying a house in the housing of PT. Agro Prima Khatulistiwa Sintang District. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method with a sample of 94 people. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R2), and model feasibility test. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, the regression equation or estimate is Ŷ = 2.804 + 0.879X . The results of the correlation coefficient analysis show that the relationship between the marketing mix and consumer purchasing decisions is very strong with an R value of 0.995. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained an R Square value of 0.990, meaning that the contribution of the marketing mix variable to the variation in the ups and downs of consumer purchasing decisions in buying a house at PT. Agro Prima Khatulistiwa is 99.0% (1 x 0.990 x 100%) and the remaining 1% (1-0.990 x 100%) is influenced by other factors or variables not examined in this study. The results of the model feasibility test show the calculated F value of 9483.724 is greater than the Ftable value of 3.94 which means that a simple linear regression model can be used to predict consumer purchasing decisions that are influenced by the marketing mix.Keywords : Marketing Mix, Consumer Purchasing Decisions, Housing area

Indonesian waters have potential ornamental coral resources in South Sulawesi waters, especially in Karanrang Island, which still need to be optimally utilized by the fishing community. The main objective of this community service is to increase the understanding and skills of the community in managing coral transplantation in situ and caring for them in an environmentally friendly modular system aquarium based on re-circulation. Adopting the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) method, this approach begins with the identification of local assets, including the expertise and skills of the karanrang island community. Subsequently, capacity building is carried out by utilizing these assets, and the community is actively involved in the planning and implementation process. Results included increased community knowledge on technological innovations of modular circulation systems holding aquarium design at the household scale and post-harvesting of coral transplant farming products for holding in aquariums. This process contributed to the development of the local ornamental coral sector, empowered the community, and opened up product marketing opportunities at both local and international levels.

ABSTRAKAwal permasalahan yang dibahas dalam Putusan Nomor 93/Pdt.Bth/2017/PN.Bpp adalah akta pengikatan perjanjian jual beli yang ditandatangani pada saat satu hari setelah Putusan Nomor 78/Pdt.G/2013/PN.Bpp. Majelis hakim dalam amar putusan menyatakan bahwa pelawan adalah pembeli yang beriktikad baik serta menyatakan sah secara hukum dan mengikat bagi yang memiliki surat keterangan tanah yang dijadikan bukti dalam persidangan yang dibuat oleh asisten wedana. Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana pertimbangan hakim dalam menentukan surat keterangan yang dibuat oleh asisten wedana tertanggal 20 September 1968 adalah sah dan memiliki kekuatan hukum yang mengikat telah sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia dan bagaimanakah penafsiran hakim dalam mengesahkan Akta Pengikatan Jual Beli Nomor 65 dan Akta Pengikatan Jual Beli Nomor 67. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah majelis hakim kurang cermat memahami perbedaan antara surat keterangan tanah dengan akta yang dibuat oleh PPAT sementara (camat) dan majelis hakim juga keliru jika surat keterangan tersebut hanya diketahui oleh asisten wedana tapi dalam faktanya surat keterangan tersebut dibuat oleh asisten wedana. Berdasarkan pertimbangan hakim dalam Putusan Nomor 78/Pdt.G/2013/PN.Bpp bahwa pengikatan jual beli antara turut terlawan dengan pelawan tidak ada iktikad baik dalam melakukan perbuatan hukum jual beli, karena menjual tanah yang masih dalam proses hukum di pengadilan.Kata kunci: perjanjian pengikatan jual beli; iktikad baik; surat keterangan tanah. ABSTRACT The early issues discussed in Decision Number 93/Pdt.Bth/2017/PN.Bpp is agreement deed of sale and purchase agreement signed one day after the Decision Number 78/Pdt.G/2013/PN.Bpp. The panel of judges in the verdict stated that contrarian was a buyer who had good intentions and declared legally valid and binding to those who owned a land certificate that used as evidence in the trial prepared by assistant wedana. Does this research focus on how the judge's consideration in determining the certificate made by the assistant wedana dated 20th September 1968 was valid and had a binding legal force that appropriates with the applicable law in Indonesia and how the judge's interpretation in ratifying the sale and purchase Agreement Deed Number 65 and the Sale and Purchase Agreement Deed Number 67. The research method used in this paper is a normative juridical method with a case study approach. This research concludes that the panel of judges is less accurate in understanding the difference between the land certificate and the deed made by the temporary PPAT (subdistrict). The panel of judges also has mistaken if the assistant wedana only knows the certificate. But the fact, not only knew but also assistant wedana created the certificate based on judge's consideration in Decision Number 78/Pdt.G/2013/PN.Bpp that the sale and purchase agreement between co-defendant and contrarian had no good intention in performing a legal act of buying and selling by selling the land that still in legal proceedings in court. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah guna menganalisis penyelesaian hukum terhadap wanprestasi pembayaran jasa Shopee Affiliate dari perspektif Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN MUI) No. 62/DSN-MUI/XXI/2007. Fatwa ini memberikan pedoman hukum terkait dengan transaksi afiliasi dalam sistem perdagangan elektronik, seperti yang dijalankan oleh platform Shopee. Dengan menerapkan metode deskriptif analitis sebagai metode penelitian ini. Data diperoleh melalui studi literatur terkait fatwa DSN MUI No. 62/DSN-MUI/XXI/2007, peraturan perundang-undangan terkait transaksi elektronik, dan kasus-kasus yang terkait dengan wanprestasi pembayaran jasa Shopee Affiliate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fatwa DSN MUI No. 62/DSN-MUI/XXI/2007 memberikan arahan hukum yang jelas terkait dengan transaksi afiliasi dalam konteks Shopee Affiliate. Fatwa tersebut mengatur tentang hak dan kewajiban antara pihak yang menjalankan program afiliasi (pemilik produk atau penjual) dan afiliasi (pemasar produk). Dalam hal wanprestasi pembayaran jasa Shopee Affiliate, fatwa ini mengatur bahwa pihak yang melakukan pelanggaran terhadap perjanjian afiliasi wajib mengganti kerugian yang timbul. Selain itu, penyelesaian hukum terhadap wanprestasi pembayaran jasa Shopee Affiliate juga dapat dilakukan melalui mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa yang diatur oleh Shopee, seperti mediasi atau arbitrase. Hal tersebut selaras dengan prinsip hukum Islam yang mendorong penyelesaian sengketa melalui musyawarah dan mediasi sebelum mencari keputusan pengadilan.

Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) action is a social media that displays social status and flaunts success in life which often drives fear, anxiety, and behavior in individuals. The FOMO behavior from a buying and selling perspective has been an opportunity. The fears and anxieties of FOMO actors can stimulate individual consumption and shopping behavior by formulating certain marketing strategies. Islam itself has explained the rules in buying and selling activities, including explaining the law of buying and selling from the point of view of Imam Syafii. This study adopted a qualitative method. The Imam Syafi’i school says that when an aqad (transaction) has 3 (three) pillars (as) An-Nawawi said in Syarh Muhadzab, one of them is sighat. Meanwhile, the sale and purchase law with Fear of Missing Out is considered invalid because it removes one of the pillars of the contract, namely sighat, a clause of intent based on the purpose of buying and selling. The purpose of this study is to find out how the legal aspects of buying and selling where the perpetrators are influenced by the FOMO phenomenon from an Islamic perspective, especially Imam Syafi’i. The results of the study show that there is no fraud (free from deception or tadlis or deception or taghrir) as long as the buyer and seller both have sincerity, especially Imam Shafi’i. This study aims to determine the effect of economic literacy and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of 2021 cohort students in the Economics Education Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Gorontalo. This research is motivated by the increasing tendency of consumptive behavior among students, which is influenced by easy access to information and modern lifestyles. The type of research used is quantitative research with primary data sources obtained through questionnaires distributed to 35 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of statistical software. The results show that the variables of economic literacy and lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on students' consumptive behavior. The contribution of these two variables is 0.406 or 40.6%, while the remaining 59.4% is influenced by other factors outside this research model.These findings are expected to serve as a consideration for students to be wiser in managing their finances and forming a rational lifestyle, as well as to increase awareness of the importance of personal financial planning for a more stable and sustainable future well-being in today's modern social and economic environment.

Background: This article discusses the values of character education in the stories contained in Al-Qur'an surah Al-Buruuj verses 4-8. This study was motivated by the moral crisis of students in Indonesia associated with the lack of character education that refers to religious values, so researchers took a story in the Qur'an, namely the Ashaabul Ukhduud story contained in Al-Buruuj verse 4-8 for taking the values of character education, it is hoped that it can be a solution to the moral crisis experienced in this country. Aim: This study is intended to answer problems, namely what are the values of character education in the Ashaabul Uhduud story? This problem is discussed and answered through the Holy Qur'an and its interpretations which are the guidelines and explanations of Muslim scriptures. Method: Writing this thesis uses library research or library research. The method used is the tahlili method. The source of writing data is taken from books or materials that are relevant to the discussion of problems in writing this essay. The source of this research data is distinguished writing into two groups, the first is primary data sources originating from the Qur'an and interpretations then the second source is secondary data sources originating from sources/books that are still related to research problems. Findings: The values contained in Al-Buruj verses 4-8 are honesty, empathy, nationalism, tolerance, religion, discipline, courage, being a learner throughout life, and responsibility.

This research aims to determine whether there is an effect of leverage, sales growth, profitability and firm size on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018-2020. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method and the valid data was 36 companies. The data processing technique using panel data regression analysis assisted by the Eviews 12 program. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a significant and positive effect, sales growth has no effect on firm value, profitability and firm size have a significant and negative effect on firm value. The implication of this research is the need for attention to leverage, profitability, and company size in order to increase firm value.
