Trigonometry material is very important in mathematics learning because it become one aspects that needs to be trained and developed. The activity using Macromedia Flash can help students develop reasoning, make conjectures and tests ideas in solving problems. Reality, most of students face difficulties of comparison of right triangle Trigonometry as well as. Besides that ,learning process rarely give students opportunity to build their knowledge as suitable as their own cognitive development. The aim of this reserch is action research can help students to understand of comparison of right triangle Trigonometry with Macromedia Flash giving students opportunity to build their own knowledge in high school. The research method which used classroom action research and the research subjects were of X class of SMA Plus Negeri 17 Palembang, South Sumatera. The results of the research obtained learning method can help students to understand right triangle Trigonometry. Start with combination material of Macromedia Flash as starting point, independently and/or interacting with other learning sources such as books, peers, class discussions and teacher reinforcement, students find out comparison of right triangle Trigonometry. The learning results show that by using Macromedia Flash material of comparison of right triangle Trigonometry is easy for students to understand and comprehend

Bimbingan Konseling merupakan layanan yang disediakan oleh sekolah dalam rangka pengelolaan dan pemantauan perilaku serta prestasi siswa. Pendataan perkembangan siswa dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan strategi sekolah dalam membentuk karakter dan prestasi siswa. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Konseling dibutuhkan sebagai upaya tracking terhadap perkembangan siswa, selain itu, Sistem Informasi Konseling memudahkan pihak sekolah dalam mengelola data siswa dengan lebih efisien. Sistem dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall dan ditulis menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP serta database HeidiSQL, adapun pengguna yang dapat login pada sistem yaitu Admin, Guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK), dan Kepala Sekolah. Orang tua Siswa dan Kepala Sekolah menerima keluaran berupa laporan pelanggaran dan prestasi. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Konseling berbasis web direkomendasikan oleh Guru BK selaku konselor. Sistem diuji menggunakan pengujian blackbox dan diimplementasikan pada SMKs Siti Banun Labuhan Batu Sumatera Utara. Pengujian blackbox ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memastikan fungsi sistem berjalan dengan benar. Terdapat 15 nama pengujian pada pengujian blackbox, semua hasilnya berhasil dan sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan

The purpose of this research is to find out whether teachers as professional educators have functions and roles in implementing more varied learning styles in order to improve the quality of education, and this research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods, and data analysis was used by searching for other article titles. relevant so that this research provides significant results that teachers play a full role in their involvement in improving the quality of learning in order to achieve national education goals. So the overall conclusion of this research is that the presence of teachers has a very important service in teaching and makes every effort to always be able to find solutions in teaching, such as being aware of technological developments so that learning can utilize media, and the application of more modern learning models and strategies.

Abstract: Early initiation of breastfeeding can prevent 22% of infant deaths in developing countries by 28 months of age, but if breastfeeding is first, when the baby is over two hours old and under the first 24 hours, it can prevent 16% of infant deaths under 28 days. The coverage of early breastfeeding initiation at Syekh Yusuf Hospital in 2022 was only 66%. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence the implementation of early breastfeeding initiation (IMD). The type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted at Sheikh Yusuf Hospital. The sample amounted to 64 people. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. Data analysis was done univariate and bivariate. The results of the analysis showed there was a relationship between habit (p value: 0.004) to the practice of early breastfeeding initiation. It is recommended for the Health Office, to increase promotion about IMD, and for RSUD Sheikh Yusuf Kab, Gowa to make policies for health workers to carry out IMD according to procedures. Carry out monitoring and evaluation and monitor the implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation. Health workers should be able to encourage the mother's family to support the implementation of IMD correctly.Keywords: IMD, Habits, Promotion

UMKM sebagai salah satu pelaku usaha memiliki kontribusi besar dalam menciptakan laju pertumbuhan ekonomi di antaranya sebagai sumber pendapatan bagi masyarakat. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi membawa beberapa pengaruh positif untuk bangsa terutama bagi para pelaku usaha termasuk UMKM dalam memperluas pangsa pasarnya. Digital marketing merupakan salah satu bentuk strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan untuk mempromosikan suatu produk agar dapat sampai kepada konsumen secara cepat dan tepat waktu. Selain menggunakan digital marketing, membuat company profile atau profil perusahaan menjadi alat pendukung dalam pengembangan sebuah usaha. Para pelaku usaha menggambarkan deskripsi usahanya, menampilkan keunggulan produknya dalam sebuah profil perusahaan. UMKM Kali Kepiting Sejahtera yang bergerak di bidang makanan minuman dan kerajinan/handycraft ini sebagian besar masih belum menggunakan digital marketing sebagai sarana pemasaran produk, di samping itu paguyuban UMKM Kali Kepiting sebagian besar belum menggunakan company profil sebagai alat untuk mengenalkan dan memasarkan produknya. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yang bertopik “Strategi Digital Marketing dan Pembuatan Company Profile pada UMKM Kali kepiting Sejahtera Kecamatan Tambak Sari Kota Surabaya”, diharapkan UMKM dapat menawarkan produknya secara digital sehingga produk-produk UMKM lebih dikenal di masyarakat luas serta dapat menarik minat beli para konsumen baik di wilayah Surabaya maupun di luar Surabaya.

The demands of the 2013 curriculum require the quality of learning that can make the attitude of students creative, independent, cooperative, solidarity, leadership, empathy, tolerance and life skills in order to shape character and enhance the nation's civilization and dignity. Therefore, teachers need to improve the quality of learning by preparing learning devices before learning begins in class. The teacher is expected to be able to arrange learning tools according to the goals to be achieved after the teaching and learning process. Therefore, in this community service, the PKM team conducted training in the 2013 curriculum learning tools for Accounting Vocational Teachers with 24 sample participants from the Bangkalan City Accounting MGMP teacher. This PKM result shows that (1). the implementation of the 2013 curriculum-based learning device preparation training for vocational school teachers in the accounting expertise program in Bangkalan Regency went well. (2). The implementation of the 2013 curriculum-based learning tool preparation for vocational school teachers in the accounting expertise program in Bangkalan Regency was in a good category. This is evidenced by the teacher's response to the training of learning devices is very positive with the many who provide good and very good ratings. (3). The achievement of the results of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum-based learning device development training for vocational teachers in the accounting expertise program in Bangkalan Regency is good. There was an increase in the ability of teachers to make 2013 curriculum learning tools.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan institusional, komisaris independen, komite audit terhadap penghindaran pajak (Tax Avoidance) pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI yaitu sebanyak 162 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga yang memenuhi kriteria sampel sebanyak 27 perusahaan. Sember data adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi BEI (www.idx.co.id). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS v.23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemilikan institusional mempunyai pengaruh terhadap tax avoidance, sedangkan komisaris independen, komite audit, tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap tax avoidance. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi tambahan pertimbangan manajemen dalam melakukan penghindaran pajak yang efisien tanpa melanggar undang-undang perpajakan yang berlaku, dan dapat memberikan informasi tambahan bagi pengguna laporan keuangan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi.

The Problems Found by the author when conducting Observation are Darul hasanah Islamic Boarding School students feel bored when hey’re learning Arabic, and they’re also less responsive. Because, Arabic learning doesn’t use additional book to support learning and doesn’t use methods and media that are suitable with the subject being studied. The purpose of this study was to determin the responses of students in the use of dictionaries in learning to speak (kalam) and to determin the process of developing speaking skills using the “al-ta’bir al-khas wa uslub al-ma’ashir” dictionary. This study is an experimental researcher with a design one grup pree- post test design and to collect research data using direct observation sheets and tests before conducting experiments and after. And as for the population in this study was only some students, namely class 2 Mas students, totaling 34 students The results obtained from the teacher and students observation sheets during the learning process obtained very good scores with the results (teacher observation 82,5 % and student observations 85 % ). And the results of the pre-test post-test obtained a significant level (2- tailed) 0,000< 0,05 after the T test using the “SPSS” program indicates that the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the hypotesis (Ho) is rejected. This show that learning to speak (kalam) using a dictionary can develop students’ ability to speak arabic.

Abstrak. The learning process is an important factor that will affect student learning outcomes. One of the problems that can occur in the learning process is learning plateau. Learning plateau can be overcome by implementation the psychological method of play. The psychological method of play is the giving of games that can be given at the beginning, on the sidelines, or at the end of the learning process. The games given in this activity are jenga, estafet bola, tebak hewan and tepuk pagi siang malam. The aims of this activity is to determine the effect of games in reducing student learning plateau in grades 1, 2, and 3 at SD Pertiwi Makassar. Data collection was carried out by observing and interviewing before and after the games was given. The result of the study represent that games in the learning process can reduce student learning plateau.Kata Kunci: Metode Bermain, Psikologi, Kejenuhan Belajar

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses berpikir siswa terhadap kemampuan representasi matematis ditinjau dari gaya belajar visual. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa yang cenderung memiliki gaya belajar visual pada kelas IX-5 di MTsN 1 Banda Aceh yang terdiri dari 3 orang siswa dengan kemampuan representasi matematis rendah, sedang dan tinggi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket gaya belajar, soal tes kemampuan representasi matematis dan wawancara. Selanjutnya analisis data dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan data, melakukan trianggulasi waktu dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) proses berpikir subjek dengan kemampuan representasi matematis rendah dapat dilihat dari proses akomodasi pada ketiga indikator representasi matematis yaitu representasi simbolik, representasi verbal dan representasi visual; (2) proses berpikir subjek dengan kemampuan representasi matematis sedang dapat dilihat dari proses asimilasi dan akomodasi pada ketiga indikator representasi matematis; (3) proses berpikir subjek dengan kemampuan representasi matematis tinggi dapat dilihat dari proses asimilasi pada ketiga indikator representasi matematis.Kata kunci: Proses Berpikir., Kemampuan Representasi Matematis., Gaya Belajar Visual.
