Pembelajaran bahasa arab yang terdapat di pondok modern terdapat berbagai macam metodenya, mulai dari sima’ah(mendengarkan), qiro’ah(membaca), kitabah(menulis), dan kalam(berbicara). Dalam penelitan ini peneliti akan meneliti sebuah kegiatan kebahasaan terutama dari sisi pembiasaan kalam para santri di pondok modern Darussalam tepatnya di desa Gontor, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan deskriptif, kegunaan dari metode ini adalah untuk mempermudah pembahasan mengenai hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan pengajaran kalam di pondok modern yang mengajarkan metode pembiasaan kalam di dalam dan luar kelas. Praktek pembelajaran bahasa arab di pondok modern dengan menerapkan metode pembiasaan pada kalam berkaitan langsung dengan semua kegiatan santrinya, yaitu muhadzoroh, muhadatsah, dan kegiatan lainnya. Untuk evaluasi dari penerapan pembiasaan metode tersebut atau dampak jika ada ujian adalah masih ada santri yang merasa terpaksa dalam pembiasaan kalam dengan bahasa setiap harinya, dan adanya ujian juga untuk mengevaluasi hasil pembelajaran para santrinya.

This study uses a Qur'an-based collaborative education concept which then aims to test and find out empirical data regarding the relationship between emotional intelligence and social behavior with student collaboration skills in learning, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a survey method with data collection tools using a questionnaire that is preceded by direct observation and interviews with data sources, namely undergraduate students of the Faculty of Engineering, Islamic University 45 Bekasi as the population. While the sampling in this study used a cluster sampling technique by taking the fourth semester students at the Faculty of Engineering, Islamic University 45 Bekasi, amounting to 70 students. The data analysis used is correlation and regression analysis which is described descriptively. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and student collaboration skills in learning with a correlation coefficient of 0.917 and a coefficient of determination of 84.1%. Second, there is a positive and significant relationship between social behavior and student collaboration skills in learning with a correlation coefficient of 0.704 and a determination coefficient of 49.6%. Third, there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and social behavior together with student collaboration skills in learning with a correlation coefficient of 0.919 and a coefficient of determination of 84.5%.

One way to increase disaster knowledge is integrate disaster material into physics learning in schools. For tornado material to be easily raised in the physics learning process, learning resources are needed such as physics textbooks that are integrated with tornado material. However, not all physics materials can be integrated with tornado materials. So, it is necessary to first analyse the level of compatibility of tornado materials with physics materials in senior high school. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Research data is primary data collected through documentation studies. The primary tool used in this research is an analysis table of the compatibility of tornado material with physical material. The result of this research is the compatibility of tornado material with Senior High School physics learning material class XII semester 1 with a value of 0.316 and class XII semester 2 with a value of 0.348. In class XII semester 1, only 1 of 5 subject matter has compatibility to be integrated with tornado material, namely static electricity material with a compatibility value of 0.58. In class XII semester 2, there are 2 out of 6 subject materials that have a compatibility to be integrated with tornado material, namely electromagnetic radiation, and technology material with a compatibility value of 0,67 and 0,42. The research’s finding is that physics material for class XII in semesters 1 and 2 is less compatible for integration with tornado material.

This article aimed to describe how an integrated learning approach can enhance creative problem-solving abilities within the context of studying volcanic eruption disasters. Volcanic eruptions are complex natural phenomena that require deep understanding and creative thinking skills to address. In this study, a descriptive literature review was conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding of the key findings and insights related to integrated learning and creative problem-solving in the context of volcanic eruption disasters. The review focused on articles published between 2013 and 2023 that specifically addressed creative thinking abilities and integrated learning approaches for volcanic eruption disasters. To gather relevant articles, databases such as Google Scholar, Emerald, ScienceDirect, IEEE, and Springer were utilized. The literature review reveals that integrated learning approach can serve as an effective means to develop students' creative problem-solving abilities within the context of studying volcanic eruption disasters. By utilizing strategies such as inquiry-based learning, technology integration, and interactions with stakeholders, students can enhance their creative thinking skills, improve their holistic understanding, and be prepared to tackle the complexities of challenges related to volcanic eruptions. The implication of this research highlights the importance of implementing an integrated learning approach in the curriculum to enhance students' creative problem-solving skills in addressing complex natural disasters such as volcanic eruptions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh Economic ValueAdded (EVA) terhadap return saham (2) untuk mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh MarketValue Added (MVA) terhadap return sahamPenelitian ini dilakukan pada 21 perusahaan Manufaktor yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia dengan 3 tahun observasi yaitu tahun 2014 – 2016. Teknik pengumpulan datamenggunakan dokumentasi berupa laporan keuangan. Dan teknik analisis menggunakanregresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Economic Value Added (EVA) berpengaruh negatifsignifikan terhadap return saham sedangkan Market Value Added (MVA) berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap return saham.

Each person's physical and spiritual growth and development differ from one to another. This will affect the absorption of students in obtaining material or absorbing education materials. In the context of the taxonomy of learning it also affects. This article describes the taxonomy of learning has been conceived by Bloom. It also explores how those kinds of learning taxonomies should be utilized to maximize the acquisition of teaching and learning, so that education activities is not only improve one kind of potency but all of three kinds of the taxonomy. The style of the principal's leadership in developing educational institutions has three models: the authoritarian type (autocratic style of leadership), the type of laissez faire (laissez faire style of leadership), and the democratic type (democratic style of leadership). The most ideal type is the third one. The three models are seen in the principal's task which includes two domains, namely the administrative domain and the supervision shutter. In the administrative area, the task of the principal is related to the activities of providing, regulating, maintaining, completing material facilities and personnel of the school. Whereas as a supervisor, the principal is tasked with providing guidance on supervision and assessment of problems related to technical management and the development of education and teaching to create a better situation and education. All regions in Indonesia have the potential of a unique tourism village and become a tourist attraction. Therefore, encouraging the tourism sector becomes the right choice for the region to advance the economy. The village that has taken advantage of these bureaucracy opportunities in the tourism sector is Gubugklakah Tourism Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency. Indeed it has both positive and negative impacts on the environment and socio-economic conditions of the community. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach to explore how the Existence of Tourism Village Affects Social and Environmental Conditions of Communities in Gubugklakah Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency. The development of agriculture-based tourism in the village of Gubugklakah has a positive influence on the Gubugklakah community, especially on environmental and social aspects. In the environmental aspect, it increases recognition to protect the environment with an eco-friendly lifestyle. The structure development of tourism facilities that are not too conflicting with the local community's natural environment and socio-cultural has caused no pollution of the landscape in the village of Gubugklakah. The development of natural resources that are non-extractive, non-consumptive, and sustainable in tourism helps to lessen the negative impact. Moreover, the local community's role in social activities increases the sustainability of tourism activities in Gubugklah Village.. Keywords: Tourism Village, Community's Social Economic Condition.

The aim of this research is to conduct how santri’s intellectual concept being developed as the well as it becomes a relevant characteristic. This research is also determined to respond two primary issues faced by Islamic religion in Indonesia nowadays. It constitutes the resurgence of intellectual traditions and the emergence national moderation modus. The findings of this study indicate that firstly the Islamic pesantren sufism consistently sustains Indonesian Islamic intellectual traditions, that is the implementation and development of Islamic curriculum based on Asy’ari-Maturidi, a doctrine developed from Al Qur’an. Besides that, a significant decrease in education quality in rural areas, which is induce the appearance of pesantren sufism. Then, pesantren sufism reacted to the recent educational institutions taught by its alumna. As the results of the consistency of institutional Islamic education, pesantren sufism play a main role in religious moderation. Law No. 16 of 2019 stipulates that the minimum marriage age for both males and females is 19 years. If this requirement is not met, a marriage dispensation must be obtained from the Religious Court. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Law No. 16 of 2019 regarding marriage dispensation. Using a qualitative method with a normative-empirical approach, the findings reveal a significant decrease of approximately 79.9% in marriage dispensation applications at the Malang Religious Court from 2020 to 2024. This decline reflects effective law enforcement supported by government outreach programs and stricter judicial discretion in approving dispensation requests. From an Islamic perspective, marriage dispensation is permissible, aligning with the jurisprudential principle that preventing harm (darar) takes precedence over pursuing benefit (maslahah).Law No. 16 of 2019 stipulates that the minimum marriage age for both males and females is 19 years.
