The phenomenon of globalization and increasingly intense cultural migration flows bring new challenges in the world of education, including in modern Islamic education. The cultural diversity that grows in the school environment demands inclusive and adaptive learning methods. However, in reality, many Islamic educational institutions have not been fully able to integrate the values of multiculturalism constructively into learning methods, thus creating a gap between the reality of implementation and the ideal of Islamic education that is rahmatan lil 'alamin. This study aims to critically analyze three main focuses: (1) the influence of multiculturalism on the choice of learning methods, (2) its impact on teacher-student interaction, and (3) the extent to which learning methods are able to accommodate multicultural values without violating the principles of Islamic teachings. The approach used is qualitative-descriptive with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation from three modern Islamic schools in urban areas. Data analysis was carried out by reduction, categorization, and thematic interpretation techniques. The results of the study show that the integration of multicultural values in learning methods is still partial and highly dependent on the readiness of teachers. In conclusion, a more culturally conscious pedagogical strategy is needed to bridge Islamic values with a plurality of students

The discourse of multiculturalism in the modern Islamic education curriculum has become an inclusive jargon that is often welcomed, but unfortunately it is more cosmetic than substantial. This research departs from conceptual and praxis anxiety related to how multicultural values are actually represented in contemporary Islamic education curriculum documents. The focus of the study includes: (1) the conceptual weaknesses of multiculturalism in the curriculum, (2) ideological bias and value exclusivity in the narrative of Islamic education, and (3) the failure of multicultural integration in responding to the reality of social diversity. This study uses a critical qualitative approach with the library research method. Data sources are derived from national curriculum documents, PAI teaching modules, and relevant scientific literature. Data analysis was carried out through critical content analysis techniques with a post-structuralist thinking lens. The results of the study show that multiculturalism in the Islamic curriculum is still symbolic, lacks conceptual elaboration, and often contains normative biases towards the dominant culture. The curriculum fails to anticipate the complexity of dynamically developing socio-cultural diversity. The conclusion of this study confirms the urgency of reconstructing the Islamic education curriculum with a multicultural basis that is more reflective, critical, and participatory

Islamic education in the digital era faces serious challenges in integrating developmentally appropriate learning technology with the psychological needs of students. This study analyzes the design principles of Islamic educational learning technology through the lens of Piaget's cognitive development theory, especially in the concrete operational (7-11 years) and formal operational (12-15 years) phases. Using the library research method with a systematic literature review approach, this study explored 25 primary sources (Sinta 2-Scopus journal, turats such as Iḥyā' 'Ulūm al-Dīn) and applied thematic analysis to identify design patterns that are in harmony with the concepts of schema, assimilation, and accommodation in Piaget's theory. The findings show that 72% of Islamic learning platforms fail to apply the principles of cognitive load management (Sweller, 1988), while gamification-based and augmented reality (AR)-based content has proven to be effective for the concrete operational stage according to the concept of tadrīj (gradual education) in Islam. This study proposes a Piagetian Islamic EdTech Design framework that integrates digital scaffolding with the values of tarbiyah islamiyah. The implications of the study include practical recommendations for madrasah e-learning developers and criticism of the dominance of behaviorist approaches in contemporary Islamic educational technology

Islamic education at the secondary school level has a strategic role in shaping the character of students who are inclusive and able to appreciate diversity in a multicultural society. However, the integration of the values of multiculturalism and inclusivity in educational practice still faces various challenges, such as cultural resistance and limited understanding of teachers. This research aims to answer three problem formulations, namely: how the concepts of inclusivity and multiculturalism are integrated in Islamic education, strategies used to strengthen the value of inclusivity, and challenges and opportunities for its implementation. The method used is library research or literature study with a qualitative approach, analyzing various sources of literature, both national and international. The results of the study show that strengthening inclusivity in multicultural Islamic education can be done through the development of a curriculum that is responsive to diversity, teacher training, and the creation of a school environment that is supportive of the values of tolerance and ihtiram at-tanawwu' (respect for diversity). In conclusion, multicultural Islamic education in secondary schools has great potential in building an inclusive society, but continuous commitment from all parties is needed. The recommendation of this study is the need for synergy between the government, schools, and the community in implementing education oriented to inclusivity and at-ta'ayush as-silmi (peaceful life together).

The digital era has transformed parenting patterns, encouraging the need to integrate Islamic values in digital parenting practices. This study analyzes the concept of digital parenting through the lens of tarbiyah islamiyah and the impact of technology on child development psychology with a qualitative approach through library research. Content analysis was carried out on the literature of Islamic education and contemporary psychology to answer three research questions: (1) What is the representation of the concept of digital parenting and tarbiyah islamiyah in Islamic literature? (2) What is the impact of digital technology on children's cognitive, emotional, and spiritual development? (3) How can the principle of tarbiyah islamiyah be implemented in digital parenting? The findings reveal that digital parenting in Islam must be based on the concepts of muraqabah, tawazun, and ihsan, while technology risks causing developmental disruptions if not strictly supervised. This study offers an Islamic Digital Parenting framework that combines developmental psychology with Islamic values, emphasizing screen time restrictions, moral media literacy, and parental examples. Research recommendations include socialization of this model to parents and educational institutions, as well as the development of Islamic parenting curricula in the digital era.

Being communicative is one of the 21st century skills that students must have to face challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0 era. Communication is also an important part of Mathematics education. Writing and discussions are some forms of activities that can help to improve the students' mathematical communication skills. Specifically, the discussion session should not only done face-to-face, but can be done online through certain applications such as Google Classroom. This research tries to explore the students' mathematical communication skills in solving the mathematical problems provided by the teacher through online discussions. An ethnographic approach is used in this research to observe the students’ activities in Google Classroom in the online discussions both with the teacher and their peers. The results showed that the Google Classroom- assisted discussion sessions has good potential to support the improvement of the students' mathematical communication skills. Some positive potential for the students' active participation in the online discussions is that they were able to construct their knowledge to understand the mathematical concepts shown by finding mathematical solutions to mathematical contextual problems provided by the teacher. They were also increasingly accustomed to solving mathematical problems related to their real life.
