Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kesadaran pelaku usaha rumah potong ayam (RPA) mengenai kewajiban sertifikasi halal. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesadaran hukum para pelaku usaha RPA di Bontang Utara terhadap kewajiban sertifikasi halal sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Mayoritas pelaku usaha, khususnya yang termasuk dalam klasifikasi mikro dan kecil, belum mengetahui kewajiban sertifikasi halal maupun prosedur pendaftarannya. Padahal, kesadaran hukum terkait sertifikasi halal penting tidak hanya untuk kepatuhan hukum, tetapi juga untuk membangun kepercayaan konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan informan serta observasi lapangan, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan kesesuaian antara temuan peneliti dan pendapat informan. Analisis kesadaran hukum dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat indikator, yaitu pengetahuan hukum, pemahaman hukum, sikap hukum, dan perilaku hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran hukum pelaku usaha RPA di Bontang Utara terhadap kewajiban sertifikasi halal masih rendah. Hal ini terlihat dari minimnya pengetahuan tentang regulasi, kurangnya pemahaman mengenai prosedur pendaftaran, serta belum adanya upaya nyata untuk memperoleh sertifikat halal. Meskipun secara sikap mereka menerima pentingnya sertifikasi halal, pada kenyataannya tidak ada satupun RPA yang sudah memiliki atau mendaftarkan sertifikat halal.

This research aim to analyse the representation of gender transformation in Rebekah Fortune’s film Just Charlie through a semiotic approach. Utilizing Roland Barthes’ semiotic theory and supported by Judith Butler’s concept of gender performativity, this research analyzes the verbal and non-verbal signs that signify the main character Charlie Lyndsay’s journey as a transgender individual. The analysis focuses on visual elements such as clothing, gestures, and intimate moments, as well as verbal expressions that reveal the character’s inner struggles and journey toward self-discovery. The findings reveal that Just Charlie deconstructs traditional binary notions of masculinity and femininity by portraying gender as a fluid and performative construct. Key visual and verbal elements in the film challenge societal norms and highlight the tension between societal expectations and personal authenticity. This research contributes to discussions on transgender representation in media, offering insights into how semiotic tools in film can foster greater awareness and understanding of diverse gender identities.Keywords: Gender transformation, Semiotics, Gender performativity, Just Charlie

UMKM Linda Collection, yang bergerak di bidang produksi pakaian anak, menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan stok dan proses produksi akibat pencatatan manual yang mengakibatkan ketidaksesuaian data dan risiko kekurangan maupun kelebihan stok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen stok dan produksi berbasis web yang dilengkapi dengan metode Safety Stock guna mengoptimalkan pengendalian persediaan. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall, sedangkan perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sistem yang dibangun memungkinkan pengguna untuk memantau stok secara real-time, menghitung persediaan pengaman, mengelola transaksi produksi, dan menyusun laporan berbasis data. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses bisnis, meminimalkan risiko stock-out maupun overstock, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat di lingkungan UMKM.

The main objective of this study was to find out what is the optimum amount of production to generate maximum profit contribution for the products produced by Ridho Utama glass and Aluminum shop in Tenggarong. A series of observations carried out on the object of research is Ridho Utama glass and Aluminum shop in Tenggarong where the company is going to take maximum advantage of two combinations of product that the product stove door (A3) and the product of the wardrobe (A8) with the respective number of optimal production was 7, 1883 or rounded up to 7 units and 33.215 or rounded to 33 units to generate the maximum profit of Rp 65,314,580, - or with rounded figure was Rp 64.750.000, for the glass installation-time or process 3 (S3) and mounting rubber or poccess 4 (S4) respectively still leave time for 590.1001 minutes it indicates that the company can save time on the 3 and 4 respectively during 590.1001 minutes or can be totaled 1180.2002 or 19,67 hours for 3 months. Another case for products that have the status of non basic or value equal to 0 (zero) it means that other product is better not manufactured by the company because it does not produce the maximum profit. The purpose of this thesis wanted to know and assess the level of Influence of Service Quality, Price and facility to Customer Satisfaction.Where the study was conducted in Hotel Fatma Tenggarong which is located on Jalan KH. Akhmad Muksim Timbau Tenggarong. This study is a qualitative research with descriptive design. Where variables are used more than one, then the analysis model used is a model of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The total of independent variable are 3 those are quality of service (X1), price (X2), and facilities (X3). Then the dependent variable is customer satisfaction (Y).This study took a sample of 76 people of the total population of the 96 people who performed during the month of August, 2014. So the authors took a sample daily average of 2-3 people who come to the Hotel Fatma Tenggarong. From the research results expressed that the statement of first hypothesis in the research which stated "that the quality of service, price, and the facility has a significant influence on Hotel Fatma Tenggarong’s consumer satisfaction" accepted because the truth was proved. It is strengthened by the results of the R number is 0.832. It is that the correlation between the variables of service quality, price, and facility to consumer satisfaction is a very strong relationship.Then the statement of the second hypothesis which states "that the variable quality of service has the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction at Hotel Fatma Tenggarong" acceptable. Based on correlation tables showed that the variable quality of service has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction which is equal to 0.595 or 59.5% followed by the variable price of 0.577 or 57.7% and variable facilities 0.542 or 54.2%.Keywords: Facilities, Price, Satisfaction and Service Quality

Abstract:one of the businesses in Tenggarong is the Sinar Kumala Electronic, which is engaged in the sale of electronic goods such as refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners and others. As for the items contained in the Sinar Kumala Electronic shop originating from the city of Samarinda, Surabaya and Jakarta.Data analysis tool that used to find out the cost of goods sold at the Sinar Kumala Electronic shop in Tenggarong by using inventory and sales data as well as repurchase of goods made. Abstract :Toko Station Game Tenggarong which is a branch of Station Celular Samarinda which serves the sale and purchase of mobile phones and accessories that are located on the lake Semayang RT.12 Kelurahan Melayu Tenggarong District. The goods are sold at Tenggarong Station Station Shop directly imported from jakarta and surabaya. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the variables of Store Image and Store Trust affect simultaneously to Consumer Loyalty At Station Station Game In Tenggarong, to find out, Are the variables of Store Image and Store Trust partially influence on Consumer Loyalty At Station Station Game Di Tenggarong and to know, Among the independent variables are the variables which have the most dominant influence on the Consumer Loyalty At Station Stores Game In Tenggarong? From both result of partial correlation test above seen value of Scitra variable of store bigger influence than store trust variable, so store image variable is the most dominant variable influence to consumer loyalty. From the description, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis in this study "That, Variable Image of Stores Which Has The Dominant Influence On Consumer Loyalty At Station Game Stores In Tenggarong" in accepted and proven truth. Abstract:Sales of snack products that are quite fast in Kutai Kartanegara Regency is a cake sales business. Cake sales business is a prospective business and can be easily developed in accordance with the needs of the community. Cake sales is a pretty bright business prospect and much in demand by the community.         One of the well known cake seller business in Tenggarong City is Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong at road Kramajaya Kel.Mangkurawang Tenggarong Kab. Kutai Kartanegara. Researchers are interested in conducting research on Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong because it wants to know how competitive the strategy faced by the business if it is compared with other Modern Cake Stores.         Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong is home-based and is produced by involving several workers (homeowners) and with affordable raw materials to produce the cake. As for the process of selling the cakes only in the offer to the consumer in front of the front kiosk Hj.Fatimah mother's house only on Jalan Krama Jaya Mangkurawang Village.         The current problem that exists in Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong is still a bit dominating market share and still the influence of other cake business competitors that hinder the increase of sales. In this case Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong not yet know the techniques of competing strategy in seizing market share, especially traditional cakes. Abstract:The main objective of this research is to know how much each milled ground beef production and milled chicken meat to maximize the profit on the products At Meat Milling Enterprise Titipane Gusti In Kota Bangun. The result of data analysis in this study shows that the company will get the maximum benefit from the Milling Beef (A1) product with optimum production 271 kg in 1 week resulting in total sales of Rp. 86.720.000, - net profit of Rp. 16.260.000, - and milled beef (A3) with optimum production 149 Kg in 1 week yielding total sales equal to Rp. 50.660.000, - net profit of Rp. 5. 960.000, -. This business will generate per week with total sales of Rp. 137.380.000, - and get the maximum profit of Rp. 22.220.000, - Another case for products showing in optimal production of 0 (zero) this means that the product is better not produced by the company because it does not generate maximum profit. If the company has many inputs used to perform production activities with the ultimate goal is to get maximum profit then the analytical tool that can be used is with linear programming simplex method. The management of the COVID-19 pandemic in this area is racing towards a balance between the safety of economic conditions and overall health conditions. This management is expected to prioritize saving lives as much as possible in the short term with the disaster relief paradigm, and then economic recovery and prosperity in the medium and long term. Social safety net during disaster relief is needed not only for the poor but also vulnerable middle-class people. A distribution policy mix is needed to accelerate the process and the quality of disbursements.Policies for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and banks are directed at reducing liquidity. In the mid-term recovery process, the focus of the policy is on reducing pressure from the supply side. Ensuring the business world can operate immediately, maintaining the sustainability of the logistics sector and encouraging industrial independence. Keywords : safety of economic conditions and overall health conditions.
