At this time the population administration service mechanism at the West Kotabaru Village Office still uses conventional methods which causes the process of recording and making population administration to take quite a long time, frequent queues occur, uncertainty over the completion of delayed services in the following days also often occurs so that it has an impact on the emergence of costs that must be incurred by the community because more than one time to the place of service. The purpose of this study is to design population administration using information technology tools as the first step in developing a smart village. Use of information technology in the process of managing village administration becomes easier, faster and neatly recorded. By utilizing the Village Administration Information System, it is hoped that the administration process will be carried out population in terms of correspondence to be faster and more efficient. System Usage Village Administration Information aims to advance the village and society and make it successful government program. The aim of this research is to develop learning media and determine the validity and practicality of learning media based on the Codular application in MIG welding subjects at vocational schools. This research uses the Research and development method with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate). This research was carried out at SMKN 3 Gorontalo with research subjects in class XI Welding Engineering Skills Competency. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire to assess validity, practicality and attractiveness. The data analysis technique in this research uses quantitative percentage data analysis. The results of the validation assessment by material experts were 95.3% in the very feasible category, the assessment by media experts was 89.2% in the very feasible category, the practicality assessment by users was 88.6% in the very feasible category and the attractiveness assessment was 88.4% with a very worthy category. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that codular-based learning media is very feasible, practical and interesting to use in learning MIG welding theory.

Security information method for JPEG/exif documents generally aims to prevent security attacks by protecting documents with password and watermark. Both methods cannot be used to determine the condition of data integrity at the detection stage of the information security cycle. Message Digest is the essence of a file that has a function as a digital fingerprint to represent data integrity. This study aims to compile digital fingerprints to detect changes that occurred in JPEG / exif documents in information security. The research phase consists of five stages. The first stage, identification of the JPEG / exif document structure conducted using the Boyer-Moore string matching algorithm to find JPEG/exif segments location. The Second stage is segment content acquisition, conducted based on segment location and length obtained. The Third step, computing message digest for each segment using SHA512 hash function. Fourth stage, JPEG / exif document modification experiments to identified affected segments. The fifth stage is selecting and combining the hash value of the segment into the message digest. The obtained result shows the message digest for JPEG/exif documents composed of three hash values. The SOI segment hash value used to detect modifications for JPEG to png conversion and image editing. The APP1 hash value used to detect metadata editing. The SOF0 hash values use to detect modification for image recoloring, cropping and resizing — the combination from three hash values as JPEG/exif’s message digest.

Tarawih prayers are one of the worship services performed during the month of Ramadan, which is an important part of Muslim religious practice. A thorough understanding of the meaning and purpose behind performing tarawih prayers is critical for Muslim communities, particularly in the context of increasing spirituality and appreciation of religion. This research aims to explore the role of implementing kultum in increasing understanding of the meaning of Tarawih prayers at the Bulurejo Jami' Mosque, Jombang, as well as its impact on the community members who participate in this activity. The method used in carrying out this service may be interactive lectures and short discussions in the Tarawih prayer congregation. The results of this service show that the implementation of kultum has a very important role in increasing understanding of the meaning of Tarawih prayers among the people of the Bulurejo Jami' Mosque. Through Kultum, worshippers can explore the theological, historical, and practical aspects of Tarawih prayers in depth. In conclusion, the implementation of the cult at the Bulurejo Jami' Mosque had a positive impact on increasing understanding of the meaning of Tarawih prayers and strengthening the community's faith and spirituality. This research recommends enhancing the quality and frequency of cultural activities and broadening community participation to enhance understanding of religion and diversity

Sosialisasi mengenai pendaftaran hak paten bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) sangat penting untuk melindungi inovasi produk dan meningkatkan daya saing usaha di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Program ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cikarageman, Setu, Bekasi, yang melibatkan pelaku UMKM lokal dan anggota Karang Taruna. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang prosedur pendaftaran hak paten dan manfaatnya bagi usaha kecil. Melalui sosialisasi dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini, diharapkan para pelaku UMKM dapat lebih sadar akan pentingnya perlindungan hukum atas produk atau layanan yang mereka hasilkan, serta mampu mengakses informasi terkait permodalan dan legalitas usaha.

This research refers to making an IoT-based movement system tool. This system is used to calculate the number of human movements entering a room and also people leaving the room. In this study, a Passive Infrared Receiver (PIR) sensor is used to detect the movement of people when entering a room. The sensor will trigger a calculation of the number of people passing through the device, equipped with NodeMCU ESP 8266 as a microcontroller, with NodeMCU ESP 8266 it is more efficient to connect to the WiFi module on the Internet of Things system without the need for other modules. The tool is also equipped with an LED light as a notification of movement, an indicator buzzer if the room is fully filled, and there is also a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) which is used to display the number of human movements entering and leaving the room, as well as the people who are in the room. The sensitivity of the PIR sensor depends on the distance of the object to the sensor. The research is running well. Notifications from the LED light go according to their duties, if someone enters the room then LED 1 will light ON, and if someone leaves the room then LED 2 will light ON. The results of the application in detecting objects of people or visitors one by one are conditioned based on walking movements and based on a person's height posture from 150 cm to 170 cm the accuracy of the object is accurate, because the distance from the object to the The tool is not too far so the tool can easily detect its movement.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penyuluhan pertanian dalam pengembangan usaha tani padi di Desa Pugaan Kecamatan Pugaan Kabupaten Tabalong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan mulai Oktober 2022 sampai dengan Maret 2023. Pemilihan desa, kelompok tani dan pengambilan sampel petani responden dilakukan secara proposive sample. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder sebagai data pendukung. Data yang terkumpul melalui wawancara langsung dengan responden menggunakan kuesioner kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa efektivitas penyuluhan pertanian dalam pengembangan usaha tani padi dikategorikan efektif, dengan nilai skor capaian rata-rata untuk materi penyuluhan yang diajarkan adalah 2,69 dan 2,77 untuk capaian yang dipraktikkan petani, artinya bahwa di Desa Pugaan efektivitas penyuluhan pertanian dalam pengembangan usaha tani padi berjalan dengan efektif. Variabel efektivitas terendah adalah tentang cara pengendalian Organisme Pengganggu Tumbuhan (OPT), dengan skor rata-rata capaian 2,20 termasuk dalam kategori cukup efektif, hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya ragam dan jenis OPT yang ada di persawahan sehingga petani kesulitan dalam mengenali dan mengendalikannya..

Pendampingan Proses Produk Halal (PPH) adalah kegiatan pengabdian yang ditujukan untuk membantu para pelaku UMKM Kedu Emas di Kecamatan Kelapa Dua, Kabupaten Tangerang. Program Sertifikasi Halal Gratis (SEHATI) merupakan program gratis yang ditawarkan oleh Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia melalui BPJPH. Program tersebut merupakan salah satu strategi dalam mengakselerasi peningkatan jumlah pelaku UMKM yang tersertifikasi halal di Indonesia. Metode pada kegiatan ini yaitu PAR (Participatory Action Research) yaitu metode yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan pendampingan proses produk halal di Kecamatan Kelapa Dua, Kabupaten Tangerang. Pelaku usaha yang didampingi adalah pelaku usaha yang bergabung dalam kelompok Kedu Emas dengan berbagai macam produk baik produk makanan seperti siomay, pempek, keripik singkong, keripik kentang, dan sebagainya. Pendampingan ini dilakukan untuk dapat melatih dan mendampingi para pelaku UMKM dalam mengisi Manual SJPH, mengisi aplikasi SiHalal dan menginput data produksi pada aplikasi SiHalal serta melakukan verifikasi dan validasi pada produk yang didaftarkan pada program SEHATI. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah tersertifikasi halal bagi pelaku UMKM yang didampingi sehingga memiliki nilai tambah pada produk yang diproduksi dan terjamin kehalalan produk yang sudah disertifikasi halal melalui program sertifikasi halal gratis (SEHATI).

Game media as a learning medium in Indonesia does not have a long tradition. The image of games in the eyes of many people as a medium that can give the impression of entertainment compared to learning media, that's why the author decided to make a basic mathematics educational game. The purpose of this thesis proposal is 2, first to create an android-based basic mathematics education game application for children using construct 3, second to hone children's ability to calculate precisely with easy play. The type of research method used in making this educational game is Research and Development (R&D). This research process adapts the ADDIE development model according to Branch (2015), which is a development model consisting of five stages which include Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of the research in this thesis proposal are producing basic mathematics educational games that focus on addition and subtraction material for children with an attractive display concept and easy way to play, this game can be accessed on Android smartphones.

With the rapid advancement of information technology, there has been an overflow of dynamically flowing data without limits and regardless of time. Perhaps one thing we must not forget is that data can be communicated with the help of images. One of the most popular learning methods today is sensory perception learning media. The analysis used is to study a number of information about sensory perception learning and collect materials related to sensory perception that will be used in this application program. Such as searching and editing images. The aim is to help beginners learn about sensory perception so that it can provide convenience in learning, without having to adjust the time of learning. Then an application program was made to recognize sensory perception. Sensory perception learning through this learning media is a useful media for helping to recognize sensory perception, through sensory perception learning media this makes an interesting and effective thing because it is designed with images, animations, and sounds that support the atmosphere of learning.
