The study aims to investigate the impact of e-service quality and e-returns service quality on e-customer loyalty in the Hotel in Kerinci and Sungai Penuh. It is a quantitative study. Purposive sampling was used with a questionnaire distributed to 80 hotel employees. Results indicate hhat Green Transformational Leadership and Green Servant Leadership directly influence Green Human Resources Management on Green Creativity. Green Human Resources Management and Green Creativity, strengthening the exchange relationship between employees and the organization by valuing their contributions. When green practices and changes benefit the hotel, employees will work harder and enjoy eco-friendly tasks. Encourage employees` environmental creativity.

Communication is the process by which two or more people exchange information with each other, which in turn will arrive at a deep mutual understanding (Hafied cangara 2017). Man is inseparable from the process of communication, because man is a social creature and always needs others in his life. Communication in the family is one that affects the life circumstances of each family member, because the education carried out in the family environment by parents to their children is reflected through communication activities that take place face-to-face between parents and children. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parents' interpersonal communication with the learning motivation of elementary school students in Sungai Penuh city. This type of research is a correlational descriptive researcher with a quantitative approach. The study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to the object of research as many as 100 respondents who were elementary school students in Sungai Full city. The sampling technique used is the simple random sampling quota technique. Social integration theory is used to analyze research. The data analysis used was linear regression analysis There was a relationship between parents' interpersonal communication and student learning motivation, with a relationship of 22.5%. The regression coefficient x is 0.614. That is, every addition of 1 value of interpersonal communication, the value of learning motivation increases by 0.614.

The effect of online marketing, Brand image and buying decision on Customer loyalty is a scientific articlee in the literature study within the scope of the field of science. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence betweeen variables that will be used in further researrch. Research objects in online librariess, Google Scholar, Mendeley and othrer academic online media. The research method with the research library comes from e-books and open access e-journals. The results of this article: 1) Online marketing has an effect on Customer loyalti; 2) Brand image has an effect on Customer loyalti; and 3) purchasing decision has an effect on Customer loyalty.

This research aims to explore the influence of social media on digital business strategy. The research methodology used is literature research which involves exploration, evaluation and systematic analysis of relevant literature from various scientific sources. The choice of this method is based on its ability to provide a comprehensive approach to understanding social media in the context of digital business strategy. Research findings show that social media has a significant influence on digital business strategy. The use of social media can help companies build a strong brand, increase interaction with customers, and expand market reach. Apart from that, innovation also has an important role in digital business strategy. Companies that are able to innovate continuously can face challenges and opportunities in a rapidly changing business environment. This research concludes that the influence of social media, innovation and digital literature on digital business strategy is very significant. Marketing mix is a tactical tool for companies in establishing a strong position in the market. The marketing mix combines four main elements: product, price, place, and promotion, to achieve the company's marketing goals and provide value to consumers. This article outlines the importance of each element in achieving optimal sales levels. Through data collection and analysis methods, it is concluded that effective implementation of the marketing mix can increase sales and the company's position in the market.

Previous research or related research is very important in a study or scientific work. This article examines the factors that affect the performance of the Special Section of Densus 88, namely information technology, recruitment and training, dissertation research in human resource management. The purpose of writing this article is to make hypotheses about the influence between variables to be used in future research. The results of this variable are: 1) Information Technology affects the Performance of Densus 88 2) Recruitment affects the Performance of Densus 88; and 3) Training affects the performance of Detachment 88.

For investors, a company’s value is reflected through share price performance. Meanwhile, the company’s financial performance and the company’s dividend decisions are considered to have an impact on the company’s value. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and company size on dividend policy and company value. The population used in this study is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020 with a sample of 78. The sample method used is purposive sampling using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis approach. The conclusion of this study is that liquidity and company size positively affect dividend policy, while profitability doesn’t have a significant effect on dividend policy. Meanwhile, company size has a positive effect on company value, while liquidity has a negative effect on company value. Profitability and dividend policy don’t have a significant effect on the company’s value.

Pendidikan mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, semakin tinggi pendidikan suatu bangsa semakin tinggi pula tingkat kemakmuran. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir terdapat fenomena pada Universitas Putra Indonesia Yptk Padang yaitu adanya fluktuasi jumlah mahasiswa baru. Dengan adanya fenomena tersebut yang berkepanjangan akan menimbulkan risiko atau dampak yang berpengaruh pada keuangan organisasi dan biaya belajar-mengajar. Dengan demikian organisasi harus mempunyai strategi yang selalu dievaluasi dan dirumuskan ulang untuk dapat bersaing dengan yang lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian antara perumusan strategi dan implementasi strategi Universitas Putra Indonesia Yptk Padang (PTS); untuk mengetahui perumusan strategi pada Universitas Putra Indonesia Yptk Padang (PTS); untuk merumuskan strategi baru bagi Universitas Putra Indonesia Yptk Padang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Hasil dari analisa evaluasi strategi bahwa asumsi kondisi internal dan eksternal dari beberapa unsur yang digunakan oleh Universitas Putra Indonesia Yptk Padang mengalami perubahan yang besar. Dengan adanya perubahan tersebut maka perlu perumusan strategi yang baru bagi Universitas Putra Indonesia Yptk Padang. Hasil dari perumusan strategi yang menggunakan beberapa alat analisis, seperti Matrik EFE, Matriks IFE, SWOT/TOWS, Matrik SPACE, Matrik IE, dan Matrik QSPM maka telah menghasilkan beberapa alternatif strategi yang dapat dipilih oleh Universitas Putra Indonesia Yptk Padang. Kesimpulannya dari penelitian ini adalah dari evaluasi strategi menghasilkan adanya perbedaan asumsi unsur pada kondisi asumsi internal dan eksternal dengan kondisi internal pada saat ini dan masa mendatang Universitas Putra Indonesia Yptk Padang. Dari hasil perumusan strategi dengan menggunakan beberapa alat analisis strategi, bahwa strategi yang sesuai dengan kondisi Universitas Putra Indonesia Yptk Padang adalah strategi intensif
