How to accept educational staff who lack competence with the level of job satisfaction of staff due to lack of competence and measure the level of motivation that has continued to decline since entering the staff, that the level of staff discipline has decreased. Quantitative research, which is a type of research emphasizing the testing of theoretical theories through measuring research variables with numbers and requiring data analysis with statistical procedures. The measuring instrument for this research is a questionnaire, the data obtained is in the form of answers from staff to the questions asked. based on the research objectives that have been set, this type of research is explanatory. The statistical t value of the effect of competence (KO) on motivation (MO) is 5.29 with a positive structural equation coefficient, that competence has a positive and significant effect on motivation. The more competence of university staff, it will increase employee motivation, otherwise the less competence the university staff has, it will reduce work motivation and can even transmit decreased motivation to other staff so that motivation becomes the main thing that must be owned by university staff. For universities, it is better when recruiting educational staff to have basic competencies so that they can increase the motivation of the staff themselves and form an academic culture that is in accordance with academic rules

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of brand awareness on the purchase Intention of the customer CS Finance Tangerang area 2) the influence of brand awareness on perceived quality in customers CS Finance Tangerang area and 3) the influence of perceived quality on purchase decisition on CS Finance Tangerang area customers. This study uses a conclusive research design that is research designed to help decision making in determining, evaluating and choosing the best alternatives in solving research problems. The type of research that the author uses in the design of conclusive research is a type of descriptive research that is research that aims to explain the causal relationship between variables with the specification of a single cross-sectional design research technique in which data collection activities are carried out from one respondent for a particular moment. This research was analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Lisrel, a statistical modeling technique that is very cross-sectional, linear and general. Included in the Lisrel SEM is factor analysis, path analysis and regression. The study was conducted from February to August 2018. Respondents were 200 samples at CS Finance Tangerang area customers. The results of the study are: 1) the positive and significant influence of brand awareness on purchase intention on CS Finance Tangerang area customers 2) the positive and significant influence of brand awareness on perceived quality in consumers of CS Finance Tangerang area and 3) the influence positive and significant perceived quality of purchase intention in CS Finance Tangerang area consumers.

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on attitude toward using and the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on purchase intentions and the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on purchase intentions through attitude toward using. The population in this study are internet users who have done online shopping but have never made an online purchase transaction on Instagram and are domiciled in the Jakarta area. The number of samples used is based on the number of indicators at an error rate of 5%, which is 150. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire and then analyzed the data using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on attitude toward using, perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on attitude toward using, perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions, perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, attitude toward using had a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions and attitude toward using fully mediating between perceived of ease use and partially mediating between perceived usefulness on purchase intentions the Instagram Shop’s features on Social Media Instagram.

The purpose of this thesis is to study the influence of leadership style,compensation, work discipline, and employee performance. The method of writing scientific articles is by using qualitative methods and library research or library research. The results of this literature review article are: leadership syle has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Control and Family Planning, Sarolangun Regency, either directly or indirectly through organizational commitment. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Control and Family Planning, amounting to 94 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods, and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) as a data analysis technique. From the hypothesis testing conducted, it can be concluded that the work environment and job satisfaction affect the performance of the employees of the Sarolangun Regency Family Planning and Control Agency, either directly or indirectly through organizational commitment. These results indicate that if the Sarolangun Regency Family Planning and Control Agency can provide a conducive work environment for its employees, and is also supported by a high level of employee job satisfaction, then this will also be followed by the increasing commitment of employees to be able to work optimally in the organization.

The development of a research role from previous research or relevant research is very important, because it can help and function to strengthen theoretical studies and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables in a study. This article reviews and attempts to confirm the factors that influence individual behavior and organizational citizenship behavior which include individual character, work culture and workload. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. Strategic planning is a dynamic process that can help organizations define long-term goals and develop strategies to achieve them. The purpose of this study is to investigate and evaluate the use of related systems in relation to human resource (HR) management in organizations. This study uses a qualitative design with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the use of strategic planning in human resources (HR) management has a positive effect on the achievement of organizational goals. From mission definition to performance evaluation, the strategic planning phase has proven to be a solid foundation for effective human resource management. The result is increased employee motivation and commitment, better use of human resources, and organizational adaptation to environmental changes. Additionally, a continuous evaluation process helps identify areas for improvement and improvement, leading to a smooth and efficient work environment. Overall, this study confirms the importance of integrating planning with human resource development planning for organizational sustainability and success.
