This study tried to look into how digital marketing interactions affect things on Generation Z consumer loyalty towards local beauty products in Indonesia. Regarding the digital transformation, Generation Z exhibits a strong tendency to engage actively in interactive communication with brands. This research adopted a quantitative explanatory approach using a survey methodology. Data were collected from 120 respondents aged 18–27 years who had used local beauty products within the last six months and were digitally active. The research instrument consisted of closed-ended questionnaires measured on a five-point Likert scale. Validity and reliability tests confirmed that the instrument met the required statistical standards. Tests of classical assumptions, encompassing normality, multicollinearity, and hetero-scedasticity, also confirmed that the regression model was statistically valid. A simple linear regression analysis revealed that digital marketing interaction significantly and positively influenced consumer loyalty, The regression coefficient is 0. 532, and the significance level is 0. 000. The R Square value is 0. 521, which means that 52. 1% of the variation in consumer loyalty is explained by the model. The findings highlight the strategic importance of enhancing interactive digital marketing to foster emotional bonds and long-term loyalty among Generation Z consumers. This research adds value to existing knowledge by emphasizing interaction quality over mere digital presence

The quality of the selection of research proposals and Community Service (PKM) of lecturers is an important element in supporting the implementation of the Tridarma of Higher Education. However, the selection process that is still carried out manually and tends to be subjective has the potential to cause bias in decision-making. This research aims to develop a decision support system that integrates the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methods to increase objectivity and efficiency in the selection process of research proposals and PKM lecturers at Rokania University. The MOORA method is used to determine a preference score based on the five main criteria for research proposals and six main criteria for PKM proposals, while the DEA method is utilized to evaluate the relative efficiency of each proposal based on the ratio between the MOORA score and the amount of funding submitted. The data used in this study was obtained from the results of the assessment of three reviewers on 14 research proposals and 11 PKM proposals. Each proposal is assessed based on criteria that have been determined by LPPM, then calculations are carried out using both methods. The results show that the combination of MOORA and DEA methods is able to produce more transparent and fair proposal rankings, as well as being able to identify the most efficient proposals in the use of the budget. This study concludes that the integration of MOORA and DEA methods in the lecturer proposal selection system is able to strengthen data-based research and PKM governance, as well as make a real contribution to more rational and measurable decision-making. This system also has the potential to be further developed to support the selection of external grants, recruitment of reviewers, or the allocation of research funds nationally. These findings can be replicated in other higher education institutions that face similar challenges.

The enactment of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the new Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP), which replaces the colonial-era Criminal Code, necessitates synchronization and reform of the Indonesian Military Criminal Code. This reform must be examined through the lens of sentencing theories that underpin the vision of the new KUHP. The research aims to identify whether military criminal law aligns with Law Number 1 of 2023, while analyzing and elaborating the required reforms of the military criminal sentencing system. This study employs normative legal research with a global approach as conceptualized by Mulyadi, enabling a clear and comprehensive assessment of sentencing aspects that require synchronization and reform. Findings reveal that the military criminal sentencing system must shift its orientation from retributive to restorative justice. Additionally, reforms are required in several areas, including the focus of sentencing objectives, sentencing guidelines, the scope of additional punishments, and their implementation. The reform of the military criminal code is expected to impact the overall military justice system in Indonesia. In conclusion, synchronization and reform of the sentencing system are necessary to ensure harmonization between lex specialis and lex generalis, thereby preventing overlaps in principles and systems.

Introduction: Corruption, which already has a specific law, has become ambiguous after the enactment of Law 1/2023. Five articles were revoked and formulated in the Criminal Code as general criminal law, several articles experienced reduced sanctions. This shows that the political direction of eradicating corruption is increasingly unclear, both in terms of sanctions and the existence of corruption regulations. Purposes of the Research: This study aims to determine the basis for formulating the regulation of criminal acts of corruption in the New Criminal Code and to determine the legal certainty of the rules on criminal acts of corruption after being formulated into the New Criminal Code based on the principle of lex specialis derogat legi generali. Methods of the Research: The research method used in this writing is normative legal research. Normative legal research is research that prioritizes the discussion of legal theory and legal norms that exist in the legal system. Results of the Research: The formation of the New Criminal Code aims to recodify and reunify in one comprehensive law, by including the main criminal acts outside the Criminal Code. However, there is ambiguity because the government not only reformulated, but revoked five articles and reduced the sanctions. The author concludes that it should not be revoked or the sanctions reduced, because it can cause legal uncertainty and is contrary to the principles of law. This step is considered a setback in eradicating corruption which is an extraordinary crime. Therefore, what should be done is an update to the Corruption Law.

A park bench is one of the facilities that can be found in parks, and it serves the purpose of providing park users with a place to rest or socialize with one another. Consequently, a design that is created with the use of computer-aided design (CAD) is the requirement. Following that, a Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) stage is required. This stage is necessary since it assists in the execution of pressure simulations. Pressure simulation is essential in order to guarantee that the product is robust enough. This research was carried out to test the pressure strength of a park bench by applying pressure from the top of the bench with a minimum load of 1,233 Mpa and a maximum load of 1,246 Mpa, resulting in the surface of the bench experiencing different force pressures and the part of the bench surface that received the most significant pressure was the middle of the bench. The approach known as the Finite Difference Method was utilized in order to carry out modeling for three dimensions.
