Two new species of Endiandra (Lauraceae), i.e. Endiandra areolata Arifiani and Endiandra lanata Arifiani are described from New Guinea. Both species have staminal glands, but their form is different in the two species. Moreover, E. areolata Arifiani is characterized by its prominent areolation formed by the minor venation, and E. lanata Arifiani is easily recognized by the presence of a dense curly indument on its twig, leaves, inflorescences and flowers.

Liangpran Mountain is located within the Heart of Borneo (HoB) Conservation Area which has high biodiversity. The exploration of orchids has been carried out in several locations in the HoB region and recorded a high diversity of wild orchid. This research was conducted to explore and inventory the orchids from the foothill of Mount Liangpran, and record the diversity and abundance of epiphytic orchids in the study sites. This research was carried out by making track of exploration along the Nuyung river estuary to the Tebing Lapah. The richness and abundance data were collected in three plot of 1000 x 20 m. The host tree characteristics and distribution of epiphytic orchid on the host tree were recorded. Fourteen species orchids were collected, and the most dominant are Coelogyne asperata and Agrostophyllum stipulatum with an abundance of 23.53% each. The epiphytic orchids in host trees are spread from the zone II to V based on the Johansson’s sections, in which zone IV is the most diverse. Nine species of the host trees associated with the collected orchids were identified and grouped into five families. The characters of host trees are 7–57 m height,12–112 cm diameters, and 2 types of bark surfaces (rough and intermediate).

AbstrakPsikomotorik tidak terlepas dari aktivitias fisik yang dilakukan manusia pada umumnya, hal ini juga sangat di butuhkan kepada peserta didik tunanetra dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran, psikomotorik terbagi menjadi dua yaitu psikomotorik kasar dan halus yang masing – masing memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi peserta didik tunanetra. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah ‘’ untuk meningkatkan psikomotorik pada anak tunanetra kelas X di SKh Al-Khairiyah’’. Dengan meningkatkan keterampilan psikomotorik peserta didik tunanetra akan sangat mendukung terhadap kelancaran proses belajar khususnya memahami bentuk dalam pembelajaran geometri bangun datar. Dari hasil pengamatan menunjukkan masih terlihat kesulitan dalam persepsi dan psikomotorik peserta didik sehingga berdampak pada hal yang lain. oleh karena itu guru sering kali turun tangan untuk membantu peserta didik di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SKh AL – Khairiyah Cilegon. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam pembuatan media ini adalah asessment, obseravasi dan wawancara dengan menggunakan teknik kualitatif. Media pembelajaran ini di harapkan dapat membantu banyak pihak dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata kunci : Psikomotorik, Proses Pembelajaran, Geomentri Bangun Datar, Tunanetra

Biological gardens Seungko Mulat is an area in Aceh Besar district Lhoong that have different types of plants in vegetation dominance by species of Angiosperm. This study aims to determine the kinds and diversity of plants Angiosperm contained in the biological garden Seungko Mulat Lhoong Aceh Besar district. The research was carried out in the biological garden of Seungko Mulat used exploratory survey method for this kind of tree, as well as squares method for herbs and shrubs. Analysis of the data by calculating the index of diversity and importance value. The results showed that in the study area, there are 9 species Angiosperm that herbs, 13 species of shrubs and 10 species of trees. The most dominant type of Angiospermae is Paspalum conjugatum, Mimosa pudica, Eupatorium oderatum and Etlingera littoralis. Index Angiosperm species diversity is low to moderate for herbs and shrubs. The necessity for herbs are 92.54 and 69.22 for the bush.Keywords: Diversity, Angiospremae, Seungko Mulat

Abstrak Permasalahan mendasar dari pengelola UMKM adalah lemahnya pengetahuan tentang akuntansi dan pembuatan format laporan keuangan yang akuntabel. Selain itu salah satu kendala pelayanan di Balai Pelatihan Koperasi dan UMKM propinsi Jawa Tengah adalah waktu diklat yang membutuhkan waktu selama satu minggu sedangkan pelaku UMKM harus meninggalkan usahanya dan ini akan berdampak pada proses usahanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang bangun purwarupa pembelajaran mandiri sistem aplikasi akuntansi UMKM berbasis web yang mendukung UMKM untuk meningkatkan usaha dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang memenuhi standar akuntansi yang dipersyaratkan oleh lembaga keuangan. Pembelajaran Mandiri Sistem Aplikasi Akuntansi berisi pembelajaran akuntansi dan aplikasi akuntansi UMKM yang dapat menyusun laporan keuangan yang akuntabel yang dapat dipelajari berbasis web sehingga dapat diakses kapanpun dalam rangka peningkatan usaha masyarakat Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian adalah dibangunnya software purwarupa pembelajaran mandiri sistem aplikasi akuntansi berbasis web bagi UMKM. Software pembelajaran mandiri sistem aplikasi akuntansi berbasis web ini, diharapkan memberikan kemudahan UMKM dalam mengelola berbagai sumber daya keuangan di UMKM yang bersangkutan, untuk lebih efektif, efisien, selain itu mempermudah pengendalian dan pembinaan terhadap UMKM Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Antihyperglycemic Activity of Piper crocatum Leaves and Cinnamomum burmannii Bark Mixture Extract in Streptozotocin-induced Diabetic Rats

Indonesia presently has the fourth largest diabetic mellitus prevalence of all countries in the world. In a previous study, a mixture extract of Piper crocatum leaves and Cinnamomum burmannii bark showed in vitro antihyperglycemic activity. It acted as inhibitor of the a-glucosidase enzyme and had no toxic effect when it was administered orally to male and female rats for 28 days. In the present study, mixture extracts of P. crocatum leaves and C. burmannii bark were used to observe antihyperglycemic activity in diabetic rats induced with streptozotocin. Mixture extracts of P. crocatum leaves and C. burmannii bark were orally given to diabetic Sprague Dawley rats at various doses for 16 days. The results showed that the treatment led to a reduction of the blood glucose level, an increase in blood insulin level up to 170.75% at 1260 mg/kg body weight, maintaining the blood lipid level of the diabetic rats at a normal level, and an increase of pancreatic ß cells in the islets of Langerhans up to 2.2-fold at 1260 mg/kg body weight. The mixture extracts of P. crocatum and C. burmannii have antihyperglycemic activity, which enhances the number of pancreatic β cells.

SISFO Akademik STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi was builded with supported by not good database design. It’s caused by the information need was responsed by building database incidentially without data model which can be used as a guide. The results are as like the lost of historical data, hard to make important information and difficult to integrating it with another information system. To fix those problems then needed to do a study to build a data model which can describe the academy domain activities which result of the analysis of it’s business process. In the building of the data model for SISFO Akademik STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi is parted in first two steps which are the conceptual and the logical step. For the data model result representation, ER diagram is used. So that with the data model, SISFO Akademik STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi could supported by a better integrated and better integrity database.

e-learning is one of the learning media which supports the teaching and learning process by using the internet. Currently at SMA Negeri 5 Batanghari the teaching and learning process is carried out during the pandemic using social media such as whatsapp. There are limitations of the whatsapp application so that teaching and learning activities at the school do not go well, such as sending assignments that can carry out automatic assessments. Based on that, it is necessary to develop a web-based e-learning application with the aim of research to make it easier for teachers to send and process grades automatically. The method used in this research is on system development using the waterfall. While the method of data collection is done by interviewing, observing and reviewing the literature into related research. In this research, a web-based e-learning application was produced using the PHP programming language and the MySQL database. The views obtained in this e-learning application are teacher data, student data, grade data, assignment delivery, and reports for teachers in the progress of activities during teaching and learning at SMA Negeri 5 Batanghari. Madrasah Nurul Hidayah is an educational institutions that teaches the religion of islam, one the subject which madrasah Nurul Hidayah taught is the guidance of Shalat. The learning process in this madrasah is still using a book accompanied by the teacher. This research aims to implement Android-based augmented reality as a media for introduction of shalat guidance virtually as an alternative media. System development method which this research uses is a waterfall with UML as a modeling system. The software used for the development is Unity 3D that is combined with the Android SDK and Vuforia SDK. This application can display shalat movement animation in a 3D form and displayed in the virtual wolrd. From the test results it can be concluded that any module on the application have run well.

SMA N 8 Kota Jambi is one of the upper secondary education institutions. The learning process at SMA N 8 Kota Jambi experiences problems where teachers and students must meet face to face in the teaching and learning process and if the teacher is unable to attend the students do not get the lesson matter and there is limited time in doing the learning or doing the task and repetition in one meeting. To overcome these problems researchers do the design of e-learning learning media built using PHP and MySQL DBMS. The methods used in this research are from problem identification, literature study, data collection, problem analysis, system development and report generation. This e-learning application is expected to facilitate the teacher in distributing the subject matter, the tasks or repetition questions to the students and check the results of the exercises that students do, as well as a means of distance learning because the application is accessed online.
