Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja kelembagaan kelompok tani di Kecamatan Tukdana Kabupaten Indramayu dan mengetahui tingkat hubungan kinerja kelembagaan kelompok tani terhadap pendapatan usahatani padi sawah (Oryza sativa, L.) di Kecamatan Tukdana Kabupaten Indramayu. Objek penelitian ini adalah kelompok tani di Kecamatan Tukdana Kabupaten Indramayu sebanyak 10 kelompok tani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode Survei Explanatori. Terdapat 50 populasi (kelompok tani) penentuan sampel dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive) mengakibatkan penelitian ini memiliki 40 responden terdiri dari 10 kelompok tani masing-masing ketua, sekertaris, bendahara dan anggota kelompok tani tersebut untuk mengetahui kinerja dan pendapatannya. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan observasi dan wawancara. Analisi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji hubungan keeratan antara variabel kinerja kelompok tani dengan pendapatan usahatani, menggunakan analisis korelasi Product moment dengan menggunakan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS 20. Kinerja kelompok di Kecamatan Tukdana Kabupaten Indramayu sudah cukup baik, sebagian besar kinerja kelompok tani adalah tergolong klasifikasi cukup dengan skor 246 – 455, yaitu 8 kelompok tani sudah tergolong klasifikasi cukup dan 2 kelompok tani tergolong klasifikasi kurang ( 245). Hasil dari analisis diperoleh angka koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,678 artinya tingkat kekuatan hubungan (korelasi) antara variabel kinerja kelompok tani dengan pendapatan adalah kuat (0,600 – 0,799). Dengan nilai sebesar 0,678 dapat menggambarkan sejauhmana keeratan hubungan antara variabel kinerja kelompok tani dengan pendapatan usahatani padi sawah dengan nilai 67,8%. Jadi hubungan antara kinerja kelompok tani dengan pendapatan padi sawah di Kecamatan Tukdana Kabupaten Indramayu dapat dinyatakan positif maka hubunganya searah.

Knowledge Management (KM) development in the public sector is relatively lagging behind compared to that in the business. Tax administration is no exception. This is contrary to the fact regarding the abundance of knowledge in the process of taxation, as well as the magnitude of the potential benefits KM may bring in advancing tax administration. The literature review in this paper identifies various types of knowledge in tax administration and classifies at least three major benefits of KM in the taxation process, which are related to the improvement of tax administration, tax compliance, and the prevention of maladministration and misappropriation in the tax administration and around the taxation process. Unfortunately, KM for tax administration is less attractive for both practitioners and academics. Trying to fill the gap, this research investigates the KM implementation in the Indonesian tax administration, Directorate General of Taxes (DGT). Data is collected through interviews, document analysis, and observations. This research finds that the KM initiative is still relatively in its infancy in terms of awareness and readiness. In the midst of low support from the top management and despite various developed and deployed IT system, the KM program tends to implement personalization strategy. The research also measures the maturity level using General KM Maturity Model (G-KMMM) developed by Pee & Kankanhalli (2009) and finds that the overall level of maturity is still at level 2 (aware). A generic KM Model for tax administration is proposed. This model combines various types of knowledge in each cluster of tax administration business process, which is then consulted with the components that form knowledge definition by Davenport & Prusak (1998) and the shapes of knowledge by Nonaka & Takeuchi (1995). The model provides insights regarding system development strategy and reveals some obstacles to be overcome. In addition to accommodating explicit knowledge in codification strategy, technology should also be developed to support personalization.

Susu bubuk adalah susu berbentuk bubuk yang berasal dari susu segar yang dikeringkan. Susu bubuk mempunyai daya tahan yang lebih lama dari pada susu cair dan tidak perlu disimpan dilemari es karena kandungan uap airnya sangat rendah. Produk susu merupakan produk yang tidak terlepas dari penggunaan bahan pemanis, baik alami maupun buatan. Pemanis buatan merupakan zat yang dapat menimbulkan rasa manis atau dapat membantu mempertajam rasa manis tersebut, sedangkan kalori yang dihasilkan jauh lebih rendah dari pada gula. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kadar Natrium Siklamat yang terkandung pada susu bubuk tanpa merk yang beredar di pasar Sumber dan mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan antara kadar Natrium Siklamat pada susu bubuk tanpa merk dengan standar maksimum penggunaan siklamat yang telah ditetapkan oleh Peraturan Kepala Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia (BPOM RI) Nomor 4 Tahun 2014. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif bertujuan untuk menjelaskan fenomena yang ada dengan menggunakan angka-angka untuk menggambarkan karakteristik suatu objek sebagaimana adanya. Hasil penelitian kadar natrium siklamat tertinggi didapatkan pada susu bubuk dengan kode sampel 6d yaitu sebesar 2,849 % dan kadar natrium siklamat terendah didapatkan pada susu bubuk dengan kode sampel 1a yaitu sebesar 0,109%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kadar natrium siklamat pada kode sampel 6d dan 1a melebihi standar penggunaan Natrium Siklamat yang telah ditentukan oleh Kepala Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2014 yaitu sebesar 0,025%. Berdasarkan pengolahan data statistik diperoleh hasil sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga H0 di tolak dan H1 diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kadar natrium siklamat pada susu bubuk tanpa merk dengan standar maksimum penggunaan siklamat yang telah ditetapkan oleh BPOM RI Nomor 4 Tahun 2014 tentang batas maksimum penggunaan bahan tambahan pangan pemanis.

Persamaan Linear Satu Variable (PLSV) adalah materi matematika pada level SMP yang dianggap oleh siswa. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual untuk menerangkan materi PLSV. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 37 siswa SMP Bingkai Cendekia Cililin kelas 7. Peneliti menggunakan instrument pretes dan postes. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa hasil observasi, wawancara siswa dan dokumentasi hasil pekerjaan siswa. hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada siklus 1 hasil pretest adalah 46.84% dan pada siklus 2 postest, hasil belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 86.42%. hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendekatan kontekstual terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

The critical component in science learning today is the students’ ability to proficiency the scientific inquiry skills. Inquiry skills are the focus in scientific practice today, especially on proposing action and interpreting results. For this purpose, three experimental worksheets on energy topic were designed and developed. Thirty students enrolled in 11th grade in a public senior high school in the Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province participated in this study. This study used qualitative research methods to collect data in accordance with the principles of classroom natural setting. Participants are involved in teaching and learning process activities that are taught by physics teachers in the schools. The results of the students’ written responses were obtained from the experimental worksheet, as well as field note data during observations during the teaching-learning process. The results of the study show that in the category of proposing action and interpreting results the students’ abilities are still low. Proficiency in content knowledge according to substantive concepts has a strong effect on students’ scientific inquiry skills. The implication of this study is that it emphasizes the formation of scientific culture classrooms to be able to promote and bring science closer to the students.

Masa Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan masa tersulit bagi peserta didik. Salah satunya dampak terberat pada peserta didik yakni tekanan pembelajaran jarak jauh system dalam jaringan, yang mana interksi peserta didik dengan guru terbatas tidak selonggar ketika pembelajaran tatap muka di kelas. Secara psikologis anak ketika penerapaan pembelajaran jarak jauh yaitu tekanan dari orang tua maupun lingkungan sekitar dengan kompleksitas permasalahan yang ada, seringkali tidak dapat dihindari stress yang dialami oleh peserta didik, dalam hal ini stress akibat beban tugas pembelajaran jarak jauh atau daring. Artikel ini ditulis sebagai salah satu upaya untuk membantu memberikan solusi strategi untuk meringankan beban peserta didik tersebut. Based on the problems that have been formulated in this_studyotheoaimoisoto determineothe differencesoin the effect of Hurdle hopping and Depth Jump training on leg muscle power on Adolescent Female Female Student of Tapak Suci College Putera Muhammadiyah Simo Boyolali in 2018 and which exercises have better influence between Hurdle hopping trainingand Depth Jump on increasing leg muscle strength in the Young Women College of Tapak Suci, Putera Muhammadiyah Simo Boyolali in 2018. The research method used was experimental. Basedoonothe resultsoofotheoresearch, theofollowingoconclusionso can be obtained: There are differences in influence between Depth Jump training and the Hurdle Hopping exercise on the increase in Leg Muscle Power in Adolescent Female Female Fighters in the Tapak Suci College of Putera Muhammadiyah Simo Boyolali in 2014, withotocount =5.3508> totable =02.093. Depth Jump training has a better effect than the Hurdle Hopping exercise in mening said the Power of Leg Muscle in Young Women Pesilat in the Tapak Suci College of Putera Muhammadiyah Simo Boyolali in 2014, with an increase in Depth Jump training = 6.239%> Hurdle Hopping training = 4.278%. In this study, it turned out that Depth Jump training and Hurdle Hopping training both increased power Leg muscles with a significant increase. Fromothisostudy it0can beoseenothatoinogroups that use Depth Jumps training or inogroups that use Hurdle Hopping exercises both have been shown to increase leg muscle power. Fromothis studyoit canobe seen thatoin groups using Depth Jumps and group exercises. those using Hurdle Hopping training were both proven to increase leg muscle power. In this study, it turned out that Depth Jump training and Hurdle Hopping exercises were both able to increaseleg muscle power with a significant increase.

Sea cucumber (Holothuria scabra J.) is a fishery that has a nutrientcontent and high economic value. This study aims to know: (1) nutrient content(proximate) sea cucumber fresh meat, (2) the yield of protein concentratemanufacture of sea cucumbers, (3) nutrient content of sea cucumber proteinconcentrate, and (4) total amino acid content of protein concentrates of seacucumber.Penelitian in five stages of the experiment: (1) preparation of meat freshsea cucumbers, (2) analysis of nutrient content (proximate) sea cucumber freshmeat, (3) the analysis of protein concentrate yield of seacucumbers, (4) analysis ofnutrient content (proximate) protein concentrate sea cucumbers, and (5) analysisof total amino acid content of sea cucumber protein concentrate. The resultsshowed nutrient content (proximate) sand sea cucumber fresh meat that is 87.03%water (bb): 76.64% protein (bk); 4.16% fat (bk), 14.34% ash (bk), and 4 , 93%carbohydrate (bk). The average yield produced in the manufacture of seacucumber protein concentrate was 9.87%. While the nutrient content (proximate)sea cucumber protein concentrate that is 8.97% water, 66.07% protein, 0.89% fat;11.53% ash, and 12.54% carbohydrate. The highest amino acid content in seacucumber protein concentrate is a proline (5.17%) and glutamic acid (3.23%).

Study on the dehydrator engineering for fish dehydration has beenconducted. The study was aimed to engineer, to built and to assess the existension,effectivity and efficiency of the fish dehydrator and the quality of dehydratedgiant catfish (Pangasius hypopthalmus) yielded by its application. The dehydratorhad three main chamber, namely: smoking furnace, smoking chamber, and dryingchamber. Its volume was measured 120 X 180 X 200 Cm3, and its smoking anddrying capacity were 100 kg.The result showed that both smoking and drying process could be aplliedsimultaneously. Therefore, the smoking fuel used could be saved. It spent 5kg/hour of coconut shell or 3.5 kg/hour of rubber wood (Hevea brasilliensis). Itwas not detected smoke contamination into the drying chamber. The rate oftemperature and RH in smoking chamber was 63o C and 43%, meanwhile, indrying chamber was 50o C and 49%. The consumer acceptance and the quality ofthe dehidrated fish yielded by smoking was not significantly different to it yieldedby drying. To get the maximum water content 40% in the fish, smoking processneeded 8 hours, meanwhile drying process needed 12 hours. The dehydrated fishcould be stored for 9 days at room temperature (30-32 oC).

Survey of coral reefs ecosystem was conducted around Kasiak Island waters,about 3 mill in front of Pariaman City, West Sumatera Province in July 2011. The aimof this study is to find out the effect of earthquake in 30 September 2009 to the condi-tion of coral reefs in Kasiak Island, which was occurred in the waters around 5 km infront of Padang City. The earthquake had affected in the big scale to the buildings inPariaman and Padang City, and caused many people was killed. However, from theresults to the coral reef kondision araoun Kasiak Island showed that no effect of theearthquake to the coral reef ecosystem. Then, condition of coral reefs is very good in 3m dept of the island, however their condition is very different with the deeper waters(7 m dept).
